Nolo has offered a quick and easy way to learn about the laws and who I should contact if I need further assistance. This company is simple enough for an average man like myself to understand legal issues that usually fly over my head, but still very useful. Recommend to all my friends!

I wanted boilerplate I could start with and then modify as necessary for website development contracts. I purchased the Nolo online form for this. Unfortunately, the form turned out to be "locked down" to (intentionally) make it impossible to make modifications other than those explicitly provided for. A tech support person told me the Nolo legal staff doesn't want customers modifying Nolo's language. This made the form effectively unusable for me, as I was unable to customize it to meet requirements of specific customers. To Nolo's credit, it did refund my purchase price without any hassle when I explained the problem.

Extremely dissapointed that you now have to pay extra for the Trust Section. In my previous version it was included.

Using their “how to form a non-profit” guidebook, I gained access to all the necessary legal information as well as a step by step guide on how to complete the forms. I love Nolo’s thorough approach to what can be many legal technicalities and questions. Never been disappointed with a product and absolute great customer service.

I have enjoyed using Will Maker. However, since I am not married and do live with someone who is not of the same sex as myself I need the product to offer a simple solution to "like married" completion of the various documents in the application. Similar mirror wills, medical and financial DPAs and other documents for this situation. This type of relationship is prevalent in the country now. The cookie cutter married, civil union or single options do not fulfill the needs of many citizens. So, it is my hope that future upgrades do reflect this new living arrangement that people have.
