Purchased software from Amazon in 2012, had issues installing and even two years later, NOLO honored my purchase by providing me with a downloadable copy.

Whatever the legal issue, I start me research with a Nolo book. If more research is need I'll have the tools to do further research having been fully informed of me option having read one of Nolo's books;.

I am an attorney. I have referred to many of NOLO's publications when I am looking for a way to break down a legal concept in a way that a client can fully understand. I have given clients NOLO books, and sent them to the website to purchase materials or read online articles, etc. NOLO is the only source I have found that helps my clients by providing solid legal information in English, not incomprehensible legalese!

I order the will and setting up an estate trust download, and inadvertently forgot to order the CD version as well. Because of the Snowden affair, as well as the hacking crises that continues to show up in POP sales, I am (reluctantly) becoming paranoid in using online software. Can I order a CD that I can use offline? I just don't think I have the chops to ward off being robbed, and don't see internet security as enough to protect my assets--whether they are online IRS software programs or will software which enters assets that could be viewed by snoopers. Help!

I haven't finished with the will, but I do like the software.

This product is enhancing my organizational ability and giving me confidence that the process will be completed thoroughly. The big benefit is that it has gotten me beyond hesitancy due to process uncertainty, and now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Still a lot of work, but you can't get it done if you don't start, and this is something everyone should make a priority.

We bought NOLO living trust software (WQP5C) to use for our original LV trust with 2005 LT SW version. NOLO technical support guided us throughout the amendment we did in 2005 by sending us the 2005 LT SW version. We misplaced the 2005 LT SW CD. Today, DEC 12, 2013, we have to do another round of amendment -- NOLO helped again with sending us another 2005 LT SW version. We failed to retrieve our old 2005 LT SW from the old lab top due to its malfunction. NOLO respond to our request in less than 24 hrs and it was a greatest customer service I have ever experienced with. A great help and technical support to a product that was purchased 9 yrs ago. On top, our living trust has a perfect review for its completeness and solid trust document by a CPA, a Financial Advisor and a Trust lawyer. I trust NOLO product and appreciate the great product support and customer service we received. NOLO is an amazing company. I LOVE NOLO

This guide is the only book that the inventor needs. When I first purchased it, I didn't know anything about the patenting process. After reading it completely, and referencing it continually, I feel capable of preparing my own application. I have written many claims, and I have even prepared one specification. I do not have the funds to hire an attorney, so this book/guide has been a blessing. And even if I did have the funds to hire an attorney, this book/guide would have made it possible for me to work directly with him in the preparation of my application. Thanks a million NOLO.
