My experience has been excellent from start to finish. From the moment I ordered my item, I had daily updates as to the progress of the order. When it was due for delivery I got a one hour time line from DPD and an identification code. The item turned up at the start of the hour given by the driver named in the email. My item is absolutely exquisite, even more beautiful than pictured. Thank you

We received our order today and were delighted with it. The necklace is beautiful and of excellent quality. It came in a gift box with a personalised message card, extra presentation box and gift bag. There was also a valuation certificate enclosed. We had to contact customer service as we needed to change our delivery date. Charlotte sorted our problem quickly and efficiently and confirmed everything had been done. A very positive experience. We would definitely purchase from the company again.

Your advert promised delivery by 31 Dec 24 when I ordered, it arrived on 3rd Jan 25, and the chain length and type were not as expected.

I am heartbroken to write this review, as it concerns a piece of jewellery that was meant to represent one of the most significant moments of my life. My fiancé proposed to me this summer in the Caribbean with what we believed to be a beautiful diamond ring made of solid 18k gold. However, after just three months of wearing it, I noticed that the gold had started to wear away, exposing black tarnished spots underneath. At first, I hesitated to say anything, not wanting to seem ungrateful or upset him. But as the tarnishing worsened, I asked if we could send the ring back for cleaning. To our shock, we discovered the ring wasn’t made of solid 18k gold as advertised—it was only gold plated. This revelation completely shattered my trust in this jeweller. How could such an error be made with something as significant as an engagement ring? While the company admitted their mistake and replaced the ring, the damage had already been done. The sentimental value of the original ring—the one my fiancé used to propose—was lost. This replacement simply isn’t the same, and the emotional connection I had to that specific ring has been irreparably tarnished. To make matters worse, we received no form of compensation for the error or the distress it caused. This experience has cast a shadow over what should have been one of the happiest memories of my life. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing an engagement ring or other meaningful jewellery from this store. For items as deeply personal as these, integrity, transparency, and quality are absolutely essential—standards this company failed to uphold.

The delivery fast, the customer service was very dear. Today I got my earrings. The packaging very demanding and sophisticated, thank you very much. The earrings are amazingly beautiful. I'll shop next time. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone.

When I first placed my order it said the item was in stock and delivery would be a couple of days... Then I received a follow up email saying it's actually out of stock and will be 4-6 weeks, but *definitely* with me by Christmas. I heard nothing further so chased it up the week before Christmas. Once again assured it would be with me in time. 24th December I chased again and was told they're sorry and it won't make it. Promised they will deliver on a day of my choosing after Christmas (I had explained I'd be away over New Year). Agreed it would be dispatched on 2nd January for delivery today, 3rd Jan, and they did give me a little money back for the inconvenience, which I appreciate. I emailed yesterday afternoon to ask if it would still be arriving today, and no reply. And here we are, 3rd January, no dispatch notification, no delivery. I appreciate that Christmas must be a busy time but please don't continually promise things you can't deliver, and please communicate with your customers. I was so excited to buy this ring, it was supposed to be a 10 year anniversary and Christmas gift, both of which have now passed. I am fed up and feel like I will never receive it. My husband has started to ask if the entire company is just a scam. **Update** Apparently my ring has now failed the final quality check and they will have to start from scratch. Which means another 35 days of waiting. I don't quite have the words to express my disappointment.
