I’ve ordered a ring that says “Next day delivery” in the last couple of days of November. Get it delivered tho by 6 of December. Our anniversary it was on 5th or December when I supposed to propose her. My plan for 5th of December with the restaurant and everything was ruined but that’s ok.. I propose her the day before, exactly when I got the ring to find out after that the size I’ve ordered was so big . I’ve ordered size M and I though I was wrong with the size asking them for a smaller size. I spoke with them via customer service and gave it back to them for resizing. After a couple of days they emailed me saying that I was right, I’ve ordered the right size. Although they were wrong as they have send me a different size. (I’ve ordered M , I received N) I’ve sent it back to them on 10th of December. I tried to call them but their phone number it doesn’t work. I was contacting them via live chat and all they have told me was just lies. 2nd of January when I’m writing this. In the other hand I’ve contacted them via live chat even today and they told me “I’m checking now your details “ I’ve got not reply from them for like an hour now… pour communion and 0 professionalism. I was gonna order other things from them but now I have to reconsider. If I’ll have my ring with me eventually I’ll take it straight away somewhere I can check the gold and the diamond used.

Recieved the engagement ring i bought and it was bent they was willing to accept the return but didn't know if I was able to get a refund but I couldn't return it as I was proposing on new year so had to get on with it and get it repaired myself so I wouldn't use this company again

Smashed it out of the park with a last minute gift delivery. Purchased on Sunday before Christmas because site said delivery on Tuesday. However email said no more deliveries before Christmas. Went on to live chat who confirmed this was the case. However, they reviewed the order and said they could do it. Arrived on Tuesday as promised. Packaged beautifully and was stunning. My wife very literally sobbed. Was initially dubious due to a fair few bad reviews but would not hesitate to buy from again.

My partner ordered my engagement ring from here, and had a fantastic experience. Delivery time was great and the communication was incredible. Once the ring had arrived, we had to send it back to be resized, but it took under 2 weeks and arrived back in perfect condition.
