Having previously bought from this company with no problems and some beautiful jewellery had full confidence the same would apply now. So I bought a gorgeous bracelet for my daughter for Christmas which she loved. She wore it on Christmas day but when she went to put it on Boxing Day realised it had broke as one of the links had come apart. I have returned the bracelet and have asked for a replacement as this bracelet certainly wasn't what you would class as cheap I wouldn't have expected it to break so soon. I have been informed now that the bracelet will be assessed which can take up to 14 days. I am sorry but I expected a better service. I just want a replacement. I don't want it repaired I want it replaced. Poor service so you have now lost my custom as I won't buy from here again.

I ordered Ella 18k earrings after exchanging it for stud earrings. The return was smooth and they delivered the exchanged earrings quiet quickly. I emailed them that I needed it delivered quickly as my mom was flying back to our country and diamond store did a good job of processing my order. Having looked around on the internet for a Ruby ring for my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary I came across The Diamond Store. Great website, excellent pictures and descriptions and once chosen a very good post purchase service. Emails giving you progress of your order and very good security in the delivery process in our case via DPD. We will buy from these guys again.
