Nice bulbs but zero customer service. Bulbs were too yellow for my needs so returned promptly (1st class - signed for). However the Post Office were unable to deliver and no one picked them up so now they have vanished into the ether. No responses to emails or voice mails and no refund. Update: Prompt response following my review and resolved to my satisfaction.

I was really impressed by the Well-Lit website and the clear explanations and recommendations given for the choice of lights. So much so in fact that I spent several hundred pounds in relamping my new build house with their products. When they arrived I was equally impressed by the quality of the bulbs and the light quality was in line with their recommendations. From the outset however I had an initial issue with six of the bulbs which were on an independent , dimmed circuit (MK) and flickered horribly at both low power and , worst of all, full power , which meant that the light over our kitchen island was always compromised. The second issue which only appeared over time was that the longevity of the bulbs which appeared to me to be well short of their claimed life expectancy - even in the less used areas of my house. I took these issues back to Well-Lit and entered into a number of positive exchanges with them but I could sense that nothing was going to be easily or readily resolved. When the next bulb failed I therefore simply changed manufacturer and bought Phillips equivalent products - which are more energy efficient and , since their install, don’t have any flicker issues whatsoever. I know where I’ll be buying in the future.

Just received free replacement for an LED bulb I bought from Well Lit about 3 years ago. Amazing after-purchase customer support! One out a set of 4 bulbs stopped working, and when I queried whether the bulb should have lasted a lot longer than this, I was sent a full replacement set of 4 bulbs because they had to form a set in a dimmable lamp unit. The company responded quickly to my initial query, immediately offered to replace all the bulbs free of charge, even though the official guarantee period was long finished, and took all my descriptions on trust. They even sent the new bulbs to an overseas address. This confirms the very good impression of the company that I had when I made the initial purchase.

We have had LED spotlights and LED strip lights from Well Lit. Bujar has been fantastic. He was very patient with me as I tried to sort out what I needed. Delivery was fast. Yes there are cheaper bulbs out there but as with many things in life you get what you pay for. The electrician told us that the LED strip is the best quality he has worked with and he has installed LED strip many many times over the years Thank you

Bought a load of designer LEDs from Heals and although they looked really nice, they wouldn't work with our lighting control system, so we had to return them. We bought all our light fittings from a company who are specialist in hand made fixtures and it was they who recommended well-lit. We were told that they don't use anyone other companies for LED bulbs now, just well-lit and they have never had a single issue with any of them. So we bought the fitting and the well-lit lamps through the retailer and we are very pleased we did. They work perfectly with our lighting control system, no flicker at all and have a wide range of dimming. Top class.

While trying to find the right LED strips for a prototype, I've had nothing but outstanding, personable customer service. Would recommend (and have done already) to anyone.

We were looking to purchase suitable lights both for our conservatory and for the ceiling light in our lounge. After searching many sites we discovered well-lit and eventually chose the conservatory light. On its arrival, and though it was a great light, it was not quite appropriate for its location. We rang well-lit and spoke to Bujar, a very knowledgeable contact who advised us on a suitable alternative. We returned the original and have been very pleased with his recommended replacement. Also, after a further conversation with him we have bought 3 filament bulbs for our ceiling lamp. The advice we received was excellent, as is the quality of the bulbs.

I don't write many reviews, but excellent service deserves to be recognised. These guys understand LED lighting and provide good products that perform exactly as described. Replacement of GU10 bulbs is now a minefield of mediocrity that can cost you hours of wasted time on the internet. In contrast, Well-lit is a haven of clarity. Thanks.

Sometimes online pics are not always what you get, but my fittings and bulbs exceed expectations. I kind of knew what I wanted but really needed to speak to someone. After a quick phone call, I had all the info I required and some great suggestions. I prefer to use smaller companies where possible, they didn't disappoint. Result: I'm over the moon with my two new fitting and filament bulbs, can't recommend enough and will contact them again in the future!

Having already converted to LED bulbs I was disappointed with the colour rendering making our room look 'washed out'. I found Well-Lit on through an internet search and having read what they offered thought I would give their bulbs a try. I bought some E27 golf ball, G9 and GU10. I contacted Well-Lit for advice on the G9s and received a very speedy and comprehensive response. Once ordered, the products arrived very swiftly. Once installed the difference in quality of colour rendering was amazing. I would thoroughly recommend Well-Lit products and their customer service.
