I emailed the company for advise on replacing my Spots, they made suggestions and then offered to send out the bulbs on sale or return, brilliant, when your spending £120 on LEDs you want then to be right as there are so many different types. If you have any doubts about LEDs email Chris who knows all about LEDs and customer care. You won't be disappointed. :-)

I recently ordered a number of LED bulbs. They all fit perfectly and I am very happy with the quality of light they give. When I had a query, the customer service responded within an hour (!) in a friendly and helpful manner. Very pleased.

I replaced my halogens with the well lit 5w LED Spot. I actually think the 5w LED produces a nicer ambient colour with similar brightness to the 50w. Seamless and perfect transition from halogen to LED. Thank you very much.

They clearly know what they are talking about and i felt very confident about buying products from them, especially backed up with a 365 day returns policy. I've since received the products and they are absolutely first class. I bought the 'well-lit' LED Spot to replace 22 x 50w halogens in my kitchen and my wife and i love them. The brightness and colour temperature is spot on. I also replaced my 60w incandescents with the 9w LED Bulb in Natural White which is also superb. Time will tell if the products last as long as claimed. I had used two other online LED retailers but the difference between them and energysavingled is that this company genuinely are experts in the industry, their prices are very competitive yet their products are clearly of a much higher quality. Highly recommended.
