A friend had told me about his experience with Well-lit.com, so when I needed to replace our down-lighter bulbs, I thought I'd take a look. All he said was true - they have a great range of bulbs at very reasonable prices, but what swung me was their 365-day returns policy. I've never found any other company that offers that. Obviously they are confident in the quality of their products. I really can't recommend them enough!

I recently bought 4 GU10's for my Bathroom. I am very pleased with the product and also extremely pleased with the customer service. Knowing very little about LED's I rang 'Well Lit' and spoke to a very helpful chap named Bujar. After a lengthy discussion with Bujar I was invited to try this product and return it if I didn't like it and try something else. There aren't many comapnies these days that offer such a personal service!!!

What a really pleasant surprise to find a company in this day and age that still thinks a happy customer is the way to make their company grow. 2 years ago i purchased 6x6w LEDs to replace 6x50w halogens and recently one bulb started flickering so i e/mailed them and to my astonishment they just said they would send me 6 more no hassle no argument. I will buy from this company again and will highly recomend them to anybody and if anyone has any doubts about the authentisaty of this review then just ask the company to give you my e/mail address and i will happily confirm the above and that i have no connection with the company whatsoever.

Recently used Well Lit for 10 GU10's in the kitchen and I am very pleased with the bulbs and the overall service provided.

I must have tried up to 10 replacements GU10 replacements.... the first generation of low energy GU10's I found were based around mini fluorescent tubes. The light from these was excellent but they took a long time to warm up and within a couple of years they had all stopped working. I started to experiment with LED's - these didn't need anytime to warm up but the light was really cold and clinical. I tried a number of brands over the years each claiming to provide warm light - and all disappointed. And despite lifespans rated for tens of thousands of hours I have had to replace a lot of failed bulbs. Last year I came across Well Lit. They are not the most expensive bulbs on the market - but far from the cheapest. So I started with just 3. They are worth every penny. For the very first time I have light quality that is very very hard to distinguish from a Halogen. It is too early to comment on reliability but a year later and all is good. I have recently bought 3 more - I will be replacing all of existing bulbs with Well Lites as and when they fail. 10/10 from me...

Like most people with modern light fittings I was bitterly regretting the day I bought kitchen lights with GU10 Halogen bulbs as they only last a few months. I tried LED replacement bulbs from the usual chains most of which cost about £5-£8 but was disappointed, yet again, with dim short lived lights. I bought my first warm white 5W replacement GU10 LED lamps in January 2014. The staff were really kind sending me a choice of sale or return types and colours to try. All 4 are still working!! An amazing achievement. I have just ordered 3 more and hope that, now I have a full set of Well-lit replacements, I will not have to replace them for at least 10years. The lamps are bright, of good colour and are packed perfectly. . The staff are really obliging informative and keep proper records of previous purchases. I am sure that they would replace any bulbs that did not live up to their expected guaranteed life time. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

I have bought 9 SES candle bulbs for existing light fittings in the lounge & dining room. I have been impressed with the brightness of the light at full power and they dim without issue. The only thing I can't comment on is longevity as they have only been in use for a few weeks - however I was constantly having to replace incandescent bulbs and trying halogens was not much better. So far so good.

The 5w dimmable Warm White LED Spot replacers for my 50w halogen are an improvement. I have found Well-Lits warm white colour preferable to several other makes I have tried and in particularly the 60 degree beam angle gives an excellent spread of light, creating friendlier lighting in fact, than the halogen. The beam angle is a point to watch when buying LEDs. In addition I have been testing the 11w LED Omni A60 dimmable with a bayonet fitting from them, and this makes a totally acceptable replacement for 60w bulbs. I am purchasing more of these to replace any 60w bulbs we have around the house, particularly the ones we tend to leave on all evening. It is a shame it is not yet possible to have 100w replacements. A further obvious benefit is the instant light as opposed to the irritating warming up period with energy saving bulbs the EU foisted upon us!

I'm not a technical expert, but I did spend a long time choosing the right LED bulbs and trying to understand what to look for in an LED bulb. I ended up buying the 5W GU10 spots due to a balance between cost and a desire to have a Natural White light and am impressed. The other LEDs I have in my house are not a patch on these and the service from Well-Lit was excellent.

I've bought both the 11W Dimmable LED bulb and 7W Dimmable LED Spot and I'm thrilled with both. The claims for high CRI (colour rendition index) seem more than justified. Reds and browns are much richer and more vibrant and the light quality really brings the room to life. The light quality is head and shoulders above that from other LED bulbs I've used from several reputable leading brands. Customer service and price are also excellent. I'll be coming back for a lot more bulbs very soon.
