Had what I wanted. Took a while to despatch but all fine in the end

Arrived quickly and my joiner was very impressed with the doors and was able to fix them without any issues. They look great and are good value.

I ordered 9 doors with the handles and was told and received a email with the confirmation. Two door arrived with no handles. Contacted the company and then pasted from pillar to post by customer service. They told me that there had been a miscommunication and the doors were out of stock. I told them that there was no miscommunication as there was no communication at all to let me know. I had the trades man coming the next two days to fit them but had to cancel them. I reordered the 7 doors but i was not there to take the deliver and i was unaware that the handles had not been delivered until the joiners came on the morning. I had to pay for there time this time and book them in for two weeks time for them to be able to come back to fit-them. I then had to contact the company and they told me that they had not even been put on the order but they told me that they would arrive the following day. They did not arrive and when i spoke to them again and explain that i had to pay the joiners for a days work, They just apologised and said it is close to Christmas so they have been busy. I ordered my doors from this company because the reviews and customer service were very good but how wrong was I . I can excuse one mistake but this many is unexceptionable.

On time delivery and a good product.

Poor experience - we ordered 15 doors online which were all in stock, we were given a delivery date which was missed, and when we called to get an update, they told us that someone in management had all of the doors we ordered reserved for a property developer (which didn't show on the website, and no one told us when we placed the order). We then had three failed delivery dates across two months and had to chase for updates. In the end, we had to change our order to a different style of door, which we didn't really want, but couldn't wait any longer for them to arrive. Overall, quite a disappointing experience with a huge lack of communication from them.

Excellent quality and price very good communication used before and will use again.

As soon as I placed my order within a few hours I had the company on the phone organising my delivery. 100% Happy
