Not sure what happened when our builder ordered the door and it didn't arrive but as soon as I got in touch with the girls in customer services it was sorted immediately. Kept me up to date always answered my questions and we now have the door! Brilliant thankyou

Very poor service and difficult to get hold of. A week after placing my order, they emailed to let me know that the doors were not in stock. Because I had the trades booked in, I opted for different doors that were in stock and they said they would have them shipped out. The company then ignored my emails and phone calls for a week and finally called the following week saying they had no stock and they were going to cancel the order. Waste of time.

The website was super easy to use. The doors are excellent value for money and superb quality. The delivery date was easy to book, and the delivery teams' communication and delivery were spot on.

Ordering was easy - delivery a bit longer than I expected for the cost but I have to give a low revue as my wife, now the door is fitted, isn’t very pleased as the door looks like it’s seconds - we have5 of the same doors upstairs and they are fine but this one, the grooves are double the width and the ‘finish’, the glaze is rough and patchy - I didn’t want to say/do anything as I have fitted the door but she is right, the door isn’t a good one, sorry but I wouldn’t recommend
