Utter shambles from start to finish.

Ordered the Farley, arrived quite literally dropped off the side of the lorry (no tail lift, ramp anything...dropped!) in front of me, incorrectly received the Belize, requested a return to be told 3 days later it was £50 which I disputed. I kindly offered to drive the doors the 20 miles to Vibrant doors in Derby to find out they're just dropshipping items from LPD in Leeds. I was told I would need to take them there which I refused to do as my retail contract is not with LPD. Raised a dispute with our payment provider as they refused to accept their errors or organise a return after 2 weeks. This action prompted the customer service manager to email, we responded same day then she ghosted us after despite receiving it and not resolving. Having made 9 calls, 5 that were actually answered in the proceeding month all being promised a collection that never happened. I called again on the 6th time and finally got a collection arranged and refund processed. I will not use this company ever again, do yourself a favour, buy from elsewhere, somewhere that actually stocks the items they sell and has customer service.

No Aftersales

strongly advise against ordering from here due to their terrible after-sales service. Despite reaching out more than 20 times over the past five days, including numerous phone calls and emails, I am still no closer to arranging a simple exchange. How long does this process take? The lack of response and progress is incredibly frustrating.

Excellent quality product

I couldn't believe the high quality and finish of the doors I ordered recently. (Ely Oak prefinished 2 panel doors) I am absolutely delighted with them and was surprised by the value. I will be buying again to replace my downstairs doors.

A part arrived damaged

A part arrived damaged, packaging was fine so must of been a manufacturers defect, delivered on a Friday and opened up on a Monday. Was told I need to pay for new part as missed the returns time slot! after sales finally agreed to send it out FOC.. didn’t receive it for over 2 weeks and never had a delivery time slot so missed the delivery, then told we must pay for re delivery! I’ve given up and had a joinery shop make a new part. Disgusted with aftersales team. Bad customer service.
