Exceptional customer service At a difficult time

We were due to visit Japan this month to visit our son and see the Olympics. We had booked 2 non refundable rooms for several days in Tokyo( they were all non refundable because of the olympics). Because of Covid , Japan is still not allowing tourists in. We had already contacted Nustay the previous month and they had advised us ,due to the huge numbers of people in a similar situation to recontact a week before our Dates. I emailed on Friday evening and hadn’t really expected a reply before Monday. On Saturday morning I had an email back saying the hotel were unable to issue a refund but because of this difficult situation Nustay were giving us a credit note for anywhere in the world for the next year! This was such a lovely surprise- and so much better/easier than our dealings with flight operators. Thank you Nustay. I think you are a fantastic company and you have gained a fan for life.

on arriving at our hotel i was told there had been a mix up and our room had been cancelled leaving us stranded on a Saturday evening .Within 5 minutes of emailing Nustay they had replied and 15 minutes later they had contacted the hotel and sorted the problem out

Covid-19 transfer

We were able to transfer our hotel booking because of the Covid-19 crisis, in fact we moved from a hotel in Spain to a hotel in Ireland on a completely different date. Camilla dealt with our transfer request immediately and answered any queries that we had. The service was prompt, professional and courteous and we were very satisfied.

im truly satisfy about this website. I had to cancel my trip due to Covid this week .The hotel's owner refused to give me a refund( according a the nun-refundable reservation ) but Nustay had the best attitude and understanding offering me the opportunity to receive a voucher for the totality of my nights lost ! this was so nice !i would recommend them highly !

Such a scam and fraudulent company

Such a scam and fraudulent company. Our flights were canceled for two times due to COVID 19. We tried to contact NUSTAY many times for refund. After several discussions, they told us they would refund if the hotel accepted. We contacted the hotel and we got the cancellation confirmation email and we forwarded it to NUSTAY. They said they needed to contact the third party (we do not know who they are referring to) in order to process our refund. We have not received our refund yet. We tried to email them but they haven’t responded back. It is very frustrating. We have been hit not only by Covid 19 but also by this fraudulent company who is taking advantage of this situation.

Had to change a Non refundable booking

Had to change a non refundable booking due to a COVID related concert cancellation. The nustay rep was very helpful in changing the booking to a more convenient time at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.
