I was skeptical to use a online booking company that I wasn't familiar with, but pleased to say that the they have always been quick to respond with any request, with nothing appearing to be an issue. This was before and during the Covid-19 outbreak. Unfortunately we could not stay in the hotel because of the pandemic, but will not hesitate to use Nustay in the future. Thank-you Nustay.

Be careful, Took time but finally I had a solution
At the beginning was a little bit difficult to have help from this agency with the covid19 situation because they refused to refund me. However, after I called to the hotel and noted that was closed, I contacted them and finally they gave me a solution. Be careful.

First time forever customer....
I recently moved to northern Indiana and needed a room asap. I booked online and decidede to use Nustay, a company i had never used. I book the room just fine and easy enough but I book myself for 2 weeks from when I needed, I needed right now, right now happens to be 7am by the way. I send off an email and thought "here we go".... and bam....i got one back.....I thought, well that never happens.... A few emails with Ariana and my new reservation is made my future reservation is cancelled and my money is refunded in full all before i finish my first cup of coffee. Delightful to do business with you. Thank you so very much for the courtesy and diligence.

Moi aussi je les ai contacté alors que j’avais réservé un hôtel à Amsterdam via leur site (du 01 au 07 avril et ils m’ont dit de me tourner vers mon assurance annulation de ma carte bleue qui m’a répondu que le COVID 19 ne faisait pas partie des garanties.... site à éviter donc!!!!

I booked a hotel pre-lockdown to attend a conference in April. As with most public events during this time, it was postponed until later in the year. I contacted the Nustay team to see if I could move my non-refundable booking to the new date. They promptly replied and said would see what they could do, a week or so later they came back as promised saying not only did they successfully move the booking but they secured free breakfast and a refundable booking! Good customer service is rare these days and they had it in buckets despite these difficult times. Highly recommended!!

I had to cancel my reservation
I had to cancel my reservation in the light of the current pandemic. The website wouldn’t open the necessary page so I emailed and received a very quick and polite response from Yvonne in customer services saying that she had actioned my request for me. Thank you for continuing to be so efficient in these difficult times
