As with other reviewers, I booked through Nustay and then received a follow up email to say the were "reconfirming" my 2 night hotel reservation with the hotel. They then followed up again to say my reservation would be confirmed if I paid a €160 supplement! This was over 50% more than the original total cost, and significantly more expensive than offers via TripAdvisor or the hotel direct. Also, they charge in EUR so you may have to pay an additional fee to your bank/ card provider. Waste of time and money - avoid.

If i could i would giv it - 5. I book a room and receive mail that the book been delayd and alot of b*llsh*t about the price gone up. As if its my problem. Its not a reliable company. Buy from another company.
