Helpful staff when issue arose
I contacted Nustay after a stressful booking issue with our hotel. There was some miscommunication between our hotel, Nustay and possibly a 3rd party. Nustay were very quick to rectify the issue and refunded our money promptly.

Ridiculous
Ridiculous, advertised a price they were not able to honour for a hotel in Manchester. Seems to be a common occurrence. Would not touch these with a bargepole. They did not offer any form of compensation, we had to book elsewhere at a higher price. As an "act of goodwill" they offered free access to their concierge service. Shambles of a company.

The Customer Service was excellent. Mrs. Ariana Dayton was really customer oriented, proactive, fast response and very professional. This is the way you get new customers. It was the first time using Nustay, after having problems I was just thinking to avoid using it. The way Mrs. Dayton was reacting convinced me to trust in this new platform and get back using it. Finally I opened my Account and I did my first reservation. Kind Regards

Nachträglich per Mail mehr Geld gefordert
Zu angezeigtem Preis gebucht und per Kreditkarte bezahlt, kurze Zeit später kam per Mail die Aufforderung, einen Aufpreis zu zahlen. Sollte ich dies verweigern, bekomme ich kein Zimmer mehr, da diese angeblich ausgebucht sind. Eine erneute Abfrage der Kontingente ergab einen noch günstigeren Preis, als der von mir bezahlte. Dies teilte ich dem Support mit, die Antwort: Schuld sei ich, denn ich sei der Weiterleitung von Google gefolgt und müsse die Website mit gelöschten Cookies direkt aufrufen. Dies habe ich getan, nach wie vor der günstigere Preis. Der Support besteht auf eine Zuzahlung, andernfalls storniere man meine Buchung.
