As others have said, if it is too good to be true, it probably is. As soon as I booked I was afraid it might be a scam. I booked a private room at much cheaper than market price and it turned out to be a bed in an 8 person dorm. I’m glad that the booking actually went through, but the conditions laid out were absolutely false. Trust the other negative reviews this web site is a bunch of bait and switch b*llshit

It’s the old story... if something looks too good to be true... it definitely is! I was browsing for Hilton London Excel and surprise surprise Nustay had rooms availability at £65 a night cheaper than almost all other companies... ( wow what a bargain) As soon as you enter details the price jumped from £405 for 3 nights to £606... Ah well serves me right for being a gullible and greedy fool. So simply don’t wast your time with this tragic company, they WILL fail as this model of price switching seems to have no advantage to most folk , as anyone with half or a third of a brain will figure them out. So good luck Nustay, all the best in 2020 enjoy the short remainder of your business life.

customer service couldn't have been more helpful there was an issue with the hotel and the way I was assisted with this matter was so completely professional and I was kept in the loop the whole way!! highly recommend!

Total rip off, they do not give enough information on hotels they are advertising. They took my money and refused to give it back after I notified them that I did not stay in the hotel that was wrongfully booked.

This is currently the worst hotel booking service offered. Please for your own sake avoid this service or use at your own risk. Edit to respond to reply: They are so unorganized and unprofessional that they cannot even find a booking from 1 month ago. I suppose that I should not expect any more from this group. Amongst all of the people unfortunate enough to have used your service not one has been named Peter Murphy? Or this could be one of your general replies to save face, I'm sure your company has a handbook of them.
