I thought with ‘Which’ we couldn’t go wrong, but now regret using this service, the best way is face to face unless your a wizard with legal jargon.

If you live in Scotland - the POA service is not fit for purpose. I couldn't find a single doctor or solicitor to sign the certificate of capacity for the purchased service to be valid. Which don't care and won't give any advice, they just take your money and dismiss all complaints. It's therefore MUCH cheaper to use an actual solicitor. Disgusted with Which, would never trust them again Edited to add: reply to my review from Which is as expected. As I already mentioned in my review, I've already spoken to the complaints department who do not care. PLEASE avoid this dismissive company

This Wills scheme has not worked for me. The questions are quite restrictive. It’s probably my not understanding some questions but I have spent a lot of time on this. Also payment is required before you start on the questions. Payment should be due at the point of submission I’m having to use a solicitor face to face now I suspect that for straightforward requirements this scheme could work but I have found the system clever but disappointing I have abandoned the scheme.

The LPA service was useful, and quite easy to understand the process. The LPA forms were received after 14 days, and were succesfully printed off.

I've usd Which before to prepare my will, so had no hesitation in using their POA service. The review period, in which the docs are subjected to scrutiny by a legal team, took just over 2 weeks and about one month after I started the process, I have just submitted the docs for registration.
