Shockingly over priced
Shockingly over priced, small bunch of flowers. I paid about £50 for a bunch of flowers I could have bought at a petrol station for a fiver. Reported to their customer service who said they are happy with the size. I won’t use ever again
Terrible Product, Terrible Customer Service
I recently purchased the Wild and Wonderful Bouquet. The quality and density of the flowers did not look as was advertised on the website. I was also particularly disappointed with the customer service. Although I appreciate how quickly they replyed to my queries, they didn't want to support or listen to anything I wanted to say about the quality and density of the flowers being subpar. There was also plant/stems missing; the light green thalaspi plant/stem to be exact); It was very obvious in the pictures I sent them that there was a clear difference. Some may call their lack of acknowledgement Gaslighting. I ended up having to raise a dispute with Paypal. Fortunately Paypal were able to give me some form of compensation via a voucher, as Prestige refused to acknowledge or compensate their lack of quality. Prestige's Ethos clearly states that for years they have dedicated themselves to "ethical practices, creating stunning bouquets that are not only extraordinary...." Yet Prestige failed to provide me with an "extraordinary" bouquet of flowers and a reasonable service in this instance. For a company that has won awards, my experience with them has been unexpected, patronising and disappointing. Would definitely not recommend them. Please be warned the pictures on their website for the Wild and Wonderful bouquet are not a true reflection of what they deliver-False Advertising.

Terrible, do not use this company
1st time using the service. Ordered the 13th feb and they arrived in time for Valentine’s Day (today). Great start but that’s where it all goes downhill. The photos on the website are not what I found in a tiny card board box. The garage up the street has nicer flowers for £10. I paid £45. Some of the flowers look dead, and are in a tiny bunch. Going to have to go to m&s at 6pm to try to get something half decent. Terrible company and I will try to get a refund but can’t see it happening.
Flowers arrived today for Valentines…
Flowers arrived today for Valentines day. Roses weren't exactly horrible condition but certainly weren't good enough to present to my partner. 3 of the roses were damaged and wilting, one of them with a snapped stem at the head. Luckily made it to a local florist (who understood why i was annoyed) and managed to salvage the boquet but of course had to pay more to replace some of the roses. Reached out to customer service and they couldn't really care less. Shop local folks, always better.

Total waste of time and money
I am very dissapointed with Customer Service.Royal Mail,(their agent not mine) delivered to what they considered a safe place.Outside basement utility area of a Central London Street and not the flat , basement area used by workmen.Flowers taken by unknown.£39.99 wasted. No refund when I phoned. I was told by customer relations to contact Royal Mail,even though it was a delivery contract between them and Royal Mail not me. I am 78 and cannot be doing with this apathetic and costly attitude. I am a long time customer no more. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone which is a great shame as I have used them often before but this couldn't care less"we've got your money off you go" attitude is plainly wrong. PS It hasn't been resolved to my knowledge so I don't know what your reply below is about ?? 15th February 2022
