I have used Prestige for at least 3 years and have been pleased with the service and quality. On ordering £25 flowers I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers and emailed to complain. They did not back up their "100 % satisfaction guarantee" Frankly the product was worth £10 and would have been reduced if it was in Tesco They told me I was wrong so I am afraid I will find an alternative supplier of flowers next time . Shame

AVOID worst looking flowers and customer service My husband got me flowers delivered and paid £70 honestly a £10 bunch from Tesco would look better ... 2 of the roses are damaged droopy and the others have wilted petals On contacting customer services they say this is totally fine after they have reviewed the pics Another thing is no where does it state they are coming crammed in a box with other items and not being hand delivered Honestly worst flowers I have ever received and will never use again

Would highly recommend came on time as said even on a busy holiday. Will definitely be using again so handy great products at great prices.

I could not be more embarrassed by what they delivered to my wife. I wish I could attach a picture so you can join in the shame of it.

Wanted delivery before 1pm, tracking shows 3-7pm what a joke, can’t speak to anyone on live chat either, why offer a service and then not be able to fulfill it!!!

Disgrace. I ordered flowers for Valentines day well in advance, paid extra for before 13:00 delivery. Their website says customer service call centre open 'till 17:00 but when you call it says they are closed but still give 17:00 as opening times. Live chat is dead and, have sent emails as the tracking states that the item is 548 miles away.

Just concern about the delivery of the product. Luckyly, by the help with CS(Miss Jennifer.r) her quick and professional response helped to resolve the problem immediately. Finally, my girl friend got the flower on time as promised and she was so surprised! Everything goes fast and easy. Highly recommended. W.

The website is very easy to use. I have used Prestige Flowers many times and have always been completely satisfied with the freshness of flowers, the design and the excellent delivery service.

Just recieved my girlfriends valentines flowers, I could of honestly done better picking up a bunch from my local supermarket and for half the price i paid, the roses are already blackening aswell, I most deffinately wont be ordering flowers from you in the future.
