Fantastisk service der faktisk hjælper dig
Vi har nu haft deres bordopvasker i 2 år og den har virket helt uden problemer. I samme uge som garantien udløb meldte en fejl sig og den virker ikke længere. Jeg har oplevet en super god service, de sender en ny til mig på trods af at garantien egentlig lige er udløbet. Deres service ansatte Steen har været meget behagelig og behjælpelig. Selve maskinen har jeg forsøgt selv at fikse og kan fortælle at kvaliteten under det pæne ydre er lige så pænt inden i, god kvalitet og godt maskin design. Selvfølgelig er det negativt at maskinen gik i stykker, men med så god service kan jeg ikke klage over noget.

Voldsomme dårlige produkter over hele linjen
Fået ny tørretumbler i min lejlighed. (Bor til leje) Kompressoren siger sådan en forfærdelig “tinitus-lignedne” lyd. Overdøvende og umulig at holde ud. Scandomestic mener dog at det er en meget normal lyd fra en kompressor på en tørretumbler. Deres samarbejdspartnere der kan komme og tjekke service, at ultra ufleksible. Man skal tage en halv fridag, fordi man ikke kan aftale et bestemt tidspunkt med dem. Som man kan med stort set alle andre håndværkere. Har efterfølgende så også fået en kogeplade også fra Scandomestic. Den larmer ligeledes sindsyngt. Ja, du læser rigtig. Man skulle ikke tro at en kogeplade kunne larme. Men den er udstyret med blæsere eller hvad det er, som larmer mere end en flyvemaskine. I kod you not. Svaret man får: sådan lyder en kogeplade. Sjovt nok, larmede vores gamle tørretumbler (også med kompressor) eller vores gamle kogeplade slet ikke sådan. Bor til leje, derfor jeg ikke har andre muligheder. Men kommer dog ALDRIG til at købe det mærke selv.

I would definitely not recommend
I would definitely not recommend Scandomestic. To my misfortune I have 4 appliances of this brand in my rented flat (fridge, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer) and NONE of these appliances work properly. I would understand that one appliance could cause problems, but not 4. The appliances are brand new and from the first switch on new faults appear with every normal use. Just waiting for service is a total disrespect. I waited 2.5 weeks for a service technician to fix a new fault that appeared immediately after he left. In my opinion, the quality of the equipment, the service and the ability to fix the problem yourself (e.g. you can't level the equipment on the feet yourself) is disappointing. Unfortunately, what I experienced makes me not recommend this brand of equipment if you want to be able to use your appliances without worry. And I will certainly never buy any Scandomestic equipment for my own home.

Meget fin service
Man må sige, at Scandomestics service er eminent god! Jeg havde problemer med en fryser, og de stod parat til at finde en løsning meget hurtigt. De fulgte op på sagen, foretog det der skulle til, og selv om der ikke kom en løsning i deres favør, hjalp de til lige indtil sagen kunne afsluttes. Tak til dem og tak til deres servicemedarbejdere.

Scandomestic W132B Jeg har netop betalt meget dyre lærepenge, da jeg lidt naivt stolede på annoncer og sælgere, på trods af min seriøse research. Trist at ærlighed og etik kan være så fraværende i hvidevarebranchen. Jeg købte et Scandomestic W132B vinkøleskab til nogle nyindkøbte vin, som jeg ville gemme til begivenheder, der betyder noget helt særligt for mig. Undervejs i mit stolte ejerskab af vinskabet, begynder jeg dog at observere at W132B lader til at være uens i kølingen. Jeg indkøber 2 præcise termometre, finkalibrerer dem og placerer dem forskellige steder i vinskabet. Resultatet er 9,3 graders forskel fra top til bund inde i W132B, fx 11,5 grader øverst og 2,2 grader nederst. Bemærk venligst at skabet står mod en nordvendt væg uden lysindfald og har på dette tidspunkt ikke været åbnet i 7 dage. Mine dyrt indkøbte vin er efterfølgende lige til at hælde i håndvasken. Jeg ringer til Scandomestic, der afviser og hverken vil tage teknisk eller etisk ansvar for deres produkter. Jeg køber et andet skab af andet mærke, som holder temperaturforskellen indenfor 0,7 grader. Seriøse producenter formår altså at fremstille et vinskab i anstændig kvalitet. Dette omfatter desværre ikke Scandomestic. Hvis du er vinentusiast vil jeg anbefale at du undgår Scandomestic, deres produkter og deres "kundeservice". ***** Svar på Scandomestics respons: Skabet beskrives som: "Scandomestic W132B vinkøleskabet er den ideelle løsning til alle vinelskere. Med sin sorte finish og 45 flaskers kapacitet er dette vinkøleskab det perfekte valg til opbevaring af dine yndlingsvine." At jeg får korrigerende information EFTER jeg har købt vinskabet, er ikke min fejl. Hvis jeg havde haft den korrigerede information til rådighed FØR jeg købte skabet, havde jeg naturligvis valgt anderledes. Nu insinuerer Scandomestic at jeg selv har truffet et informeret valg af et skab af tvivlsom kvalitet. Intet kunne være mere forkert. Telefonisk blev jeg oplyst at det må være forhandleren der har givet ukorrekte oplysninger om skabet. Men forhandleren viderebringer blot markedsføringsmateriale og -tekster som importøren allerede har forfattet. Scandomestic har bevidst vildledt mig som kunde og forbruger.

Poor service
Another update, received damaged goods and contacted the company w/c 27th June and was assured parts would be sent out immediately, it's now 12th July and still not received required parts. Fed-up with contacting the company as they will just say what they think will make you happy and you have to believe them and hope for the best Updated this review - seems a shame that I had to write the original poor review to get a response from the company, but it has worked and they responded very quickly and I received the information I needed and now have my delivery and hopefully they have taken on board the a bit of communication works wonders Poor service. poor communication. Delivery up in the air (need to take a leaf out of amazon's delivery system). Think again before ordering from this company - actually would not order from them again

Excellent Service
Lockers 3000 have demonstrated a high level of customer care and have made every effort to make sure that our recent locker purchase and installation went smoothly. Roy deserves a special mention as he went the extra mile to assist us by visiting the school with a special delivery so that we could be sure that the lockers were ready for our students on the first day of term. We are delighted with the lockers and our students will be too!!

A trouble free transaction …
This was a trouble free transaction from ordering to delivery. The lockers are exactly as described and look great in situ. The lockers, which came earlier than expected, were delivered by a very friendly driver who brought them directly into our bowls pavilion. Thank you Lockers3000

Fupfirma! Vi har bestilt julegaver, som ikke levede op til forventningerne og derfor ønsker at sende retur. Man skal kontakte firmaet for at sende retur, men dem kan man IKKE komme igennem til hverken på mail eller telefonen (som altid går direkte på telefonsvarer). Vi har forsøgt at komme i kontakt med dem siden d. 8/12, og det er endnu ikke lykkedes… Køb aldrig derfra!

Intet svar på opkald eller mails
Jeg havde købt en forkert størrelse madras og lagen, og da jeg gjorde dem opmærksom på dette, sendte de et returlabel hurtigt. Jeg sendte pakken samme dag, og når de modtager varen plejer man at få pengene retur. Det er desværre ikke sket, og jeg har prøvet at kontakte dem på mail adskillige gange og opkaldene går direkte på telefonsvarer. Har prøvet at få kontakt til dem siden august? Måske de svarer, når de ser denne anmeldelse? De skylder mig i hvert fald over 800 kr.......

Enlig havde jeg en god oplevelse med dem, hurtig levering og fin vare. Der er tale om en jakke til 800kr på tilbud. Desværre for lille. Havde bestilt flere ting fra dem tilbage d. 28/6-2024, pakken var beskadiget og dermed også nogle af tingene indeni. Har gentagende gange prøvet at få kontakt til dem både pr. Mail, tlf (som går direkte på tlf svarer) og på Instagram. Virkelig dårlig service, at have en ellers fin hjemmeside med gode varer, for så at ødelægge hele oplevelsen med ikke eksisterende kundeservice!

Næsten umuligt at få kontakt
Jeg bestilte lidt dukketilbehør til mit barnebarn som hun skulle ha i fødselsdagsgave. Fik aldrig en ordrebekræftelse, men skrev til dem, da jeg glemte at bestille en ting, de svarede at jeg skulle bestille denne og at de efterfølgende ville returnere porto. Dette gjorde de, men den ene ting jeg bestilte var alt for lille til dukken, til trods for at den l inden for de mål de havde oplyst. Da jeg ikke fik nogen ordrebekræftelse, var jeg nervøs for om jeg nåede at få tingene inden jeg skulle bruge dem og skrev derfor et par gange til dem, fik først svar samme dag som jeg modtog pakken. Jeg har så efterfølgende skrevet til dem i forhold til returnering, men der er total tavshed fra dem af, så må nok opgive at sende den ene vare retur.

Vi bestilte rulleskøjter samt sikkerhedssæt. Sidstnævnte blev leveret med produktionsfejl på håbdledsbeskytterne, da den ene rem var for kort og ikke kunne nå rundt om et barnehåndled og fæstne. Jeg har gentagne gange rettet henvendelse for at få en ombytning/penge retur og er en enkelt gang blevet bedt om at sende billede. Intet er sket efter knap en måned.

Har købt en baby dyne for 5 dage siden og har stadig ikke modtaget nogen ELLER en ordebekræftigelse. Har prøvet at kontakte dem via mail, men ingen svar og prøvet kontakte dem via opkald som iøvrigt er oplyst på deres hjemmeside, at man kan tirsdage og torsdag fra 11.00 - 13.00, men heller ingen svar og går direkte på telenfonsvare! Simpelthen elendig service og al’ for lang leveringstid, hvis det overhovedet bliver leveret.

Jeg har haft SRS til rengøring i mange år mens jeg var rask, og har altid været tilfreds med deres arbejde. Dog ser jeg helst, at det så vidt muligt er de samme der kommer, så de kender mit hjem, nu hvor jeg efterhånden er blevet dårligere. De gør det ,som jeg beder dem om og som jeg betaler for.

Den unge faste mand er superb
Den unge mand, som er kommet her de sidste mange gange er både venlig, pligtopfyldende og grundig. Den lille fyr, han har haft med de seneste gange, svarer ikke, når man siger hej, er ude af døren længe før den faste er færdig. Da jeg i sidste uge havde andre til at åbne døren, fordi jeg var forsinket, var han allerede smuttet, da jeg ankom 20 minutter efter holdets ankomst. Ham er jeg hellere end gerne fri for. De piger, der tidligere var her med førstnævnte har derimod været lige så pligtopfyldende, som han er. Mvh Peer Suhr

Under AL kritik
Jeg skriver ikke ret tit på trustpilot, da jeg har et travlt arbejdsliv. Nu tager jeg mig tid af hensyn til andre kunder Vi bliver kunder i begyndelsen af 2023, så kundeforholdet er stået på længe. Vi udarbejdede en nøje arbejdsplan. Over tid bliver rengøringen dårligere og ofte skal jeg gøre opmærksom på at f.ex. køleskabet skal ordnes. Det er skrevet i planen at døre og karme skal ordnes m.m., ting som ganske simpelt ikke bliver gjort. Ideen for os med et professionelt firma i stedet for en privat rengøring, var vi ikke skulle være arbejdsgivere. Vi fik en meget presset periode i vores liv grundet sygdom. På et tidspunkt finder jeg dog den aftalte plan frem Jeg konstaterer at SRS har stort kun været her halvdelen af tiden! Der er aldrig blevet støvsuget møbler trods dette står ( da jeg påpeger dette i telefonsamtale med firma, oplyser de, at det ved en fejl ikke har stået i medarbejdernes plan). Der bliver aldrig gjort rent i køkkenskabet med affaldsspande trods dette også står. Efterhånden er der spindelvæv hængende fra loftet Jeg kunne blive ved - jeg skulle nok have mere oppe på aftalen, men jeg havde også en forventning om at firmaet selv lavede kvalitetskontrol. Her er jeg så blevet meget klogere Som kompensation aftalte jeg med ledelsen, at der næste gang ville blive gjort ekstra rent Da de 2 rengøringsmænd kom vidste de ikke dette. Efter mine præcise anvisninger blev spindelvæv fjernet, møbler støvsuget, nogle af panelerne blev ordnet. Igen blev det glemt at ordne under vasken og afstøvningen var en del der ikke var gjort. Trods aftale om ekstra grundig rengøring for at samle op på de manglede løste opgaver over lang tid, var de 2 mænd 10 minutter UNDER den aftale Vi har i 2024 betalt for en ydelse, hvor vi kun har fået udført halvdelen Så hvis du vælger SRS, skal du være super opmærksom og opfølgende Vi har selv opsagt vores aftale med firmaet Det er mange år siden, vi er blevet så grundigt snydt

Jeg har fået gjort rent et lille års tid.. i starten var det fint nok.. enkelte kommentar som blev rettet op på efterfølgende gange men efter lidt tid er det blev kvaliteten ringere og ringere… De sidste gange skal jeg kigge godt efter for at se om der har været nogen! Og jeg kan faktisk ikke se det andet end nøgle der bliver taget fra nøgle boks og på regningerne som de sender. Jeg har derfor afmeldt rengøring da det bliver ved at være elendig rengøring… MEN SRS bliver ved at sende regninger!! Også for rengøringer ud i fremtiden som ikke har fundet sted endnu. De svarer heller ikke på mails så nu har jeg har jeg søgt råd og vejledning hos advokat…. Hold jer laaaaangt væk. Fup er det!!!

Ved ikke om jeg skal grine eller græde
Jeg er desværre snart der hvor jeg ikke kan anbefale SRS Multiservice efter en mange meget skuffende og frustrerende oplevelse med deres rengøringsservice / kundeservice. Da vi retter henvendelse for, at høre om tilbud på henholdsvis hver 2 uge og hver 3 uge. Vi går så med hver 3 uge. Alt er godt første gang, påtrods af at de glemte at gøre rent under vores datters legemåtte. Men så begyndte problemerne 🤯 Da der var gået 2 uger dukker de pludselig op på en dag vi ikke havde aftalt de skulle komme. De svare ikke på telefonen. De sender regning for en dag de ikke har været her ved og lovede de vil lave en kreditnota, men det sker ikke i første omgang. De 2 andre gange de har været her har de endnu engang glemt at gøre rent under min datters legemåtte. 3 gang de er her glemmer de også at støve af, samt støvsuge under sofapuder, som der ellers står i ens kontrakt man får. Ringer så for at klage og de kommer ud dagen efter for at “rette” op på tingene. Men de har stadig ikke støvet af og støvsuget, der hvor der mangler. De har derimod gjort rent et sted vi ikke har bedt dem om. Så er virkelig skuffet og ved ikke helt om jeg skal grine eller græde over, hvor lidt de har styr på det. Det glæder på både deres rengørings del og kundeservice.

Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale SRS
Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale SRS Multiservice efter en meget skuffende og frustrerende oplevelse med deres rengøringsservice. Første gang, de var her, blev flere rum ’glemt’, selvom medarbejderen var sød og imødekommende. Jeg havde forventet langt højere standard, så jeg kontaktede kundeservice for at give feedback. På trods af skuffelsen besluttede jeg at give dem en chance mere og ændrede min rengøringsaftale fra hver anden uge til ugentligt. Dagen for den næste rengøring kom, men der dukkede aldrig nogen op. Jeg ringede flere gange fra morgenstunden for at få en opdatering, men ingen tog telefonen. Selvom deres hjemmeside angiver åbningstid til kl. 15.30, gik telefonen allerede kl. 15.00 direkte til en besked om, at jeg ringede udenfor åbningstiden. Først dagen efter fik jeg fat i dem, og de påstod, at deres medarbejder havde været forbi vores hus. Jeg havde ellers lagt en nøgle frem som aftalt, men ingen havde ringet for at afklare eventuelle problemer. Det hele virkede ekstremt uprofessionelt, og jeg opsagde aftalen. Men det var kun starten på problemerne. Flere uger senere stod en fremmed mand pludselig i min stue, mens jeg sad og arbejdede hjemme. Jeg blev vildt forskrækket. Det viste sig at være en medarbejder fra SRS, som påstod, at han skulle gøre rent – til trods for at jeg havde opsagt min aftale. Han gik igen, og jeg kontaktede kontoret, som beklagede fejlen. Dagen efter modtog jeg en faktura på næsten 1400 kr. for rengøring, der aldrig var blevet udført. Da jeg ringede for at få det løst, blev jeg lovet en kreditnota, hvilket jeg endelig modtog – men sammen med tre nye fakturaer for yderligere rengøring, som jeg heller aldrig havde modtaget! Endnu en opringning til kontoret afslørede, at deres ’nye system’ angiveligt laver mærkelige fejl, og de lovede at undersøge sagen. SRS Multiservice har venlige medarbejdere, især Camilla i kundeservice, men deres håndtering af min sag har været kaotisk og uprofessionel fra start til slut. Hele processen har været spild af tid og kræfter, og jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale deres service.

Super fin rengøring fra SRS Multiservice
Første besøg af SRS Rengøring. Det var 2 personer fra Ukraine - Valentina og Anna - og dem vil vi gerne rose for en absolut effektiv og grundig rengøring. Samtidig var de positive og smilende. Det var virkelig godt, så hvis denne kvalitet holder fremover er vi meget glade for at have fundet SRS til at rengøre vort hus hver 3. uge.

Meget uprofessionelt
5 August skulle SRS komme og modtage nøgle, samt gennemgå huset og behov. Men SRS dukkede ikke op og der blev ikke ringet. Efter at have ventet 30 minutter ringer jeg og de siger de først er der 3 timer senere, da de havde glemt de skulle dukke op kl 8. De beklager og vi aftaler de kommer d. 6 kl 8.00 i stedet. Her udebliver de også, da jeg har ventet 30 minutter igen, men her fortæller de har været der, men at ingen åbnede døren. Jeg var hjemme og undrer mig meget over de ikke ringer til mig, hvis de står foran mit hus og jeg ikke er der. Det kan de heller ikke selv forklarer hvorfor. De lover mig en gratis rengøring og at det ikke vil ske igen. Så vi aftaler de kommer d. 19 August kl 8.00. Men da den er 5 minutter over 8 ringer jeg til dem, da de ikke er dukket op. Jeg orker ikke rigtig samtalen og siger: send mig den bedste kompentation for næsten 2 timers spildt vente tid, samt tiden til oprydning og telefonsamtalerne og så må vi se om det kan gøre en forskel. Jeg modtager et bud på at gøre min ovn rent gratis... Overordnet set pinlig ringe kommunikation, både internt og eksternt. Tydeligt uorganiseret virksomhed og grundlæggende uprofessionelt, af en virksomhed der jo skal leve af at overholde aftaler... 1 års test af Miiego boom ANC
Nu har jeg haft Boom By Miiego ANC (de dyreste høretelefoner) i lidt over 1 år, og har testet dem godt og grundigt igennem, med minimum 2 timers brug hver dag. Batteritiden lever op til det forventet, og holder stadig meget fint, meget positivt. Earpadsne sidder ikke fast, når du har taget dem af første gang, skal konstant justeres. Metallet for at gøre dem mindre, eller større, er også ringe kvalitet, det holder ikke sin position. Lyden er ganske fin, når ANC ikke er slået til. Men når det kommer til ANC, hvilket var hele grunden til at jeg købte dem, da jeg bruger meget tid i fitnesscenteret, er jeg meget skuffet! Der kommer flere og flere problemer når det er aktiveret. For det første, er det meget begrænset hvor meget lyd den holder ude, særligt i fitnesscenter, og når de er markedsført som træningshøretelefoner, var det nok det mest skuffende ved dem. Dernæst har jeg oplevet flere gange hvor lyden bliver utroligt dårlig, det lyder næsten som at de er under vand. Det bliver dog fikset ved at tage ANC af.... Alt i alt, 1.699 kr. er ALT for dyrt efter de kvalitets standarder jeg havde regnet med! Alle problemerne kom efter de 30 dages tilfredshedsgarantien.

Har købt et sæt trådløse in-ear høretelefoner, der er gået i stykker efter 2 år + 1 måned - altså lige efter reklamationsdatoen. Efter henvendelse er jeg blevet oplyst, at produktet ikke kan repareres, men er i stedet blevet tilbudt et nyt sæt med rabat. Det har jeg dog takket nej til, da jeg er skuffet over produktets korte levetid. Kundeservicen er dog god - hurtigt svar og imødekommende. Men produktet kan jeg ikke anbefale ud fra mine erfaringer.

Horribel pris for nye ørepuder
Har ialt 4 sæt on ear hovedtelefoner. 2. stk AL4 og 2 stk AL3. Har primært brugt dem til rejser, havearbejde og ikke mindst fitness. På hjemmesiden reklameres der med at de er perfekte til fitness og er da også meget glad for dem. Imidlertid sveder man meget når man dyrker fitness og har da heller ikke haft problemer med lyd eller funktion, men selve ørepuderne bliver ødelagt af netop sved. De smuldrer simpelthen over tid. Får så at vide at jeg kan købe nye ørepuder, så de kan skiftes, men når man vil have 79 kroner for 2 ørepuder plus forsendelse, må jeg indrømme at det går over min forstand at betale denne pris. Synes godt nok det er for dårligt, når man reklamerer med at de er fitness egnede. Snakker vi om selve høretelefonen ville jeg have givet dem 4 stjerner, men med denne pris på nogle skumgummipuder, står jeg af og køber et andet produkt.

Avoid merrick binch Clare....
My house was let with Clare and her team for six months before I moved to a different estate agents. Clare was useless and did not have the knowledge required. Poor communication, information from the tenant not passed on, no contract provided, on several occasions had workmen attend the property ( completing work without my consent or providing a quote first) despite telling Clare several times I have my own preffered workmen, several times receiving duplicate invoices for the same job and deducting money from the rent. I moved my house and tenant to red bricks estate agents and have no problems at all.

Terrible lettings service. Would I recommend...in a word 'NO'. Their lettings service used to be good but has deteriorated badly in 12 months with poor overall customer service. A total lack of professionalism. Rent arrears, lost keys, lack of paperwork/ copies of tenancy contract not provided, inventory mismanagement, no comms. re. a tenant that had moved out, insufficient screening of tenants -ensuing hassle with council tax, energy providers, safety certificates (gas & electric) copies not provided when requested etc. Poor attitude from careless Clare and her lazy staff (they never stay at MB for long) Emails ignored. You will be out of pocket financially using Merrick Pinch. Be warned!!! ***this is not fake***The only fake is Claire based on my experience. Feel free to read the other 1star reviews and draw your own conclusions...

If you have a kink for Stress and being treated like a ghost, Merrick Binch Are the Estate agents for you ! Last Year, I moved into a new property through Merrick Binch, and let me tell you, their approach to customer service is as refreshing as a slap in the face. Initially, everything seemed normal - I inquired, I viewed, a gold star for basic competence. I was told I'd be contacted about the next steps. Two days later, I called them up. Claire on the other told me that the property had been taken off the market. No problem I thought these things happen. When I tried to pivot to another property interest, I was abruptly cut off mid-sentence and hung up on. Take notes kids on the fine art of customer service Defying common sense, I decided to give them another shot with a different property – clearly, a momentary lapse of judgment. This time I practically had to smoke signal them to elicit a response to the simplest of questions. The urgency to hustle me into the closest moving date was laughable, my convenience be damned. It was clear all they cared about was £££ Unless you are in need of somewhere to live urgently I cannot stress enough to pls pls avoid these Agents. To top it off, their response to negative feedback is to dismiss it as "fake review, boring" – no apologies, just pure arrogance. It’s quite telling of their public decorum. They are trying their very best to play the system and trying to hide these honest reviews Keep this in mind when considering them; They will probably do the same for this review. It’s a performance you don’t want a front-row seat for.

I have recently had the sad experience of selling my aunt's home of 53 years. Merrick Binch were professional and sensitive to the situation. Finding the right buyer was not easy but they never gave up. The sale went through without a hitch and I was kept informed of progress regularly. A difficult situation made bearable by a great team. Superb and you get what you pay for
Superb. Good detailed report. Good communication. Neil very good at explaining everything. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I'm a fellow professional in a different sector and I believe you get what you pay for. Pay less you get less of a detailed report. Pay more and you get more. The surveyor has more time when you pay more. This is why we paid upwards of £1500 for our survey. Neil found defects of a good five figure sum and we got this knocked off the property. So we saved more by paying more. No brainer.

Amazing service, excellent USP and money well spent
We have used Dunham Hale Surveyors on three occasions now. Always easy to deal with and they get the job done without trouble. Jane was very easy to talk I and explained everything. One of Dunhams selling points is that they will guarantee to find at least £2000 in defects or refund you the survey fee if they don't. They actually found £11000 for us on this house and we negotiated with the vendor and managed to get 9000 off the house. Survey cost was £1200 but we got ££9000 off the house so this is monet well spent. I our first house we thought this was a really good assurance we wish all surveying firms did the same. Amazing service and gambling £1200 to get £9000 or £1200 back is a win win.

Second time we used Dunham's. Very good service. Prompt, very well written report. Good aftercare, and lots of information helped us decide on the property. We really liked the costs of defects which gave us an idea on what we needed to spend post completion. Not the cheapest but like others have said, what you pay determines how much time is put into the survey and report. We will use again.

We have used Dunham Hale Surveyors before and always efficient and competent. We opted for a drone survey with the level 3. Lots of issues we didn't realise and turns out that the drone showed some major problems with the roof sagging, bowing and lots of loose tiles. We managed to get a whopping 35k off the property. We are very pleased yet again.

Differences of Opinions
My buyer used this firm from their London office to survey the house which is part of an estate that I’m Executor of. The surveyor, Neil, went about his work ripping plaster off the walls and leaving it on the floor. The entrance to the front door had a wall paper lined porch, a part of which he ripped off and left on the walkway. Because the house was owned by an elderly lady who died last year and the house was in need of some repair, he probably took the view that it was ok to do what he did. I took photos of what he had done and called him to ask if this was their usual way of surveying. He got very defensive and rather than hold his hands up and apologise he felt he needed to stand his ground. This exacerbated the issue because he clearly feels this was acceptable behaviour as a supposed surveyor . The images of what he did do not lie. I probably wouldn’t have resorted to this review had he apologised. It had taken my wife and I around 9 months to clear the house to get it presentable for sale as well as to make the arrangements for the elderly lady’s funeral and to deal with Probate and difficult beneficiaries. This guy walks in and showed zero respect. In addition, the appointment was for between 9-10 am and he rocked up after 12.30pm, again with no apology. His arrogance was breathtaking ! This is not the end of the matter. Update 24 Jan 2025 Dunham replied to my review as I expected they would. The timing of the visit I will put down to a lack of communication on the agents part. However, I did not expect to find what I found when I returned to the house particularly as this was my family home which was put up for sale because of a family bereavement. I did call you on Thursday 9 Jan and yes, my wife and I did raise our voices at you because you doubled down on your actions. But, at no time did we verbally abuse you. Calling you arrogant does not constitute abuse. It’s an opinion of someone’s personality flaw. True abuse is far, far worse. That is not us. When I showed independent surveyors the images I took of what I had found, they were surprised. You state that the property is ‘in such poor condition’ - I would like you to clarify this statement. Let’s see how the buyers react to the survey and I’ll take it from there. BTW, to tone this down, I have amended the review title to “DIFFERENCES OF OPINION”

Very impressed
Initially we appointed another company and they let us down. In stepped Dunham Hale Surveyors last minute and they booked the survey appointment within an hour of speaking with them. They explained that the results would take a few extra days than normal due to the short notice appointment. We were happy with this as we had a verbal report the day after the survey. In summary, excellent service. Detailed report, good comms and very pleased. Managed to get 8.5k off property so extra pleased. We will certainly use again but not the original company.

In eerste instantie waren we bang dat onze bestelling te kort dag was om op tijd geleverd te krijgen voor een 75-jarig bestaan van een winkelcentrum. Door de zeer persoonlijke aanpak, die zelfs zo ver ging om een aparte koerier te laten rijden om de bestelling op tijd geleverd te krijgen, is alles perfect gelopen. Een 10 met een griffel! En de kwaliteit? Onze klant was er helemaal lyrisch over. Hoewel het voor ons de eerste keer was om een opdracht bij PrintMedia Group neer te leggen, is deze ervaring voor ons zeker reden om hier vaker opdrachten uit te besteden.

Amazing 😍What a journey being:) From start to end👌 I have a my eye lid top and bottom extra skin removed Ms Sevil was amazing explaining and organising the surgery,Surgeon was fantastic knowledge and done fantastic surgery!As I never have an any surgery it was first time I wasn’t great patient but all stuff so helpful and cheerful with me. After surgery was I was being in good Sevil hand she look after you if you got any concerns or questions she always there for you! As I left early to come back home I did toke stitches out in Uk( recommended stay there for 10days but as I need come back to work I need flight back ) my friend nurse contacted with Sevil before she taking stitches out she very helpful explaining the steps! Very happy with my results and definitely will look forward to go back and take next step which will be my belly tucking! Never regret anything to choose MAGIC TOUCH !!!! 10 Stars 🌟

As soon as i entered the clinic i felt very conferrable and looked after by everyone there , i had a otoplasty during this procedure i felt zero pain what so ever and was very well looked after the treatment was completed in 45 minutes to a hour maximum, i am extremely happy with my results and could not have asked for a better experience and result ! I have recently returned from Antalya
I have recently returned from Antalya, to complete my dental work with Magic smile. During my stay I enquired with Sevil about a growth on my shin being looked at,it had been concerning me for a number of years. She arranged it all in an instant,from photographs that she sent to the surgeon, to an accompanied trip to the clinic the next day for a face to face consultation. Sevil worked with the surgeon providing a clear and accurate translation of the options allowing me to make an informed decision of the procedure I wanted to go ahead with. The surgeon was both professional and attentive, He did a fantastic pain free removal of an unsightly and potentially dangerous growth on my shin an temple. the experience was amazing and is a HUGE weight off my shoulders! I wouldn't get such a result or service in the UK! I can not thank all the staff enough and would highly recommend Magic Touch to any one who is considering any procedures/treatments. The whole team are extremely helpful, friendly and clearly have the patients best interests at heart. A special thank you to Sevil- You are a star!!

I bought a pack of 4 guitar lessons with no indication on the confirmation that it would be recurring. When I was billed for a second pack, I asked to be reimbursed since I request it or need it. My request to be reimbursed had to be submitted to corporate. And then it was denied. I did not consent to a recurring charge, and I should not be billed for something I did not request. This is a textbook example of dark patterns—hiding key details to trick customers into paying for something they didn’t knowingly sign up for. Guitar Center is essentially stealing from its customers.

Jeg tog til Brasilien i Januar i år, og jeg kunne ikke have ønsket mig mere. Jeg har slet ikke ord nok til at beskrive hvor en fantastisk oplevelse det var. Guiderne var søde, imødekommende, sjove, og fleksible. Hvis vi ønskede ændringer i programmet var dette intet problem. Under hele turen var vi trygge og guiderne var der hele tiden for os, og samtidig fik vi også tid til at tage ud om aftenen. Vi har afprøvede alle aktiviteter fra vandreture, rapelling, ATV kørsel, surfing, kulturelle oplevelser - også ovenikøbet dele det med nogle fantastiske mennesker på turen. Det er vildt at se så meget på kun en måned og i så høj kvalitet - professionelle guider på hver sit felt. Man får virkelig noget for pengene. Jeg kunne ikke have ønsket mig mere. Sri Lanka og Maldiverne
Jeg valgte at tage til Sri Lanka og Maldiverne med aldersgruppen 18-24. Det har været en mega god tur med sindssygt spændende og lærerige oplevelser. Hele programmet var planlagt og betalt på forhånd så det var dejligt nemt. Vi havde en lokal guide, Mahinda, som var mega sød og dygtig - han gjorde turen så meget bedre med hans positivitet og humor❤️ Kan klart anbefales!

Jeg var på Sri Lanka + Maldiverne rejsen og det har hidtil været den fedeste oplevelse. Programmet er pakket med mange fede ting og man får virkelig noget for pengene. Kendte ikke så meget til Sri Lanka inden rejsen men det er et virkelig fedt land. Vores guide Mahinda gik virkelig above and beyond for os. Det er ikke et nemt job at passe på 20 piger haha. Han var virkelig sjov og var med til at gøre oplevelsen 1000x bedre❤️ Tak til Adventure og vores guides.

Fra det øjeblik jeg trådte ind, blev jeg mødt med en varme og professionalisme, der virkelig skiller sig ud. Personalet er ekstremt imødekommende og tager sig tid til at forstå ens behov og ønsker. De gav mig grundig rådgivning om hvilket stel som passer til mit ansigt samt behov, det var tydeligt, at de virkelig brænder for deres håndværk. Udvalget af briller er stort – der er noget for enhver smag, og kvaliteten er i topklasse. Selve processen med synsprøven var yderst grundig og professionel. I felt cheated when I received a lower…
I felt cheated when I received a lower offer after sending off my iPhone SE. They claimed that the screen was scratched but I took multiple photos of the phone before packing it which prove that the screen and casing was perfect. I packed it with thick card covering the screen and in a bubble pack so it wasn't scratched in transit. Also they said the battery was low - I would say normal for an 8 yrs old phone. I also had to chase up to get the payment. 4.2.25 update:- The company say that they erroneously clicked on the button to say that the screen was scratched. admitting that it was not. They say that the battery was low, but as I stated previously, it and the phone are 8 years old and so that was to be expected. They now say this was the only reason they reduced my offer but I would have rather had the lower offer in the first place so that I could have made an informed decision. If the phone is to be passed on to another user it was bound to need a reconditioned or new battery ! They say that their bank had an issue that delayed the payment. I believe that my review was fair.

Could do better
The received my iPhone and agreed to pay the price they quoted, but haven't. I have emailed 3 times now and been told they will manually put it through the payment system for that day, yet almost a week later i have no iPhone and no payment! Initially they said I entered the payment details incorrectly (which I guess could have happened even though I did it directly from my banking app), but they have had the correct details more than long enough now. Well, I have now changed this to 3 stars as they finally send the money but it shouldn't take almost 2 weeks, even if it was my error with the account number.

I sold an Iphone 8 plus and the offer was £69. On receipt I was offered £60 as this was locked to O2. This I acceptable as it was fair. I had to email a couple of times for the payment but this was in my account within 48 hours. I would have left 5 stars but due to not being able to get in touch with them quickly, I have left 4 stars. Overall, I am pleased with the transaction.

WARNING!!!
WARNING!!! Do not use this company if you’re wanting to sell your mobile! I had an iPhone XR 128MB in excellent condition. They offered me £116 but when they received it in the post they reduce the offer to just £65. This, they say, was due to the fact it was not the original screen (even though it’s in immaculate condition) and the battery was not working to it’s full potential. What do they expect!?!? This is clearly just a ploy to reduce the offer. Naturally, I rejected the offer. They stated they would return my iPhone back to me within three working days. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive my phone back. Despite emailing them on numerous occasions to chase this up, along with my phone, I have not received any response from them whatsoever.
