Jeremy came in this morning to replace some tiles in my kitchen and it looks great. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some much needed info on the state of the tiles. He also took a quick look at my bedroom area and gave me an idea as to what I should expect in removing my carpet for tile. All in all a very positive experience.

The actual carpet and tiling was great; it was the grout that I wasn’t happy at all with. I had chosen a darker colour to accent the tile I chose and was told after it was applied that it lightens several shades: why was I not informed of that when I chose the grout, esp when I stated then that I wanted a dark color to match the rocks? They said they’d seal it but....that’s not going to make the difference. Since I’ve complained about it, I’ve heard nothing more at all from the company.

Great local business with friendly and knowledgeable advice. No pressure sales but they go above and beyond to help you make the right decision in choosing your flooring. The installers were great as well. Highly recommended.

He took a challenging situation, in joining existing carpets from two separate rooms - once a wall was removed - and pieced in a remnant that had been saved, previously. All staff were courteous, understanding and helpful. We have a large number of quite young grandchildren, all of whom were upset and confused by their lively grandfather’s sudden death. The fact that they were able to ride on the buggy really helped to lighten the occasion - as did all the space, trees and wildlife around.

They were very helpful and comforting at our time of loss. We had a prepaid plot and funeral plan. However the plaque took 4 months to arrive, I had chased it up ,despite being paid for, after 8 weeks following the burial, so a bit disappointing in that respect, I think it was forgotten.

I am very disappointed in this company i sat on my porch at 12:45 waiting on my package and it said it was delivered at 1:37, no one ever came to my door or delivered my package and then i tried to call the number and so did walmart and no one is answering! When our package got delivered the driver drove into our spectrum cable overhead and pulled it from the cable box leaving the cable stretched and hanging down over our driveway. They did not place our package in the location as per instructions and when our package was opened there was significant damage to our product. When we contacted the company and provided pictures of damage, they denied any liability and tried to blame the previous weeks storms on the damage. When the Spectrum repairman came out later that evening he concurred with our assessment that the driver caught our cable with his truck and pulled it with force. I would not recommend this company unless damage to your property is not a concern.

Do not use Healthcare4all! I ordered a BEU-424.01 Beurer electric blanket 12/24 & when I received it found that it didn’t work. I’ve been in consistent communication with them and following their suggestions. I finally took a blanket to Best Buy and was informed I need a 250 V power converter. The voltage in the UK is not compatible with the US, which they did not tell me.I have not been able to find the correct converter online to order. Healthcare4all has not provided me the refund they said they would and they are no longer returning my emails.

I ordered supplies on November 13 and didn’t receive them until January 19. I asked for another shipment after a little over a month. They didn’t seem to be concerned that I was without a much test strip. I ordered a month before I needed them. I was told that the problem was with the royal mail. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you really don’t need the product in a timely manner.

This was a very ambitious 13 day trip to South America. We had 12 flight segments, and 3 locations in South American (Cuzco Peru, Iguazu Brazil, Rio De Jainaro Brazil) spread over a great distance. In all 3 locations we had multiple airport transfers and multiple excursions. We idnt miss one flight, transfer or excursion. Everyone of our excursions were awesome experiences. I designed this trip in my head, but it was the flexibility and attention to detail in working with Jana and Rossy that made this trip such a success.
