Unbelievable First Class Service from Country Sports Wholesale CSW. I have a very old pair of Vortex Spitfire 10x32 binoculars, and over the years I have used them daily while walking the dog. The binoculars ended up in a terrible state due to my neglect, one eye cup was missing and the mechanism was extremely gritty due to the fact I kept the binoculars in the same pocket as the very sandy dogs ball. I contacted Country Sports about my Vortex rangefinder that was not working properly. As the official supplier, they assumed me they will be ale to help me with my issue. Within a short period of time, I received an e-mail with instructions on how to return my item. It was easy and less than a week after sending the item, I had feedback from them. My item was received and they will be in touch. They contacted me again to inform me that the rangefinder will be replaced at no cost to me and it was an upgrade. We extended and refurbished our home in 2020-2021, which included a lot of mirrors and other glass fittings. In particular, we installed a very big shower cubicle/steam room with glass on two sides. Throughout this process, the staff were very diligent and completed all the work efficiently and neatly. Recently, two of the panels of the cubicle broke and shattered. Glass Tailors responded promptly and replaced the glass - AT NO COST TO US. Their attention to details can not be faulted and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to potential customers, as we have already done.

Brilliant. I actually went here after a poor hair transplant preformed elsewhere and although Dr Ball and David Anderson could help me, they actually told me to go and speak to another clinic who may be able to also assist me. It is only the fact this other clinic offers body hair transplant that (because of my situation) I had to use, that I used them over The Maitland. I've learnt the hard way that ethical behaviour and hair transplants do not seem to go hand in hand. This place is one of the exceptions to the rule. If you're unsure of where to get a hair transplant, don't make my mistake and head for the cheap or easy option, go and speak to these guys!

4 years post op and I am incredibly happy with the results the hairline looks completely natural, falls very well and looks much thicker - completely life changing results in my opinion and I no longer feel like I need to hide in the shadows I have a new self-confidence which has been transformative in many ways. Starting you hair restoration journey can be quite an anxious and nerving time or at least it was for me but Dr Ball, David and the team really are wonderful they make you feel very welcome and instantly feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave and I cannot thank them enough for the transformation they really do work miracles here. The Maitland clinic is everything you should be looking for when considering hair restoration surgery. . Dr Ball and David Anderson have your very best interests at heart, because It's important to take a long term view when considering hair restoration surgery, and expert professional advise is absolutely crucial. What Dr Ball is not going to do is try and sell you a hair transplant, rather, he is going to try to provide you with the best possible course of action for you to take in your hairloss journey, be it surgery or not. I recently had some work done at the clinic, as I was a suitable candidate for sugery (1340 grafts fue), and everything was outstanding. Dr Ball is a modern day Picasso, and his hairline design was perfect for my head shape, and for my current level of hair loss. He is a perfectionist, and excellent communicator, and his staff are well acquainted and work together every day, having formed an essential bond, which again is very important when carrying out this type of work. You don't want some temp that's in for a couple of days and has never worked with the other technicians before in his or her life, what you want is flow and harmony between them, and an intricate understanding of each others ways and of the core values of the Maitland clinic. Lana was extremely helpful whenever I e-mailed or telephoned with questions before the procedure, and nothing was was too much trouble for her. The consultation with David Anderson is extremely useful and is worth paying for. You are getting the best advise from highly trained people, and both Dr Edward Ball and David Anderson have both had hair transplants in the past, which to me was somewhat reassuring to know. Experience is an added bonus at the Maitland clinic. Everything was explained to me in detail, with clear, concise understanding and the ability for me to express any concerns or ask questions, at any point. Even the food provided was top notch , I couldn't believe my luck when I was given naked fruit bars on my snacks trolley. And one of the lady's even went out to fetch my lunch for me, this is a wonderful thing, and saved me from having to go and source it myself halfway through the op. There are regular breaks throughout the day, tv entertainment and lots of food. It almost feels more like a spa day, than a hair transplant. Everything provided to me, from the food, the pillow and products, to the bag it all came in, is all just lovely, good quality stuff. The procedure itself was practically painless, apart from the local aesthetic injections, which were only moderately uncomfortable for a few seconds. Dr Ball examined it carefully at the end and gave it his seal of approval. In fact, he described it as a masterpiece, which is not something he would say lightly, given he could find faults with a hair transplant that would appear faultless to most people. I just don't know how it's possible to do something as brilliant as this, but they did. Dr Ball and his technicians stayed until early evening to get the job done, it was over when it was over, their dedication and discipline to get it done right was like a specialist military operation of some sort. This was their number one objective of the day, and it was getting done and done right, no matter what. I could write much more, but doing your research for this type of thing is paramount, and while I'd never say to just take my word for it, if you knew how scrupulous I am in doing my research you'd probably feel at ease on taking my recommendation here. I spent two years of scrolling forum after forum in the hairloss community, and reading countless articles and independent reviews. I constantly checked the BAHRS, ISHRS and American hairloss association websites for every surgeon I researched, and time after time, I came back to Dr Ball. We are immensely fortunate to have him in the medical world, and to be beneficiaries of his skills and talents. Thank you Dr Ball, for turning your vision into a reality with the Maitland Clinic. Not sure I can say anymore than what’s already been said. What an incredible experience for what was a very daunting prospect. Everyone associated with the clinic that I interacted with were simply amazing, the day itself was extremely well ran with significant focus on making it as a comfortable as possible. I am one year on now and the results are beyond what I hoped for. I look forward to my second procedure.

I underwent a 2200 graft FUE procedure with The Maitland Clinic one week ago and my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent. Before I booked the procedure I had two consultations with the clinic, first via Zoom and then in person. At no stage did I ever feel under any pressure or experience any 'sales' talk. Just clear, realistic guidance about the results I could expect. The day of surgery was fantastic and the atmosphere felt both friendly and highly professional. Dr Ball and his staff are clearly passionate about achieving the best result possible. The aftercare so far has also been great. An aftercare pack was provided containing everything needed for the first few days and I've already been contacted by the clinic multiple times, checking in with me and asking how things are going. All things considered I'm extremely happy that I chose this clinic for my procedure and am looking forward to the months ahead.

I can't recommend The Maitland Clinic team highly enough for the care before, during and after surgery. Highly recommend this company for installation of a water softener. We wanted a one stop shop from a company with a good reputation and plenty of experience and that is exactly what we got. From start to finish we were in the best hands. The communication was faultless and Lawrence and his team are such great guys. A God send and no exaggeration! After being with a big company (Harveys Water Softeners) for over 4 years, I was very much disappointed and let down by their poor workmanship, terrible customer service and exorbitant prices. I came across Hydroworks when trying to have a water softener installed in my current property. Something that a big company like Harveys should have been able to have managed, but whom seemed incapable or unwilling to do - and so after 6 months of wasting my time I took my business elsewhere and this was how I came across Hydroworks. Laurence from Hydroworks came out and did a property survey and gave me a quote straightaway. I was so excited and relieved that the company were willing to try and provide me with a solution to my less than straightforward installation. Laurence was very patient and showed a genuine appreciation for my previous experiences and ongoing needs. He took time out to work out a viable solution and went through explaining all aspects in detail to me. I was very reassured and confident that he could make it work. I was provided with a reasonable quote and on the day, Jay came out and undertook the installation in a very timely and professional manner. Jay's knowledge and experience in the field, meant that he was able to turn what was initially going to be a tricky and prolonged installation, into a much simpler and less convoluted process. A water softener is essential for my family's needs, as we suffer with eczema and have found that without the softener, the flares are very bad and in truth unbearable to live with. I cannot give credence to just how important a water softener is to me and my family and just how much better our lives are now that the softener has been installed. The customer service, from Bradley at Reception, to Laurence and Jay has been the greatest! I would recommend this company to anyone seeking to have a water softener system installed. They are miles apart from the likes of Harveys and have a genuine care for their customers. They are also very economical (so important in the current crisis). I only wish I could have found them sooner, could have saved me a lot of unnecessary costs and headache.

I recently got to know of Hydroworks after looking out of the window and seeing their van. Also after having a nightmare experience with Harvey water softener directly I decided to give them a go. First the care and service Lawrence administered to us assessing our requirements was second to none. Also their plumbers Dave was exceptional, literally doing the impossible ( Harvey’s plumbers initial assessment) it terms of careful expert fitting of pipe work in what was initially deemed a complicated water set up. Such a wonderful service by this team overall and very informative and patience by Dan and Harry to ensure all our extensive queries were addressed. If you want excellent service of fitting of a water softer there is literally no where else you need to look.

The whole installation went very smoothly with minimal disruption. Laurence the Company Director personally provided us with comprehensive and informed advice on the initial visit. Alex the installer was very helpful in accommodating our requests regarding location of the water softener and expertly fitted quite complex pipework without fuss. We experienced another aspect of Hydroworks today as they moved our existing softener to our new house.. Alex was on time and as usual, was immaculate.. the procedure went like clockwork.. describing to me what he was doing as he went. We made the short trip to our new home where he explained he had to use additional hoses as our current ones weren’t long enough then finished by disconnecting the water filter we didn’t need (drinking water) as we didn’t use it / one in our previous house. All in all .. excellent service agayand strongly recommend

My organization uses these as a way to ensure safety during a land navigation class. The trackers work in areas without the best cell service and are accurate even in the middle of the woods. The customer service really sets this company apart, they're always willing to do whatever they can to ensure the device is working to meet or exceed your standards. Hands down the best company to deal with!

They have appropriately addressed my concerns and I understand that have upgraded there off-hour response although fortunately I have not had to use off-hour support since the service has performed flawlessly. Below is my initial feedback: Device is not reliable and customer support only available Monday to Friday. They do not respond to emails or contact on the website. They only troubleshoot issues but do not put permanent solutions in place. Their off-hour support will only react if child is lost - which is not practical if the unit is not working.

The Amber Alert GPS system has been awesome. The product arrived in a timely manner and was easy to setup and use. My son loves to wear it and it gives me peace of mind. My only suggestion is a wrist band case that is waterproof/resistant and has a clasp that is child resistant. My son has special needs and requires a band that is difficult for him to remove and resists water. The product itself, I would highly recommend. As for accessories I would love to see a wristband that is child and waterproof!

It's certainly "another gadget" but simple enough to master. The GPS locating is Canada is more or less precise but for a vulnerable adult, you get the idea. The product offers great peace of mind for the caretakers and more Liberty for the monitored individual. Customer service is informed and helpful. I recommend it for those who have real need to monitor the needy.

This company must be only 2 people. One in sales and one in technical support. I tried reaching them for 4 hours on Friday so I could activate my daughter's device and I never spoke to anyone. I left voicemail messages (every 30 minutes for 4 hours), emailed them and sent a message through their portal/site. No communication back from them ever. Now my daughter has a $112 paperweight that blinks and doesn't work. I tried activating it through their website and it was erroring as well and gave me a message saying to call them for support. The worst part, this is a replacement device. Her 1st device failed within the first few months, they said to send it in for repair. I asked for them to send a loaner and they told me they don't do that. I demanded a supervisor and was denied the right to speak to one. Finally the man I was speaking to agreed to send a loaner. Once received it didn't work for 3 days!! Then I sent in my broken one and it was never repaired. I had no communication with them. One day I called because the loaner was no misfinctioning and I was told that they destroyed her device because it couldn't be repaired. It had happened weeks before the conversation. Now I'm stuck with no device again because the loaner isn't working and the replacement that I bought, and had overnighted to me so she has it, isn't working because it's not activated. I do not recommend this company. Amber Alert should be ashamed to have their name on this device and linked to this company.

I was going to take out insurance with Vetsure as my pets are part of the health plan but one of their customer service people called here when I have anxiety and asked if I wanted to take the quote, my son took the call and told them no, she then asked why?! I find it incredibly rude when people do that, if someone says no then it should be left at that. You shouldn't just randomly call people either. I put my phone number down because it appears that you have to, if I'd known I'd start getting calls, I wouldn't have filled the quote out.

We have been with Vetsure for over 3 years, insuring our 2 Cavalier King Charles spaniels and can only say how happy we have been with this company. As we bought them home with us from Australia, when making the first claims, Vetsure had to write directly to our vets to confirm their medical history. This was done speedily and refunds then quickly made. Before our recent claim for Rosie Posie, I rang the company for information and spoke to a very charming lady who couldn't have been more helpful. Perfect customer service! Admittedly, I am anxious that next year when they reach 8 years of age, that my premiums may rise significantly but knowing the cost of vet bills feel that this is understandable as much as I dont like it ! I wouldn't want to be without their insurance though after having already made several claims. After hearing appalling stories from friends that have been insured with other pet companies, i know this is tops ! Incidentally, they now insure with Vetsure...

Perfectly reasonable claim for our puppy when he had lungworm refused.Recommended company by our vet and very unhappy. Vetsures reply refers to a prior visit to the vet who had recommended them as our puppy was panting...the vet checked him over and gave him the all clear...this was later vetsures "existing condition"and reason for not paying our claim.Feel free to use Vetsure if you are happy to pay your own vet bills...just out of interest what percentage of claims do you pay out on?...Petplan its 97 percent i believe.
