Customer service was great. I requested a Friday delivery and even though it was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday they delivered it on Friday for me. The delivery driver was also extremely helpful talking me through the building process and even indicating on the order of which to open the boxes for the building process.

Additionally, styles that include storage options was our favored for their functionality. Overall, a good balance of quality, cost, design, and practicality. Great company to deal with. We purchased a gaming bed and desk. The product itself is great quality apart from one of the panels was badly damaged when we took it out of the box. I notified the company and they got back to me straight away to say they have spoken to the manufacturer directly and are sending a new part free of charge. Great to deal with an independent company who really care about their customers and go the extra mile.

I ordered a Dynamo bunk bed 21st October. and didn't assemble until 26th January 2025. This bed is so flimsy, multiple parts broke whilst trying to put it together. There's a broken bolt A step has broken whilst moving the stairs to connect to the bed Headboard foot came off as its only stapled on The bed shake terribly that's my children can't use it. I contacted Sleepland beds to say all the problems the bed has and firmly I asked for a exchange, but over the night I was looking at the beds and they look just as thin and flimsy as the bed I bought I changed my mind and asked for a refund. Sleepland beds refused to give me a refund as it was over 14days since the bed was purchased. That might be the case but the beds brand new as I have only just put it together and it's not fit for purpose. I have contacted Citizens advice who said I had to write a letter and send it recorded and wait 7days for a response. sleepland beds have not responded to my letter asking them to collect the bed and issue me a refund. I am now on stage 2 of Citizens Advice warning them I will take them to court as I am well within my consumer rights to get a refund if the bed is faulty and not fit for purpose. I have since ordered an Aspace Solid bunk bed that doesn't break when you put it together and doesn't shake to the point you think it will collapse if someone goes on the top bunk. I would like to add, Sleepland Beds Flagged this and asked Trustpilot to take the review down on the grounds of deformation on the same morning I wrote it. Trustpilot denied their request as everything here is correct. Sleepland Beds you ignored my letter sent Royal Mail recorded & signed for. I have sent a 2nd letter today via email, if you ignore that I will take you to court. UPDATE Thank you for responding, on here and not to any of my emails or letters . PayPal denied a claim because there is only a 30 day claim window and it’s outside of the 30 days they said they can’t help me but under the consumer act I have six months to make a claim if the item is not fit purpose . The bolt broke when I was actually making the stairs when you turn the bolt, it’s snapped in half not because I was pushing the bed. As you will see in past correspondence. The bed foot broke when we were sliding the bed slightly on the new wooden floor, to push the bed tight upto the wall which I think any normal person would slide a bed slightly up to a wall and it shouldn’t break. yes you did send out a replacement bolt but that’s doesn’t fix all the other broken parts or the fact the bed shakes terribly. You didn’t send a replacement board for the stairs which is cracked through on both sides so an entire stair is broken and unsafe for any weight to be put on it. The lady on the phone said you should be able to LIFT the stairs without it snapping completely through. We lifted it slightly to get it in place alongside the bed and it broke. Not what I would expect for £499 it’s not safe for any child to go on the top bunk or probably sleeping under as I’m sure it will collapse. it is not up to standards as you know under the consumer act if it is not fit for purpose which I believe it is not then you are entitled to a refund In a six months time period and I contacted you three months after I purchased the bed as assembled it in January. so I will contact citizens advice now and tell them that you want to go ahead with court proceedings.

Nigel and his team have handled our pet transport needs for a number of years now to various destinations including Qatar, Istanbul and Canada and back to the UK, so it was a no-brainier to turn to them to transport our 3 dogs for our latest posting to Saudi Arabia from Scotland. Jeremy came in this morning to replace some tiles in my kitchen and it looks great. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some much needed info on the state of the tiles. He also took a quick look at my bedroom area and gave me an idea as to what I should expect in removing my carpet for tile. All in all a very positive experience.

The actual carpet and tiling was great; it was the grout that I wasn’t happy at all with. I had chosen a darker colour to accent the tile I chose and was told after it was applied that it lightens several shades: why was I not informed of that when I chose the grout, esp when I stated then that I wanted a dark color to match the rocks? They said they’d seal it but....that’s not going to make the difference. Since I’ve complained about it, I’ve heard nothing more at all from the company.

We spent 2 years researching builders in the Bitterroot Valley. We reviewed websites, online reviews, and if possible, tried to go to open houses of previous homes they had built. We reviewed almost all the projects on their website, and they were very consistent in how projects were developed and completed. We had a positive experience with every step of our project with Caleb, Casey, and Julie. Casey was very patient and educated us on various choices of building materials and design. Big Sky Builders uses a very comprehensive and detailed online program to help the homeowner keep track of the progress of their construction timeline. We have built a couple of other homes, and our experience wasn’t even close to what we had with Caleb and Casey. All projects will have some level of issues, but Casey and Caleb did a great job of helping us navigate those. Our project was done on time, high quality, and within our budget, these are all things that usually are unheard of in the home construction process. We would highly recommend Casey and Caleb to build your home.

Big Sky Builders of Victor Montana is extraordinary. After our very first meeting with them we knew this was the builder we wanted to build for us. We learned so much about them in our very first meeting, 2nd generation builders, quality homes that have won awards, and very honest, especially about what they can provide with the budget you bring them. The most impressive thing to us was their ability to provide a build schedule and to keep to it. When we approved the plans, they provided a schedule and they delivered. When our build started, they told us our move in date would be 3/9/2023 and on that date it was ours to start moving in! They have an app that allows you to have all the information available to you, schedule, selections of material and finishes and the ability to communicate directly with them regarding any one of those topics so there is no confusion about what faucet goes on what sink or the flooring for each room. We provided them a floor plan that we liked, and they were able to make changes to customize the space to be uniquely ours. They also have floor plans that they can provide if you need. They scheduled all our appointments with the product vendors, so we had someone there to guide us in our selections of lighting, flooring, cabinets and countertops. We appreciated that because we are not designers! They are up to date on current building standards, and they make sure that no corners are cut. The project manager visited the site regularly and would make sure things were to the Big Sky standard and if there were issues, they were quick to have them corrected. The Big Sky team is very responsive when you have questions, and they are proactive when there is a need to advise you of a change to the schedule or a delay in materials. We never felt as though we weren’t sure what was next, we could always send a message or check the schedule and get the answers we needed. We are so grateful for the honest and caring way that they built our home. We have been moved in now for about 3 months and every single day we appreciate the work that they put in, especially through this winter build. The Big Sky team took care to make sure this dream home of ours was everything that we wanted, and by doing that, they took great care of us!

Jeg har haft fornøjelsen af at leje en minigraver, pladevibrator, fliseløfter og motorbør fra Lejdinmaskine, da vi skulle lave terrasse og jeg kan kun give mine varmeste anbefalinger! Servicen var intet mindre end sublim fra start til slut. Hele processen, lige fra bestilling til levering, var utrolig professionel og smidig. Simone og Nikolaj var begge utroligt hjælpsomme og imødekommende, og de gav mig grundige instruktioner, så jeg følte mig helt tryg ved at bruge udstyret. De sørgede for, at jeg havde alt, hvad jeg skulle bruge til mit projekt. Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse! Hvis du står og mangler udstyr til dit projekt, kan jeg varmt anbefale Lejdinmaskine.
