From the beginning and all the way through the process they were knowledgable, helpful and gave good advice to design a system that met our requirements. Disappointing. I did a heat loss calculation and initial estimate for a heat pump with Creative Energy. However, I was not impressed with their thoroughness which led me to get several other opinions from other businesses. - They proposed an oversized system 12kw vs 7kw proposed by other shops. - They were going to forgo around planning permission which would have put our BUS grant at risk. Red flag. - They proposed an incorrect cylinder (a horizontal one) for the heat pump which would have been incorrect. Another red flag. - They spent only 15 minutes on site to do a heat loss calculation instead of the several hours that other shops did onsite. I paid the £400 for their rudimentary heat loss calculation and am disappointed that I had to throw away my money on a business that doesn't do their craft well. Avoid.

We used Creative Energy on personal recommendation after having a frustrating time with Octopus. They were very efficient, considerate and we are really pleased with the finished system. So far we seem to be paying less and the house is much warmer. Zeb was really helpful in suggesting a quiet heat pump and where best to site it. The team led by Danu were fully committed to getting the job done. We are using the Homely control system which works well with Octopus Agile- it is an ingenious system and easy to use. It is so much better than our old gas system.

Creative Energy Ltd exceeded my expectations with our air source heat pump installation. Professional, efficient, and cost-effective – I'm thrilled with the results and lower heating bills. The process was very smooth from the initial survey to handover, and the whole team were polite and respectful. A true example of how all companies should treat customers!

Zeb took his time to explain all the options and how everything works with an air source heat pump system for heating and hot water. We have only had the system in a few weeks, so it's difficult to say exactly how it will perform in the long term, but so far it is excellent and we get all the hot water we need with no problems. Considering the work involved, it's good value for money, and Zeb also applied for the government grant on our behalf.

We have waited a year to review Creative Energy to allow us time to review the experience of living with a complete renewable home. The system was a significant outlay but worth every penny, we are now 100% renewable and our running costs have dropped by 80. The system is very user friendly and Zeb has been on hand to guide us through. Would definitely recommend.

I had Creative Energy install one of their renewables packages for my home in Oxford. Previously, we ran our large house and swimming pool with an oil field heating system. Creative Energy designed a complete system which provides heating via a ground source heat pump. Removing fossil fuels coupled with installing a large ground mount solar system means our bills have reduced to just 10% of what they were. A great experience all round.

Zeb installed a heat pump and associated underfloor heating for me in a late Victorian terrace in North London. He took over the job from a nationally operating company that I'd hired four months earlier and that in that time had displayed an absolutely staggering level of incompetence and cluelessness. I sacked them eventually and, my lesson learned, went for a small locally operating outfit. Zeb was fantastic - he went to work very quickly to catch up on lost time and devoted serious thought to the question what system would be best suited to my house. Despite being touted as the solution to all of the country's ecological commitments and problems, making heat pump-based systems in old houses work is not trivial and there's no one-size-fits all solution. So I was very relieved to finally have found a competent person who was happy to explain what was happening at any time and who designed a solution specifically for my house. We settled on a water-based (if that's the term) underfloor heating system whose pipes are bedded in a kind of concrete screed that acts as a battery and stores the warmth from the pipes. Zeb and his team cooperated very well with my builders to install the system. It's now been running for a few months and it's a wonderful experience - even gentle warmth that spreads into all corners of the house and makes cold feet a thing of the past. Zeb was courteous, informed, communicative, and could always be reached at short notice. His prices were reasonable and he explained all bills carefully - I was never in the dark as to what was being charged for what. I eventually hope to install solar panels on my roof to make the house as energy self-sufficient as possible and have no doubt that I'll go with Zeb again for that job. I recommend him and his company very highly.

Creative Energy installed a ground source heat pump for us and battery storage integrated to our existing solar panels. From the start Zeb was excellent at keeping us informed about the process, listening to our many questions and patiently answering them. Zeb is also good at thinking outside the box and coming up with solutions to the challenges. Installation was completed in probably the worst two weeks of the winter, with three named storms coming in close succession. Inevitably, considering the circumstances, there were a few teething problems, but the work was completed in time for us to apply for the renewal heat incentive. Zeb and his team were professional and completed the work to a high standard. We would definitely recommend Creative Energy.

Hij heeft heel fijn met ons meegedacht. Hij heeft getoond flexibel te zijn, en dat waarderen we erg. Verder vinden we hoe hij de dag zelf aanwezig was ontzettend prettig. Hij was overal op de goede plek, maar zonder al te opvallend aanwezig te zijn. Ook met de kinderen heeft hij het zo leuk gedaan. Ten slotte vinden wij het album wat hij gemaakt heeft echt ontzettend gaaf. Ook de snelheid waarmee hij de preview al klaar had en ook de snelheid van het album...Helemaal top! Alles heeft helemaal aan onze verwachtingen voldaan en we kunnen hem zeker aanraden. Ik weet zeker wanneer je voor beide fotografen kiest, dat het nog fantastischer wordt, maar ja dat kunnen we niet uit eigen ervaring vertellen ;-)

Wat een fantastisch stel!! Erg toegankelijk en relaxed, en goed op elkaar ingespeeld. Ondanks dat we geen loveshoot hebben gedaan, voelde het op de bruiloft erg vertrouwd en hebben we veel lol gehad! Arvid en Mayke zijn een super tof stel en van alle markten thuis. Ze hebben niet alleen onze trouwdag (20-07-2016) als een sprookjesverhaal vastgelegd maar zijn ook vooraf met ons afgereisd naar Parijs om daar een super romantische loveshoot met ons te maken. Ze hebben onwijs veel humor. Denken heel goed mee en zijn op de dag zelf bijna onzichtbaar. Het is ook ontzettend fijn dat ze met zijn tweeën waren zodat ze bij ons allebei ook de voorbereidingen mee hebben kunnen pakken. Wat de foto's extra speciaal maken is dat ze van allemaal handige snufjes zoals bijvoorbeeld kerstverlichting gebruik maken om net een beetje extra effect op de foto te krijgen. Je krijgt via een handige app al snel toegang tot alle foto's. Tussentijds wordt meerdere malen overlegd om er voor te zorgen dat alles echt naar wens is. En achteraf komen ze ook nog langs met allemaal lekkernijen en een voorproefje van de foto's. Al met al hebben ze een prachtig verhaal gemaakt van begin tot eind van onze bruiloft en raden wij ze aan iedereen aan!

After our previous accountant retired and sold the business to someone who put the price out of our reach because he didn't want to bother with small businesses, I knew it was time to look for a new accountant. Anum at Accounting Assist was the first of several accountants to reply to my enquiry - within half an hour! From the first, she was reassuring and professional and very willing to work with me as a one-person business. Her price was excellent, much cheaper than our old accountant. I normally HATE the whole process of trying to keep and organise all the receipts and paperwork required to submit to an accountant (I'm terrible with figures), but Anum astonished me by simplifying it down to just sending her my business bank statements!! It was like a massive weight had been lifted off me! She took over all the complicated processes I had so dreaded before and made it all super easy for me. Really, really pleased to have received the Crane desk lamp today! The package box is well designed and has this ‘Apple feeling’ about it when opening it. The instructors are fantastic at keeping the kids engaged and interested (and at times, physically exhausted!) The recent Winter Warrior competition was excellent. First rate organisation, the chance for students to showcase what they have learnt in classes and it really inspired our daughters to move onto the next level. They were nervous about competing but they are already asking me when they can go to their next competition day so I think that speaks volumes about how much they enjoyed the day. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Warrior Academy and very much look forward to watching my daughters continue to flourish with them. Our daughter arrived with The Warrior Academy at the age of four. A quiet little girl, Lois had tried other clubs but did not really connect. From the start, Lois found the environment welcoming and supportive. Never wanting to miss a class, her enthusiasm has continued for two years and remains strong. The classes have helped to develop: confidence, coordination, self-control, fitness and concentration, etc. Lois has been able to: explore the experience of leadership, learn how to practice and carry out Taekwondo moves which increase in complexity, engage in sparring and gain an understanding of how hard work leads to results. We wanted our child to develop a broad understanding of life and feel these classes have offered much more than we ever expected, for which we are very grateful. Thank you, The Warrior Academy.

The Warrior Academy is a rare find, and hands down the best hour of our week. We attend the family class, where parents can learn with their kids in a shared experience. Helmed by the inimitable Instructor Sebastian and Instructor Vicky, every class is a challenge, and finishing the class is wonderful sense of achievement. I love the messaging of respect and discipline, coupled with support and celebration for every accomplishment. The unique work books really help to build confidence in children, and a connection for families. As the mother of a daughter I am also thrilled to be able demonstrate strength to my daughter by joining in with her. Attending the Warrior Academy family class has given us a new Warrior family. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My son started here about 3 months ago and have had nothing but positive experiences. The way Vicky handles students of such varying ages and abilities is nothing short of marvelous . I would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You to Vicky for teaching best possible skills to Muhammad Zayaan. He learned not only martial arts skills, but also better values of life. Zayaan’s focus and discipline in his daily routine and in studies has improved. The class teacher was also gave positive feed back and was happy that he is more concentrated in his class now. Once again thank you Seb and Vicky for being wonderful teachers!

My sons journey with the Warrior Academy started a little over 6 month ago and the transformation he has gone through is truly inspiring particular his confidence has gotten such a boost. He is confident regardless of the age group he is in, weather he is with his peers, older kids or adults he will hold his place with discipline and respect. The warrior Academy has further instilled the values and attributes we want for our child. Seb and Vikki have been great and every class is eagerly awaited by our son. The Warrior Academy feels like a true community that embrace the whole family and really cares.

No idea why I have been receiving calls for this company on numerous different numbers which my phone flags up as a scam. No idea what an Apostille service is or wanted. Edit: 13/12 Just received a threat of legal action, it seems that 'Our team never engaged with you in the past by email, phone or whatsoever.' Strange comment as how could they know this when they don't know my email or telephone number unless of course Trustpilot disclosed them. In any event doing a 'whois' check on the numbers calling me came up with this company, perhaps their systems have been compromised. Why would I randomly pick on this company I had never heard of.
