My previous review got filtered because maybe it was too good? But the truth is these guys really are that good. In the current environment with all these new equipment suppliers popping up out of nowhere Sam and the crew have always been the best. They are always going out of their way for the customer, are up front about stock levels/delivery times/etc, and all around just good people. We ordered an ATX Hip Thruster on Sunday night and had it to our door in Canberra on Tuesday afternoon when every other company is on new-year shutdown.

Great price and service

No wonder Surge are going out of business - first off there was a loose screw floating around in the box when I unpacked my new Tern HSD P10. I took the bike to my local bike store a Tern dealer who I have used for over 25 years and they told me it was a crucial part which holds the wheel in place. They fixed this and checked the screw on the other side. Because of this I thought I better get a full service in case anything else was loose. My local store were the bike was being serviced then rang me to let me know the rear tyre was deformed in two places and rubbing on the chain, frame and mudguard. I spoke to Matt Cooke at Surge who completely deigned the bike left his workshop in that condition and implied I was lying about the loose screw in the box and that the bike store I was using was mistaken. He said Surge thoroughly check and road test all bikes they sell. Which I didn't believe as I had to pump the tyres up before riding it as they were so low and the new bike service check list that came with the bike was not completed. Matt did not offer any sort of apology and treated me as if I did not matter. In my experience once they have your money there is zero customer care. Unfortunately, not a company I would recommend or trust.

With severe COPD and heart failure I had doubts as to whether the Tern QuickHaul P9 would give me the mobility I lacked having been housebound for the last year. It has exceeded my expectations, making it almost effortless to carry heavy shopping whilst wearing winter clothing I could hardly stand up and walk in. I am genuinely amazed at the ease of transport this provides and am looking forward to travelling just for the 'joy of the open road' (with apologies to Mr. Toad and Kenneth Graham). Orion is very good dental clinic. All doctors and staff are excellent specially thanks to Esma. Karam and Tony are very good. Dr Alparslan Belin is excellent we always recommend my friends. Even festival time Dr Alparslan Belin opened clinic for us and he has done our treatment, we were travelling from UK. We are very pleased with him and all staff for doing this.

Orion changed my life for %100 Outstanding service, loving atmosphere. All staff are so welcoming, professional, loving and friendly. They made me feel special in every step of my dental journey from the moment I walked in. Special mention to Karam who was my medical consultant from start to finish and his reassurance, help, care and support was invaluable. I couldn’t do it without him. The first time I spoke to him before coming to Antalya, I had a feeling he is the person I can trust fully .He is continuing to keep in touch to be sure I’m feeling good and happy. I have to mention Toni and Olga too. They weren’t my consultants but they were happy to help and be with me any time I need. They are lovely, lovely people. Orion’s team are professional, knowledgeable and truly caring. I could feel they all love their job and want to make the patients happy. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the procedures thoroughly. I underwent a complete dental transformation and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Doctor Deniz did the magic. He is passionate about his work and paying attention to every little detail. From the first minute I met him I knew I’m in safe hands. The cherry on the top is their multi-language service making communication a breeze to everyone. The clinic is like a fancy dental hotel, lovely modern state of the dental treatment centre. So clean and comfortable. Now I love myself, I have a lovely smile that I’m proud to show off. The hotel, VIP transfers were 5 stars. The clinic and Antalya airport are 15 min drive distance. Everything is close and compact. Besides getting my teeth amazing I also had a time to have a gorgeous skin tan. If I could zero stars I would. I went in for an annual cleaning and check up. I was told I needed 4 roots canals and all my old fillings replaced. I refused the root canals and they went ahead and got pre approval for them anyway. I replaced a few old fillings and was unhappy with the result. I went to 2 other dentists for a second opinion and they both confirmed that no root canals need to be done. All of my teeth are healthy.

Always wanted to get dental implants but was never comfortable with the dentists I visited. When my friend told me about Orion I started to research and was contacted by Julia. From the very first interaction Julia made me feel comfortable and her honesty was a major reason why we decided to travel to Turkey. From the second Julia was told about our arrival date she constantly stayed in touch. From the beginning of the journey here to the second she picked us up. Orion also provided transportation to and from the airport and all appointments. The vehicle is clean and the driver although quiet is very friendly. Julia arranged everything and I mean everything for our stay. The day of the appointment I was taken aback by the office. The office is clean and staff greets you with a smile. I love how your opinions are discussed in depth and no pressure is applied when making your decision. Julia is there, translating and comforting. I needed two visits and let me tell you the 2nd visit was no different than the first. Julia keep in contact even when we return to the States. Julia greeted us at the airport and took us to the hotel where our room was waiting. Again we were greeted with a smile at the clinic. Great doctors, friendly front desk, kind driver, very very clean facilities and without Julia I don’t think I could’ve done it. Thank you Orion and Julia❤️❤️❤️❤️

Since discovering this wonderful boutique last year and completely enjoying my stay I decided to return this year. I live in Merida and this allows me to enjoy a short vacation close to home without a lot of travel. This hotel provides a chic, tasteful and relaxing place to stay. Mel is an excellent host who has thought of verything to make a stay delightful. High quality bed linens and bathroom towels, comfortable beds and quality amenities. The pool and gardens are lush and tropical and the atmosphere is one of a haciends far removed from Merida while located in the city.

ik ben echt onder de indruk van wat dit apparaat allemaal kan. Met een druk op de knop of via de app gaat hij zelfstandig door het huis en zorgt hij dat de vloer schoon blijft. ik heb niet altijd tijd op te stofzuigen maar ik heb zelf wel een hond, 1 klik en hij staat aan echt top.

Wij hebben de stega robotstofzuiger aangeschaft en hij doet wat er gezegd wordt, wat een super fijne stofzuiger. Zeker een aanrader. App is makkelijk te bedienen en je hebt meerdere opties.

Onlangs de STEGA RC1400 aangeschaft via Bol. Zeer tevreden met deze robotstofzuiger die ons helpt in het huishouden. In combinatie met de STEGA handstofzuiger is ons huishouden een fluitje van een cent geworden. De robotstofzuiger heeft geen midden borstel wat erg fijn is omdat wij honden hebben, en zo de haren niet verstrikt kunnen raken. Echt een aanrader! Daarnaast ben ik super goed geholpen door STEGA en bieden ze een uitstekende onderhoud service voor de robotstofzuiger aan.

My only one request to make the service even better is if there was a way to reduce/remove the plastic packets that the tags arrive in, as we alone get through many hundreds of these packs. Some sort of paper based packaging?
