Tom came this morning to do the Gold service on the hot tub which was a mammoth task even without the rain. He was friendly and extremely helpful. Wonderful all round service would thoroughly recommend

Having looked around big time 5 visits to various companies and came to the conclusion its is full of cowboys after a quick buck and lets face it a spa is a significant investment. So finally decided on Forrest Spas liked the fact it was a family run business Sam the boss, show room being run by Kelly his sister. The price was very competitive so went for it! They did a sight survey and said yep no problem. To get the tub to mine (I live in a remote place) involved 300yds up a steep 1 in 3 hill with no road access. Turned up at precisely the agreed time and with a lot of hard work on their behalf duly installed the tub. Delighted with my Tub works faultlessly also comes with a chemical pack and stairs to get in all included in the price. Sure I made the right choice they also offer a comprehensive service/maintainance contract for £29 a month good deal. Would seriously recommend This company it is good and honest don't go anywhere else very much doubt if you will find better cannot fault in anyway. 5 stars from me!

I’ve been using the sleepy baby rollerball blend on my 2 month old for a few weeks now. Usually I’ll pop some on her feet prior to having a feed then her nap. I signed up for the Stockholm Archipelago tour so my son could take a ride in a helicopter for his birthday. Initially, the flight we had planned was cancelled, but Fly Over The World was able to re-schedule us with another flight that fit into our schedule and worked for us. We had such a great time! The view was spectacular and the flight was smooth. The pilot was a fantastic tour guide and made the whole thing a really fun time.

This was a wonderful trip which exceeded our expectations in almost all respects. We visited a wide variety of different habitats, enabling us to see huge numbers of birds, not just some 200 species (I haven't counted yet), but also enormous numbers of many of them. A few real rarities, which didn't particularly excite us but would be much appreciated by enthusiasts. The other wildlife was great too, and we were lucky enough to see lions on every one of our 5 safaris in the Gir Forest - some 15 in all, including cubs of various ages and a pair mating. We liked the way the trip was organised, giving us plenty of time and several safaris in each location, so we could really watch and study the wildlife rather than just seeing it and moving on. An interesting day in Bhuj, seeing the local craftspeople making wonderful fabrics of different kinds. The naturalist guide, Dhaval, was excellent. Really knowledgeable (not often we get a guide with a PhD!) but also very friendly and helpful and went well beyond the call of duty to give us extra outings when there was time to spare. The vehicle was amazing, we've never had such a comfortable van anywhere in the world. Like flying business class. Accommodation ranged from perfectly acceptable to somewhat over-the-top luxury, which we rather enjoyed though we probably wouldn't have chosen it.

This was an amazing once in a lefetime safari. The people were welcoming; the locations were perfect; knowledge of masai mara tribe was incredidble. Food was amazing. Thank you to Porini for everything.

From start to finish my Kenyan safari was organised perfectly by Tracks. Information about travel details and accommodation was very clear and the trip went like clockwork. I was even sent a paperback book about Kenya which was a nice surprise. I had a wonderful time and I would definitely use this company again.

I have used TracksSafaris for 3 safaris to Botswana and South Africa over the last decade. Always very reliable and thorough with excellent safari recommendations. Prompt and responsive. Very detailed itineraries and willing to modify hotels/tours. Payment is by Wise, but it works fine once you get the hang of it. This trip was last minute (within a month) during Christmas holidays. We wanted a malaria-free destination with off-road possibilities. On short notice, Sue recommended Madikwe Game Reserve in South Africa along the Botswana border. An excellent choice with smooth transfers. Sue always delivers!

Sue put together an incredible trip. Our driver/guide Zack was extraordinary, the itinerary could not have been better, and the accommodation was fantastic. And I loved the pace of the trip. All our hotel stays were at least 2 or 3 nights which meant we weren't constantly packing and unpacking and on the move. The wildlife viewing was extraordinary....lions, leopards and cheetahs in trees, the Big Five and just about all other wildlife we could imagine, and most special and amazing of all, The Great Migration.

We visited Botswana for 9 days over New Year (2024/25). This is now the third trip to Africa under the guidance of Sue Praeter. Our trip was excellent in several ways. Firstly Sue started (as previously) with "What do you want to see?". She organised for us to visit three different habitats/landscapes with correspondingly varied wildlife. The standard of the camps was superb. The internal flights with little planes (or helicopters) were extremely efficient. Transfers between camps occurred during the middle of the day and did not impact on game drives in the morning or afternoon of each day. Helpful advice prior to departure and thoughtful follow-up call afterwards. Brilliant. All in all, excellent all round. I would thoroughly recommend Tracks.

Sue’s input and responsiveness really made our “once-in-a-lifetime” family safari during Christmas week 2024. We had a superb visit in terms of the excellence of the location (Madikwe,SA), lodge (Tau Game lodge), food, staff and safari guide. Amazing wildlife sightings. Unforgettable for all of us. A wonderful varied trip with a mix of lodges (Nkwali, Luangwa River, Baines) but also canoeing with 3 nights camping along the Zambezi river. We had some great wildlife sightings in all locations including plenty of Leopards. Sue's suggestions were ideal. As we were right at the end of the season some lodges had no other guests for several nights and we had safari jeeps to ourselves. Sue was very responsive at all times and we wouldn't hesitate to use Tracks Safaris again.

She was always available to address any concerns and made sure every aspect of my journey was flawless.

Senere modtager jeg en mail om varen bliver sendt dagen efter. Jeg afventer dog stadig bekræftelse på at varen er sendt/track and trace, så jeg tænker ikke at det nok ikke er sket. Jeg finder det kritisabelt at pengene trækkes før varen bliver sendt, og jf. forbrugerombudsmanden er dette en overtrædelse af markedsføringsloven.

God kunderådgivning under handelsforløbet med hurtig svartid. Pakken blev beskadiget under transport af leveringsfirmaet, hvilket Prostole var hurtige til at kontakte mig omkring, og forberede mig på. Compro un plumifero modelo Zoe, en la tienda de Henry Arroway por un importe de 395€, el dia 13 de diciembre, 1 día después lo estreno, y a la luz del día veo que tiene un arañazo y un desgaste en el hombro que yo por supuesto no lo he infringido. Me pongo en contacto con la tienda y me dicen que le mande unas fotos. Me responden que como he quitado la etiqueta no pueden hacer nada. Me parece increíble que una tienda así y con el precio que tiene el producto, ni siquiera me pidan el abrigo, para ver que el desgaste es imposible que lo haga yo en un día. NO VOLVERE A COMPRAR MADA DE ESTA MARCA NI RECOMENDARLA. Esta claro que estoy muy decepcionada con la marca y con su servicio postventa.

After a fault developed in our 20 year old boiler (spotted by a Space Heating engineer when doing another job) we obtained quotes for a new system from Space Heating and another well-known national company. Space Heating took a lot more trouble to understand our requirements and came up with a much superior proposal. The result was a beautifully engineered installation. As a company they have an excellent vibe, and their engineers are skilled, committed, friendly and enthusiastic. They are also notably quick in responding to queries. Awesome by name and certainly an awesome result. Starting with ideas, sketches and samples discussed over coffee, the full interior of my 1975 VW T2 camper became better than I imagined. These guys took the interior from bare metal (and a few rusty surprises!) to a unique and complete interior with an attention to the details. A great experience from beginning to end and I’d recommend Awesome for any project.

We approached Greg and his team with a slightly different request to the norm - a complex, bespoke, banquette seating arrangement for our new kitchen dining area. Greg led the design process with fantastic communication and enthusiasm and provided a first class service in a timely fashion. His attention to detail is second to none and the construction of the banquette seating was faultless. Greg went above and beyond expectations and we are delighted with our finished seating area. We thoroughly recommend!

Awesome Classic and Custom were recommended to me as a business that would be as passionate as I am about my car; they weren’t wrong. The headlining on my modern classic was beginning to fail and my desire to keep the car OEM required Awesome to match my dual-material headlining which they did successfully; they then prepared and installed it to an incredibly high standard keeping me updated on progress. I cannot recommend them enough and will clearly return if I need further trim work on the car.

Glen and Greg are absolutely awesome... What else can I say. I had 2/3 of the interior done on my 1979 Porsche 928 (All of the pasha inserts, new leather on the dash and centre console, and clean up of various other leather bits) and they have truly done a fantastic job. It's like driving a brand new car!

Glenn did a wonderful job on repairing the passenger seat from our Porsche 911. He provided a wonderful service and was able to complete the work very quickly and efficiently with our seat being returned to us no less than 24 hours later. Awesome classic and custom ltd was the only company that was willing to look at my classic car seats and door card, so we arranged a date and time for them to have a look. When me and my wife arrived at their workshop we was welcomed by friendly and very polite staff. After I explained what I would like doing to my car interior the whole team got together and came up with a solution witch fitted my needs perfectly and at a good price to. The customer comes first and we were treated like a human beings not a number so we left knowing my interior was in good safe hands. They kept us well updated with the progress and sent pictures of the finished work before I collected my interior. On collection of my interior, well we was amazed at the quality of work we have received from awesome classic and custom ltd. I can't thank the team enough for the work they have done to my old interior for my old 1977 Cortina MK4 2.3 ghia witch I've owed since 1988.
