After having a flat roof fail recently I looked around for a company to replace it. After a number of quotes I spoke to Jake from BB who was more than happy to help me understand the different types of flat roof construction and was more than happy to answer my questions so I understood what was involved and what I would be getting. Compared to other quotes who weren't going to replace the underlying deck BBs included replacing the deck, insulation and another deck below the rubber waterproof layer (warm roof construction). The quote process was very easy (online) and the quote extremely competitive. The build went extremely smoothly and the 2 guys from BB were very professional and pleasant, again willing to answer questions as the build progressed. The end result was excellent and I'd have no hesitation using them again, in fact I am for a couple of smaller jobs.

F.eks kan hjemmesiden godt optimeres. Jeg bestilte nogle varer som var udsolgt, men der stod ingen steder de var udsolgt. Derudover blev jeg ikke kontaktet af virksomheden og jeg finder derfor først ud af varen er udsolgt da jeg henvendte mig til dem på mail. Deres funktion til ‘kvinde tøj’ virkede heller ikke så godt. Ofte blev man bare ført ind på tøjet til ‘Herre’ og derfor er t-shirts f.eks i herre størrelser og ikke kvinde størrelser, hvilket man lige skal være opmærksom på. Det er svært at se, hvor deres fysiske forretninger ligger. Jeg gik forgæves til deres pop up store, men det fremgik ikke nogle steder hvornår den blev lukket ned. Jeg skrev til dem over Instagram, da jeg havde en aftale omkring jeg skulle købe tøj i deres fysiske butik. Men jeg fik desværre aldrig svar tilbage.

Jeg modtog mit nye tøj i onsdags og sikke et lækkert materiale. Jeg er vild med deres produkter og gode kundeservice! De får mine varmeste anbefalinger!

Excellent service from Steve and his colleague. They took over two hours to professionally clean our three piece suite and which now looks as good as new. Also smells fresh. They were meticulous in their work, even wearing footwear protectors which although not required by ourselves showed their respect for the customers property. Zerodrytime Wrexham (run by Steve Thomson). Having just moved home, the lounge carpet was in need of good clean after viewers of the house during the winter months had just wondered in with dirty shoes, the damp and mud from outside had been embedded within the carpet and normal vacuuming just wasn't up to the job. I didn't believe the carpet could be saved but Steve was highly recommended and I sought his opinion. I am glad I did - just over an hour after arrival the carpet looked like new. No need to remove all the furniture from the room, it was just moved about so that the entire carpet was cleaned. All the furniture was put back in place and the room was in use straight away. Steve and his team were courteous, helpful and efficient. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Having had boiler trouble, Gas Safe were recommended to me (by google)! I received an absolutely stellar service from a lovely chap called Russ, who had me up and running again in no time at all - in these Covid times he made time in his day to sort me out the same day, which is unheard of! Extremely happy with how they handled the issue! Gas Safe are absolutely my "go to guys" for any future needs!

Our boiler wasn't working so we contacted Russell. He arrived on time and his work was amazing. He fixed the problem efficiently with no problems. I would recommend Russell to anyone!

Excellent diagnosis, competitive pricing, tidy work and careful installation. Dealt with the tricky issues of a Victorian property divided into flats. Honest communication about problems with track and trace isolation and testing. Excellent end result. It was the famous Russell Lamberty again. By contrast British Gas and e-on walked away without quoting saying the installation was too hard for them.

I joined gas sure a year ago £20 per month to cover my boiler and pipes. I have had an on going gas leak nothing to do with them but cowboy kitchen fitters. There engineers have been fantastic, caring and professional and can’t do enough to solve problems. I can’t recommend this company enough. I have reasonably been made unemployed after working all my life aged 59 The engineers did not try to sell me anything like British Gas and showed empathy to my situation. I would recommend this company to anyone. Due to covid the last 2 engineers wore masks, kept their distance and showed professionalism. I can’t put into words how happy I was with there service. Although it was nothing to do with them the ill fitting of my kitchen and the poor workmanship with the gas fitting they apologised for other fitters and said it gave them a poor reputation. It’s the best £20 a month I’ve spent and feel safe and reassured knowing my house is safe I can’t recommend this company enough and they should be so proud of the work their gas fitters

Det synes ikke jeg freelmo gør! 1-3 dages levering er det jeg blev lovet - men det tog 6 dage før jeg havde mine varer. Hvorfor er I ikke bare ærlige om, hvor lang tid det tager jer at få varerne ud til kunderne? Det kan I ikke være bekendt, hvis man som jeg skal bruge det man bestiller på et bestemt tidpunkt. Jeg lagde min bestilling tirsdag formiddag og først et døgn senere får jeg bekræftelse på mit køb - det har jeg aldrig prøvet før, at der skulle gå så lang tid før en beskræftigelse på et køb kommer retur. Troede der var sket en fejl, da jeg ikke havde modtaget noget på mit køb, indenfor et par timer! Dette kan jeg jo ikke bevise, da jeg ikke tog et screenshot da jeg havde lagt bestilling! (Men hvis jeg skal være mistroisk, kan det jo fra jeres side, være en måde at få et extra døgn til at levere)! Jeg får en mail torsdag om at ordren er på vej. Jeg får en mail fra jer igen fredag om “at min ordre (snart) er på vej”! Ok torsdag var den på vej, fredag er den så “snart på vej”!!!! Lørdag får jeg så endelige en besked fra GLS om at min vare kan hentes! Det er ved gud ikke 1-3 dages levering! This company never cease to amaze me the Standard of work is exceptional. Having a stock made is just a GREAT experience. It seems by the time you have walked into fitting and gunroom, just like having a suite made in Saville Row, getting the tape measure out is not really necessary, they know your leg inside / gun stock measurements from years of doing the job. I still maintain UK balance a gun better than any one I have yet to find. Personally I think the years of experience has left an indelible mark, no doubt for me, probably the best in the country if not Europe. I would only ever have my wood work done by UKgunrepai.
