We have recently bought a fleet of Vans from Haff Commercials and I simply can not fault them in any way. From start to finish, the attention to detail that was provided was superb and the vans themselves are perfect for what were looking for. Exactly as they were advertised. I've been stung by salesman in the past when buying vehicles and lessons have be learnt. This is certainly not the case with Haff Commercials and id personally highly recommend them to anyone.

I needed the carer to help me after a major surgery and I greatly appreciate the prompt response I received. I initially was looking at their sister company Good Care Group but was recommended Cherished Home Care based after an assessment of my requirements. Joti was very helpful and empathetic throughout the assessment and the time that I had my care contract with CHC. The in-person assessment reassured me that there is a person behind the assignment of the carers and that they do take the time to understand and assess in person my needs. The carers assigned to me, I feel, are commensurate to what I needed at that time. I expected someone who may be more experienced in caregiving but that may be what they have in the Good Care Group for those who require long-term care or potentially more medical requirements. My carers were helpful and empathetic and they balanced out overall --- one was quite good with cooking and looking after my nutrition, while the other matched my reserved nature and was good with helping with cleaning and household chores. Joti also made sure she responded to any requests and adjustments that I had during the entire time. Overall a positive experience for me.

In my experience, they do not treat their customers with respect, and their customer service team is unhelpful and could benefit from retraining. I purchased a black leather sofa from them for £4,500, which was delivered with several defects. I reported the issues within 48 hours, leading to an inspection by a technician from Castelan, who claimed there were no problems. Furniture Village then refused to repair the sofa or issue a refund. To challenge their "independent inspection," I enlisted Barrdale, whose report was ultimately accepted by my bank. With this support, I was able to receive a full refund, which Furniture Village eventually accepted. Barrdale Inspectors are a family-run business with a reputation for trustworthiness and dedication to doing an excellent job. As independent advisors, they bring an unpretentious approach to inspections, focusing on professionalism and a genuine respect for their clients’ property. We spent £4,000+ on three sofa chairs from Furniture Village (FV) and made our first complaint after 6 weeks. Fast forward 18 months, and after being blocked by FV at every stage, we got Barrdale on the case. The service was amazing. An introductory call to discuss my issues, a follow up call for me to go through it all (a second time) and then an inspection, followed by a full report. We are still in the midst of trying to get rid and refunded for the sofas as FV want to try and "fix" the issue, so once this is complete I'll be returning to Barrdale for a follow up sofa inspection... Would highly recommend as they were fantastic, and I felt I was in safe hands for the first time in my two year journey...

Jeg købte et dimsedyr til min datter. Hun var ærgelig over, ikke at få den kanin som der var billede af, selvom jeg havde fortalt at det kunne blive kaninen eller enhjørningen som var på billedet. Hun fik et pindsvin. På annoncen står at de bliver klistrede med tiden. Den tid var én dag og efter to, faldt øjet af. Så ikke en succes.

We have had a really wonderful and special experience with the Newlife Team. After 6 years of fertility challenges, 3 miscarriages, 5x IVF clinics in various countries around the world, and 15 rounds of IVF… we are finally 3.5 months pregnant with a healthy baby that’s growing beautifully. We have had an incredibly complicated case, with issues on both sides, and the Newlife Team were by far the most supportive, kind, and thorough team of any clinic we worked with. Initially the medical staff were interactive and receptive, but nothing like most IVF clinics as we consulted a couple of them. There were concerns over Greece's red tape and inconsistent laws regarding marital status of couples, as they require partners to be married in order to proceed or deal with embassies for notarial deeds. Furthermore, I had sent 1000Euros deposit but had not received any treatment due to the red tape - not an exam, visit, bloodwork or anything. They had not reached out to me to assist further and just sat happily on that deposit, and had nothing further to assist me with regarding Greece's laws (and one of the doctors said that laws there change constantly). After 2 years I decided I no longer wanted to proceed with this clinic and it discouraged me from IVF altogether, so my partner and I sought a refund. The clinic's director stated that only 300 out of the 1000 Euros would be refunded, despite my argument that I had never even been seen other than a free online consult that they advertised. They stated that since I put in a deposit and signed a contract that that was binding regardless of ever actually being a patient. These people are in for your money and their ethics are poor. I have also read multiple complaints of their push for donor eggs and not the most advanced treatment for hopeful parents. Choose your money wisely, the company is very profit hungry even without doing any work. Shameful. As I know Newlife likes to respond, please don't bother posting political rhetoric - places do not charge 700 Euros for admin fees. You chose to be dishonest and greedy and you should be exposed for your lack of ethics which is horrific for a medical institution.

We had the best experience with Newlife. With their help we welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy in 2023, after a successful round of IVF. We are now in the process of preparing for a second embryo transfer with them. The patient care and professionalism has been consistently outstanding. They stand head and shoulders above other IVF clinics we explored. We owe them so much.

Our experience at New Life IVF Clinic has been absolutely amazing! Dora made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the start. She met us with smile and greeted us with warmth every single time. Doctor Dovas was patient, clear and very knowledgeable. We were a difficult case- I had chronic endometriosis and my husband had fertility issues. It required Doctor Dovas to understand our problems and customise the treatment for us. Throughout the process I felt cared for and Doctor Dovas made sure that I was not being placed in any risk whilst at the same time being given the best chance of having a successful pregnancy. The whole staff showed heart and understanding towards me and my husband whilst at the same time being extremely professional. We had a failed IVF cycle in the UK prior to coming to New Life IVF in Thessaloniki. In the UK, we were treated as just “a number” and resulted in my endometriosis being inflamed and me needing to have a surgery at Princess Grace Hospital. This is a nice property. A property situated at a location with almost everything nearby, including Schools, Bus and Train Station, High Street. Fully secured, well lit. The only thing that I found strange is, there is no gas connection over here in the property. Everything is on electric which makes the power consumption high thus resulting in a high bill amount month on month..
