Nicht empfehlenswert!! Überhaupt nicht userfreundlich, Ergebnisse der Suchen sind meistens nicht relevant. Ich habe nach English Sprachige Jobs gesucht. Die Anzeige war auf Englisch aber Jobsprache Deutsch. Man muss sich anmelden, bekommt ständig nervige Emails.

Auch passieren "login" Fehler, E-Mail Adresse nicht vorhanden, aber komisch mit dem Smartphone geht's dann plötzlich... Würde generell nicht empfehlen sein Profil öffentlich zu machen...

Egal was man eingibt bei den jobkriterien stepstone richtet sich nicht danach was man sucht und was man kann. Habe schon mehrmals Kriterien geändert. Jedesmal habe ich das gleiche angeben aber nie kam das an Stellenangeboten was ich angegeben habe. Stepstone ist keine hilfe bei der jobsuche.

Zeigt Jobs in Buxdehude an aber nicht in dem Gebiet das man ausgewählt hat. Wofür die Angabe machen wo und den Umkreis auswählen wenn dann trotzdem Jobs von sonst wo anzeigen? DAs Können andere Websites deutlich besser!

Was soll man sagen. Conny hat mich vor 3 Jahren in einem Fall vor Gericht vertreten. Der Fall wurde verloren und gemäß den AGB sollte ich keine Kosten als Verbraucher tragen. SOLLTE! Ich erhielt vor 5 Wochen einen vollstreckbaren Titel, da Conny scheinbar bis heute NICHT die Gerichtskosten entgegen des abgeschlossenen Vertrags und der AGB gezahlt hat. Kann mir vorstellen, dass es einigen anderen Nutzern auch bald so gehen wird. Natürlich meldet sich auch seit 4 Wochen niemand bei mir und ich werde im Regen stehen gelassen. Rückrufe wurden zwar zugesagt, aber ich habe keinen erhalten. E-Mails werden auch gekonnt ignoriert. Eine Verbraucherschutzbeschwerde wurde bereits eingereicht.

However, I want to share my experience with their commission structure, as it was significantly higher than I initially anticipated, and it's important to understand how it works. Conny.de did deliver on the promised rent reduction, but the total cost, due to their commission, was substantial. I expected a commission of around €2200, but it ended up being nearly €5000. This difference is due to how the commission is calculated, as detailed in their terms and conditions (AGB). Importantly, I didn't have to pay Conny anything directly; they deducted their entire commission from the money recovered from my landlord. Here's a breakdown of the commission calculation in my case, based on my understanding of the AGB (specifically section 3.1): Standard Commission: Conny charges 6 times the monthly rent reduction. In my case, this was €175 x 6 = €1050, plus VAT (Mehrwertsteuer). This part was relatively straightforward. Retroactive Payments (The Big One): This is where the major cost comes in. Conny's AGB state that they take 100% (including VAT) of all rent payments that were overpaid to the landlord before Conny sent the official notice (Rüge) to the landlord. In my situation, this covered approximately two years of overpaid rent. This clause is what significantly increased the total commission. Overpaid Security Deposit (Mietkaution): Conny also took the portion of my security deposit (Mietkaution) that I had overpaid to my landlord as part of their overall commission. While these terms are outlined in the contract (AGB), I believe they are not sufficiently highlighted or explained in a way that makes the potential total cost clear to the average consumer during the sign-up process. The impact of the retroactive payment clause, in particular, was a significant surprise. I was not expecting such a large amount to be deducted, even though it was coming from the landlord's repayment, not my own pocket. My Advice to Potential Users: I strongly recommend that anyone considering using Conny.de's services do the following: Thoroughly Read the AGB: Pay very close attention to section 3.1 ("Vergütungsvereinbarung"), which details the commission structure. Calculate the Potential Total Commission: Don't just consider the monthly reduction x 6. Factor in the potential retroactive payments. Estimate how much you've already overpaid your rent, as Conny will claim 100% of this from the landlord's repayment. Understand the Mietkaution Clause: Be aware that any overpaid portion of your security deposit will also be taken as part of the commission, again, deducted directly from the landlord's payment. Ask Questions: If anything is unclear, contact Conny.de before signing the contract and ask for specific examples and calculations relevant to your situation. While Conny.de successfully reduced my rent, and I didn't have to transfer any money to them directly, the commission structure, particularly the retroactive payment clause and the inclusion of the overpaid security deposit, greatly reduced the immediate financial benefit. The money was taken directly from what my landlord repaid. The long-term savings will eventually outweigh the commission, but the initial cost was a substantial and unexpected expense, even if it didn't come directly out of my bank account. Be fully informed before you commit!

They have switched to shady commision structure please stay away. Instead go to a lawyer or tenant association. Thier new commission structure wants you to pay all the past savings to them meaning if u are staying in a appartment for 5 years and u paid 200€ extra then you pay all 60 months of savings of 200€ to them the good reviews of the are before this Commision structure For new commission u will pay 200€*60 + 200€*6 + vat for eg in ur case so we are talking about 1000s of euro. Conny is basically now a con man ;)

Abzocke und Einschüchterung sind Tagesordnung! Dazu werden wirklich wichtige Absprachen nur telefonisch vereinbart, so dass sie zum späteren Zeitpunkt schriftlich von Conny wieder revidiert werden können. Oder man wird im schlimmsten Fall von Conny verklagt. Wer es wagt, sollte aufpassen, alles schriftlich dokumentieren und Telefonate aufnehmen. Beim nächsten mal würde ich einen Fachanwalt für solche Angelegenheiten zur Rate ziehen und auf keinen Fall der Massenabfertigung von Conny vertrauen.

Had an easy and nice experience with Conny, we talked everything by email and in English (which is a plus for me) and after 3 or 4 months they not only reduced almost 600 Euros from my rent as I got the retroactive value from the first day of the contract (2/3 stay with Conny, but I was already happy to just had the discount on rent, so it was definitely a plus), thank you Conny for this amazing service!

Unlike all these other great reviews I cannot concur. Ordered 2 boxes of presentation frame mounting kits only to have the order cancelled. On trying to contact the company to ask why it had been cancelled by both email and text I got no response whatsoever, no option to phone them as they say the phone number is voice mail only. I have had my money back, still with no communication, I have used the money to purchase the products needed from Hoopers framing up in Derry, I have used Hoopers before and never had an issue, I don't expect one either this time with what is a straightforward simple order.

Maskinen kører problemfrit, nedgravningen af kablerne er der heller ikke andet at klage over udover i lovede at ringe inden i kom, det gjorde i ikke. Brilliant service as always

As part of my service plan I came in for an MOT test. Once I was seen by the service team member I decided to seat & wait while my vehicle is been checked. On arrival it was quite busy and there where about 8 people's waiting in the waiting area. After seating about 20 mins later the receptionist came to the waiting area and she asked specifically few people if they wanted a hot drink and she served 2 person and then she continued doing other stuffs. She walked passed me several times totally ignoring me. I was in the waiting area sitting for 4 hours during that time many other people's arrived and after initial checking in they where attended to by the receptionist and on ALL occasions she walked passed totally ignoring me. I have been coming to Woodford Lexus with my car since 2018, and I have never been IGNORED. Even when I am the ONLY person in the waiting area. But on this occasion I felt that I am NOBODY. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The heater in my Lexus UX 300e suddenly stopped working about a week before it's first service was due on the 15th January. Unfortunately, there wasn't an earlier appointment, so I brought it in as scheduled. I waited in the showroom but after a couple of hours, my advisor returned to say everything was fine except the heater couldn't be repaired and a new part was needed. She explained that a few of these models had had the same issue and the part wasn't expected in until the 26th February! I had no choice but to take my car home and thankfully, was provided a hire vehicle the next day. I then had to bring the Lexus back to the showroom the following day and was provided a taxi to take me home. On the 30th January around 11.30am, my advisor called to say the part had come in earlier than expected and my car was ready. I asked if they could charge it for me as I hadn't been able to before and she said yes they could. I arrived at 5.15pm but when I got in the car, there was only 18 miles, so it hadn't been charged. The advisor said she'd asked and was told it had been but now, there wasn't anything she could do. I therefore had to drive home on the A406 with no heating, as using it would take more power. So I was unable to check whether the heater worked and with my windows open because they started to steam up! I got home safely with 6 miles left, cold and annoyed. It's unacceptable and the advisor really should have checked that the engineer had charged the vehicle as she'd instructed, as I was left in a very vulnerable position. She was helpful throughout the whole process but unfortunately, I was let down at the last hurdle. I hope lessons are learnt after this experience.

They fitted free Tracker for my car as it was attack by car theft. I have been welcome with smile and some nice cup of coffee. They done the job fairly quick and also done some extra bit for free like clean the car outside and inside, fitted my headlight plug and even properly installed my bumper. 2019 RX 450H Stolen 36 hours after purchase. My advice is to avoid all Lexus / Toyota models that are vulnerable to Canbus theft. Until Lexus decides to fit these vehicles with appropriate deterrents, such as ghost immobilisers, they are a very risky proposition to own. During the sale process I wasn't made aware that additional security measures were required to protect the vehicle.

Sadly I was disappointed with my experience overall. Whilst very friendly, the sales lady who dealt with me and accompanied me on the test drive in a Lexus UX250h Takumi did not appear to have detailed knowledge of the spec and actually gave me some incorrect information. As an aside, some good potential selling points the sales person could have mentioned regarding the "extras" which even I knew about on that grade of vehicle were not mentioned at all so opportunites to really highlight these selling points would have been missed for a customer who was not familiar with them. My biggest issue is that when I was considering that (in my view) the Takumi spec was not not worth the additional cost compared to a "Premium Plus" model and indicated a possibility of downsizing my purchase to one of those she told me that each and every one of the 4-5 "Premium Plus" models on the site were "already sold" but this was incorrect - I later found that at least 3 of them were still available so I can only assume that I was being dissuaded from "downgrading". I eventually purchased a Lexus from another Lexus dealership.

If you're looking to purchase a Lexus, head over to the Woodford branch and ask for the very lovely and energetic Roksana Askor. Despite being almost 2 hours drive away, my visit proved to be more than worthwhile. Roksana was the sales consultant who handled all my queries and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She made initial contact with me over the phone to discuss the vehicle I was interested in, she took me on a test drive and was more than happy to answer any questions I had, of which there were many and she gave me all the time I wanted with the vehicle before I decided to purchase it. She even let me take it for a test drive on my own, which I did for almost 40 minutes! Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, she really did go above and beyond in making sure that I was happy with everything. Having never purchased a vehicle from a dealer, my initial thoughts was that I would be pressured into buying, as is often the case with many salespeople. However, Roksana was the complete opposite, she gave me all the time in the World. I took approximately 4 hours at the dealership before I decided to purchase. There was also room to negotiate on the price, which was very much appreciated. I also had a chat with Louis, the manager, and he was also a pleasure to do business with. All in all, I am super happy with my purchase and the service I received from Lexus Woodford was outstanding on all fronts. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable throughout and that really is thanks to Roksana.

Just arrived at the cottage we booked after a 7 hour drive to find there is no running water. Tried calling the mobile number for the owner which goes to an answering machine, left a message with no reply, tried calling the quality cottages helpline, again no response. Now sat deciding if we should wait, with no washing facilities or flushing toilets, or to just drive 7 hours back home and write the whole thing off. Hopefully someoone will see this review and get in touch with us soon, though I'm not expecting much. Definitely book with another company. Update : do not, under any circumstances book with quality cottages. We have had no water for 2 days and on attempting to complain they are denying even taking the booking, despite us being in the property and providing our address and payment details.

Very disappointed with 'villa' near Neyland. Property had damp walls clearly visible and extremely musty. '3rd' top bedroom not fit for purpose very dangerous. Not properly cleaned, hairs in sink, carpets dirty, showers poor. Overpriced. Other property on site much better but still dirty. Leisure very good.

Our fifth visit in ten years! Had a lovely time again, location superb and cottage very good and comfortable. Aberdaron has something special about it, hard to define but wonderful. One problem, the mattresses are the type that increase body heat so, at times, not very comfortable.

Wonderful stay at Y Stabal . Everything was clean , tidy and comfortable. Enjoyed the farm and watching the animals.

We had a wonderful stay Hendy Plas Marian. 8 of us stayed there for 3 nights over Easter, house was beautiful and clean. Nice quiet location but a fairly short drive to lovely beaches etc. would definitely recommend, especially for a larger group.

Harbourside cottage at Fishguard. This is a beautiful cottage, very clean and comfortable with magnificent view of the harbour. The cottage as everything you would need, plenty of books and games for all ages. You can park your car outside the door. The back garden is up around 10 steep steps with a table and 6 chairs and is not really overlooked by anyone. The bedrooms are of good size and quality bedding each one has a hair dryer in a drawer and a cot if needed. Lovely kitchen with a double oven ,dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and downstairs toilet .. two bathrooms upstairs. Large settee with tv and a comfy snug. We would definitely come back again if only for the lovely red and white wine left for us .

We had a wonderful holiday whilst staying at The Dairy in Marloes. The house was everything we wanted with wonderful views from the sunroom. The perfect place to stay in a beautiful location.

We stayed at Ty Mor, Manorbier last week. Simply perfect! Great location a short walk from the castle, beach and village shop. Immaculately clean with lovely furnishings and facilities. Access to the drive is quite narrow and would be impossible with a big 4x4 (we have a small 4x4 - Volvo XC 40 and just squeezed into the gateway. Overall we loved it and definitely want to come back!

Robust practical interior, in need of some TLC. However, a really good shower, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Great location for the coast. Unfortunately the swing, slide and trampoline were non existent!

Grande e fornitissima catena di usato fotografico, solitamente il materiale è di buona qualità, ma le descrizioni cm nuovo non srmpre vuol dire cm nuovo ma altresi sembra nuovo in quanto ad un'accurata valutazione i giochi meccanici non sono da pari al nuovo. I prezzi sono elevati se confrontato al nuovo. La spedizione a 10€ si commenta da sola visto soprattutto il tipo è il modo con cui vengono imballati, i corrieri hanno i soliti problemi dei corrieri. il contenuto delle confezioni molte volte non comprende la documentazione dell'oggetto e alcuni accessori compresi nelle stesse, cm alcune volte i tappi non sono gli originali. Il ritiro dell'usato invece è pagato una miseria anche di materiale pro, adducendo obsolescenza, pseudo controlli e manutenzioni varie. Non ho mai dovuto usare la garanzia che in pratica annulla quanto sopra. Si sottolinea inoltre che la restituzione è a carico di chi acquista che sommando alle spese di spedizione diventa una cifra che sicuramente scoraggia la restituzione Le risposte alle mail non sono affidabili, x telefono poi non si capisce chi e cosa risponda alle mail Le sedi estere neanche rispondono alle mai. Convenienti sono le volte in cui vengono proposti materiali nuovi . Riassumendo : È meglio acquistare il nuovo, il prezzo è molto simile e il nuovo è nuovo, non si sa invece quanto sia il livello di usato degli oggetti È meglio vendere a privati se capiscono il valore delle cose, la tecnologia ormai propone materiali di lunga durata, solo gravi lesioni compromettono l'effettivo funzionamento

Sono all’inizio nel mondo della fotografia,vado in un negozio RCE di Padova,quello in Corso Milano per prendere un teleobiettivo usato. Mi dicono che è perfetto,qualche segno di usura ma capisco senza problemi.Spendo 930€. Dopo 3 mesi decido di cambiarlo e sempre da RCE vedo quello che mi piace e riporto quello che ho preso per farlo valutare e rientrare,questa volta nel negozio di Riviera Tito Livio.Sono cosciente che non mi daranno gli stessi soldi che ho speso,ma nel limite dell’accettabile mi adeguerò. In negozio guardano l’obbiettivo e mi dicono che non possono rientrarlo perché ha la muffa nell’interno…io gli dico con tanto di fattura che l’ho preso 3 mesi fa nel negozio RCE di Corso Milano,a 15 minuti da loro,ma mi rispondono che se lo tengo in un posto umido può succedere! Ho acquistato da loro, accettando di strapagare una camera analogica perché avevo urgenza di fare un regalo di compleanno. È arrivata con le lamelle del diaframma bloccate e scatta solo ad f/1.8. Assolutamente inaccettabile dopo aver pagato 315 euro per una Canon FTB QL (si trova a metà del prezzo) descritta come perfettamente funzionante. Ho accettato di pagare così tanto solo ed unicamente per non avere problemi e ricevere un prodotto funzionante. Chiamato il centro assistenza mi dicono che posso fare il reso, per il quale ovviamente dovrò perdere tempo che non volevo assolutamente perdere visto la cifra sborsata. Meriterebbero zero stelle. Edit: Alzo a 3 stelle perché il servizio clienti è stato impeccabile. Rimane secondo me inaccettabile una disattenzione del genere, visto il prezzo

Ho venduto la mia Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4k presso questo store. Al telefono mi era stato comunicato che la valutazione massima che lo store poteva avanzare per questo prodotto ammontava a 550€, poiché il prezzo di rivendita si sarebbe aggirato intorno ai 750€. Oggi vedo che il prezzo riproposto dal sito è di ben 140€ superiore alla stima iniziale, pari a 890€. È triste che una realtà ben affermata prenda in giro dei clienti affezionati in questo modo. Acquisto e vendo presso il lo store di Padova da diversi anni, ma in futuro credo che mi affiderò ad altre realtà.

RCE Lainate: avevamo un accordo per una permuta, stavo per spedire il materiale quando mi hanno comunicato di aver venduto l'apparecchio di mio interesse, per il quale avevamo un preciso accordo con il sig. Giusti. Cosa devo pensare? che hanno ceduto quell'apparecchio a un loro amico? Non ho avuto problemi con RCE di Torino e La Spezia. Ma a Lainate sono dei saltimbanchi. Alla larga da certi personaggi, sono solo dei buffoni.

Oprócz tego, że soki mają bardzo dobry smak, to dzięki nim przestałam mieć ochotę na słodycze tak jak kiedyś, a efekty były takie, jakich potrzebowałam: -więcej energii - poczułam się lżej, więc dostałam więcej energii i mój mózg lepiej pracuje -pozbyłam się wody w organizmie, którą nagromadziłam przez wakacyjne wyjazdy -przestałam mieć ochotę na niezdrowe jedzenie :) Miło jest co jakiś czas zrobić sobie taki detoks by wspierać swoją formę :)

I have called twice and left my numbers on an answer phone requesting a call back, to-date no one has bothered to reply. Also emailed them and have heard nothing. Very poor service. Does anyone know where I can purchase a genuine replacement leather strap for my Sunset Watch.

I have an expensive Franck Muller watch in for repair and have called several times but no answer. I then attended the premises in person and to my considerable surprise there was a sign in the window saying 'closed for refurbishment' and inviting customers to email their usual address for further information. I have done this and not yet received a reply. I don't know who has the watch physically either Frost or Franck Muller but either way i am concerned and want it returned. There may of course be a genuine reason for this but at the moment i am at a loss to understand what that is.

I needed a strap for a relatively obscure watch. They were literally the only people on the planet who had what I wanted, and they got it to me in Malibu, CA in a couple days. They stayed I. Touch every step of the way, and made sure it got through customs in time for my travels.

They have a message service where they claim to get in touch quickly. I made an enquiry for a ring I was interested in over a week ago. No response at all despite of sending 2 more messages. They obviously don’t need my money as they must be so busy they haven’t bothered to respond. I’ll take my business elsewhere!!

Avoid Ravi and his company. At first he seemed nice, but after the advance, he started ignoring my calls and when he picked after 2 weeks, he said he cant do my job without giving any explanation.

Ravi and Wisdom Construction were a big disappointment. The project was delayed multiple times, and the quality of work was poor, with issues needing fixes soon after. Communication was terrible, and Ravi didn’t take responsibility for the problems. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Reliable company had them round do some work. done a very good job. I am very pleased with it always available for after-care highly recommend them for Builder work.

I found wisdom construction online via google they build my 4 meter rear extension at my Dagenham house 🏠 They installed my new Beautiful kitchen and Bathroom I am gonna use for my next property as well in future Special thanks to Ravi and his Team for Quick and Quality Job 👌

Ravi had taken on our front extension, kitchen remodel and downstairs bathroom project in July 2021 after being recommended by our structural engineer. Work started and demolition of existing walls and new foundation happened in a very short space of time. Due to a global shortage of materials and Wisdom Construction committing to additional projects, we were left with long delays. Be mindful of this, especially if you plan on living at the property! However, Ravi was always available to talk and reassure us that the work would be left completed - true to his word we had the project completed to our satisfaction. We’ve since had some plumbing issues with our bathroom which Ravi has come to resolve. Wisdom Construction used specialist steel fabricators to make our extension structurally sound and building control has signed off on the project which we are grateful for. Thank you Ravi and all the best for the future.

8.5m by 5.6m meter an outbuilding was constructed by these guys within 12 weeks with 180 squared meter garden tiled. Job was done excellent I am very happy with it. Thank you guys
