Fick ett erbjudande som var ganska dåligt, men ändå skulle ha förbättrat var situation. Men det beror på våran ekonomiska situation att bankerna inte gav någon kanonränta. Men när vi då valde att gå vidare blev det knäpptyst. Har inte hört av dem och ingen svarar på mina kontaktförsök. Jag har nu en sökning på min krditstatus i onödan och får vänta lite innan jag själv går till banken och frågar. Hoppar över mitt bolån nästa gång och rekommenderar verkligen inte dem De verkar inte särskilt angelägna att hjälpa någon med svag ekonomi. Jag antar att det ligger mer pengar att hjälpa de som redan har stark ekonomisk situation...

Vi fick först lånelöfte baserat på felaktiga uppgifter då Mittbolån inte ställde alla frågor de behövde svar på. Dessutom var det säkert tio vändor fram och tillbaka med vilka underlag de behövde få in; anställningskontrakt, lönespecar, bankpapper m.m. Istället för att direkt från start lista vilka dokument som behövde skickas in. Riktigt dåligt strukturat. Slutade med att vi löste bolån på egen hand

Pessimo servizio, 2 mesi per ricevere un DVD. Quando ho visto che si prolungava la consegna, ho chiesto di annullarla, ma niente. Ho ricevuto un film che non mi serve più, un film che dovevo proiettare per un evento 2 mesi fa.

Feedback neutro perché non mi è piaciuta la gestione ordini. Ho acquistato due vinili, uno in prevendita ed un altro disponibile sul sito, con la consegna di entrambi alla stessa data di uscita di quello in prevendita. Questa scelta ammortizzava il costo di spedizione. Dopo circa un mese dall'acquisto mi è stato comunicato che quello che era disponibile non era più in magazzino quindi annullavano l'ordine e spedivano solo quello acquistato in prevendita offrendo come scuse un buono sconto del 10% utilizzabile al prossimo ordine effettuato. Se il catalogo fosse stato aggiornato avrei acquistato il disco altrove risparmiando sulle spese di spedizione, e al massimo il buono sconto avrebbero potuto applicarlo sull'acquisto effettuato dato che il pagamento per le prevendite andava fatto solo prima della data di spedizione.

Dopo oltre quattro mesi di attesa mi è arrivato il vinile Trilogy di Emerson, Lake & Palmer anche con un considerevole aumento di prezzo rispetto a quello di quando lo avevo ordinato. Il disco è una totale delusione in quanto si sente malissimo, pieno di scrocchiettii e con un fastidiosissimo rumore di sottofondo. Sono pentito del mio acquisto.

I was searching for my flights like any other online shopper, I was then directed to Travel Breakz US on 04/04/2023. I was ready to make my purchase while I had all of our itinerary in our cart, ready to proceed, but then for a minute I thought to let me call them and talk to a live person, just to gague for customer service purposes. Ordered a large kitchen, delivery charge was £410 + vat. I paid it and delivery was expected early February 2025, however on the day of delivery I get an email (not a phonecall)! To advise I needed to pay a further £410 + vat because they needed 2 vans to deliver!!!! They have now lost the sale of a large utility and a boot room, how short sighted are they. AVOID THESE CROOKS.

Fantastic service from first contact to delivery of the kitchen. Customer care is second to none and nothing was too much trouble for the team. All the staff we dealt with were excellent and very professional. Chris is first class and always quick to respond. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and on a par - or better - than you would find at a fancy local supplier but at a much better price. We were nervous buying the kitchen off the internet but the care and support given made it easy and now that our kitchen has been installed we are delighted with it. The people that work for Rapid Repair are just amazing, they do expedite their work quickly.. It usually starts with either you calling the shop and getting Gina on the phone or you're coming in and getting Gina at the front desk..He listens, gets you in ..he does his job very well. And when you go to Rapid Repair you know that the mechanics there are literally changing your oil or changing the brake pads or fixing your AC. It's not just yeah we got this and it's a whole set of other problems. They're very reliable.. a great team, an awesome shop. Rapid Repair you have a problem- a repair with your auto you need to call.. My sons go there, a couple of friends9 that I recommend and they have not ever been disappointed.

This company was booked through my insurance to do a paint job on my car (an uninsured driver scratched all down the side of mine buy not giving way in merging traffic!) They booked me in for January 24th 2024, they rang and said they could do it on 6th December 2023, sadly I had a medical appointment that day, so it was left at the original booking. Then a week before they ring and cancel 24th January appointment as they can't get the matching paint????? Well they had it in December so? Now I have to wait for another call to book it into one of their garages. Disgusting service all around as the accident was in AUGUST 2023.

Ho acquistato presso il sito Relaxan un paio di Collant e un paio di autoreggenti a compressione graduata. Ora, con riguardo alle autoreggenti nessun problema, ma nei collant, sin dal secondo giorno di utilizzo, hanno iniziato a formarsi buchi all'altezza delle cuciture del cavallo e si sono tirati fili ad ogni lavaggio (pur lavandole a 30 gradi senza altri capi). Ho scritto all'azienda con il solo scopo di esporre le problematiche riscontrate nella calza, dato che non mi aspettavo un rimborso, ed invece questa ha ammesso che probabilmente ciò era dovuto a un difetto di produzione e mi ha prontamente rimborsata. Had my awning issued last year and we did have an issue on installation. But Paul in the office moved heaven and earth to find a solution and put things right, allowing the wonderful installers, Chris & Craig, to install our awning on time with minimal fuss (by me). They lived miles away from us but arrived at our convenience to finish things off - much appreciated as it then didn't impact on our work - and Craig and Chris were super polite and very nice guys. Paul was amazing too and very professional, and just got the issue sorted. Mistakes happen. Its how they are dealt with that's the issue and they really did turn my experience around. A year on, the awning still looks fabulous. And I feel a bit guilty I didn't write this sooner. I find customer service is generally lacking these days, but in my experience, not at Samson.

Nice product. Not the smoothest assembly due to screw holes on the rack mount for the k-pulley go being slightly undersized. But after dealing with that, seems like the kbox and kpulley are going to be awesome Shipping took about a month(instead of the 5-10 business days promised). the reason for the delay (production issue) was only communicated after many emails and only after I asked for my order to be cancelled. Tenho trabalhado com a Kbox4 Lite e a KPulleyGo a +- 1 ano e meio e continuo descobrindo novas possibilidades de exercícios e adaptações. Encontro as máquinas muito versáteis além de ocuparem muito pouco espaço. As duas peças praticamente substituem uma academia, e proporcionam trabalhos muito intensos. A Exxentric conta também com um app gratuito que ajuda bastante com os exercícios e treinamentos. O App te orienta durante a execução te mostrando os números alcançados durante o exercício num gráfico muito detalhado. É só escolher o exercício, a carga e as repetições. Os acessórios também sao muito fortes e confortáveis ( ex: Hip Belt, KGrips, Ankle Cuffs), minha única ressalva seria para esse último, o qual reforçaria de alguma forma, não deixando a sustentação da carga somente para o velcro para uma duração maior, pois o velcro apesar de forte vai perdendo a sua capacidade com o uso, o qual acaba sendo bastante exigente no trabalho de extensora e flexora. Recomendo e muito pra quem ainda não conhece o trabalho inercial da Exxentric.

I bought a kbox active platform. After carrying the platform I noticed glue marks on my clothes. The rubber mat on top adhesive is becoming undone… It is loose and coming a part. Looks super cheap and just awful. Really upset and annoyed I have to deal with this! P.S. I understand you say this is not up to your standards but I bought a kbox pulley a year ago and had same issue. Someone needs to explain to me 2 out of 2 quality control miss. 100% failure twice is very suspicious.

Im März letzten Jahres haben wir 40 Eiben bei Pflanzen Janssen bestellt und diese in einem 1 A Zustand in die Nähe von München geliefert bekommen. Alle Pflanzen sind hervorragen angewachsen und nicht eine ist kaputt gegangen, obwohl wir teilweise widrige Wetterverhältnisse hatten. Wir können die Gärtnerei Janssen mit gutem Gewissen vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen.

Ich wollte erst Kirschlorbeer als Hecke für uns kaufen, habe mich aber zum Glück vorher beraten lassen. Ich bin jetzt auf Thuja Hecke umgestiegen, was für mein Grundstück deutlich besser passt. Sehr nette Beratung, dafür einen Dank.

Die Sträucher schauen alle top aus und wurden bereits eingeplfanzt. Die Kaufabwicklung verlief völlig reibungslos. Ich hatte nach der Lieferung eine kurze Frage zum Einpflanzen gehabt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sofort zu erreichen gewesen und konnten mir meine Fragen beantworten. Wir können die Firma Pflanzen Janssen GmbH nur weiter empfehlen.

Brian and the installation team arrived exactly on time, if not slightly earlier but politely waited for us before they started. The team worked efficiently & tidily. They answered any questions we had and took time to explain the workings of the door including lock system, drainage channels, warranty registration. We are thrilled with our 3 panel patio doors! Design and installation was good however after sales very poor. Chased them for a very long time trying to get faulty doors replaced, pretty much spoke to a different person each time who promised to get back with an update. Finally got to the point where I was told the door couldn't be replaced as they were discontinued even though I was told previously that they were in production. Various excuses along the way and in the end a poor attitude and unwillingness to help. No apologies from them for letting it drag on so long and now I am left with a kitchen that will need to be replaced sooner than expected due to poor product and after sale service.

My initial experience with Ecko wasn’t great but I needed them to come back and fix my bi-fold that wouldn’t close properly, it’s been a few years since they were installed so wasn’t expecting much ! But much to my surprise it seems things have changed at Ecko and from my first contact to Brian coming out to fix the problem it’s been a pleasure !

Ekco were excellent in dealing with remedial work required to my Origin bi-fold doors. The office staff were very good at ordering the parts i required and arranging a date and time for the work to be carried out. A text was sent on the day to confirm when the installation team were arriving. The installation teams were very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and safely. I also received some very helpful after care advice and information. I would definitely recoment EKCO.

From original survey, through to order, installation and excellent after sales service of Origin critall doors. I have had a 5 star experience. I had excellent service from EKCO with the replacement of bi-fold doors with a standard door. The fitters were very professional. They minimised disturbance, kept the site very clean, kept me informed and consulted with me at appropriate points in the job. I am very pleased with the new door. I recommend EKCO.

Terrible products and terrible customer service. Woke up one morning in June to see my chandelier lying on our dining room table. The cheap metal they used in the O ring snapped causing the fixture to fall. After some research, I found out that the light had been recalled because many people had the same experience. I contacted them, supplied some pictures, and they informed me they would send me a replacement chandelier. I received the chandelier, but it was missing many pieces, including all of the glass globes. I contacted them again and they said they would send me the missing parts. I received a box with the missing metal parts and four glass globes. The chandelier needed nine globes. I contacted them again, and they informed me that they only had four. The rest were on back order until the end of the month. Not sure why they wouldn’t have told me that earlier. Three weeks later, I contacted them for an update. They said the globes were pushed back until the end of the next month. Three weeks later, I contacted them once again to see the status of the globes. I was told that they were now on back order for yet another month. Barbara said she would send me weekly updates on when they were expected. Three weeks later (and no contact from Barbara) I contacted them again. She informed me that the globes are now discontinued and are not expected in. I asked her what happens now with the recall. She said she would check with her supervisor and get back to me. Two weeks later (and again no contact from Barbara) I contacted them again asking the status. She again said that globes were discontinued and not coming in, something I had already been told. No response to my last question on what happens now. I replied asking if I would now be sent another chandelier for the recall. That was two days ago and no response. This all started in June. It is now mid September, and they still haven’t taken care of this. I am now going to buy a new chandelier to replace the recalled junk they made. I will definitely not be buying a Kichler, and I will definitely steer my friends from them as well. Any recalled items I’ve ever had, the companies have stood behind their products but not Kichler

The LED outdoor sconce arrived as promised & a 60W-illumination bulb was supplied. The product details say the 20-inch lamp is 150W-illumination enabled. I wanted 150W-illumination so I chose this sconce size (other sizes 10-inch = 60W and 14-15-inch = 100W size). When I called to request the 150W-illumination LED bulb, a 60W was sent. When I called to ask why they sent a 60W instead of the 150W I requested, they told me that a 60W comes with the sconce, so they sent another 60W bulb. I requested a 150W-illumination LED bulb again. I called when I received e-mail about the 2nd bulb shipment & asked if they sent the 150W, only to learn they were sending a third 60W bulb. Funny. I already have two and don't want those! No one seemed to figure out that I wanted and would pay for a 150W-illumination LED bulb! All I got was arguments that the sconce came with a 60W! Why send me two more 60W bulbs when I clearly stated I wanted a 150W-illumination bulb? Why keep sending a bulb I already had? Your employees are helping your business lose money because no one there is thinking! Don’t you sell lighting products? Isn't that your business? Where are the lighting experts? I'll purchase the bulb I want locally since your business won't sell me the product I want.

I paid for the express service because I needed my ABN immediately. The express service guarantees 'it's done in 15 minutes or your money back' ...4 hours later I received my ABN and when I asked about the refund based on their guarantee I was told 'that's only during working hours'. I highlighted that there was no terms and conditions linked to that guarantee and if that's the case it should be removed as an option when ordering but the customer service person was very unhelpful. Never got my refund.

The initial setup was fine, but when my website was ready to go live, that's when the problems started. Bizifys call centre and tech company is outsourced. You cannot get direct tech support, you can only try to explain the problem to the call centre and they will log it with tech Often I'd ring the call centre and get an answering machine!. How can this be a Business to Business service with an answering machine!! Our direct contact in Australia was often unavailable and again, could only log tasks to be fixed through their outsourced tech company. We have been going round in circles for nearly 2 weeks. i cant do any business. I've missed important supplier emails and my clients haven't received my emails!! There is NO WAY I'd recommend this company!! I'm switching!!

Having bought a really old Burton’s safe from a hotel refurb, we came into trouble when the battery on the key pad ran out and we had no over-ride key. With our passports in the safe and a much-awaited holiday to France in a few days, we were a bit desperate! From my experience with this company, I would recommend them. I lost a key for an internal draw for my safe. I rang them up and there customer service was very polite and helpful. Within no time they sent me a key and it now functions normally.

Poor waranty of products that is hidden behind a "2 year warranty" claim. They look for any excuse to make a service call out chargeable and don't allow you to see the thing causing the issue, or watch them fixing the safe so you have no way of disputing the spurious charges. These charges easily amount to several hundred pounds.

I am new to this company and had some trouble using the system. I reached out to ANNKE via email and communicated my problem. It took a few emails going back and forth before accomplishing my goal. I’d get same day responses about half the time, the other half was by the next day. Now, that could have been because I didn’t see the email (I’m not great at checking it regularly) or it took me longer to try what was suggested. I am now very happy and able to use the system.

J'aimerai rectifier mon avis sur la qualité des échanges avec Annke. Suite à mon premier mail, j'ai obtenu une réponse sur ma commande. Par la suite nous avons eu plusieurs échanges. Toujours des réponses adaptées et surtout une messagerie top. La traduction est directe dans les 2 sens. Franchement top et enfin suite à une erreur dans ma commande, proposition de remboursement. Pour ce qui est du matériel, j'ai fait les premiers réglages à la maison et vraiment très satisfait du résultat. Il reste plus qu'à les installer et finaliser les réglages.

Try this, then try that, then try this again! cameras won't connect and HDD packed up and not found. Try a different power supply, you get no where. Looks like I will have to try a charge back with my bank. Reply: I have tried all options you had suggested, sent videos and photos. Then you ask for more videos and photos! I have asked for replacements which you keep avoiding, so after that I’m entitled to a refund.

I found a great price on their website for a trip from Detroit to Milan, Italy flying United Airlines. When I called to confirm the booking, I was informed that those discounted tickets were only available on other airlines, not United, and if I wanted them (traveling in a group of 5), the cost would be an additional $1000.00. To be fair, the cost I paid is not excessive. It’s the deception that’s bothers me. If their website says tickets are available at a certain price, they should honor that price. On 11/12/2024 I was looking for a flight for 2 to Tampa FL leaving out on 11/15/2024 and returning on 11/17/2024. This was my husband auntie 90th birthday party and he really wanted to attend since this was his last auntie. I looked on Fareoglobe and found flight that I wanted leaving o American Airline and paid for it on my credit card. Next day I heard from customer service agent Pink. Although flight was available when I paid for it she stated that the flight was not available but had a flight with Southwest that was about $20 more but same date and the time I need. I said that would be ok. I never received my ticket voucher and emailed her several times to inform her that my husband was nervous because we have not received our tickets yet. I called and emailed for the next few days because I was afraid this was a scam. Pink assured me that all is taken care of and don't worry. Pink finally sent me our ticket vouchers the Thursday night before we were to leave that Friday morning. On the way to airport a customer rep called me to let me know she was sending me out another boarding pass. When we got to the airport and I went to the Southwest counter to check in our bags, the clerk said I see your tickets, but they have not been paid for. I said Yes Ma'am they have been paid for, the clerk stated that the company has not paid for them. I then contacted Fareoglobe to inform her of the problem we are having with the tickets and the same customer service lady said let me check and I'll call you right back. About 10 minutes she did call back to say we sorry and we will refund you your money back. I told her we needing a ticket since I been going with this situation all week and Pink promise me that everything was good and don't worry. I said we would go ahead and buy ticket since we due to be in Tampa today and their company can reimburse us since this was their error and not ours. If they would have told us days before we could have got a cheaper flight. We had to pay $757.98 to fly to Tampa and $298.00 to fly back and the round-trip flight was only should have been $296.61. Sooooo disappointed that I have not been reimbursed and no letter have been sent to me.
