I worked for this company and I do not recommend dealing with them, a Polish company that does not adhere to cleaning standards, I was shocked to see when I came to work and the partner with whom I worked took a rag, rinsed it in a bucket with which I was the floor and wiped the table on which they eat with this dirty rag, I was shocked when they completely wiped all the surfaces with the same rag. It is better to work for a Norwegian company, this company is nationalists.

Kan noen hos Grønt renhold forklare meg hvordan det er mulig at : - dere kommer med bil til huset som avtalt - kommer ikke opp siste lille bakken pga is - avlyser hele vasken og drar etter 10 minutter istedefor å parkere langs veien og gå ett minutt til huset.. Så, etter flere samtaler samme dag, er kompensasjonen dere er villig til å gi - for ikke å ha utført vask på tross av at dere var hos oss - at vi slipper å betale for vasken som ikke ble utført…? Dette er kundeservice for en fast kunde over flere år.

De samme to har kommet hver gang, og kjenner nå huset. Grundig rengjøring.

De var pålitelige og presise og gjorde en grundig jobb

Før bestilling spurte jeg fler ganger om timebetalingen på kr.700,- var per renholder eller tilsammen for de 2 som skulle komme. Hver gang var svaret at det gjaldt for de to tilsammen, dvs kr. 350,- per time per renholder. I mailen der der skulle bekrefte oppdraget sto det: Engangsoppdrag fakturerer vi på timebasis som utgjør kr 700 inkl. mva. I tillegg kommer parkeringskostnade. Da hadde vi jo avtalt at det skulle komme 2 personer, og jeg trodde fortsatt på svarene jeg hadde fått tidligere. Det var ikke lurt. 2 reholdere var her i nøyaktig 2 timer og regningen kom på kr. 4550,- pluss parkering i 2 timer kr. 300,-. Oppdraget var vanlig renhold pluss vindusvask. Den ene renholderen gjorde en grundig og god jobb. Den andre slurvet både med rengjøring og vinduer. I tillegg har vi fått problemer med 2 vinduer fordi hun glemte å koble yttervindu med innervindu etter vasken slik at jeg nå hverken får åpnet eller lukket vinduet. Da jeg omsider fikk fakturaen og ga beskjed om problemet med vinduene ble jeg veldig bestemt avvist med at det hadde gått for lang tid så de ønsket ikke å rydde opp i dette. Alt dette pluss de skjoldete "nyvaskede" rutene gjør at jeg absolutt ikke vil anbefale dette firmaet.

Vi benyttet oss av dette firmaet i omtrent 12 måneder før vi valgte å avslutte avtalen. I august bestilte vi en ekstra rengjøring, inkludert vindusvask. Under denne vasken ble et stort vindu i stuen revet ut av rammen, slik at vinduet hang i et hjørne da jeg oppdaget det. Jeg kontaktet Grønt Renhold umiddelbart for å informere dem om situasjonen. De svarte at de har gode rutiner for rapportering av skader, og siden de ikke hadde mottatt noen melding fra sine ansatte, mente de at ingen skade var påført leiligheten. Etter flere runder med kommunikasjon sendte de samme renholder tilbake til leiligheten for å ta bilder av skaden. Kort tid etter mottok jeg en e-post hvor det sto at de mente skaden hadde vært der før renholdet. Dette virker helt urimelig, ettersom det ville vært umulig å vaske vinduet hvis skaden allerede var der. I praksis fraskrev de seg alt ansvar, og jeg ble sittende igjen med skaden og regningen for vasken.

Jentene var effektive og nøyaktige. Veldig hyggelig å ha i huset.

Kjøkken, hvitevarer, bad,skap og vinduer ble grundig rengjort. Vi har ingenting å sette fingeren på.

De som vasket var svært effektive og dyktige. Jeg hadde riktignok forventet at de selv passet tiden slik at jeg ikke ble krevet høyere betaling i ettertid…..Men vi vil sterkt vurdere å bruke samme firma igjen!

Brukte Grønt Renhold i forbindelse med en flyttevask og kan si at det ble rent - helt rent! Det påpekte også de som tok over huset - at utvasken var særdeles bra. Kan trygt anbefales.

We booked an prepaid a car from Liverpool to Manchester Airport. I booked an estate car because we had a lot of luggage, the estate was more expensive than the salon, but we needed it. We paid £116. But we got a saloon Toyota prius anyway, wichresulted in almost 10 minutes to pack to fit all, and we had to have luggage inside the car with us. The car did not comes to the agreed pick up point so when the driver called us, we had to walk a bit - with all our luggage - to find him.. The child car seat is not big enough (baby cramped). And the car was a minute late - witch in it self doesn’t matter, but when it’s in the wrong place and too small it means we left the pick up 16 minutes after the originally booked time. I complain to the service this morning - 13 hours ago now - still waiting for a response. Will add: very nice driver that I felt sorry for…

Do not use this company .Very annoyed and disappointed after arriving in Manchester after 24 hour flight from Australia and there was no one to pick us up🤬, when I booked the transfer it stated that I could pay cash to the driver, (which was welcome as I lost money last year on a pre booked and prepaid transfer in America) but they sent an email while we were in transit, 12 hours before our eta, saying if the money wasn’t prepaid they wouldn’t pick us up.when we tried to phone them on our arrival there was no answer on either phone numbers given. I booked a taxi back to Leeds the day before a concert in Sheffield to be picked up at 11:15pm. I got a "success" page on their website with a booking reference number. After the concert I tried to call them to locate the driver but there was no answer from the number on their website. There was a different number for WhatsApp so I called them through that. They hung up and sent a message back. I gave them my name and booking number and they told me if it wasn't pre-paid then it would have been cancelled. There was no option to pay on the website, only an option to pay the driver in cash or card. They said they'd sent me an email with a payment link. They didn't. They then told me the fare was cancelled immediately because they were based in Manchester and it would have been too far. Despite having a Sheffield to Leeds page on their website. They said they'd sent me a cancellation email. They didn't. And yes I can check a spam folder. So which was it? Either reason could be easily solved by a better website, but that doesn't excuse the rudeness of the staff. Knowing I was stranded in a different city late at night, they messaged me "Have a lovely evening." AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Extremely friendly, helpful and punctual. Great service, well worth it. We used them for late-night pickup from Manchester airport with kids. Our flight arrived early, but our driver, Assan, had already seen and sent a message for us to get in touch when we got through security. Once we had our bags he guided us to the pickup area, where he arrived minutes later. Also got us to the hotel through all kinds of road works, and we were still there earlier than I initially planned pick-up. Can't praise them enough.

Barbados Fertility Center is an incredible facility. We are fortunate as a family to have found this place. Our friends recommended it to us and we were not disappointed. From our inquiry to the birth of our beautiful daughter, the staff has been very responsive and kind to deal with. We had bad results at another fertility clinic in Canada and were absolutely desperate to have a proper analysis of our situation. Dr. Skinner was absolutely amazing. She reviewed our file and could provide an accurate diagnosis that helped us improve our chances. As a result, we were successful with a first round of IVF at BFC. We couldn't be happier. Also, this place is much more affordable than any other IVF places in Canada or US.

Since our initial query in June 2022 the team at Barbados Fertility have been fantastic. They answered our query quickly and it felt so right to pursue the next step of our fertility journey with BFC. From the outset our fertility coordinator, Dionne has been approachable, prompt and clear in her responses and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and it was lovely to meet her in person during a trip from the UK in September prior to our treatment the following March. It just confirmed that we had made the right decision. Everyone we came across each step of the way was friendly and welcoming. From the staff in the clinic, consultation with Dr Skinner and the Counselling session with Dr Herbert was really beneficial, we took away lots of tips & suggestions. On transfer day the staff at the Wellness centre and my acupuncture session was amazing. The Dr, nurses and technicians explained everything really well, were supportive and had a real positive energy. It genuinely felt like everyone was rooting for us! 9 months later back in snowy England our beautiful baby boy was born. We are so happy and grateful to everyone at Barbados Fertility Clinic for helping us make our dream become our reality!

Wir haben uns an einem Montag die Helsinki Card gekauft. Die meisten Museen, die uns interessiert hätten, waren am Montag geschlossen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Basically it's a great thing if you don't have to worry about whether you have the right ticket on the bus, tram or metro, you can go anywhere and many sights are included. However, many attractions are not available at all in October (obviously low season); no hop on hop off, no canal cruise. But the Helsinki Card costs the same price and when you buy it you are not informed that not everything is open, that's a Tourist trap!!

At the moment there are no bus tours included and the boat tours dont operate as usual due to a flight show, so the card is not worth the price at the moment.

We bought the 72hs pass, which allowed us to do all the sightseeing tours being offered, go to Suomenlinna Sea Fortress and visit their museums, visit various other museums, go to Sea Life Helsinki, have free public transportation and get discounts at several restaurants. The price is great for everything you get. I rated this four stars because the sightseeing tours and times are limited in the winter and when purchasing the card online it was not clear how to redeem them in person until after the transaction was completed.

I have been scammed by this this site. After completing a form on their website I have been contacted by a guy calling himself Kevin Martin with a heavy Indian accent. I have made a payment to them via a link that was sent to me. After two weeks of waiting they have not sent the work and when I ask where the work was, I was threatened. They said they will contact my institution. I cannot believe Scammers have this much rating on trust pilot, this is appalling. It means we can no longer trust trust pilot. I only accepted to pay them because of their rating on trust pilot. Trust pilot urgently need to look into this as matter of urgency so no one find themselves in the situation I have. Trust pilot need to vet some of these scammers that use their ratings to to scam people.

Very Bad! I am so disgusted at how this clinic treated my friend, we have had to go to a solicitors and to 3 dental consultations to get reports to prove what they did to her. We have asked for there management contact several times to make a formal complaint they refuse to give it, instead we were shown a badge which displays the name of there 'Sales and Matketing Manager' with a womans hand holding it but on the website its a man, very Shady Antics! My friend has to get all the crowns removed as they are so badly done and the clinic is refusing to refund. Absolutely dispicable.!!!!

Terribly Traumatic Experience! I had an extremely stressful time at this clinic from arrival to departure. Once I signed forms and paid I was subjected to lie after lie, regarding so many aspects of treatment I paid for Zirconia crowns was given 2 unit bridges with Large gaps and incorrectly placed also Bite deficit, additionally they forced me into accepting a permanent bridge over a 6 day old extraction site. They refused to acknowlege there misdemeanours with my explanations and pictures leaving me no choice but to pay For An IntraOral scan with the dental surgeon clearly pointing them out. They finally acknowledged and offered to do remedial work but refused to forward a breakdown of this, as I have no trust in what they say due to the extent I was lied to while there I will not put my self in such a risky situation with them twice over. I made a very bad choice giving my hard earned money to this clinic!.

Distressed Customer.. I am not sure if this company picks who to treat well and who not to, as they seem to have good reviews but I personally had the worst experience! If I write everything here you would be reading for hrs. They do not seem to have a complaints procedure in place (ironically Complaints go to 'Sales & Marketing Manager') that should tell anyone with any intelligence what they are about. I Paid over £3000 for Zirconia crowns (not what I got) instead... intense pain, worry, stress and now have to find somewhere else to do all the corrective work and pay over again! I have since returning had 2 consultations with UK dentists and 2 in person with Turkish dentists all of which informed me my crowns are so bad they cannot say any thing good about them, all 22 need to be removed and re-done from scratch! Oh and the blatant lies from arrival to departure were on level 9.9 out of 10! So the response to this review will of course be in accordance with their practices (lie your way out of everything)!!! They are now threatening Me with legal action for leaving them a negative review The unfairness of this whole scenario is unbelievable! All i wanted was a nice healthy smile.!!!

Provided an alternative item based on what I was looking for after a stock issue resulting in them not having what I had ordered(Totally not their fault, it happens!) Fantastic customer service. Ordered a motherboard that turned out to not be in stock due to a manufacturer mistake. Rather than just cancelling the order, Leo saw this was out of stock throughout the UK and went out of his way to find me one of the last ones the manufacturer had in stock overseas and get it shipped out to me next day, keeping me in the loop by phone throughout the process. Completely above and beyond.

Terrible service and overcharged. This is the second time in two years I've had issues with them regarding a motherboard. When I purchased the item this time, they didn't have it in stock. They offered a replacement at nearly double the price, despite it being an inferior product compared to what Amazon was offering. When I asked for a discount, they ignored my request and changed the subject. I eventually received the motherboard, but it was faulty. They repeatedly claimed the motherboard was new, but this was clearly false. The box was open, cables were missing, and nothing was packaged as it should have been. Just like the previous motherboard two years ago, this one was obviously not new as they stated. I returned it for a refund, which they issued, but it was a complete waste of my time dealing with their dishonesty and the faulty product.

Randomly brought a pc case for them because it was out of stock everywhere else and there customer service was incredible. Will deffo use again.

Dem vägrade retunera mattan förens dem fick ett mail av Arn som tyckte att jag har rätt

Jag har reklamerat två mattor som hade dåligt kvalite och tappat färg under ca 1 år. Enligt kundservicen kommer de höra av sig och nu har jag väntat i 4månader och skrivit flera mejl men de bara skjutar fram att de kommet med svar. Rekommenderas inte alls

Efter en bra dialog kring min första beställning lade jag en ny order. Den bekräftades direkt och levererades på 3 dagar. Helt perfekt från början till slut.

Reklamerade min matta. Har gått över 2 veckor sen dom fick tillbaka min matta. Fick ingen bekräftelse på att varan var hos dom eller någonting. Fick söka upp den informationen själv genom dom som leverade mattan tillbaka till företaget. Inga pengar tillbaka och inga svar från deras kundtjänst trots upprepade försök. Skulle absolut INTE rekommendera den här sidan. Och kommer inte att handla där igen. Vill ni bli lurade på era pengar så varsågod och handla där.

Beställer en matta och får en bekräftelse dagen efter om att mattan är packad och skickad, med en "följ ditt paket" länk. Tiden går och 10 dagar efter första mailet kommer nästa mail...10 dagar efter. Min matta är slut på lagret och kan inte få den. Erbjudandet jag får är en annan matta. ??? Efter lite tjafs med kundtjänst hävs mitt köp och nu ska jag vänta upp till 7 bankdagar innan mina pengar är tillbaka. Jag förstår att varor kan ta slut men inte ska det behöva ta nästan 2 veckor från beställningsdatumet att upptäcka det. Urkasst!!!
