They are thieves...I have been with them for 13 years as a hosting reseller... before my subscription ends I cancelled my account for the 14th year because first they reduced my space from unlimited to 50 GB in the 8th year and second my clients had a lots of interruption and hacking. They cancelled my account as requested, but unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the automatic payment by PayPal so after few days from canceling, PayPal sent them the payment. For more than 2 months and I'm asking them to return my money. And several tickets were opened. One of their replies stated that they issued me a refund and it will appear in my account within 5-7 days. I suspected this reply because with PayPal the transfer appears instantly but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited, but as expected, nothing arrived. I kept contacting them but they never replied again. This company is a bunch of gangs and I do not recommend that anyone uses their services. They preferred to keep the $288 and give me nothing in return rather than be an honest company with integrity and honor.

Our order was placed on 4th January and acknowledged at 9.53am so should have been delivered on 5th January, but didn't arrive until 9th January, so not a good start to our relationship, although the man I spoke to was very helpful and sympathetic.

Complete scam. They called me 2 hours after booking the flight and told me I had to pay extra, which would have resulted in me spending more money than booking elsewhere. I was then told that I wouldn't get a refund for 24-48 hours because the money was already with the airline, which was bogus. Only after I told them that I would hold or come to their physical address was the money returned within seconds.

I live in Australia and was contacted by Blacktower to ‘assist me’ with my review of my pensions in both the UK and Australia. I had a very open discussion with them and provided personal information on the promise they would assist me with advice as to how best protect myself from unnecessary taxes and fees. The call was finished with me to send them information to carry out a review of my position, then silence and no response to my follow up emails. Once they extracted personal information from me, if my position is not of interest to them as business, at least have the common decency to inform me that I don’t meet the requirements!! Clearly out for no one but themselves which I know is how a business works, but have some morals you parasites!

I was persuaded to invest in the Utmost Vision policy, accepting the recommendation of BlackTower. Taking the advice given at face value and without reading the small print I signed up to the policy, on the basis that it is the job of a financial advisor to give advice. The main selling point was the plan's "flexibility", however this "flexibility" does not extend to any changes in circumstances. The fee remain the same whether the circumstances. So, on an original investment of EUR68,500 the last 3 years' fees alone have come to a total of EUR24,955. Clearly this is a cash cow for both Utmost and Blacktower and has no benefit to the customer.

I was persuaded to invest an initial monthly payment in the Generali (now Utmost) Vision Plan. I was then sent on a temporary posting with an uplift in salary and approached Blacktower for advice as to how best to invest the temporary uplift and was advised to increase my payments into the plan. The advisor was perfectly aware that this posting and my ability to pay into the plan was time limited and that I intended to use the savings to retire early, so that conversion to a full paid-up policy was inevitable. Unfortunately, I trusted the advice that I was given. As a result, on an original investment of 68500 EURO, the “administrative” fees have been increasing exponentially, in 2020 they amounted to 7,957.25 EURO and 2021 to 10,668.27 EURO. The penalties for early cashing in of the policy essentially amount to the total remaining fees. This is a common issue with the policy that is well documented on Trustpilot - look it up. So do not trust the advice that you get from Blacktower – by accident or by design the advice that I received has cost me tens of thousands of euros in fees and leaves me exposed to the entire risk of the investment.

This company is fraud! We have had nothing but issues with them. Bigcommerce fired them from their platform because of the fraud. According to BigCommerce they received several and they emphasized several complaints about them so they removed them from the BigCommerce Apps. Buyer beware.

Stay far away from any rental managed by this company. Look out for AIRBNB and VRBO. I truly feel bad for property owners using this management company as they are incredibly negligent in their management, communication, and execution. We rented a home through their company for a weekend in blowing rock and had a disaster of an experience. We arrived at 5pm on a Thursday to no heat or hot water. After several hours of trying to reach their “emergency line” due to a gas smell in the home, I resorted to calling 911. Blue ridge sends their renters to an offshore call center at 5pm on a weekday with no one local to talk to. After we have spent several thousand dollars a night, this is simply inexcusable and poor customer service. Blue ridge was not able to refill the propane until the next day despite their statement saying “within a few hours” As it turns out, blue ridge management had neglected to fill the propane to the home and we had to pack up and leave with two small children in below freezing temps and icy roads. The fire department pointed out that there was no working smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector or working heat, and that the condo was not safe to stay. After repeated calls to blue ridge the next morning, a representative assured me that I would be compensated for the hotel stay we had to purchase since we were displaced by their rental mismanagement. After several back and forth emails with blue ridge representative, “Amy Wright”, I was informed that they had reneged on their promise to compensate. And that a refund of just the amount paid was “fair”.

Amazing winter view and comfortable beds with ample space for everyone to spread out. Location was very close to the sledding hill which was great for the kids and made it easy to get around after a snow storm since the main road is always plowed.

Blue Ridge is always great to rent from. We have used them many times, and we always appreciate the great communication!

Home is beautiful! Loved waking up in master bedroom looking out at deer walking up the mountain. The kids bunk room is adorable and they loved having their own space downstairs to hang. The upstairs has a great floor plan for entertaining. It’s nice that it close to the main entrance because you can get to town faster.

This feedback is only about the customer service. As not every vacation is perfect to a tea, I am impressed on how Blue Ridge Mountain taking a time to review the 8 point issues we had during our stay in one of their properties. They were very welcoming of my feedback and a regular check-in during our stay was conducted.

The shirts have very good quality and are cheaper than the ones in other sites. They look really nice for the price. I ordered one, and after I received it, I ordered four more. The only thing is that you have to be patient with the delivery. The Lapa Company was a breath of fresh air to me when I needed to replace the thatching tiles on my South African thatched gazebo. “Standard” and “Combination” tiles were available, each tile being 80 cm wide. Combination tiles are made from natural cape reed covered over with synthetic “reeds”. I wanted to see these latter before buying, so went to the Lapa warehouse, which is in a lovely setting in Kent. Everyone there was most helpful and all my questions were answered. The combination tiles looked stunning, so I came away with the required number of these in cardboard boxes. The tiles were easy to clip onto the gazebo frame - and they look splendid. After-sales service was freely offered, such as dealing with the return of surplus tiles (I had the right number). We purchased our Gazebo from Lapa, we renewed the tiles this year, purchased in April, Enough tiles to do a 2.4 mtr gazebo, with A layer heavy duty Tiles. These were not delivered until end of July, when they did arrive, they were 10 tiles short, even though they told us the provide kits tailored to the Gazebo, We had to pay a further £160 for more tiles, they said that they had sent enough, they sent two boxes with 6 in each which is clearly not enough to cover , however they refused to accept a fault.

This is the third time I've purchased thatched tiles from the Lapa Company. Their products are top quality, reasonably priced and delivered very promptly. I wouldn't go anywhere else and will almost definitely use them again in the future.

Helpful with ordering, efficient, prompt delivery and thatched replacement roof for Gazebo was just what I needed.

All was good. A minor movement on the price - say 5% - would have been appreciated but there was nothing forthcoming. SHAME.

Gave them a go to see what the meals are like. Some meals are okay, nothing different from standard ready meals you get in shops. However any meals that had pasta in them were awful, the pasta was stuck together and very chewy. Definitely haven't had the best experience. The meal I did enjoyed was eggs and bacon but there's not mcuh you can mess up with that I guess.

Great tasting meals, packaging could be improved as it is difficult to open but other that couldn't fault the service.

I found every meal short quality products, small portions, that wouldn't fill a goat, discount isnt worth the drama, my first meal was peri peri chicken. This was delivered as 3 cubes of rubber chicken, a wagon load of peas and a hand full of microwave rice. If eddie hall is eating this, he must be riddled with juice

4/5 meals I try, I absolutely love. Now that I have tried a couple of weeks, I know what I like and the quality is amazing for a ready made meal! The protein content is 3x the amount at least compared to normal ready meals (and this is with low carbs and great taste!). The convenience is amazing, any issues and they help!

Delicious meals much better quality than supermarket ready meals, have enjoyed all the dishes I've ordered. Lots of variety and well balanced. Packaging and delivery have been excellent.

Really enjoyed PK, although outside of offers, I think they're not that competitive in price vs others. Good sized portions, even on the lower cal / balanced options. No issue with overall quality, but I would prefer not to have chicken thigh in any of them. It always tastes poor quality to me, no matter where it's from.

It was a 50/50 experience for me. The quality of product was still good but not what i expected it to be. I could have been much better. maybe next time i wont see such problem.

I placed a bulk order for my shop and guess what. I was offered a free shipping. On such huge order. I mean I am happy that i saved alot of shipping cost.

I might not recommend because the products was still good no doubt but its condition was very rough as it was a used one.

I contacted Kub as I needed a replacement cushion for my mums rocking chair. They couldn't have been more helpful, went above and beyond my request to ensure mum got the best service possible. A special mention to Emma, she is so helpful, kind and kept in contact throughout the whole process. Fantastic customer service from a fantastic company.

The product is great, however, The website clearly had at the top a countdown timer for the sale and the chair was offered with a good discount. Due to the countdown timer myself and my wife felt hurried into making the purchase before the timer ran out. When checking the order status the following morning I was shocked to see the chair at a further reduced rate. I contacted customer service who have refunded the difference. The money is not the issue, it is the pressure of the countdown provided to encourage the decision to be made by a set deadline. I wouldn't expect the product to then be cheaper than the sale price hours later.

Order went through well. Box arrived damaged and some of the paintwork was chipped on the armchair. Other than this it is a nice chair and easy to put together but the handle part has about 5 chips in it so we like a replacement if possible for this part. Would be better if you could select a day of delivery as no idea what day it is arriving and a big item that can’t be left with a neighbour. Did offer a try again in 24hrs or 48hrs which luckily worked for me as I am off on a Thursday but if I worked 5 days it would have been sent back.

Purtroppo devo segnalare che non sono corretti, ho fatto un'acquisto online di una bottiglia Caroni 12yo a 325 euro, successivamente mi hanno scritto e rimborsato l'importo comunicandomi che c'era un errore di prezzo nell'annuncio, ho fatto un'email chiedendo spiegazioni ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta, hanno aggiornato poi il prezzo del prodotto nel loro sito da 325 a 549 euro!

nulla da eccepire sia nella scelta come nella spedizione. ampia scelta che purtroppo nn calza molto con i nostri gusti ma alcune novità abbiamo trovato sono davvero stuzzicanti. imballo sicuro ed ecosostenibile e spedizione in tempi ragionevoli.
