Le vin commandé au départ n'était pas le bon suite à une erreur de préparation du colis entre le viognier Elisabeth et le viognier terres de baume. Mais au final, l'erreur a été corrigée et le vin commandé a bien été livré; le vin en erreur renvoyé. Le terres de Baume est toujours aussi bon.

Ich habe eine Kamera für fast 2000 € am Montag gekauft mit der Lieferangabe von 3 Werktagen. (Zieldatum wäre also Donnerstag) Am Dienstag hatte ich telefonisch den Status angefragt, weil im Status im Kundenportal immer noch "Bestellung wurde noch nicht bearbeitet" stand. Mir wurde telefonisch zugesichert, dass die Ware bereits im Versand ist... leider hat sich im Laufe des Tages, immer noch nichts am Status im Kundenportal verändert. Am Mittwoch (immer noch der gleiche Status) hatte ich erneut angefragt und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Status angefragt wird und mir per E-Mail der Stand mitgeteilt wird.... leider habe ich keine E-Mail erhalten. Am Donnerstag (immer noch der gleiche Status) hatte ich erneut angerufen und mir wurde mitgeteilt das die Ware in einem Diebstallfall verwickelt ist und deswegen erst morgen verschickt wird, weil die Waren dann erst von der Polizei freigegeben werden soll. Sofern das der Fall war, tut es mir natürlich leid für Mundus. Da ich diese Aussage nicht überprüfen kann und vielmehr das ich nicht informiert wurde über den Stand der Dinge (es geht hier auch nicht nur um 20 €, sondern 2000 €!), bin ich sehr verunsichert und gleichzeitig auch verärgert, weil ich gehofft hatte die Kamera am Wochenende für einen Städtetrip verwenden zu können. Aufgrund der Erfahrungen bei Mundus würde ich nicht nochmal bei Mundus bestellen, weil ich einfach nicht informiert wurde, ich aktiv mehrfach hinterfragen musst und am Ende des Tages auch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung gehört habe.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ablauf des Ankaufs. Hab meine kaum genutzte Leica für einen fairen Preis bei Foto Mundus verkaufen können. Gestern mittag wurde das Paket verschickt und einen Tag später gab es schon die Bestätigung des Ankaufs zum vereinbarten Preis. Ich kann den Ankauf bei Foto Mundus nur empfehlen!

Beim Ankauf gibt es ein Gebot von Mundus, das man annehmen oder anlehnen kann. Wenn man dann die Artikel eungeschickt hat werden sie dermaßen runterbewertet und ein neues Kaufangebot angeboten, was uneter alle S.. ist! Wenn man dann das Rücksendeangebot dieser Firma annimmt kommt nur noch heiße Luft und das große Schweigen! Das eingesandte Eigentum verschwindet anscheinend im Nirwana! Anworten auf Emails negativ! Einmal und nie wieder!

I use Sevron's COSHH365 system for my job. Their live chat is actually amazing. Really quick response (within minutes) and was able to answer my questions immediately. Sevron is the only company where I don't dread trying to use the chat feature and actively use it to get what I need. The system itself is easy to use and makes my job a lot easier and is pleasant to look at.

Platform took a while to learn for me , and issues with my PC. Used the chat facility and the person on the other end was friendly patient and had excellent knowledge and problem solving skills

Sevron is user friendly and easy to navigate, If you did not know the system to begin with it is easy to work it out with the systems help. Risk assessments are stored and have easy access with a reminder of when they are due for review, the incident logs are again user friendly.

Once finished you can print out the assessments, which look very professional, or readily access them via Sevron’s website.

Sevron, the company that is “at your service, now more than ever – March 23, 2020” wants to take us to court unless we pay £650.00 for something we will not use. We have subscribed to Sevron for a couple of years, paying approx. £650.00 yearly for the COSHH365 assessments. We had been pleased with the service provided and had no intention of cancelling our subscription…but then COVID-19 hit. We are a small family run business, so with lockdown and being unable to work for a few months this has been incredibly hard and has impacted our business massively, just like many others. When we were able to start going back to work in June, we went through ALL software & subscriptions which we have and tried to decide what we could do without. As we had hardly used Sevron for the past year (only logging in to auto-renew the assessments which we had previously created), and it being the largest subscription we pay, we decided that we would not be able to justify renewing this for another year. We received our invoice for the next year on 29th June (for the payment to be made 29th July) and advised Sevron on 9th July (20 days before payment was due) that unfortunately, we would not be renewing the subscription. BUT Sevron responded by letting us know that we should have given written notice “30 days in advance of the subscription year” which in this case would have been 23rd June… so Sevron wanted us to cancel an invoice 6 days before we even received it?! Their argument has been that we should have already known at some point over the past year that we would want to cancel the subscription so should have let them know sooner… In normal circumstances yes this would be understandable, but in normal circumstances, we wouldn’t have needed to cancel the subscription, but there was this little thing called a global pandemic and national lockdown which meant we weren’t even in our office for 3 whole months prior to this!! We clearly should have predicted that coronavirus and lockdown would have happened so that we could cancel our subscription. Does Sevron REALLY think that when the whole world is thrown into a whirlwind, with no one being able to go into work, while we are told to stay at home, stay alert & save the NHS, that we would seriously know that the Sevron Subscription renewal is due? How exactly do you expect us to have contacted you? Would there have even been anyone in your office to respond to us? The service had not been used since March. The payment was not due until 29th July. We told you 20 days before the payment was due that we would not be renewing. Any decent company would understand the situation, understand that these are not normal circumstances, and would have cancelled our subscription as requested.

They are not giving what is right and just to the cost-cut employees. Some employees haven't received their last pay.

Used Data Recovery tool of Bitwar and found the file to recover. Validation of preview was impossible (binary file) so the only way to find out was to buy a license. Then the file was "successfully recovered", as claimed by the tool, but it was not. File is corrupted, unusable and was not recovered. They don't see the fault on their side, so they won't refund me, although they claim a 100% reliable data recovery and even have a money-back-guarantee on their website. Looks like a big scam to me! Update: After this report on Trustpilot I received a confirmation of my refund request.

I had bought a subscription and later tried to cancel it. they ignored every attempt. when they charged me a second time to renew it I raised hell and they refused to refund it. this place is a scam, they steal your money. don't trust them.

On a trip far from home, I transferred almost 60 percent of my photos from the camera to the tablet and lost them. I have no idea what to do as these photos are so important, one of my friends asked me you should probably need to spend money and getting them back at the local photo shop or electronics store. Ambos productos fueron entregados en buen estado, PERO desde el momento de la entrega, ocurrieron una serie de sorpresas. 1) Incompatibilidad del producto con el sistema de enchufes de la UE: Primero, tanto la lavadora como la secadora llegaron con un enchufe del Reino Unido, aunque antes de la compra preguntamos explícitamente a la empresa si las máquinas tenían un enchufe del Reino Unido. La empresa respondió que eran compatibles con el sistema de enchufes de la UE. Con esta respuesta, esperábamos que ambas máquinas vinieran con un enchufe de la UE, no con un enchufe del Reino Unido incompatible con nuestro sistema de enchufes sin un adaptador. Llamamos a la empresa de inmediato y nos dijeron que buscáramos un adaptador dentro de los tambores. Solo encontramos 1 adaptador dentro del tambor de la secadora. No había adaptador en la lavadora. Otra llamada a la empresa, y dicen que probablemente se olvidaron de insertarlo en su almacén. 2) La empresa nos envió un modelo incorrecto del que pedimos. Pedimos una lavadora con la función AddWash mientras que la empresa nos envió un modelo más barato sin esta función. Innumerables llamadas, mensajes, solicitudes de nuestra parte para que la empresa recogiera el modelo incorrecto y nos entregara el que pedimos. Reconocieron que nos enviaron otro modelo por error y ofrecieron una pequeña compensación por la falta de funcionalidad, pero este reembolso no compensaría la falta de funcionalidad, que para nosotros fue la razón para comprar en esta empresa, ya que afirmaron tenerlo en stock. Sin respuesta, sin solución, sin responsabilidad ni rendición de cuentas demostrada por la empresa, sin resolución. Contactamos con la organización de protección al consumidor de Cataluña para pedir ayuda y solicitar que la empresa corrigiera este error. La empresa no respondió a la organización de protección al consumidor de Cataluña. También contratamos a OCU para mediar en este caso y ayudarnos a obtener el modelo que pagamos o un reembolso total. De nuevo, sin respuesta de esta empresa. Esta empresa no ha asumido la responsabilidad y, en nuestro caso, simplemente ignoró las demandas de la organización de protección al consumidor y el equipo legal de OCU. Es muy decepcionante, y no puedo expresar la cantidad de esfuerzo de nuestra parte para reclamar nuestros derechos, pero sin ningún éxito. Las únicas opciones que nos quedan son llevar este caso al siguiente nivel ante una o todas estas organizaciones: Dirección General de Consumo de la Comunidad Autónoma Junta Arbitral de su Comunidad Autónoma Tribunal de Justicia Ordinario

Hemos comprado una lavadora secadora de 8 kg y el vendedor se comunico con nosotros diciendo que no quedaba en stock. Nos ofrecio una del mismo modelo pero de 9 kg cuya diferecia de precio era de 109€ pero a precio de la de 8 kg por eo faltante, Con lo cual muy agracidos.

Pedí un horno microondas y además de tarde con respecto a la fecha de entrega vino un modelo distinto y defectuoso con golpes y rozaduras. El producto era de exposición claramente. Me pongo en contacto con ellos explicándoles que ese no es el producto comprado y me dicen que es un modelo superior por qué no les quedaban del que yo pedí. Sin preguntarme ni nada me lo envían. Y me confirman que el producto es de exposición. Automáticamente solicito la devolución y de esto hace una semana. No sé nada de ellos y me he decidido denunciarles. No me devuelven el dinero y no vienen a recoger el producto. Jamás volveré a comprar en esta tienda y espero que mi opinión sea útil para otros.

Compre un monitor de PC el viernes 9. Intenté el lunes ponerme en contacto con ellos para que hiciesen una estimación del plazo de entrega pero resultó imposible llamando. El martes lo intenté de nuevo a través de WhatsApp y recibí respuesta por la tarde. Resultó que el monitor se les había caído y no se pudo realizar el envío, me ofrecieron opciones pero no concordaba ninguna en características, así que me devolvieron el dinero al momento. Experiencia agridulce, perdí 4 días y una buenísima oportunidad en wallapop por nada, pero al menos la devolución del dinero fue instantánea.

What an absolutely fabulous company, the customer service has been second to none. I received a lovely bangle for Christmas but sadly the colour didn’t match my other bracelets so I requested a return/exchange. Even though the bangle was made to order in a specific colour and with a small clover, Rosie agreed to an exchange and went above and beyond to ensure the process of returning ran smoothly. But I got an email the next day saying the price was now 10€ more... and only after I asked did they explain that in their T/C they can charge more if buying less than a full set of 4. About a month ago i came across an advert from this company on facebook and they promised 200% returns on my investments. so i signed up and deposited $50,000. After 2 weeks of investments i tried to withdraw and almost immediately my account was deactivated and their support stopped responding to any of my emails. i would have lost all my money if i had not taken the case to ROSE LANE GP

Trusted assets is a con and cannot be trusted with your assets. My request to withdraw my investments was denied even after paying the extra charges/fees asked on different occasions. Please away from them, Shea Hicks, ESQ put an end to the pending transaction issues and all monies returned to me. If you are still considering, please stay away.

A total con. I started with £250 and it turned a profit. They asked me to invest more so I did based on the profits I was shown. I put in £2500. I did withdraw £450. No fees no issues. Then it made more and more. I set a limit of profit to then withdraw from. Suddenly it was a lock down of withdrawals. I waited and then it happened again. Until I was supposedly at the £86000.... This is where the fun starts. They ask for 10% you pay them before they pay you. They won't take it from the profits you have to pay them. I didn't. They asked me to pay in crypto, how interesting. When one crypto had a limit they wanted me to move it through 2. To muddy the water. They aren't on companies house. They won awards in 2023 in Ukraine? During a war. And the site has no real photos. It's a massive con. Liars and cheats.

Fake 5 Star Reviews. Proper scam outfit. They are bunch of con artists trying to steal money from people in the name of AI generated profits. Lost substantial amount of money, asking me pay to get paid. They will never ever return your investment they will never give you profit. It’s a one way traffic. Platform is a fake software which looks like trading platform.

Do not invest any money whatsoever with this Scam company. I saw a £28200 investment stuck with them. Because of a £11000 loan which was not explained to me or any relevant paperwork relating to this ever provided they stopped the forwarding of my profits on trading of £60000. Using the excuse I had to repay loan before I received my money. Any excuse to not pay out. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY!

This is how it started. I saw an advert on social media, which appeared to be a BBC page and Prince William interviewed by a BBC presenter in an informal setting, and Interviewer was complaining about poverty, and Prince William said it’s very easy to become rich and you can be doing your stuff and AI platform making money for you. William grabs his phone and downloads something in his phone and during the interview presenter starts making money and camera man was able to zoom in and clicks while the app was downloaded, In fake news a clickable link was included for that app, I clicked and it was a short form which I filled, and I was soon called by this company Trusted Assets. They told me the story of making money using their crypto platform with help of AI Bot. I first invested £250, important to note is that there was no bank account that they had in the UK or anywhere else to transfer funds from my bank, and there is no wallet address on the website to transfer crypto into their platform. The only way they will take your money is by using bank card. They send me a link which was from a UAE based business called www. safarway .com owned by some Palestinian American, which is travelling related new website nonfunctional since 2022. This did raise my eyebrow, but their Account Manager said because it’s a crypto business they are required to be discreet to operate. I had so much temptation of making money, that I ignored it. My £250 was credited on the platform, I did some transactions made some money, asked them to return £124 which they did using BTC to one of my wallet, boosted my confidence I paid another £1000 the same way and we started trading and (apparently) started making money automatically for nearly 30 days and the amount become 2X. Their account manager was on a constant push for me to invest more in platform, trade with more make more, and stared telling me about great opportunities to make decent money, and I fell for it, I paid another 2500£ so my total investment become 3626£. And along with so called profits generated by the platform total as £5705. They convinced me that with just 3626 within 30 days you have made earnings of £2079 imagine what will happen if you put 50K into this platform. I discussed this with my wife, and she said this can’t be true most of them are scam platforms. They will only show you that you are making money, but it just be a math on your screen and nothing in reality. I started looking at the graphs of all the coins and realised to my shock more of them had 100% identical price movement graph. I become suspicious how several coins can have 100% identical price movement. Meaning this platform is not a real trading platform but just an identical scam software pretending to me a trading platform. Wife said I ask them to return all your capital as well as profits and you will see their real face. AND this is exactly what happened. I asked them to transfer my funds into another crypto platform, which is the easiest way to transfer crypto. Sine this is not a genuine platform and just a desktop version, they started coming up with excuses and difficult technical reasons that they can’t do it, they can give cash to my back, which I agreed. They kept on convincing me that should not take my money out when I offer them that as soon as I will have my money out, I will invest another 50K and they agreed to pay out but not as return of funds but refund £2000 of my original transaction. Which finally came after two days. When I asked for the rest of the money I was told, see we gave you 2000£ now you can happily invest another 50K, i said no I need my all money back first. And I had a call claiming to be their finance department and started selling me a funny story like I am mug, he said If you will take your money out the credit score that you have with us will drop and we will not be able to guarantee your profits in future. I said i don’t care I want my money back, next morning again my account manager wanted to convince me that i should not ask for money but i did and in reaction he sends me an email that your account has been terminated and you will get you balance after 60 days. Which is a Joke, if it’s a real crypto platform and not a desktop version of some scam software why shall it take 60 days to have my original money coming back. When i investigated their business. The address they have is a virtual address which costs 20£ a month, All the phone numbers that they are using and virtual phone numbers which is 5£ a month. There is no such company in the company house in the name of Trusted Assets, or Trusted-Assets Ltd. There is also no such company as Trusted Assets Trading Technologies. There is only one name DigitalBuff Limited. Company Number 14560563 registered however its registered as an Advertising agency by some Estonian national.
