I ordered a product online, at an excellent price, probably the best price on the internet for that product. There was a slight delay because the product was not in stock. These guys ordered the product from the manufacturer, they could have just told me to choose another colour. Thereafter, Rory at their Strand store was in touch with daily to make sure it was delivered in good time, he even offered various courier options to meet my requirements. These guys are an an example of great customer service. Without a doubt, they're my vendor of choice for luggage.

Thank you Bizlaunch for your lawyers threatening letter to me! It makes no difference to me I have only spoken the truth. I have replied to them that if I write anything defamatory they should tell me what exactly I wrote and I will defend it. You had a contract you did not give me one single item on that contract and you have the audacity to ask a lawyer to write me and ruin my day further!!! Sooner rather than later you will see that it does not make sense to cheat people then maybe you can start to do honest decent business. I want my receipts I have sent you an email to this regard you did not respond nor did you send the receipts for £2400 I paid you with nothing to show for it. Refund my money! You are now on your third lawyer!!! I guess you can’t even keep your lawyers. I will not stop telling the truth so others do not fall into your clutches. Refund my £4500. Who takes £4500 from anyone and thinks they can get away with it??? BIZLAUNCH UK

My Life was put at risk alongside so much more

They installed a bedroom window and then told me it wouldn't open due to a manufacturer fault and would need to order a new one. I asked how I would escape if there was a fire the installer replied "Good question and laughed. I asked if the glass could be broken and was told no. When i said i said i didn't find this funny, the installer walked off and left for the day. Upon calling the office, I explained how i didn't feel safe as I have a family member with burns due to fire and said I wanted my old window putting back until a new one could be sourced. I was told I would be called back, im still waiting for that phone call. The window was replaced 5 days later after I had to chase 3 times for updates. It took Customer Service a month to respond to my complaint (After chasing several times) only to be told my the Head of Custoemr Services that my life was never at risk, it was a mis-communication as the glass can be broken and it was my responsibility to phone the office to check the glass could be broken should there be a fire (despite me speaking to their office team and clearly stating I felt like my life was being put at risk as they had left me with no way to get pout of my bedroom if their was a fire). Appalling customer service and even worse customer experience

Had an appointment today with a salesman called Jason for a free no obligation quotation for a new conservatory. Was really excited to see the designs we knew we needed it to be 3m x 4m but other than that we were open to ideas. He was with us for less than 20 mins and told us we were looking at 45K and up. We didn’t view any samples, didn’t chose anything or have anything talked through although he did say he had to drive back to Wakefield to get home and as our appointment was at 6pm he was on a late one. My next door neighbour used wyw for their new conservatory just last year -same size - they paid 24k and highly recommended them. We were so disappointed never mind I guess Jason just couldn’t be bothered

An efficient and speedy repair

We were having difficulty with the lock on the front door. Contact was made with WYW as the door is still under warranty. The lock obviously needed a new mechanism and an appointment was made for the lock to be repaired. It was fitted very quickly and the door now opens and closes beautifully smoothly.

Ordered £1100.00 of photo gear at approx 1000hrs monday am received this morning tuesday 1030hrs. All well packed and presented. Have read all the reviews mainly exellent. Equipment maybe grey import but i trust this company, they do explain their system if you care to ask. Own 3year warranty on cameras i think 1yr on lenses. They use a camera repair company in Glasgow who apparantly do quicker turnrounds than main dealers. thanks hdew again for prompt and exxellent service.

My grandson was looking for a Nintendo 3DS XL to replace his old one. The Nintendo shop were out of stock but were priced at £130. Amazon were selling them for over £200 and eBay were ridiculous. We even spotted one on sale for over £600 - and that was second-hand! We came across the website OnBuy and as we had not heard of this company sought out some reviews. After reading some very positive reviews, we went ahead and ordered the console for £142, which given the scarcity of the item, we thought was good value for money. Even better with free delivery. We were given a delivery date of between 2nd - 4th June and were pleasantly surprised when it arrived yesterday, 28th May. For a first-time experience, great service.

When we met the Property Manager

When we met the Property Manager , Liz it was at another of their properties. She was met with a smile on her face and very pleasant. She toured us around the property and it was a warm welcoming feel to a home. It was not until we saw another listing of the same property and I quickly contacted her again for a viewing time hopefully on the same day, she managed to squeeze us in a visit amidst her busy schedule. Again, she was very welcoming, warm and made you feel at home during her tours of property. From the first encounter via emails to calls and texts , Liz has been nothing but amazing!! Shes very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor as well! She's been attentative to all our its and bits pieces, helping us along the way and I know that she goes above and beyond for her clients, with us being one of them. She is also very knowledgeable and professional. We are grateful and appreciative for all that she does and continues to do so.

I am a tenant at Brushcreek Townhomes, and have been renting for about a year and a half. I don’t know where to start. When I first moved in LIZ was transitioning into the property manager. There were things that weren’t done in the townhome. LIZ was on it right away and the repairs were done within 24 hours. She is kind, courteous, considerate and patient. She provides amazing communication with information that is valuable as a tenant. She works well with my teenage son and he is Autistic. He feels comfortable talking to her which can be challenging for him. LIZ goes above and beyond to ensure that the unit I stay in is within livable conditions. My experience here is by far the best yet!

I rented a town home apartment at brush creek town homes for a year and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had as a renter! I absolutely LOVE the property manager /Landlord LIZ, she’s super nice, attentive and very professional, she’s on top of everything, maintenance was always done on time. I never had any issues with maintenance request, The area is so peaceful, the neighbors don’t bother you, The units are very well maintained and up to date. I was really sad to go but I’m very thankful to Liz and I highly recommend renting from her.

Placed order and payment was taken for a Thule Roof Box only to receive an email stating I had cancelled the order 2days before its expected arrival. Emailed and was told they had cancelled it due to a glitch in their system which had imported incorrect information. They had all of my details to take payment, refund it and contact me. No explanation was given as to what information was incorrect and we were left without a roof box a 2 days before our holiday! Will never use this company again!

Ordered a Coleman stove from their website store. Showing as in stock and order processed. No sign of delivery after a week so I emailed them to be told that they had just heard from their "supplier" that it was out of stock! So clearly they didn't have it in stock when ordered and would have had to order it from their "supplier" who I'm sure would have said that they didn't have it in stock either. Why then did it take a week and an email from myself to be told this information. When would they have informed me that I was never going to receive an item that they had sold but never actually had in their possession?

I stumbled upon this website when I googled searched a product. They had the product on offer and I bought it at a fantastic price from them. Sadly for unknown reasons the item wasn’t compatible. UK Camping and Leisure customer service was second to none! They arranged for a replacement (both of us hoping it was a fault). Sadly the replacement didnt work either. They arranged for both items to be collected free of charge and issued a refund. I was kept up to date throughout. I had a single point of contact (Lois) who was excellent and saved going over things with anyone else. Although sadly the product didnt work for me I will certainly be a returning customer. Their prices and customer service are excellent. Exactly how customer service should be. I wish other companies were the same. Thank you

Dat bleek last minute niet nodig omdat het product toch werkte, maar uiteindelijk onderscheidt een webwinkel zich niet alleen met scherpe prijzen, maar juist met de service. Exceptioneel goed in dit geval. Complimenten en een aanrader om hier iets te bestellen in de wetenschap dat als er onverhoopt iets mis gaat, men hier klaar staat om je direct te helpen.

Steven Hogg from Squirrel is an amazing mortgage adviser (highly recommend him)! Blake Neve, Account Manager from Squirrel, was also amazing during our home loan application process. Before going to Squirrel, our home loan applications were rejected from both Kiwibank and ASB and therefore I decided to get help from a mortgage adviser. I filled in the online application for Squirrel (after reading some online reviews, I thought I’d take a chance with Squirrel) and my case was given to Steven. He has answered my many questions and supported my partner and I through the whole home loan process. Thanks to Steven, we ended up getting an approval from 2 banks and settlement is on the 4/11/24. I appreciated how he used some te reo phrases (Māori language) in his emails. I also appreciated Steven securing a cash-back offer without us even asking him to do that! Adam Clark and John Bolton are bad advisers. During interest rate rising from October 21 until 23 they always pushed clients on short term interest rates even when clients asked for longer term rates. Being overseas now we should have our mortgage secured for another 3-4 years not having to guess what the mortgage is going to be next month. They are bad Financial advisers that don't know how interest rates work. They only guess interest rates will go down in the future and have no idea what to do when they start rising. They won't pick up the phone and call you and when you ask for long term rates they ignore your requests. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you just want a mortgage broker then your better off with going into the bank branches of the big four. Do not use these guys for Financial Advice. They do not understand Finance!!

The staff? Friendly. The investing process? Easy. Selling any part of your investment on their secondary market? Well let's just hope you don't have an emergency surgery to handle because you won't see your money anytime soon. Their website advertises 4-7days for your investments to sell . That is unless Dave with 2 million dollars decides to sell his investment because his batch needs a new vase from Italy. His entire investment had to sell before you can get out just a measly 20k that Dave the millionaire wouldn't blink an eye at. I've actually found it easier to work with banks to free up a TD than these guys so proceed with caution and treat their investments like a TD you cannot break no matter the reason . :)

we have been with them for a few weeks and have found the setup easy, transferring funds easy and actually putting the funds easier as well. they have good systems in place on the current interface, and reserve funds should a fund type get into trouble which is a good setup. the on call funds are getting 5.25% which is good in this market and when you offer monies into the investment types they tell you how long it will take to get invested. very transparent. I cant find fault and they have a better customer portal than some of the banks and we are with a few. You do have to keep an eye on things for loans can be repaid earlier, however they send regular reports, you just have to read them

Fantastic piece of kit, essential if you have an older dog that still loves getting out but is struggling to make it all the way and rests frequently. My German Shepherd, who everyone thought would never get in it, hopped in and couldn’t believe his luck that part of the walk could now incorporate a rest whilst still getting out further afield. We had been avoiding the longer walks because he couldn’t make it but now he seems to be super happy to be getting out again. The buggy is strong, easy to transport as it folds down and is great value for money. It was delivered in a timely manner and communications on delivery were clear.

In February 2024 I delivered my car to company 117 to install AP coilovers in my car. I was quoted £660 for the coilovers and around £600 for 6 hours of work. As soon as I went to pick up the car I noticed that the car was too low, so after getting in touch with them they told me to go back there 2 days later to adjust the suspension, so I did and it had actually improved something but the tires continued to touch in wheel protection. I called again and they recommended another company to adjust the steering and suspension (taking responsibility). As I bought another car I didn't need to use it daily which didn't worry me, about 5/6 months after this incident I decided to make all the adjustments as it was impossible to drive the car and I always damaged something in the car. To my surprise I went to another company specializing in Audi (Awesome GTI) and discovered that the suspension installed on my car was the wrong one, the suspension was much cheaper (£250) and for the petrol model it weighs 600 kg less than the mine diesel. I contacted the suspension supplier and they confirmed that they do not and never have manufactured them for my car.I contacted 117speed to question this situation and they simply said that in their rush they forgot to mention that the price had changed from £660 to £250 and they still insisted that the two suspensions were the same and what differentiated was the producer's brand and the value (pure lie or something from someone who doesn't understand what they do) after showing the supplier's emails they started to blame the supplier. Fed up with this and with several parts damaged in the car due to this I asked for a refund to do it with another company and to my surprise they refused to give me the money back and I would have to redo all the work with them "free of charge", very afraid and frustrated I ended up accepting. Again another surprise when the car was delivered to them after a few hours they called me to inform me that I would have to change a part because it was damaged and they were unable to install the suspension which would cost me around £660 between the part and labor, I paid them to get rid of them and this headache. I waited 24 days for the new part to arrive and another 4 days for the car to be repaired. The day I went to collect the car and thinking that the nightmare was finally over, they presented me with a receipt with £952 to pay, they said that the old bearing broke and the bearing had been installed in the last week of January this year and more one or two things there, all without me being informed at any time. I paid and left without saying a single word to Samuel "car specialist". Do you think it's over? If you feel there is more, I scheduled an alignment and suspension adjustment with the Awesome GTI and I was astonished when the engineer called me in the waiting room to accompany him to the car just 5 minutes after they got the car into the elevator to tell me that the rear spring plates had been installed backwards, the plate should have been installed on top and 117speed installed it below and the part that should have been under the spring had simply been removed, another "good job" by 117speed which cost me £200 to redo. In short, I don't advise anyone to put their car in 117Speed, they want to receive the money but they don't want to be held responsible for the damage they do to their cars. They mess up and are rude and arrogant when confronted. 0% quality, 0% responsibility and 0% knowledge about cars.

Can’t rate Sam and the team highly…

Can’t rate Sam and the team highly enough. I had my car mapped by someone else, however I couldn’t notice any difference so I found 117Speed and told Sam all about it. I booked in to test on rolling Road and indeed it turned out that it had not been remapped. Once remapped by Sam and the results of the rolling Road he test drove it and then I test drove it and WOW what a difference. HP gone to 411.7 from 362 and torque up to 611NM from 503. I’ve had a smile on my face ever since and can really tell the difference. This is a proper set up with proper facilities with people who know what they are talking about. Already thinking about what I will have done next

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague—117speed is a total scam; they do not even own a name, and the man in charge has an interesting background with the company house—five companies have been registered to the same fictitious address. This is the same company that other people on Trustpilot have mentioned that went into liquidation in January this year , My recommendation is to locate a legitimate business with appropriate insurance, as no insurance provider will cover a fraudulent business. The key question is: would you trust it? People should be wise and avoid being duped. Check references and identify the company you are working with. Consider this before spending thousands on an engine upgrade: if something goes wrong, who will pay the expenses? Many respectable companies carry product and public liability insurance.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Took my car to get some work done. Work was carried efficiently and professionally. . Unfortunately (and purely coincidentally) a problem occurred shortly after. After a quick call, the car was returned for inspection. To cut a long story short - Sabz and the team spent a considerable amount of time and effort trying to sort the 'unrelated' fault. Unable to fix the problem, Sabz very graciously sorted out a recovery to get my car back home. Truly exceptional service.

117 Speed, where do I start? I came across these guys after having a really bad experience elsewhere. A company who claimed to have 10+ years experience in the tuning industry & a tuner who was a ‘wizard’ at what he does. Well, that statement escalated quickly. The so called wizard couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car after they had put corrupt tuning files on. Anyways, that’s a long story for another day. Sam at 117 Speed showed me what 10+ years in the tuning industry looks like, what can I say she feels like a new car & a beast has now been unleashed. I originally went to these guys back in June 2023 when I was experiencing problems and they resolved all of my issues & rescued my car from the dirt. I had already been following MSB’s GTI project on YouTube so knew this company was trustworthy & would do exactly what it says on the tin. I returned this month & got the full stage 2 crazy sauce from their in house tuning chef Sam, my days the car is transformed and now he’s making me cause havoc all over the roads & I couldn’t be happier! A special shoutout to my brother Sabbah who has handled everything so professionally from start to finish. He has been there for me from day one. His customer service skills are on point and goes well and truly beyond the customer’s needs ensuring an exceptional service and experience. I still chat to him till this day like a friend! 117 Speed isn’t a company who will just forget about you once you leave their workshop. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, from general car maintenance to tuning 117 Speed is the place to go, it’s home from home. Proud to be a part of the 117 family & I will always return as a loyal customer when need be! Absolute a waste of time my rs3 went in for a stage 2+ and hpfp internal upgrade and they damaged it badly, also sent my injectors of who they recommend and they was the wrong baskets and wrong seals used, my gasket was bent on the manifold, fuel line brackets missing, dip stick broken, hpfp was all tape up with ptf tape, fuel in my oil and oil filter, all my fuel was missing as there was half a tank of fuel gone, all my coil pack connections broken and also bent my air intake, they won’t take any responsibility for the damage that they have caused cost me over 1.5k in damages, I am going through legal advise to get this dealt with has everything they did was a disgrace, they can’t tune, they can’t do repairs, my car was running rich on idle all because what they did, they also went on the rs3 owners club to ask why it was running rich on idle, bunch of cowboys, so don’t even bother and follow the sheep of 117nospeed, jokers the lot of them

CS NOTEPAD GDPR BREACH

I hold three virtual mail accounts with CS Notepad. They handle, scan and email the post to me so I can distribute these to my client. On 26th September 22, they passed a post dating back several months to an unverified third party relating to my clients and my company. There appear to be no processes in place for GDPR. Stringent GDPR in place that allows a person to enter the building and without Identification leave with posted correspondence from four different companies.
