Signed up to an account, got my hardware going then ported our landline number to them. £40+ a month down to £12. Being a bit techy I put in a Grandstream HT812 to connect to our existing DECT handset, and that seems to be working OK. Slight confusion on billing when I started, but Voipfone support optimised the package so I got the best value. Call blocking is excellent! Unlike BT, there is no limit to the block list, so you can block all the junk calls.

Richard was super helpful and even dialled into our handset settings to configure for us. Couldn't recomment more highly.

I called to find out about the voipfone service, and spoke to someone called Richard, who was an absolute mine of useful information, friendly, helpful and generally brilliant.

These guys are just on another level when it comes to customer support. I've contacted them on 2 separate occasions with 2 separate issues that I didn't feel confident enough to take on by myself and both times their response was flawless. Polite, professional, to the point, job done in less than 10 minutes !

Voipfone is SO good. I have had Voipfone account for some years and it's hassle free. Recently we changed broadband router and the phone just stopped working. Tried everything then finally got in touch with technical via online chat and Ian managed to resolve the issue (router problem). I honestly can't praise Voipfone enough. If you want to get a voip number then use this company. The price is amazing too!

The voip adapter that I purchased from ebay just failed to connect to my network. So I purchased one from Voipfone. Part of the purchase was asking for it to be setup for my account. It was not the cheapest but I just plugged it in and my phone just worked. It comes with a USB power plug. Delivery via DPD was very quick, faster than I expected.

When moving to fibre broadband, found the cost of calls skyrocketed via my service provider. I got fed up with using mobile telephone apps, whilst low cost, call quality was awful, and lines frequently dropped. I bought a grandstand wp822 from amazon, and signed up originally to zoom (really corporate service), whilst excellent features and cheap, had nonstop issues, so tried voipfone after reading reviews. So far, call quality is good, call costs are super competitive, and their web site is easy to use even for a novice such as myself.

I've had a travel voip phone from this excellent mid-sized company for several years with no issues. Always been impressed by their high-quality and consistent technical support and competitive prices. So, at the start of this year, I decided to port my old landline from a major boardband provider to VOIPFONE's "Home Plan Unlimited". The losing service provider (perhaps unsurprisingly) did not honour the deadline, did not communicate with me or VOIPFONE and did not follow the proper industry procedure to ensure the porting process ran smoothly. VOIPFONE's porting team got on it very quickly, raised a complaint at a senior level with losing provider and managed to complete the porting process and all the necessery testing in 24 hours (the process normally takes at least 5 working days if everyone does their bit accurately within the agreed timeframe - and I had allowed 10 days for it!). Now I have a functionning landline, with unlimited calls, at a more reasonable cost compared with the major broadband provider. Thank you Voipfone. More power to your elbow!

I had had enough of my previous VOIP provider for our small business (ten years with them) who were charging 7 times what I’m now paying Voipfone and with absolutely impenetrable (US based) customer service who seemed more interested in inviting me to “seminars” than answering basic customer service problems. So I happened upon Voipfone and for the unbelievably low prices they charged I decided to give them a go. As soon as I signed up Sophie was in touch to arrange setting up and porting our number. I gave her all the necessary details, and she set to work. She experienced exactly what I had experienced with my old provider - who were obstructive, unresponsive, and deliberately difficult (obviously not wanting to make it easy for me to leave them). She put up with weeks and weeks of hassle with them for a customer who to be fair wasn’t worth a lot of money to Voipfone. I fully expected her to say can’t be done and to abandon my cause, and to be fair I wouldn’t have blamed her. But she persisted and finally pushed my old provider to get on with it. Porting is currently set to take place any day now and I’ll finally be rid of my old provider, and now be with a provider who is not only incredible value, but has already proven their commitment to customer service - no matter how big or small you are as a customer - in providing friendly, intelligent, responsive, UK based service that is determined to get you the result you need. This is a total rarity in the modern age and I cannot therefore recommend Voipfone more highly, and on a personal note wish to reiterate my thanks to Sophie for her dedication to my case. Edit: porting complete, new phone service up and running and doing the exact job of its predecessor but at a fraction of the price and with customer back up in which I feel completely confident. This is such a rare experience these days!

Very happy with GAP. They have now fitted us a new front door (October 2020) and new windows, soffits and fascias (January/February 2023). Nick has always been helpful and friendly, honest about what they recommend but without feeling pushy, and reasonable on the occasion that we queried a price (but generally we haven't needed to do so as prices have seemed good value for the product quality!) Everyone involved in the work has had the same level of professionalism while being friendly. While there have been some delays on occasion, these haven't been too long and are understandable (due to weather etc). Would recommend and may indeed use them for further work this year!

Provided essential wood flooring for my business that had the quality required to take a beating over the years. Much easier to clean, doesnt scratch and was installed within a day.

The staff helped me from start to finish and showed me a bunch of different types of flooring that suited my needs. Flooring is excellent, just what I asked for.

When purchasing any wood flooring, you dont want to break the bank but you also dont want a finish that can be scratched and dented. Ecora had an offer on some very good quality flooring - I went into the shop so see how good the quality was and I was blown away. Bought 15 packs there and then for my front room. Absolutely brilliant product and can confirm it is very scratch resistant (dogs) and dent resistant (kids).

After 6 months im happy to report that my wood flooring is still going strong. I have a few kids that drop stuff ALL the time and still havent managed to even leave a dent in the flooring I got which is obviously excellent news so far. The flooring probably couldnt handle a hammer though but everything else it seems to get on with just fine including scratching such as moving a sofa to hoover under it.

I have been using ADS for many years now and love their service, generally. I recently, by accident, ordered the incorrect ink for my printer. I was a little shocked that I had to pay $12 restocking fee. Also, the returns online didn't work as the product I ordered was marked for b/o. Emma in customer care was great; she got it sorted, and the cartridges have been collected. There was a fair bit of confusion to start but we got there and hopefully I will receive a credit. I prefer to use ADS than one of the other stores, but I do struggle to find a few things that I need to order. They do try to source if they can, and pricing is usually pretty good. The website has got better over the years but is still pretty limited on information and details on the products and a few more photos would be good. I do like the free delivery and free lollies. So, I guess that's why I had to pay to return something.

Why does the company talk about big customers but can't name a single customer publicly on the website, when the field is supposed to be so important? Why does the company buy blog posts everywhere and why are all online reviews at 10/10 and include only some marketing drivel but no technical facts or names? Why does the website feature a device that is nothing more than a $20 Raspberry Pi mini computer? As a senior software developer with 15 years of experience, this all seems very dubious to me and sounds like nothing but hot air. The company is not even active on Github or Stack Overflow, the no. 1 platform for software developers, data and IT specialists. Investors should be very very careful when working with the company or investing money there.

They charge 12.50 postage to Isle of Wight irrespective how much you spend, then send it using royal mail which doesn't cost them any extra to send than the mainland with free postage!! So I go to the effort of sending it to a friend on the mainland and collect it when I next see them to save some money and could have delivered it to the island anyway makes no difference at all!! Very frustrating they try scam us for extra money that doesnt need to be paid they must think we are idiots. Gustharts don't charge any extra for isle of wight and its free for £75+ spend, they also use Royal mail.

I purchased a cordless Husqvarna lawnmower, which was delivered on 20 April 2024. Buxtons was good enough to replace a button that had broken on the left side after just a couple of mows. However, now a screw on the right side has come loose, which has caused the whole of the right side handle to detach from the machine. Additionally, the handles, when extended to full height do not stay in place and keep sliding down while mowing. Overall not a well-built machine.

Ping express has been a disappointing experience to me. I came to ping express through a friend's recommendation but since then I have not had a reason to congratulate their service whatsoever. The service has been poor. Sometimes they keep transactions pending for days without reason or notifying the client of the status, sometimes they will inform inform that transaction was successfully completed when in fact the money has not gone into the account. I made a transaction since on the 26th of January (today is 28th) and the transaction is still pending. I have tried Chatting with their online chat but no response, I have sent an email and only received the automated email. Also, my transaction of 25th January was indicated as successfully completed but until today no money has entered the account. The worse is you can't even get response to your queries. For me, Ping is not a reliable platform for money transfer.

I am updating this review from 1 to 3 star. After posting my original review online I got a call from a representative at Hair Medics and he was very helpful. He explained that the product had been sent to the wrong address and that was the reason for the delay. I received the product the next day and it appears to be well made high quality product and compared to other products with similar ingredients it is very good value for money. Old review I placed my order on December 10th and I still have yet to receive anything. I emailed them on December 28th they responded on January 2nd and they told me that they were away for the Christmas season and my order would be sent out on the next delivery day. 7 days later still nothing and I sent them another email asking for an update and no response. Yesterday another email, still no response and an hour ago another email still no response. Very poor service. I just want what I paid for.

Just had a fue transplant with dr bashar and his team on the temples area and honestly they were brilliant and professional, as I was so nervous he kept reassuring me throughout the surgery and he managed to do exactly as I wanted for the density I wanted. Can’t wait to see the final results.
