Their self test kits are terrible. If you have calloused fingers it's practically impossible to use, and you apparently need about 20x more blood than they claim you need.

No matter what I do, I can't get enough blood for a sample. The first kit I bought was in April and I used all three lances to puncture three different fingers and put roughly 8 drops of blood on the sample collector but it wasn't enough. When i called the company because my results were inconclusive, they made it sound like it was my fault for how i completed the test. I literally did everything according to the instructions. The sample collector comes with a spot where you drop your blood on and then it's supposed to be absorbed and spread to another section of the collector. I had a small pool of blood at the collection spot (8 drops of blood while the instructions said i only needed 4 drops) and nothing was being absorbed or spread to where it needed to be. There was literally a dome of blood at the collection site but it wasn't being absorbed by the strip. They sent me another kit and I lanced three fingers again and still not enough blood to fill the sample collector. It was the same story as my first experiences. The instructions ask for 4 drops of blood at each collection spot and suggest that lances 2 and 3 are backup lances. My 8 drops of blood couldn't even fill one of the collections strips. I literally would need to slice open my hand in order to get enough blood for this collector. I give up...I'm just going to go to the doctor so that they can draw blood instead of me walked around with punctured fingers like a Shmuck.

I ordered a celiac screening test for my daughter. We received the test, followed instructions to register kit, took blood sample, and took it straight to the UPS store on 9/2/22 to ship. I got confirmation through UPS, however nothing from the company. So, a couple of days later, I send an email, asking if they show my kit was registered/received. They had no record of me. They said (via email, because you can NEVER talk to a live person) they were having tech issues with their site the night I registered, and they could send me a new kit. So a week later, I’m going through the same process. Register kit, get blood sample, then run to UPS on 8/9/22 to ship it. I emailed them right away, due to the first experience. They received it at their lab on 9/12/22, I’m registered and would have my results no later than end of day 9/23/22. I still don’t have my results, and now I’m not even getting replies to my emails. I’ve went through Let’s Get Checked, and the experience was night and day. Not only that, they’ve changed the date the lab received my sample from 9/12/22 to 9/22/22 on my patient portal. I would never use I Am Aware again. How are my results going to even be accurate after 2 1/2 weeks? I don’t have much confidence with them. There should also be a customer service number, live chat…something! All they have is email. Not adequate to me, when they’re dealing with medical tests/information.

Very frustrating. Sent 1st sample in and got no results for 2 weeks, so I contacted them. They said not enough blood was present, and sent me a 2nd test kit. They should have reached out to me 1st, but they did readily shipped 2nd kit. Tried 2nd test kit and followed all their tips - hot water, lancet location, etc. Very little blood came out, so I used the 2nd lancet with same result - the lancets are weak and don't produce enough blood. I ended up getting a sewing needle to stab into my finger to get enough blood and its still probably not enough. Previously, I completed another company's test kit for Omega-3 with a better lancet and an overabundance of blood droplets were produced where I was dripping blood all over the table, so its not me. Try upgrading your cheap lancets - if they don't produce blood, your test is useless.

First, a big shout out to Claire, who executes her job in a very professional, friendly manner, She deserves commended! As far as Imaware as a company and its product, I am less than impressed. The method of puncturing the skin did not work for me. Even with Claire being kind enough to send extra puncture triggers and two replacement tests, none worked and I had to break a trigger apart with pliers and use the metal point inside to hand-puncture myself. Also, kits that require "fasting" should have a big sticker on the box top, rather than that important requirement be buried in the text about how to do the test. Further, no phone number can be found to contact the company and even emails refer one to the imaware chat on the website for response. There is no way that I could find to actually call from my side and talk with an actual person, Only through chat. Unfortunately, while the imaware at-home blood draw is a good idea, I cannot recommend its use.

Unfortunately, Tile Trader has been bought out by Tile Giant, who haven't even bothered to update the Tile Trader website so you can fill your basket with products but then cannot actually checkout. Customer Service don't answer emails and I was gruffly told about the new ownership by someone when I tried calling. I asked if Tile Giant sold the same products and he said no. I looked up Tile Giant's website and found the same products on there, but they're literally double the price, now.

A good company should be trustworthy. You should expect communications, confirmations and receipts when you buy from them. You should expect updates and information on how your order is progressing and should you have to cancel your order you should expect a prompt refund of your money. You get none of that with this business. No communications, no shipping or delivery forecast. You have to endlessly chase them up, they never ring you back. When the item doesn’t arrive, they wait for you to call and fail to follow up so you have to call them again and again. So when you finally have to cancel the order you get a “I’ll get it refunded right away”…… only they don’t. They take your money on sage pay and so its literally only 7 clicks of the mouse to refund you. In all this is NOT a good company. I strongly recommend to avoid them, pay more if you have too, in the long run it will be worth it.

My free next day delivery turned out to be a fortnight with various issues; no confirmation of order emailed to me, called and was promised a date, they didn’t send them (was told they had been lost by courier), then promised another date which wasn’t fulfilled. When I finally received the tiles they were of good qualify, look great and were a good price but the ‘casual’ customer service along with the failed delivery dates and promises compromised the experience.

I have had a really good experience with TileTrader, the customer service is excellent the tiles arrived within five days of ordering, I also had some returns which after ringing to let them know they were picked up the same day! And after shopping around they were definitely the cheapest. Yes definitely 5* from me, very good customer service. 😊😊😊😊😊

Great prices no doubt but the worse delivery and customer service i think i have ever experienced. Been almost 2 weeks and still have not got my order. Was suppose to be next day delivery, didnt arrive so i left a couple days and called on a Monday, was told and gauranteed it would be with my on Wednesday, didnt come, called again and they apologised and advised they didnt realise it was a BT postcode?? It took you a week to realise this? Then i was told the courier would call me and would be with me by today, low and behold nothing has arrived. I called them and was advised my details were passed to guy who handles website and he would call me back, no call has came and now when i call no one answers. Abhorrent service. And i still dont know where my products are or when they will be here.

Grade A* Tiletrader was great I recently purchased 4m2 of split face tiles from them but i made a mistake with the order (mainly picking the wrong colour) so i called them to see if there was anyway i could swap the tiles for the correct colour expecting to pay for my mistake but they told me it wasn’t an issue they had the colour in stock that i wanted and they would come and collect the wrong tile and delivery the correct ones free of charge i was so greatful and its not often that happens they was so helpful and swapped over with in 2 days of the original delivery day top company i would highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future for other projects i have lined up Cheers guys

We purchased some mosaic tiles and were delighted with quality and speed of delivery.

What a joke I purchased some party pods from this company after only 7 weeks they all started to fall apart the cheap grade ply they use just fell to bits and made the pods totally useless and what’s more dangerous they should be closed down I have reported them to trading standards and am now taking legal action against them

We recently took delivery of a 3.6 Pod from Woodwizard The pod was put in place by our son with the help of his employers kind loan off his lorry as we needed it to reach over the end of our bungalow at a distance of nearly 19 meters. The Pod The Pod was required for additional living accommodation but now it is in place what can we say, not only is it built to a very high standard with a great eye for detail and build quality but it has fitted into its location as if it has always been there, it does not only do as it should but it does it to a high standard and quality that makes us very proud to have it in our garden Thank you Michael and Wendy

I cant recommend this company enough. We ordered a Glamping Pod for my daughter to live in on her return from University and we are not disappointed. This product far exceeded our expectations. Its a quality product and the delivery and crane lift over the house to its final location went without a hitch and all arranged by Tim at Wood Wizards.

We recently had delivery of the most delightful addition to our home and garden. Our new Wood Wizard POD is a thing of beauty that was carefully lowered into place over our back fence. We decided to go for the black option with hexagonal black shingles. It is chic and sophisticated but beautifully quirky at the same time. We love it! We went for the upgrade electrics and last week the electrician wired it our house. It is deceptively compact and spacious at the same time. We have just put down the Lino and painted the inside with a lovely linseed paint. Finalising these touches just emphasised how beautifully finished everything is and reaffirmed our decision to buy the POD from Wood Wizards:- Tim Peach and the Team. I recommend it wholeheartedly but love the fact that our POD is a one of a kind, piece of gorgeousness!

Ordered the product January 16, never received tracking information, which was odd, now the -support at preparedhero email -address is listed as no longer valid, and the phone call just ends as they list high call volumes. Now what company?

So far, no response from company on status of my order. Now I see from other reviews that they are taking orders and money without any product to sell, which I believe is illegal. I can understand that things can happen to delay shipment, but to completely ignore customers whose money you have taken is bad business practice. I had seen these fire blankets advertised a number of times and felt they were an important tool to have at home. I bought one for myself and three for my children. The one complaint I have is that the metal grommets are missing on two of the four items. Quality checks are needed prior to shipping. I’m concerned that the bag will tear and they won’t be as accessible as if they are hanging on the side of the fridge.

I haven't used the blanket yet but it is in my kitchen. I hope I never have to use it. It is great idea. So much better than a fire extinguisher.

My order came as described, a d I feel better using my daughter's gas stove with this here. I hope I never have to use it, but am prepared if I do.

Lagde en bestilling 21 november. De har trukket pengene. Har ingen ordre bekræftigelse eller andet modtaget. Har heller ikke modtaget den bestilte kaffe. Har kontaktet deres kundeservice 2 gange og de har ikke svaret. Super dårlig oplevelse…

Jeg har været meget glad for get coffee, men de sidste 3 leveringer har bestået af enten forkerte eller udløbne produkter. Kundeservice svarer ikke på mine gentagne henvendelser og nu har de trukket penge for over 1 uge siden, men ikke sendt min kaffe endnu. Det bliver et farvel og tak herfra og en advarsel til andre mod at benytte dette firma.

Der er noget helt galt ved det firma. Jeg har bestilt en prøvepakke og pengene er trukket. Dog har jeg hverken fået mail på ordren og prøvepakken. Jeg læser flere af de dårlige anmeldelser herinde og jeg er nok desværre en af dem, der er ude for en lignende dårlig oplevelse. Ligner på mange måder fup.

Kvalitet vs pris er god, samt at det er utrolig nemt at rette i bestillingerne.

Interest rate way above the market rate - trying to contact Click Loans to discuss. Contact number leads to Pepper (underwriters?) who provided Click Loans details. Unable to contact and no response to voice message. Avoid this lender...

Like many of the other reviews, Click Loans drew me in with a competitive interest rate but have slowly raised this to the point it is no longer anywhere near competitive. Still no word from them regarding the latest RBA rate cut.... Based on my experiences so far I doubt they'll pass it on. The internet banking UI is horribly designed too. Recommend avoiding.

Interest rate started off competitive but then rose over time, with the most recent rise taking it quite above what other lenders were providing. There was no room whatsoever for negotiation to a lower rate. Also, the offset account operates like it's from 1982... transactions take absolutely ages to appear and you're never quite sure of the exact balance due to delays in processing. Online banking is not 24 hours - it doesn't operate from around 11pm till 6am.

Two loans through this company. The second recent experience was a nightmare of delays and errors to sort the start of the loan. Eventually we had it over the line months later. We have since had multiple rate rises and not once have been notified beforehand. Save yourself the pain and go elsewhere for a loan.

The service when applying for our loan was very good and we also had a representative who held our hand through the process. We took out 2 loans due to interest rate offered and reviews from so called industry professionals (most likely biased so be careful what info. you base your decision on) - one investment(interest only) and one home loan (principal and interest). Since taking out loan in early July we have had 2 interest rate increases on both mortgages! One hike less than 30days after taking out loan and another today - which is why I'm writing this review. The interest rates are now over 0.2% interest higher than the advertised rates - dodgy! Given the extra hoops you need to go through to get loans these days I would be very careful choosing Click/Macquarie. I have started to apply to refinance with another bank - painful. Service with Click post settlement has been poor - response to my email regarding interest rate hike was 'don't worry interest rate isn't going up much' - well perhaps Click could pay for the increase. And why are you advertising a lower rate on your website - I will tell you why, to lure unsuspecting customers in with an attractive rate and then fleece them by increasing the rates twice in 6months (why do none of the review websites talk about this?) At least the big banks are exposed by media for every move they make, these smaller banks/brokers are hidden. I also sent Click broker another email request some basic info. and still haven't received a response after a couple of weeks.. Click loans is a Macquarie Bank broker.

Be careful to use their offsite account home loan. Everything month they calculate incorrectly since June 2018. They still own me $100 overall. Very confusing system. When I questioned them their staff told me to talk to my finance advisor. Make me laugh.

Applied for investment property loan. Process was very confusing, complicated and took too long. The same information was requested a few times. It looks like they do not know what they are doing. Terrible service. Very unhappy.

Spray foam removal experts attended and indeed they did remove all the spray foam from the roof space, However the damage to the roofing felt was so extensive that a new roof was needed. Cost for the spray foam removal was £5,700 a whole new roof was £7,200. So for an additional £1500 you can get the roof replaced which included getting rid of the spray foam. Lesson Learnt for the next house I flip.

They were able to do the job within 1 week of contacting them. The price matched another supplier and they didn’t ask for a deposit. We were satisfied with the removal of the spray foam from the roof. However, there was a lot of large chunks of foam left on the loft floor. Following our complaint someone returned for 2 hours to tidy this up. After their departure we still found large pieces of foam lying around the loft, enough to fill a bin bag. The fibre insulation on the floor of our loft is covered with small pieces of spray foam debris, which we accept would be difficult to clear but we weren’t prepared for this.

Thanks to SFRE, I was able to sell my property as the surveyor had flagged the spray foam in my loft. I contact the office and they were able to book me in for the same week, completing all the work safely and cleanly over 3 days which was very impressive. Og lader tøjet stå som på lager og lader andre kunder falde i deres falske reklame af deres lagerstatus Hej Amalie Uanset hvad grunden er, så påpeger du selv at ingen får en god oplevelse af at i ikke får ændret jeres onlinestatus. Så at jeg stadig kunne købe den 4 dage efter du havde sagt den var udsolgt, gør mig en del skeptisk. Derudover påpeger jeg at en kompensation af nogen art havde gjort servicen bedre. I stedet for en returnering af penge inden for 10 bankdage.

Last 2 times we've booked a service with them, they've let us down. And when you and try and call or email to chase up why the engineer hasn't turned up, no one picks up the call or responds to emails. We're still waiting to hear back on a boiler service we booked a week ago and heard nothing. If you can't be bothered to do the job, don't book it in. I had to take half a day off work because of this and you're not going to compensate me for that! Appalling customer service

Have used Gasking a few times now and most recently to install a new boiler. A fabulous company to work with. Efficient, polite, friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough. Very big thank you.

We had the privilege to take services from one of the experienced professionals (James Lucas) at Gasking who was very adept at identifying the root-cause of our heating/boiler issue and took just few minutes to resolve this long-standing issue which had been neglected and termed un-solvable by many previous suppliers/contractors. We are very grateful to James for helping us in such an emergency situation. Highly recommend Gasking any boiler/heating related problems.

Been waiting for a boiler repair for 8 days now Via my Domestic and General Insurance policy. And now informed by Gas King it's going to be at least another 6 days. No heating or hot water for over 2 weeks when repair will be complete. Absolute rubbish service.

Excellent service. Engineer arrived on time, carefully services the boiler, even corrected some sloppy entries in the logbook made by our boiler installer, took time to reply to all our questions, left the place clean and tidy. Will use again next year!

Jamie the Operative who attended was on time and very efficient. I got a call in advance of arrival and he was right on time as estimated. He sorted the problem within minutes and went the extra mile to give useful advice how to work the maze of getting a good affordable boiler replacement when asked. This company comes highly recommended.

Received a t-bone bed extender today in the mail. These things are not cheap. The product was clearly used, repackaged, and then sent without all the parts; those included were scratched and damaged. The directions were ripped, and the plastic for the pieces was shoved into the box. This is very disappointing and upsetting. We cannot assemble or use this product at all due to this. We paid the new price for a clearly used product that did not include all the pieces.

Got a bag, wanted to return it as it was a present. Returned it and it seemed the company went under so now I’m out a bag and the money. Gutted

I have ordered a bag and would like to return it. It said to contact their email which I did a week ago ORDER #21773 No response from them, no number to call and the website no longer loads.

This company does not appear to exist so don’t order from them. Ordered a bag but when I realised it was a problem there was no phone number and when sent a tracking email the order didn’t exist and there’s no way to contact anyone. Luckily paid on Mastercard who reimbursed me. Stay away 😡

I ordered two bags which arrived on time which led me to ordering a further two bags a few days later. However, on the second order only one of the two bags arrived (in casing which clearly appeared to have been tampered with and was not wrapped in the security tape used by the courier company for the first delivery) On this occurring I promptly e-mailed them with detailed information including a photo of the package delivered. They replied to my e-mail asking if there was any damage to the suitcase received and stating that they couldn't understand how that could happen. I followed up with further e-mails asking if they were able to ascertain what had happened (given the photographic evidence I had previously sent clearly showed that the package had been tampered with before I received it) Their response to all my further e-mails was COMPLETE silence, and I've now given up on expecting to receive a reply from them. Now the fault may be that of the courier company and not them, but I would at least expect them to show some interest and follow up with the courier company and respond to my e-mails. If you do decide to order from them, make sure you use a credit card so that in the event of a failed delivery etc you can claim back from the credit card company.

Extremely lacking and rude customer service. I was sent an item that was different to as described on the website, and the customer service team argued with me over it for weeks. When I finally proved them wrong, they would not give a full refund or pay for return costs. I ultimately up out of pocket! Disappointing.

The Minecraft coding is his favorite, and being part of the Adventurers group has been fantastic. The teachers are amazing—so encouraging and fun, and they really know how to keep the kids engaged. I love the balance they offer between focused coding time and letting the kids run around and play football with new friends. He comes home every time with stories and a huge smile, and I couldn’t be happier. This club is a perfect blend of learning and fun. We’ll definitely be signing up again!

I’ve taken number of courses with Blueshift. I’ve done all sorts of things like building mobile apps and designing minecraft mods. The teachers are always fantastic and the camps were always well run with lots of outdoor games and snacks.

My daughter had an incident with her laptop in the after school club. I spoke to the customer service about it and the lady was extremely nice and helpful. She wanted to discuss what happened with the teacher and come back to me. Once she called back she explained what really happened and apologised. I have to say that they do care about there students. My daughter wishes for more classes per week

My adult son has recently been through the ADHD diagnosis process with Beyond and they have been great - responsive, caring and the actual process is super thorough, especially compared with another private psychiatrist we had previously seen. The report is very detailed and told us what type of ADHD he has plus the additional paperwork they provide; letters for employers and the GP are above and Beyond (excuse the pun :) what I would have expected. Given how much we paid previously, it's made me realise how much we didn't get from the other psychiatrist and how much we have received from Beyond. Taking into account the state of the NHS currently and the extreme length of the waiting list for ADHD diagnosis, I highly recommend private care through Beyond - it is well worth the money. Thank you to all the staff that have been involved in my son's care, it's greatly appreciated.

I was disappointed with the clinic regarding the hidden charges. When I first spoke to them I was told all in all would be around a grand, when I decided to try the medication I was told I had to pay for my own ecg which i had to go to a second private clinic SPIRE and they charged me £100 then found out it was another £199.99 a month to be under their care plan then after that I had to pay separate for my medication that in the end ended up being £184.00 a month so in total nearly £400 a month to get the medication the medication has helped me no end with my day to day life and concentration but the amount I've had to pay to get the end results as come in over 3k which is mind blowing be careful as they do not tell you about this until after you have the diagnosis which by then you have no option but to stay with them for the medication as your own Dr won't touch ya... Heather the nurse i dealt with monthly was unbelievable such a good listener I honestly feel she was the only person who took a real interest in my diagnosis. I never got a face to face appointment all on zoom, my consultation with the physiatrist was done by zoom at 8pm at night which I found so in personal and felt like it was just going through the motions. Bottom line YES the medication has helped me tremendously but at a very high cost and 2ith very very little support from the clinic itself the scariest thing was that when I sent my weight/bp in they never confirmed that, I have lost 2st weight in 6 months from the medication it kills your appetite but the fact I never had face to face they just took my word for it so be careful

We came to the clinic in need of some answers with our 10 year old, from start to finish they have been amazing. The consistant contact and information has been fab, the nurses and Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and made ourselves as parents and our 10 year old feel at complete ease. I could not be happier with the care we have received and extremely thankful for the answers we needed. Clinic is also beautiful and very calming.

Lovely staff, prompt service and very helpful from diagnosis to titration and then on to shared care. Dr Torien was so easy to speak to as was my review nurse- heather. The expense of going private has paid for itself in terms of my increased ability to work in the end as a result of the meds I have been given. In the end, what was originally recommended has turned out to be the perfect meds for me and I know feel like I could focus on coaching where as the thought of it would have been too overwhelming at the start.

I honestly can not fault Beyond Clinic. We rang for some advice and spoke to Layla who was absolutely fantastic. I had so many questions regarding my 6 year old daughter and getting her diagnosed. Such a fantastic place to guide you or your child through an ADHD diagnosis. It is so important to get this right and I am writing this review so you know that you can be confident with Beyond through every step of the process. Me and my eldest son had already been diagnosed via another company so I was already well acquainted with the process. As my youngest son was only 17 I needed a clinic who could diagnose under 18s. Plus it was important that it could be conducted online. My first call with Layla was a great introduction to the company…she was so patient and answered all my questions with compassion and a genuine need to help and reassure. This really isn’t always the case at this stage with other ADHD clinics. It is quite an involved process with lots of forms and questionnaires but they make sure it is a straightforward. Joseph, the psychiatric nurse, who began the initial testing was very though and patient. Dr Shah, the psychiatrist, who completed the diagnosis with Danny was very professional and so thoughtful and great at listening. The report he produced was extremely thorough and detailed. Again…this isn’t a given with all psychiatrists! The diagnosis was given there and then and the report produced quickly with no need to chase. Further meetings with Sharron re medication and Vicky were informative and compassionate. I like to ask lots of questions and everyone is very happy to take the extra time to make sure you have full understanding. This was certainly my best experience with a clinic through the whole process. I have had many dealing with private clinics due to ADHD but also Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The reason for such a positive review is that trying to get the right treatment for children is very hard and stressful and expensive for mums. There have been expensive and frustrating mistakes along the way and I just want you to know that this one won’t be. This is a quite a new clinic and hasn’t quite got extensive reviews yet. Be reassured it is a clinic which will put you as the patient first.

En kort beskrivelse af vores ferie på Madeira. Det 1 hotel vi kom til var et 2 stjernet hotel, som nok kun burde have 1 stjerne, eller ihverfald det værelse vi boede på “værelse2” Døren til badeværelset var så ødelagt af fugt at den ikke kunne lukkes, medmindre man slæbte den hen af gulvet, så når man skulle på toilettet larmede det så meget at den anden halvdel vågnede om natten, ret ringe må man sige. Morgenmaden var på samme måde som værelset også i den ret ringe ende. De 2 sidste hoteller var ganske glimrende og dejlig morgenmad. Vandreturerne var godt planlagt, dog var ruten på 3 dagen, lukket pga blæst og regn, men vi fik tilsendt en anden tur som virkede ok. Ved turen på 3 dagen manglede der lidt beskrivelse om hvor svær / glat den sidste halvdel var, så her mistede en rejsekammerat fodfæste og slog hovedet ind i en klippe og hans hustru fald faktisk ud over kanten og landede i noget krat og mistede sine briller, heldigvis var der ikke langt ned så hendes mand kunne få hende op igen. Vi må selvfølgelig ikke glemme at de er 80 og 82 år gamle. Ved ugens 5 og sidste tur var beskrivelsen ret meget ved siden af de faktiske forhold. Efter en opstigning på ca 350 meter, som når vi fulgte gps tracket var ca 2 km op og 2 km ned af stejle og mudret sten og trapper inden vi nåede til den beskrivelse som ellers passede med resten af ruten. Så ikke alle beskrivelser ramte plet og nogen var ret misvisende. Vores guide philipe var super god og nem at få fat i, og fortalte ret meget om øen så det var fantastisk, ham kan vi kun anbefale til alle andre. Han får 5 stjerner 😄 Så alt i alt en fantastisk tur dog lige bortset fra hotellet de første 2 dage., og de ruter som ikke var beskrevet korrekt. Dog ville det være fantastisk med nogle længere ruter da vi syntes at alt under 15 km er for kort, også selvom det i bjergene. Så måske lidt alternative ruter, hvis det kunne være muligt. Og ja det ikke muligt at finde ruter som passer i længde til alle, og det er vi godt klar over, men vi ville personligt gerne have haft nogle længere alternativer Når i sender en e-mail omkring hvordan turen har været så forventer jeg en hvis dialog og ikke 2 dage senere, der var jo massere af dialog da ruten skulle bestilles og planlægges. Wild Rover Travel kan deres kram Har været på vandring og hvalsafari på Madeira. Da der havde været skovbrand, var en af de planlagte ruter lukket. WRTvar hurtige til at finde alternativ rute og indkvartering. Alt hvad de stod for på turen fungerede bare. Det gælder al transport på øen, hoteller, mad og tur på vandet. Jeg skal helt sikkert benytte dem igen og kan varmt anbefale dem.

Vi har rejst to gange med Wild Rover Travel. Alt fungerer effektivt og firmaet kommunikerer godt om det man, har brug for at vide (ruter, hoteller, bagagetransport). For os er det vigtigt, at beskrivelsen på hjemmesiden også afspejler det, vi oplever i virkeligheden. Sådan er det hos Wild Rover Travel. Vi kommer helt sikkert til at vælge dem igen til næste selv-guidede vandreferie.

Min mand og jeg er lige kommet hjem fra vandretur i Schwartzwald. Det var vores første vandretur og det var fantastisk. Vi havde kigget efter vandreture hos forskellige udbydere, der kunne transportere bagagen fra sted til sted, og Wild Rover travel var konkurrence dygtige, så vi valgte dem, og det har vi ikke fortrudt. Ovenikøbet fik Cecilie arrangeret turen for os med kun 14 dages varsel. Det var perfekt og god service. Alt fungerede perfekt. Hotellerne var gode, bagagen var fremme, da vi selv kom frem efter 4,5 - 5 timers vandring, og det var gode og smukke ruter hver dag. Vores bil stod parkeret gratis på p-plads 2 min. fra hotellet, som vi startede og sluttede ved. Alt var en positivt oplevelse og denne tur var blot en af forhåbentlig mange flere i fremtiden. Man bliver “bidt” af det. Og ja, vil køber igen gennem Wild Rover travel da en “tudse” pr. person i besparelse i forhold til andre udbydere et hver at tage med, når de kan bruges på hoteller frem og tilbage fra Danmark 😅.

Altid gode og velorganiserede vandreture, med god vejledning, overnatningssteder og overholdelse af alle aftaler.

Vi er lige kommet hjem fra en helt fantastisk Tour du Mont Blanc. Rejsen var godt arrangeret af Wild Rover Travel. Der var et virkelig godt informationsniveau, og når man havde spørgsmål kunne man være sikker på at have svar inden for få timer. Det fungerede rigtig godt med de instruktioner der var til vandreruten, og den medfølgende app var meget nem at bruge, og gav meget præcise instruktioner, så det var nemt at følge ruten. Det var første gang vi rejste med Wild Rover Travel, men helt sikkert ikke sidste...

Det fungerer bare! Det hele fungerede, fra vejledning og support fra firmaet i Danmark, til afhentning og modtagelse på de forskellige hoteller. Vandreturene var dejlige uden at være hårde eller teknisk svære, men vi blev da godt trætte alligevel.

Vi er kommet hjem fra en meget skøn cykeltur fra den italienske/østrigske grænse til Riva ved Gardasøen. Alt gik som planlagt. Virkelige gode hoteller og morgenmad. Bagagetransport fungerede perfekt. Meget naturskønt med 350 km cykelsti. Vi fik hurtigt svar fra Wild Rover Travel når vi havde spørgsmål før rejsen. Vi kan varmt anbefale dem og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Was looking for a new enduro bike for spring summer and after extensive research, I decided on the Yamaha WR. Like an entwined fate, Hunts motorcycles came up not only with a 2024 model but also road registered. After a conversation with John it was decided this is the one for me. I won't rave about how nice the bike is. I'll instead express how impressed I am with the service. Helpful right from the first call. Put you the customer first. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Even response to emails was prompt, precise and friendly. Delivery was 1st class and fast as well. If I ever need a bike in the future I'll be using them again!

I wanted to downsize from 2 bikes to 1 and saw just what I was looking for on the Hunts Motorcycles Website. I wasn’t sure how things would go trying to do this, but I decided to call Hunts to see how to go about it. The phone only rang 3 times, and was answered by John (the Owner)….. I explained where I was with my bikes, and what I wanted to achieve. John listened, allowing me to speak unhindered, and his reply to me was “The best thing I can do for you, is for me to bring you the bike you want and take your 2 away.” This took only a couple of minutes and, within 5 minutes from start to finish, the deal was done. It just could not have been any easier. I genuinely believe that the deal was fair and balanced and, was definitely the result I had been hoping for but, prior to speaking to John, didn’t think I would be able to achieve. So friendly and helpful and, to cap it all, I received a call from John the next day to confirm delivery was the following day (just prior to Christmas), by his driver Ash, also friendly, thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with, when delivering the bike. A further credit to the Dealership was Scott, who deals with the Tech Paperwork side I think…. This has been an incredible, hassle and stress free transaction by phone, many miles from where I live being the very best experience in my 54 years

Purchased 4 tires. 2 of them would not balance. For weeks I sent FR Balance proof. Bottom line BBWheels' return policy is written so that they assume no responsibility for products they sell. They blame it on manufacturer. I pay to send 2 tires back, IF approved for exchange I pay to have non defective tires shipped back. If not approved IDK what happens. I assume if I want 4 tires on my truck I'd have to pay to have the 2 defectives shipped back to me. Not to mention the cost of install etc. Buy from BBWheels at your own risk. You will eat 2 what you buy if there's a problem.

Plenty of choices and information available on the website. A quality ordering system that was easy to use and my order was dealt with and delivery was within the advised timescales. 13 packs of tiles were delivered and on checking, the packaging was wet and that resulted in the cardboard packaging breaking up with glue on it making it slightly difficult to handle. All 39 tiles was found to be of top quality, but one broke in two places when using the same installation process as the rest. Despite these two issues, I would recommend this company in future and will use them again.

To start with my delivery driver was very helpful and placed pallets near my back gate. I had 152 slabs delivered and only 3 were broken. I would have bought more items sand cement etc, but simply paving was expensive, so got elsewhere.

I’ve been looking to refurbish my conservatory cushions, after 20 years they were looking very flat. After looking at all the options I came across Direct Foam. The great things is they do everything for you, the hardest bit for me was getting the old foam out of the covers. Once this was done sent off the cushions covers and amazingly they came firm and looking like new. The carrier DPD were also excellent keeping me informed at all times. I don’t often recommend firms but I’ve no hesitation in recommending this firm. Also they answer the phone immediately no annoying music while keeping you on hold.

Ordered the premium foam for my sofa. Paid £430 for the 4 cushions. Order process was quick and easy, and they were super responsive. Delivery was smooth. Around a month after they arrived; two of the cushions have started to sink. Iv emailed on 3 occasions now (almost 4 weeks ago) and still no response. We’ve just had a baby so comfort is paramount for my partner. Having to replace these with another company.

The items are perfect - cut to the exact sizes and quality exactly as described. Delivery well before the estimated date. The website is marvellous - differing shapes, densities and firmness. All parameters explained very clearly so that ones knows exactly which type, density etc is required. In my opinion the best business from which to purchase memory foam cushions / matresses.

I would highly recommend Direct Foam. The process from start to finish was second to none. I applied on their website for a quote to re-foam my sofa seats and backs, I was sent a bag to send my covers to them, I had a quote sent via email, I agreed and paid over the phone, then I had everything back in a week after payment. It cost me a few quid, but much cheaper than a new sofa. Also over £250 cheaper than a well known company. Don't be scared if you don't accept their quote, you will get your covers back!
