I wish I had seen this earlier. Alison cancelled my appointment on the day and is refusing to refund my money. I am sure no one was going to come to my house in the first place and she just scammed the money out of me.

Alison took my money for two treatments in Brisbane. I had trouble getting an appointment then the first time got canceled the day before on their end. Then my rescheduled appointment no one arrived. The second time someone did so I had one treatment by someone who didn’t even work for Alison. Then for my second treatment I had another appointment and no one arrived. Alison has promised me a refund and yet I havnt seen it. Alison please give me my refund! I also purchased electric toothbrushes online. Guess I’ll never see them too? Latisha.

This company is a scam. I booked a mobile service appointment with Sparkling White smile (via email) and received a confirmation of my appointment through the Fresha app. On the day of my appointment no one arrived. I was provided with a mobile number (which is also on their website) but it is disconnected. The email that I booked the appointment through was also blocked when I tried to contact them regarding my appointment. Overall, quite disappointed as the website and the Instagram page looked legitimate.

Alison has emotionally, mentally and financially destroyed anyone who invested in her business. Young women left traumatised. She has blatantly lied in order to sell her franchises, products and services to the public and continues to do so by participating in public podcasts and interviews with truly successful people like Mark Bouris, Brett Campbell, Roxy Jacenko and Janine Allis. DO NOT believe any of the paid PR articles praising her as a successful business woman nor anything that comes from her pathetic podcast. She created a company called Aylba and is now using that company to further scam innocent people who just want to grow their small businesses. Please consider this review to prevent Alison Egan from scamming young hopeful entrepreneurs into investing in her false business. She is one of Australia's biggest con artists that is yet to be criminally charged.

Alison Egan took money from franchisees to pay for publicity that made her company and service out to be great when in actual fact, they struggle to make bookings, contrary to her own articles that say they are flooded with bookings. At her peak she had almost 30 franchisees all working their buts off to make back the 35k they'd paid her and she ended up buying back their businesses for $1 each. Some still with debts to this day. She doesn't lose sleep at night screwing people over so it's no surprise to see her in the daily mail for her fraudulent activity still in 2023. Loser!

I have purchased fishing rod and lures from them for quite amount of years now. I never had a problem before, but on my recent purchase on a fishing rod on 9/30/2024. It's a 180 degree turn from good experience buying to the worst buying experience that I have with them. I purchased a OTI jigging rod on 9/30, the next day email from them stating that my order is shipped out with a tracking number. Then I said to myself, it will be perfect timing because I have a fishing trip plan in Montauk, on the weekend. Because normally shipped a fishing rod from South New Jersey to Brooklyn, NY it only take 2-3days at most. Then Friday 10/4 came along the tracking number information didn't indication anything on delivery! So, I call TackleDirect customer service at 10:09am and I spoke to a customer service representative and he told me that USPS didn't update/delay the tracking information; the final thing that he told was that I should receive my rod by Saturday. Then the weekend have past and no rod delivery. Then I tracking my order again, on USPS website and there no delivery information except stating that "package received, package acceptance, pending". So, I call TackleDirect customer service again 10/7. The customer service representative told me that my shipping order is being effect by the storm in Florida. My response to that is "what does that got to do with delivery from New Jersey to New York?" I told him that we are only one state away! There should be no effects on the delivery. The customer service representative just bull excuse. By 10/10 I still have Not received my order yet. So, I called TackleDirect customer service again to speak to a customer service representative and he was kind of rude towards me asking what happened to my order. He told me that my will get to me soon (9:27am), I told him that I have been hearing for more than a week already. Then I wait till noon and track the package again. Finally, USPS gave me tracking information about my package. USPS stated that they received the package on 10/9 @8:15am. Which means that TackleDirect never really shipped out my order at all and their customer service keeps giving bull sh×××t excuses and lie to me all this time of me waiting for a package that was never shipped out. Attention TackleDirect management team, you could check on my order to the corresponding dates that I call your store and spoke to your customer service representative to verified this matter! I would not recommend you to buy from them!

Bought a pole and reel on the website, on the check out menu after I had bought two day shipping shows it’ll b here that Friday it’s Tuesday. The next day I get a message saying your products aren’t in inventory and need a lead time of 7-10 extra days on top of the regular two day shipping I payed extra for, when I message them about the obvious confusion they tell me there’s a small print at the initial product menu saying some items may need additional lead time yet on the check out menu or any menu where I’m paying extra for shipping it showed it’ll b here by that Friday. Now it’s two weeks later I only have the reel not even the pole literally payed extra because I wanted to use it on a fishing trip this past weekend oh well ig, buyers beware there shipping dates are so wrong I would’ve just went to a local bait shop at this point and gotten a pole reel combo from them if it meant a little extra but I have my product in hand, all in all I wouldn’t use the website again and shady practice they got going on with the lead time not even mentioned in the check out menu anywhere it should or even at the menu where I’m paying go extra for shipping

Einfach super. Ich trinke nicht gern Wasser. Also habe ich nach einer gesunden Alternative zu Softdrinks gesucht. Bei Infused Energy bin ich fündig geworden nachdem ich sehr viele Wasserzusätze probiert hatte. Ich bestelle im Shop seit 10/2024 Seither habe ich 10,kg abgenommen, weil die Produkte alle ohne zugesetzten Zucker und Süßungsmittel angefertigt werden. Auch wird komplett auf künstliche Aromen verzichtet und alles ist Bio. Sogar meine Blutwerte haben sich gebessert. Der Kundenservice antwortet kompetent, ausführlich und schnell auf Anfragen. Einzig die doch verhältnismäßig lange Lieferzeit (zwischen 3 und 5 Tage) setzt eine rechtzeitige Nachbestellung voraus. Defekter Deckel wurde unkompliziert ersetzt. Schade, dass keine Selbstabholung am Lager möglich ist, wohne nur 8km entfernt.

Ich wollte zurückgeben und sie schrieben mir zurück, dass sie keine geschlossenen oder offenen Produkte akzeptieren würden, laut der Website habt man wohl das Recht, geschlossen zurückzugeben. Reichlich Auswahl an verschiedenen Produkten. Geschmacklich einer besser wie der andere. Leider ist bei meiner ersten Bestellung etwas schief gelaufen. Habe dann sofort den Kundenservice kontaktiert, dort wurde sich um eine Nachlieferung gekümmert. Diese dauerte allerdings über eine Woche und erfolgte nach nochmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice. Die Produkte sind super und man trinkt automatisch wieder mehr. Das Beste daran ist es ist ohne Zucker und der wach efeckt lässt auch nicht lange auf sich warten. Top Produkt.

Jeg var inde på Baghuset med mine veninder, og det var en skuffende oplevelse. Først og fremmest stod vi i lang tid for at få et bord, hvilket var lidt træls, da vi står lidt i vejen, specielt når der er andre som ik får hjælp. Da vi endelig fik vores bord, gik der også alt for lang tid, før vi kunne bestille vores mad. Efter bestillingen ventede vi en time på vores mad.. Det var ikke kun os, der var utilfredse; det var tydeligt, at flere andre gæster også var træt over den langsomme betjening. Servicen var virkelig skuffende, og det så ud til, at tjeneren hellere ville stå og snakke med sine veninder end at tage sig af gæsterne. Det gjorde bare oplevelsen endnu mere irriterende. Alt i alt var det en skuffende aften, og jeg kan ikke anbefale Baghuset baseret på denne oplevelse. Og nå ja, forstår langt langt fra hvordan de kan vinde priser for deres “gode betjening” og mad… Tager helt klart et andet sted hen og bruger mine penge!

Så nej sagde jeg, jeg ville nøjes med salaten, der allerede stod på bordet. Efter 3 bider af salaten stod det klart, at salaten var fyldt med dressing. Ingen tjener kom nu til vores bord, vi var vel også trælse gæster. Vi gik op for at betale og så kom tjeneren og undrede sig over at også salaten var stort set urørt. Og jeg forklarede, at jeg jo havde sagt, at jeg ikke kunne lide dressing. Men sagde tjeneren, ”det er jo ikke dressing, det er poké sauce!” Det bliver lige 762 kr. Lad os lade sønnen, der har været ansat i aarhusiansk restaurant få det sidste ord, ”Det var saltet for meget, og salaten, Tja…..det var ikke gået i Aarhus.”

Wish I could give them a good review, as all the other reviews have been glowing and are the reason I went with this company. They don’t advertise online that the “free shipping” has a minimum of $1000 purchase, and if you don’t meet that minimum you cannot purchase at all, they don’t offer paid shipping options? That’s not my issue though, it’s the lack of customer service. The first email I sent, I was surprised with how fast I got a response but then it went very down hill from there and lacked professionalism.. I have been waiting for a response on them to let me know if I can pay for shipping, as I truly don’t mind, I just wanted to know a price and if that’s an option! Unless you are shopping for over $1000 in equipment they may not be the site for you.

We partnered up with them on a Facebook lead generation thing about a month ago. Honestly the leads came in too fast the first week and overwhelmed us a bit. We probably missed a few jobs because we didn’t know how to handle it all and we didn’t know how to follow up. They were good about picking up their phones though and they helped us get it where we needed it to be. We closed a few deals already so now we are going on month two and thinking of hiring someone just to help us handle these leads. Overall we’re happy with it so far.

Wouldn’t recommend/Customer Service is useless
-My macro diffuser worked for a few sprays when I first received it and nothing has come out since- To start with, it hasn’t worked from the beginning (fully charged) off the charging cord mounted wirelessly on the wall we unfortunately drilled the screws in to have it be up in the hallway. I originally emailed about it and they requested a video of it not working ON the charger when I told them it didn’t work off the charge so I got discouraged by the weird response from them and just accepted I’d rather have it plugged in than not at all so I let it go. Then days later it stopped working even on the charge, it shoots out air but no scent/oil and the oil was still near full despite being on all day. I eventually had time to send the team two seperate emails two weeks apart with video evidence of me opening the bottom and showing the oil was attached properly, it was on charge and there was no damage and never received an email in return to resolve the problem. I’m so disappointed because the oils smell divine and I was very happy with those (hence the 1 star). The price doesn’t reflect the quality of the item I received.

I actually wanted to try out the Quantum X... ATTENTION!!!! FRAUD!! BE CAREFUL!!! I actually wanted to test the Quantum X platform. But then I ended up on the dubious Learn Spread website. I then activated the small amount. However, I didn't want to be given any training or lectured. They don't want to accept an objection here, you are kept waiting forever, you get ominous calls from some number from abroad or artificially generated German numbers (+49 33212248484) that are assigned to telephone service providers!! Then I get messages on WhatsApp from my supposed personal analyst who comes with an AI-generated profile picture. I've been waiting for the refund for almost a week now and there's been no response! ATTENTION!!!! FRAUD!! BE CAREFUL!!! They also tried to get me to pay twice the amount instead of €250. I was informed that I had accidentally paid 2x €250 by VISA card. But that would actually be even better, because now at €500 I would get a bonus of €200. When I then wanted the sum of €500 back with the cancellation - I had of course only paid the €250 by VISA card - the whole thing was suddenly an oversight by their accounting department, who had allegedly confused my name with another user! Yes, of course. When I then asked in a roundabout way whether it could be possible that I had agreed to the 2x €250 and then they had tried again to debit the amount of €250 from my VISA card, there was great indignation and they were not fraudsters etc. etc.!! As I wrote, I have not heard anything since then and there has been no response to my cancellation. This great training platform is absolutely despicable! ATTENTION!!!! SCAM!! BEWARE!!!

Companies Made Simple This company offers a service to set up a proxy company on behalf of people who live outside the UK. I tried their service and found it woefully inadequate. Their website has not been designed to accommodate customers who are based outside the UK. A new customer registers by providing information such as the name and address, and payment details such as credit details. Then the problems start. The website refuses to accept any address outside the UK as it insists on a valid UK postcode. This is for a company that advertises its services to customers outside the UK. It objected to a mobile phone number based outside the UK. Then, when it came to payment, it refused to accept the details of a credit card registered outside the UK. The people at their office do not understand that their system is badly designed and cannot be persuaded to improve matters. They refused to log the problems and report them to their software team. I decided not to waste any more time struggling to use this company. It is very clear that their website was developed in the UK for UK users. It does not accommodate customers who live outside the UK. If I could give this a rating of zero, I would.

I don't know why I choose this company ! I bought one of their packs. And I'm already stuck on the step of verifying my identity. Jumio immediately shows that my face is not recognized even though the camera has not even opened. I tried the step more than 10 times on PC and smartphone. Always the same thing. I contacted a counselor to help me but to no avail. Even to answer an email, they are unable to do so.

we seem to be the victim of fraud, a company has been set up by made simple in the name of L ***** the plumber, at our address. we contacted 'made simple', who set the business up, explaining that we know nothing about this company and that it is 100% fraudulently claiming any association with our address. they did reply but sent me to an action fraud site - which will not open and asked me to get in touch with companies house and file a form changing the address of the company - which I cannot do as I am not associated with the company. I tried both of these methods, neither of which worked at all, then went back to Made Simple, saying that they should be taking some responsibility for this, since presumably there must be some checks in place for things like this before they just go setting businesses up for people willy nilly? but they have so far told me it is up to me to resolve this. unhelpful? yes. dodgey? seems that way to me.

I formed a company through Companies Made Simple. That was straightforward. HOWEVER, when it came to the first anniversary of having formed it the Made Simple Group notified me that they would be putting through an invoice for a further year of "privacy" services, which I had NOT ordered and don't need. Taking advantage of the link provided, I logged on to cancel this service. Thought I'd solved i. The website showed a cancellation and nothing owing. BUT NO - the system ploughed on and I received notice that the charge had now been debited. I telephoned, spoke to a young lady who said that she could see my cancellation on their system and promised an immediate refund and an email to confirm that. I received no email and no refund. I am still waiting.

I placed an order and I chased the delivery only to find out it was sent to Ireland by mistake and they will retrieve the parcel and send it to me fine 3 weeks later no parcel chased where it was no reply emailed several times and now there ignoring me this has been going on for 8 weeks now , I finally decided to raise a PayPal claim . Thankfully I purchase the items this way , other wise not sure how I would get my money back spent over £60 on my order had a few bits for Xmas presents . Which was such a shame very bad customer services . Well they ignore you but happy to keep your money . AVOID if you aren’t willing to accept POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We bought a beautiful play kitchen for our daughter and a set of play pans and utensils to go with it. The delivery was good (my husband wrote a review to say so) but the aftercare has been APPALLING. After a matter of days, the paint on the pans started to go black and peel - an obvious hazard for children. I wrote to babame to explain the situation and ask for a resolution as the current product I had was UNSAFE. I was told that they would contact the manufacturer - in this case TIDLO - to see what could be done. I then received an email asking if “the pans had been used on direct heat” and checking if I knew “these were pretend pans and should not be used to cook”. I mean!!?? Babame refused to do anything and so did the manufacturer so now we are left with a set that is FAULTY and DANGEROUS for my daughter to use. We are incredibly disappointed in babame’s response and even if the manufacturer refused to help, ultimately babame are responsible and should find a resolution - especially for a faulty product and for a customer that had spent close to 200 pounds. I’d most definitely AVOID AT ALL COSTS now as they don’t seem to want to engage in any aftercare with customers - I’d pay a little bit more and go to a more well known retailer!

I could eat this yummy bar of goodness! It's my happy bar, my skin feels and looks so good, it clears my skin right up! Sending the package took more than a week but it was before Christmas so understood. But customer service is just the worst. Asked for a return, had to talk to the chat ai that could not identify my order for the first about 10 tries. Sent an email, no reply for days. Tried again a week later, ai was finally able to get a return label. Of course I had to pay for return despite reading on the website that it would be free of charge. After almost 3 weeks I got a reply to my email with a new return label, by that time my package was already on the way back. It was delivered to them 2 weeks ago, still no refund or any update. I understand it might be busy after holidays but communication still shouldn't be this hard, absolutely terrible customer service experience. Product was okay by the way, just returned because I found a better price elsewhere.

I have paid €9.99 for the yearly membership which is meant to give you free delivery and 10% discount but I'm not getting the discount or the free postage. I have tried to contact them on multiple platforms but my issue has still not been resolved. No customer service and if you pay the premium membership you will not get the service you paid for.

I'm giving you a 5 star because my experience has always been top class. Through no fault of yours, storm Darragh had me biting my nails until Christmas Eve when, lo and behold, An Post squeaked past the finishing post. So, important presents arrived just in time!

Horrible service, order not received since beginning of dec . Send couples of emails and call but still no refund. Really bad customer service. Just be careful before buying as worried of fake website now

I ordered a gift on the 2nd of December...
Update 06/01/25: my parcel managed to arrive just in time on the 24th and I received a full refund as well. Review was 1 start now changed to 4. I ordered a gift on the 2nd of December to ship with Evri to Ireland. I sent an email on the 10th and then the 12th because I couldn't get through on the phone. They took their time getting back to me and to which they said oh please check again in 5-6 days (very helpful) even though there hasn't been an update since the 04/12/24. I've then sent 2 emails after their update on the 17th and 19th to which I got no reply from so then I called. The said they'd look into this and get back to me. Then I was told it was because of Storm Darragh finally on the 23rd which they failed to mention in the email, did they even check when I first asked... definitely not. Now my stuff won't arrive until after Christmas even though the storm was at the start of December. So the courier has decided to close for the next 2 weeks after the storm or what's going on because how can it still not arrive, where is it even sitting??? I'd say it will be delightful experience to even request my money back so I can buy the gift I want from elsewhere. Won't be using this site again.

Love the products on this site. However, my last order proved disappointing!.. one bottle cap was slightly open and had split all over the box… maybe best to tighten or sellotape caps of certain products. Thanks

Fuldstændig horribelt Jeg har købt en pakkerejse, sammen med 2 andre. Af private årsager er jeg forhindret i at rejse. Derfor ønsker jeg, at overdrage min billet til en anden. Ikke at afbestille den! Jeg får oplyst, af Solfaktor, at det vil koste mig 3.200kr! Flybilletten kostede 5.743kr, så jeg vil få refunderet under 50%. Herefter skal den person, jeg vil overdrage min billet til, købe en ny flybillet til fuld pris. Hotellet kan ændres for 495kr, samt evt merpris for ændring, skriver Solfaktor. Jeg har forståelse for at en ændring koster. Men 3.695kr som minimum finder jeg fuldstændig horribelt. Plus en ny flybillet. Jeg ser frem til jeres svar. Super skøn tur til Gdansk. Alt gik efter planen. Det var lidt bøvlet med tjek ind hos wizz air men ok. Solfaktor kom med info på mail og telefon ang. Booking. hotel. tjek ind hos wizz air osv. Super service. Det er ikke sidste gang vi rejser med Solfaktor.dk

En positiv oplevelse
Jeg er meget tilfreds med jeres service. Hurtig tilbagemelding ved spørgsmål, meget hjælpsom og venlig betjening. Alt fungerede som forventet. Selvom meget foregår elektronisk blev jeg positivt overrasket over de mails og sms med info i forhold til billeje og hotel som jeg modtog løbende forud for ferien. Info der var nyttig og vigtig.

Den 2/9-24 bestilte jeg en rejse til Gran Canaria , Play ingles på hotel Karina, med altan og mulighed for solbadning på taget, med udsigt til havet. vi skulle rejse den 5/1-25. Den 4/1, altså dagen før vi skulle rejse er hotellet pludselig overbooket selvom vi havde booket 4 måneder før. vi blev indlogeret på deres nabo hotel som er top istandsat og et meget bedre hotel (siger i) og vi blev kompenseret med hele 10 %. Vi ankom til et nedslidt hotel med udsigt til en mur, rengøringsmateriel (billeder haves), og et værelse som lå i mørke, hvilket resulterede vi begge blev syge i de sidste 5 dage af ferien. Jeg klagede til jer og i oplyste at jeg skulle klage til jeres partner som oplyste de var fuldt booket, samt jeg hørte intet mere fra jer. Dette er ikke en god oplevelse, men en stjerne gives da personalet på stedet trods alt var meget positive.

Hold jer væk Prismæssigt fup og fidus. De viser en pris på travel market og når man så linker over til solfaktor, så stiger prisen med 20% og den bliver stadig dyere jo længere du kommer ind i bestillingen. Tak for svar. Den forklaring ændre ikke min holdning, tværtimod. Det er en skidt forretnings model. Håber i vælger at ændre den, mest for jeres egen skyld.

Hej skulle på ferie d 15 januar til d 25 januar med 3 venner vi betalte hver 2000 kr i fredags,var hos lægen om mandagen d13 får at vide jeg har for højt blodtryk og bliver frarådet at flyve det kan simpelthen ikke passe at man ikke kan få pengene retur

5 store stjerner herfra! Booking og betaling var nem og gennemskuelig, desuden ringer de og følger op et par dage i forvejen😊 Det eneste bump på vejen var da Malta lufthavn ikke mente at vi havde betalt for at få vores bagage med hjem igen😉 Vi betalte selv , og jeg mailede til Solfaktor...... Inden vi ramte DK havde jeg allerede fået pengene retur 😉 Det er god service på en Lørdag😉 Kan varmt anbefale Solfaktor 😎
