Na mijn aanvraag werd ik gebeld door 1 van de bobex medewerkers of alles wat ik had ingevuld klopte en hierna zou de medewerker zoals gezegd een aanvraag plaatsen en binnen een uur kreeg ik al telefoontjes voor een afspraak te maken ,gewoon top

Plezierige intermediair, geen opdringerigheid, dus gewoon zo doorgaan zo als het hoort.

Het bedrijf Bobex heeft zich netjes aan de afspraken gehouden en heeft mij doorgestuurd naar Ramatec Kozijnen. Wat jammer is dat dit bedrijf zich niet aan de afspraken houdt en slechte communicatie heeft.

Alleen de klant neemt de telefoon niet op, spreekt niet of zijn nummer is uitgeschakeld. en vervolgens stuurt dit frauduleuze bedrijf u voor elke fictieve klant een factuur voor 40e. Bovendien wil ik u als specialist aanmoedigen dat de eerste vijf contacten emmer zijn. in mijn geval werden de zaden niet opgehaald bij klanten of werd mijn nummer uitgeschakeld en kreeg ik ook facturen voor deze emmerklanten

Bobex heeft op heel korte termijn 5 aanbieders geselecteerd. Deze hebben ook elk op redelijk korte termijn na telefonisch contact, waarin een aantal terzake doende vragen werden gesteld, een offerte uitgebracht. Bobex had hierin, vanzelfsprekend, geen bemoeienis. Achteraf heeft Bobex geïnformeerd naar mijn keuze en beoordeling over de bedrijven en het proces.

Update 1/11/24 JJB: Bobex hebben mij gebeld een paar dagen terug en hun excuses aangeboden voor het ongemak. Inmiddels lijkt de spam met dagelijkse verzoeken tot reeds gedane reviews gestopt. Ik schuif het matige resultaat met de vaklieden maar onder pech en verhoog hierbij de review met één ster. Update 29/10/24 JJB: Heb nu maar gewoon een Filter ingesteld in mijn mail dat elke (dagelijkse) mail met de vraag om Vakmannen te reviewen van Bobex automatisch naar de Spam folder gaat EN wordt doorgestuurd naar het e-mailadres van Bobex. Misschien dat het dan stopt? Of minstens zo irritant is voor Bobex zelf. Update 28/10/24 JJB: In contact brengen is wel vrij ruim qua begrip, aangezien maar eentje reageert en dan nog een absurd bod doet. En de ander pas tot actie over gaat als je een neutrale beoordeling doet van "Niks gehoord" en doodleuk alsof hun neus bloedt een afspraak willen inplannen voor iets dat al maanden ligt en net gedaan is. Ik voel me vooralsnog niet erg serieus genomen over de communicatie, want ik heb inmiddels NEGEN auto-mails over beoordeling van vakmannen gekregen, terwijl ik die dus al had ingevuld, ook voor de andere twee inmiddels. En de afgelopen week van dinsdag 22 oktober t/m vandaag, inclusief zaterdag en zondag is het elke dag raak... === 26/10/24: Waardeloze site, geen goede vakmannen en blijven je spammen om reviews. Slechts 3 reacties op mijn dakrenovatie (nieuwe dakpannen, panlatten en isolatie) waarvan 2 niet reageerden. De derde had ik per ongeluk het absurde bedrag van een ander bedrijf genoemd. Meneer ging toen een week over de offerte doen waardoor het bedrijf van voorkeur dat antwoord wilde hebben al met bouwvak was, en toen vroeg hij ook nog eens bijna 50.000 euro, nog veel hoger dan het absurde bod van 40.000 dat ik had genoemd. Daarna bleef Bobex maar automatische mailtjes sturen voor reviews, terwijl ik die al gegeven had voor het ene bedrijf dat gereageerd had. De links naar de site in de auto-mails werken niet eens goed. Zelfs na invullen van dan maar een neutrale review met "Niets gehoord" voor die andere twee bedrijven, werd ik ineens na weken of maanden (!) terwijl de klus inmiddels al gedaan was door een ander bedrijf dat ik elders gevonden had, gebeld door één van die twee... Ondertussen blijft Bobex vrolijk auto-mails om reviews sturen...

Jeg har skrevet mail til dem 3 gange uden svar og ringet en gang hvor de fortalte ovenstående og ville ringe tilbage dagen efter men igen ingen ting. Så det er endt ud med jeg annulleret ordren pr. mail og købte kniven andet sted.

I like the chairs but have a couple of suggestions. The chairs are wobbly if you bolt each piece solidly before it is completely assembled. So assemble it completely but loosely and sit in it to shake out any wobbliness and than tighten each bolt in 2-3 steps. The cup holder bracket cannot be installed if the seat is in place. So decide if you are going to use it and install it before the seat gets installed. The seat is a tight fit and does not need to be screwed in and should be put in place while in the loose phase. Other than that it goes together OK and looks great. Thanks

I have now contacted the financial ombudsman for help with this matter. They just bombard you with phone calls asking for money wouldnt recomend them

Amazing experience. Website is easy to navigate, easy buying process and so pleased with the flowers. Such a unique delivery and idea with being able to arrange the bouquet yourself. Good flowers, but I don't trust them. UI increased the size of the order without telling me it had when I had tried to look at what the difference was. As an IT professional, I noticed later and requested the change back to classic, this was not actually actioned on the site, so I have overpaid twice. They will notify you of a delivery but only after it is too late to edit it. I am cancelling my account because their business practices are costing more than I can afford for things I am not available to use.

I had some a problem ordering online because the system didn't like the delivery address, but I was able to speak to someone who sorted out the problem and arranged delivery for the following day - Valentine's Day - so I wasn't sure if this would be possible the day before.

I was grateful they arrived next day but for £55 I was expecting a lot more within the box. My partner also reflected back the same, £40 bunches of flowers at various other florists were much more full and lasted.

My grandmother was struggling with cancer so me and my sister decided to get a wig for her together. We both no nothing about wigs but my niece was telling me and my sister about lace front wigs and how they are the best. She then suggested Essence and said we should order from them. The wig was quite expensive. It was around $200. We ordered just a basic bob hair style for her, something similar to how her hair used to look. She loved it! My niece helped install the wig for her and she looked 20 years younger! I'm now considering getting one for myself when I have more money.

The lace front wig should have 6 inches of parting space in stead sadly there is only 3 inches these human hair wigs cost way too much to be having 3 or 4 inches of parting in the front

It was a hassle to figure out how to pay for my wigs once I selected the try on before I pay option. I was getting the run around before I was told what to do. The wigs were good, not as good as for how much I paid for synthetic wigs. The Cleopatra wig in black had a nicer hairline. The hair is not bad, but has a few tangles already. The best of both world wig in blonde has a nice feel to the hair, it's very soft. The hairline lace front is not that nice and I needed help plucking the front to make it look more natural.

On July 20th 2024, I sent an email to fixparts-online.com to CONFIRM quote and shipment with estimated date of arrival. On July 22nd 2024 they confirmed the part was available to order. We made the purchase Online that same day and on July 24th 2024 they sent us an email saying that they had CANCELED the order due to the unavailability of the parts. Today is August 6th 2024 and my bank has not credited the $416.94 EUR that were charged to my credit card. This has caused a mess on my finances, not to mention time wasted on various emails with the vendor and calls to my bank. How can a company CONFIRM an order and then CANCEL it after payment? This company is a fraud

I did receive 2 emails asking for feedback while my order haven't been posted yet. Received another couple reminders before I received my actual items. Order come from China but as far as I looked on the website all is based in the UK and registration address is UK as well. Item itself was "cheap quality" but price weren't. Would not order again. Not happy with quality and business is too pushy for feedback.

They kept seating on the order and my request until after 16:00 hrs same day when they replied with return label. The product itself was physically dispatched a day later. When I received the parcel I used return label and sent it back. Few days later I received a refund with an amount LESS by £4.50 original delivery price. Update: I called Cytoplan customer service and requested a full refund including initial shipment charge. I got it with no question. Update2: I have reviewed a few products on their website. they look very good - as per ingredients. No any nasites there. It is rather difficult to find well composed multi-vitamin and minerals product on the market. Cytoplan has at least two good products. I'm impressed - ordered one.

Absolutely shocking service booked an annual Hot Tub cleaning service for the first time and 3 times they failed to show up and when they actually did turn up and provide the cleaning service it was shockingly poor, the guy said that it was the best he could do but it would look better eventually with a little more work (obviously he wasn’t prepared to do this) I then Had not heard from them until they rang to say the bill was overdue to which I replied I hadn’t received it, I asked if they had emailed me and was told yes but it keeps bouncing back, the accounts person was so rude and basically called me a liar, they told me that they wanted it paid there and then otherwise they would commence legal proceedings. I promptly paid which I would have done if I had received the bill despite the poor service. I would never use this company ever again!

I phoned to ask if they could order a replacement pool liner, that would need to be ordered via their wholesaler, who would in turn obtain it from the Canadian manufacturer of my pool. The response I received in their own words were "the senior engineer says they are too busy". Too busy to help a stressed disabled customer to obtain a replacement pool liner? Clearly I am not valuable enough to be your customer and if this is how you treat people then you are a company that should be avoided at all costs!

Just had our 25 yr old pool liner replaced by Merlin ( they fitted the original ). Excellent job done with no probs - they made it look easy with expert workmanship. When you deal with a company as experienced as Merlin you expect the best and you certainly get it. Thoroughly recommended.

Pool opening from Robin went well this year. Pool left sparkling and has remained clear and clean. Unfortunately, we are low on chlorine tablets as Robin was not carrying full tubs.

This company seems to be a scam, ordered a bed through - Crazypricebeds (sister company) and they have taken the money but not delivered (order placed 4th November), can’t speak to anyone on phone, social media doesn’t do customer service. Email only and no response on the 4 emails sent. Do not waste your money or time

As like everybody else I have emailed twice to see about the delivery date and received the automated email "We are currently going through some changes.........." No contact tel number. I originally placed the order with Crazy Price Beds and on trust pilot they have good reviews if I had known this was the same company, I would not have placed the order. Absolutely disgusting customer service experience. PLEASE DO NOT USE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 beds on the 23rd of November and finally today I’ve had a delivery - of one bed. Keep emailing the company but just get an automatic reply. Does anyone know a way to contact them?

Really wish I could leave a no star review. I was really excited to order my daughter's first big girls bed, which she chose herself ready for our new house. And I was pleased with the price and the order process. That was on 4 November, and since then it has gone downhill. I have emailed numerous times, having now received three different automatic replies, explaining problems that I was understanding of, but absolutely no reply about my order. I've tried calling, and that just tells you to email, throwing you in to an endless and hopeless loop. What is most frustrating is that this company is now in administration but still actively marketing, knowing that (at worst) orders will never be fulfilled or (at best) orders will not meet any kind of reasonable or advertised timescale. Really understand all companies have problems, and it is a tough time right now, but please be compassionate and let people know where they stand, not leaving them in limbo holding out for hearing back or seeing their order they have worked hard to pay for. An atrocious company to deal with, Can't call them. I can only leave a message on an answer machine that they don't reply to. Don't reply to emails, which is the only way to contact them, again, no reply. If I could have avoided given a star, I would have. A bunch of cowboys running the worst company I've ever dealt with.

I ordered a bed and mattress from them in good faith. The bed was delivered but the side panels were grey velour and the top and bottom were not only a different colour but were black faux leather! The mattress price was refunded but without any explanation. I have sent 5 emails explaining this but have not had a single reply the last mail explaining that i want to return the bed.Use this company at your peril!

After glancing quickly at reviews of crazy price beds, which a trading name of Sleep Design, online, I ordered a bed. . The reviews on uk trust pilot/trustpilot. Com/reviews.io, ALL showed reviews of 4 or 5, plus Top Cash Back website gave them 5 out of 5. . I receiving an email saying they were having trouble with their couriers the day before my delivery, I replied saying "thanks for the update" as they said I should receive the bed within the next 72 hours. Then I was then sent another email from them saying they have a "severe IT outage on 23rd October and are working tirelessly to restore access" . So I went back online and actually looked on TRUSTPILOTS reviews and it looks like this was a legitimate business up until 2018 and getting those 5 star reviews. But since the the reviews are nothing but DREADFUL, with everyone complaining about them. . So as soon as I realised this, I went onto PAYPAL to try regain my money, so now I'm going through that process and the seller has until 15th December to talk to PayPal. . I hope you read this before you buy from that SCAM COMPANY!!!

I ordered a bed frame from CrazyBedPrices which was delivered but the two mattresses I ordered have not & like the other reviewers can not contact the company & have not received a refund which amounts to almost £500 :(

I've recently ordered a bed also (8th Nov 22). Had no further follow ups, delivery confirmations or had a response 2 my emails. I think this may be a scam company which goes under several guises, 1 of which I used called CrazyBedPrices! Now usually my 1st rule of thumb is that if I'm ordering from an unknown brand or to cheap to be true site is to check if they have a phone number. My bad!!! Broke my 1st rule. Tried to contact on messenger "we don't use this for customer service, please email us on ......". So send email "on 23rd we had a catastrophic I.T issue and email replies are lightyears away". So all methods of contact result in an auto response saying they can't help right now. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE......too late for us who originally missed the red flags!

Great Bespoke Log Cabin - they made it to order. I order some special bio folding doors - which meant a extra couple of weeks for them to come. The cabin was built without the doors then the install team came and fitted them 2 weeks later. This was not too much of a problem as I wanted to fit my hot tub! Looks great. Thank you Simon for all your hard work.

My log cabin was delivered 3 weeks ago today. On unpacking, the delivery driver noticed one piece was badly damaged and unusable. He said it looked like fork lift damage. He took a photo and immediately reported it. I also emailed to report it the following day. Two days later while unpacking the remainder and with the cabin over half built, I found a further damaged piece and immediately reported it. I was assured that the damaged parts would be replaced. Despite having chased them a number of times, I have been fobbed off with, "we will let you know when we have a delivery date". After a final straw email last night I today received the following response: "Thank you for your email. I apologise in the delay in getting your replacement parts out to you. The cabin parts have to be manufactured and this is why there has been a delay. As soon as we have a date we will be in contact with yourself to arrange this". After three weeks, I am no further forward. Without stating the obvious, if it has to be manufactured, manufacture it! I have a half built log cabin that I paid £5,500 for which is open to the elements and has been for 3 weeks. I am completely disappointed with the after sales service and would never use or recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a Bespoke log cabin, called to book delivery and install after about a month, I must say this is great they are coming back to fit my doors after I have treated it and moved my large items in. Well worth thanks very much ilikelogcabins I admit I certainly do.

I've always spoken to helpful, friendly people when phoning iLikeLogCabins BUT that doesn't alter the fact that my cabin is way overdue and now I'm being told it'll probably be delivered on the 8th October? I ordered it on 15th August.. The 8th October will make it 54 days wait!!! What happened to 28 days delivery, which is what they are advertising their delivery time is. 54 days? now that is not good enough especially as we've paid out around £4000.00 for our cabin and roof shingles.. Even 54 days is not guaranteed..They tell me they'll "probably" have it in their warehouse by Wednesday, in which case delivery will be the following Saturday, 8th October..What happens if it isn't in their warehouse on Wednesday 5th? I am becoming more and more angry. !

Items left unpacked and no gliders left, SCS asked me to screen shot my review and send it to a social media section of the company...... Here's an idea , it was flagged as poor performance with you , how about you sort it as I'm the paying customer. Just an extension of extremely poor customer service

Fitter Sam Halford . From Swindon. Terrible fitting service. Paid for doors to be planed. One not done enough so catching on floor. One done so much I can fit My hand upto my knuckles under the door when closed and not cut even. He said the bathroom did not need doing now can nor close that one. As well as the door between the living room and kitchen we can not close as he said did not need cutting and it does. Now damaged door bar and also damaging kitchen flooring. Promised will come and sort 3 weeks on and endless promises abd SCS do not care say will call back never do. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Both of the delivery guys were. Polite and friendly. I did not notice at the time of delivery was that the sofas were each mixed up each having different coloured stitching on each sofa.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I placed an order on September 10……it is now September 27 and I have not received anything. I have tried emailing (at least 6 times) and have tried the on line chat assistant. Not one response to any of my emails and the on line “chat” is a joke!! If you try the phone number from their website, all you get is a busy signal. Imagine that!!

I ordered something on September 3 and got an e-mail from them saying I would get another e-mail within 3-5 business days when my order was shipped. It is now September 13 and still no shipping e-mail. Tried starting a ticket but it said no agents were available. Tried calling them but the phone number is always busy. I wonder if they have it off the hook? Tried contacting them by e-mail twice but so far no reply. Will never order from them again.

Fist of all ler me state i have ordered the same thing from them twice before. I had 0 problems and recieved quality products with no breakage. On the third experience with them the pkg was delivered later than I thought it would've been here. Secondly I ordered and paid for two if that same item as before and got only one. Unbroken but only one. I've emailed several time with no "0" response.

Stealing from affiliates. We have sold over $20k of merchandise for them and they have never paid us for our commissions. They are stealing our hard work and money. They agreed in a contract to pay us, but now have refused. After a year of communications they don't care. As they are now based in India, we will never be able to sue them.
