I'm only writing a review now because I forgot all about it, but right before Christmas we had a terrible problem with all the drains in the house. Only Wizz Plumbing had a free appointment right away, they came the next day after I called, two hours and the problem was solved. Great job, thank you!

Got wizz in because my shower drain was backing up. They promised no fix no fee on the first visit, which would have been nice but they always brought it up to claim moral high ground in all subsequent dealings. After the second visit i didn't hear from them for more than a week, and it turned out Peter was sulking over the non-payment of an invoice he hadn't even sent me! Once he sent it I paid same day. During the second visit they had discovered that one of my manhole entries was covered with pavings. We had these removed and booked a third visit. The engineer turned up and after 5 minutes told me he didn't have the right tools and the office would be in touch about booking another visit. I called Peter the next day and the engineer had apparently falsely told him that he still couldn't access the manhole. I assume he did this because he'd turned up without the right kit and didn't want a telling off from his boss. Peter said he'd get to the bottom of it and call be back. Haven't heard from him since. Wizz strung me along for months. should have gone with another plumber sooner, but wanted to retain someone who was at least familiar with the problem.

I had a great experience with Wizz Plumbing and would highly recommend. Peter was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I had a problem with the washing machine waste pipe, Peter cleared the blockage and got everything working again quickly. Thank you!

I had 3 drains blocked, contacted Wizz through Google, spoke to Peter, he was very polite, asked my email address and sent an invoice for the charges, I accepted and Peter arranged for an engineer to be sent to complete the job upon completion I was asked to make the payment. This lot employ incompetant plumbers near London. I wanted an above-sink water filter fitted, The plumber who came, had no idea how to handle push-fit plastic fittings, and damaged the outside surfaces of plastic tubing by scraping with a knife, Consequently the push-fits leaked. He disappeared, with vague promises about returning, I paid £100 but had to learn how to do the plumbing myself, and got it all working myself, Request to return my money not replied to

I was dubious about having a big anonymous 800 number firm come and service my broken garage door. I expected poor, drawn out, and expensive service from a person I felt was just out to rack up the expenses and with the technician taking for ever, telling me many expensive parts needed replacing or that the entire mechanism would have to be replaced. Instead I got Brandon Thompson. He knows garage door openers and garage doors like Einstein knew physics. He fixed multiple problems in a very short period of time and identified and performed numerous adjustments that needed to be made so my garage door opener would work better and last longer. No parts were required and he even adjusted my remote controls so they would work better and last longer. He then pointed out several maintenance tasks I could and should perform my self and showed me symptoms of when my garage door opener an garage door would need repair or replacement. Finally, Brandon was friendly, courteous, and polite. He did everything that needed doing, nothing that didn't, did it swiftly but took just the right amount of time, clearly approached what he was doing from a planned and methodical approach based on 10 years of experience and great expertise in his field. He is the Yo Yo Ma of garage door opener and garage door repair. His work and the service I received from his firm far, far exceeded my exacting expectations and I will seek him and his firm out personally for every such repair/replacement I have in the future. On a 0-10 scale I would give Brandon a 13.

I have an Overhead Door belt driven system. it stop working and i see no lights on even the garage light on the equipment is also dead. I told my salesman that i would have it replaced an order today but it was like pulling teeth to find our that there is a sale of 10% off. When I asked what would happen if it was just a fuse on the box that was off? he said that if I want my system checked it would cost me $120 service call. The website also advertised a $99.00 promotion for a tune up. For these reasons I decided to shop around. Boy do I miss the days where companies were friendly and customer oriented.

Our residential garage door broke on a Sunday at 7:30 pm. We called and even though it was after hours, I left a voicemail asking for someone to return my call as soon as they could. Within 30 minutes, I had an operator call me back and they arranged for a serviceman to be deployed that night to repair our door so that we could get our cars out for work early the next morning (I was shocked and relieved - I couldn't believe that someone was able to come help us on a Sunday evening!) We had called other garage door repair companies in the area, and the soonest they were able respond was Monday morning. Brandon Thompson was our repairman and arrived promptly and successfully repaired our garage door - also made a recommendation for a piece to install on our older garage door, to prevent issues in the future. Despite it being so late (and on a Sunday night) - Brandon was extremely helpful and courteous. Because of Brandon's outstanding customer service, we will without a doubt be calling Overhead Door in the future with any other garage door repair/needs that we may have. I had a garage door and opener installed by Overhead Doors. I wish each of you could see the results of what has given me so much joy and satisfaction in every sense of the word. I can't recall the last time I spent money and received more than I would imagine. Overhead Doors arrived at my home and within hours my old garage door was disassembled and removed and a new garage door was assembled and installed with an automatic opener and safety sensor. I am a perfectionist but Overhead's technician was even more of a perfectionist than myself. Overhead Doors installed my garage door and opener like an artist painting a master piece. After the work was completed I did not have to do anything other than enjoy my garage door. No clean up, nothing but enjoy my garage door. It has changed the appearance of my home. If you are in the market for a garage door install, you have to go to Overhead Doors but don't go unless you want to be totally satisfied and the envy of your neighborhood.

The Overhead Door Company installed a new garage door for us four years ago. The price was good and the door has worked very well. Everyone I've interacted with in this company has been both professional and friendly, and very responsive to any problems (but there have been hardly any!). I highly recommend them.

Absolute shambles of a company. I placed my order beginning of May for table, 4 chairs and a bench. It took weeks of chasing to finally get the chairs delivered. I only then received the table last week, damaged! Still no idea when the bench is to be delivered. I now want what I have received, returned and refunded. It is a one man show who clearly doesn't have any stock available and is sourcing from outside once an order has been placed. No customer service whatsoever. Steer clear at all costs.

Solid Bloody Mary with layers of flavour, it not only tastes like freshly made Bloody Mary, it's Better than many freshly made Bloody Mary I've had else where. I add a sqeeuze of fresh lemon & top it up with some more black pepper, as I like my drinks a bit spicier, but it's also very good the way it comes. All you need to add are the celery sticks!

I am not particularly a fan of a Bloody Mary cocktail but I always assumed it was down to it not being made the right way. I heard about “Bloody Drinks” Bloody Mary cocktail on This Morning where it was blind tasted by Phil and Holly to be better than a Bloody Mary from the much respected Aqua Shard Bar at the Shard. I decided to order directly from Bloody Drinks and boy I was NOT disappointed. It is quite simply divine. Just the right mix of flavours with a slight kick. I’m now a convert! If you like a Bloody Mary cocktail then do not waste your time buying elsewhere and if you don’t then you’ve nothing to lose by giving the best a try! You can buy this ready made cocktail in an abundance of supermarkets and online outlets. You can see from my reviews on Trustpilot that I do not give praise lightly!

Simple order for 8 bulbs, but only received 4. They said the rest were out of stock although the website showed (and still shows) them as in stock. I did get a partial refund, but not enough. And they never sent the replacement bulbs they promised. All-round shambles. Won't deal with this firm again.

I placed an online order on 4th November, I received no email confirmation. Chased several days later and was told it had been dispatched but the tracking was not working. I was told a replacement order would be sent out although one week later I still had not received anything. I was informed this would be checked and if there was no evidence of dispatch the order would be resent. It’s now the 17th December and still no order delivered and no proof to show its been sent i.e. tracking number. I gave up in the end and purchased my light bulbs elsewhere. I then complained via PayPal but they just ignore them and leave them to timeout. Save your hard earnt money and go elsewhere as they are unreliable.

We had a New York holiday break booked for the end of January 2025, turned up to the pick up point having booked from the UK to find the hire shop shut at Central Park and no notices anywhere to let you know. We know it has snowed but the cycle roads were clear and bikes were using them, so no excuses. We've had no email contact from them either before or after and no responses when trying to get money back - we've now sent 5 emails and had no responses to any of them. Just silence! Very poor considering New York is such a friendly place and the customer always comes first. Clearly not the case with these guys! I'm still chasing a response but getting nowhere through either phone calls when in New York (no response) or emails to reservations email address. VERY POOR & UNPROFESSIONAL. We just want our money back as a legitimate refund due to their cancellation as per their services agreement but haven't had any contact yet. If anyone kows of any other contact other than the reservations email address.

Hugh mistake!! Broken bike!! Had to walk for 3 hours in the sun! The manager argued and blamed us without listening.. Ofcourse no refund!

I hired 5 bikes for my family. We walked up to the trail to find that my daughters bike had no working chain…I walked back and changed her bike. We then set off and found that my wife’s bike was skipping the gears. We decided we didn’t want to take the risk of a further problem so took the bikes back. We spoke to the local guy but some manager in the office refused to give a refund. Frankly this business doesn’t care about its customers so watch out!

I recently took my 10 yr old daughter to NYC, and we had a wonderful experience on a guided bike tour of Central Park. Our tour guide, Ross, was fantastic! He made sure we were comfortable with our bikes, showed my daughter how to switch the gears, and allowed us plenty of time to walk around the various landmarks. We received a wonderful overview of the park. It was the highlight of our trip, and we will absolutely be back!

So much more than anger management. The weekend spent with Mike was a fascinating insight into me, my upbringing, background, and my social conditioning. I left the brilliant location with more questions than answers but I have some excellent tools, a clear understanding of what is important to me, and as a result am now far more in control of my future. A particular mention for the section on conflict management which has marked a sea change in the way I approach this.

This "association" trolled myself and my husband for years. Both of us have written and called them for years to cease sms messages and emails. But they don't stop?! Scrolled down to your other reviewers, others clearly have the same issue and you have apologised to them over and over yet still pestering to sign up to your classes. Leave us alone, next time we will be taking it further as well as calling Police. Don't think you can get away with junk messages for so many years.

BAAM was a life changing experience. I worked with Mike Fisher, who was compassionate and accepting and helped to open the door to help me understand what I was experiencing and why. Mike guided us through the information and gave us the space to let go of some behaviours that we held on to. It was liberating and enlightening, and emotionally, both draining and euphoric. BAAM can provide the tools but you have to be prepared to do the work.

Mike is an amazing human being and therapist, that I would recommend to anybody who is ready to work towards the needed change in their life, when they are ready for it. In my case, I found out about BAAM after getting arrested in a pamphlet in the police station. I was risky a quite heavy prison sentence and was gradually falling towards rock bottom as time moved on. If it wasn't for the self-learning journey that I started, and of which Mike was an important element, I probably would have given in to my suicidal thoughts as the ultimate escape mechanisms for the childhood trauma I had been fleeing for over 30 years. The lessons learned in the 1-1 Anger Management course are applicable everyday, and the therapy allowed for a more tailored approached than just getting to the root of my anger issues. I would recommend Mike Fisher to anyone who thinks about seeking help when going through a particularly tough time in their life. Thank you for everything Mike!

Du er fuld af løgn Anne, vores hund kom os imøde krybende som vi aldrig har oplevet før!!!!!!( han bliv glad da han så det var os efterfølgende ) Og det har taget os over en uge at få vores hund til at blive normal igen efter at blive passet hos DIG. Når jeg parkerer på P-pladsen logrer Svendsen, min hund, allerede med halen. Jeg fik stedet anbefalet fra flere hundeelskere, og jeg må bare stemme i: Det er det mest kærlige sted for din hund! Man mødes altid af et imødekommende personale med overskud og overblik. Jeg føler, at de ser og forstår Svendsens behov, og jeg kører altid derfra med et lettet hjerte. 100% 5 stjerner!

Vi har fået vores 8-årige gravhund passet hos Anne utallige gange siden han var helt lille, han er der i weekender, forlængede weekender og på tre ugers sommerferie. Vorre er en hundepension i særklasse, og vi har gennem årene prøvet meget. De er top professionelle på alle områder, og hundene bliver passet på en måde der ikke lader noget tilbage. Det er nu ikke så mærkeligt når man ser på Annes baggrund fra Århus dyreinternat, dyrevelfærd som top prioritet. Velkomsten når vores hund kommer til pensionen (hver gang) får os til at overveje om han hellere vil være der end hjemme....heldigvis er han også meget glad for at blive hentet :-)

Super fin service, kunne se at vorre dyrepension havde været ude for en Facebook shitstorm omhandlende en hund som blev skubbet væk da den hoppede op, dette så jeg som almindelig opdragelse og kan kun konkludere efter selv at have haft min hund der, at han er glad velernæret og super glad. De forholder sig professionelt og har tydeligvis forstand på deres fag, samt almindelig hunde opdragelse. Kan klart anbefale pensionen, til enhver der gerne vil have taget vare på deres lille guldklump på en ordentlig og ansvarlig måde. Er utroligt glad for at han ikke har fået dårlige vaner som skal arbejdes/trænes væk senere (dette er oplevet før). Tak for jer i er en redning til mig som hundeejer, jeg kan rejse med en god følelse i maven pga jer💪

Jeg skulle have min hund passet og kørte forbi vorre dyrepension for lige at se stedet før jeg bookede. Meget profesionelle , både ejer og den medarbejder jeg mødte. De elsker dyr og giver de bedst mulige betingelser individuelt fra dyr til dyr. Min hund er 10 år og har ramt skavank alderen og har korn allergi .. alt bliver noteret i kartotek. Rent, ordenligt og pænt. Så meget glade legende hunde på lufte tur. Vil helt klart anbefale denne pension der gør lidt mere..

Bunch of crooks...right along with Groupon. Bought a 10$ Groupon for "free" beef Bully sticks. Said 2-3 weeks. Never received tracking. I ordered the Bully Sticks on Feb.11th. I have never received anything. No confirmation or anything. I’ve emailed and received auto generated emails. The last one says I need to wait 10-12 more weeks!! Are they crazy!! All I want is my $7.99 back and this company out of business!! How do I contact Groupon?

I placed an order for the bully sticks using a Groupon coupon over a month ago. It was stated that I would receive them in 1 to 2 weeks and have not yet received them. I have emailed them and received no response? I am now assuming that I have been scammed. My advice is, do not deal with this company. Unfortunately, I read the reviews after making my purchase.

Our dog requires pancreatic enzyme powder to be mixed with every meal in order for him to get any nutrition from his food. I ordered online from VetApprovedRX (aka Heartland Vet Supply) and, as the system requested, provided an electronic copy of the prescription together with payment. Absolute silence from VetApprovedRX. Two weeks later, when I submitted an inquiry on status via email, they said that they were waiting for a prescription from the vet. I told them I already submitted it with the order. Silence. When I emailed them again, they told me I needed to physically mail them the order -- nowhere did the system declare that a hardcopy prescription was needed. After waiting for weeks, I had to buy at double the cost from the local vet so I sent an email to cancel the order. Silence. A week later, I received the medication from VetApprovedRX. In the meantime. we had to let our 15-year-old go... and I now have $150 of meds that I can't use. Grrrrrr! Don't use this company.

I was desperate for a medication for my dog and my vet said it would be faster if she gave me a Rx and I ordered it on my own than wait for them to order and get it delivered to the office. Amy and the rest of the VetApproved/Heartland team went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get my dog's medication overnight, even helping me to secure an overnight Saturday delivery (yes this costs extra but absolutely worth it). The vet's office was acting with 0 urgency to get my Rx sent over to the pharmacy, even after I begged them for hours to send it ASAP. Amy stayed on the phone with me until she and her team could get a hold of my vet's office to secure the Rx and get the medication filled and packaged within minutes of FedEx arriving for package pick-up. Without their help, I would not have received my dog's medication for another 5 days due to the holiday weekend. They are amazing and I would recommend this pharmacy any day!

I ended up canceling the order and placing it with Chewy. These people seem like amateurs. I placed the order, waited three days without any word from them, and then finally called. I was told the product needed vet approval. Not sure when they were going to tell me that. Furthermore, Chewy did not require vet approval and sent the order the same day they received it. Avoid this company if you can.

Don't give them your money. I ordered my dog's medication over two weeks ago and it's still nowhere to be found and they won't give me a refund. Their customer service is terrible and "Cheryl" just wants to argue. I'm out $68 and now I don't have the money to get my dog's prescription filled somewhere else.

User interface is a bit hard to navigate. Product looks ok but I always reserve judgement on travel insurance once the trip is finished.

I placed an order via Bramwell's website for some Meindl footwear care products. The site was promoting a 10% discount code for first time customers (which I was). I input the discount code with my online order but I was charged the full amount with no discount applied. When I called to query this I spoke with Thomas Stephens, who indicated that he would get the discount refunded to my credit card. This did not happen. A subsequent email further requesting this refund also proved unsuccessful. It wasn't a large amount, but regardless of that it is still effectively false advertising and/or misrepresentation to offer a discount to draw in business, then not to honour the discount.

Fantastic customer service. I found the people at Bramwell International to be really very helpful indeed, in fact far more helpful than they needed to be. When a pair of Meindl boots of mine developed a problem inside the warranty period they agreed to return them to the manufacturer for me, despite me having bought them online from a different supplier who had become unresponsive. I wish I bought the boots through them now. I'd rather give people who care my money than fly by night retailers who sell the goods and then leave you in the lurch.

These shades randomly disconnect and are difficult to get reconnected to your system. I ordered some smart wings cellular shades with the matter motors around September/october. Since setting the em up initially, there’s been maybe a few weeks where they all remained connected to the Apple home app. Usually at least one becomes unresponsive and is difficult to get reconnected. Very frustrating, at least the remote works.

I simply love these blinds. They were super easy to install and the setup on the apple home app was also a breeze. You just need to follow the steps provided in there guides. I will definitely buy another one in the future.

I was nervous about ordering these automated blinds, because there is not much room for error in measuring, but all of them fit well. My blinds arrived faster than I expected, and the installation was a breeze! I highly recommend ordering swatches first. I purchased the Woven Wood Shades 70% Blackout Privacy Orithyia in Kenaf 040 with edge binding. They are beautiful, and I'm very pleased with the quality. The motorization works well; however, I needed assistance when programming my remote as I encountered a couple of issues. Customer service was quick to respond via email and telephone. My questions were quickly answered, and I was able to successfully pair my remote to all of my blinds.

This is our 4th order but several of the roller shades have issues this time. They are mounted level but don't always roll up straight so they have edges damaged and some we can't even use.

I got the roller blinds with Matter motor, and the build quality is excellent—very quiet as well. The only issue was that setup took a bit longer than expected, mainly because Matter is still relatively new and can be a bit finicky at times. I added some Eve outlets to extend my network, and they’ve been working great ever since.

Wacky, weird and wonderful experience out in the dessert. Super surreal. Our driver Hussain was great and really had us on the edge of our seats during the sand bashing.

We had a family trip to the desert of Red Dunes with driver Hussain, who was very professional and kind. He demonstrated excellent driving skills and also was always on time or even few minutes early. Also, he called us in advance to notify about exact pickup time.
