Solo puedo contar mi experiencia. En Enero del 2020 compre un televisor al que le sume una extensión de garantía de 3 años. Todo muy bien hasta ahora que tengo una avería. No hay forma de contactar con ellos. No contestan a mis correos y el teléfono está permanentemente descolgado, estoy en una situación realmente complicada y me siento desamparado y plenamente en sus manos. Con este panorama "no recomiendo para nada comprar en esta tienda". A pesar que el precio de venta es algo más económico, el tiempo que pierdes sencillamente intentando contactar con ellos y la mala sensación que te queda no justifica. Los clientes estamos desamparados y solo nos queda denunciar. Espero que esto ayude a los que piensa comprar con ellos.

Regular tienda y trato al cliente
Dude mucho por la poca información que hay sobre esta tienda, pero decidí comprar por el buen precio de la TV que me interesaba. Al final me decidí y tengo la TV pero los 5 o 6 días en los que debía tener el producto se han convertido en casi un mes de espera, así que he acabado muy descontento. He tenido que ser yo quien se ha tenido que preocupar de contactar con ellos para que me informen de la entrega. Los mail los contestaban tarde y me iban posponiendo la fecha de entrega cuando en la web ponía que estaba disponible. Por lo tanto la atención al cliente mal, y de hecho estuve a punto de anularla. Por otra parte para contactar hay que llamar a un 902 y del servicio técnico se desentienden (es decir que si tienes un problema lo tienes que gestionar tú llevándo lo que compres al servicio técnico) Una pena que con esos precios no sean más serios ya que venderían mucho, yo por mi parte no repetiré ya que valoro mucho el trato al cliente y hay otras tiendas más fiables y serías.

Compre un TV Samsung UE43RU7105 que me entregaron el dia 4/11/19 al ir ha instalarlo la pantalla estaba rota lo comunique por email y mande todas las fotos que me pidieron, la caja tenia un par de golpes uno de ellos con agujero. Después de reclamar por email varias veces un televisor nuevo o el reembolso, me dicen para mi sorpresa que hasta que la aseguradora del transportista no acepte la incidencia no me pueden mandar un televisor nuevo. El día 20/11/19 me manda un televisor nuevo lo revisor y observo que la caja tiene un golpe y la caja esta mal precintada con una cinta adhesiva arrugada, había estado abierta, con la experiencia anterior no lo acepto. Ponen en duda mi reclamación, al final reconocen que la caja no lleva el precinto original y me ofrecen quedarme con el televisor, que lo pruebe durante un par de días conforme esta todo correcto y me hacen una extensión de la garantía de 5 años con el servicio técnico de Samsung. No acepto la propuesta y pido un televisor nuevo que me llega el día 2/12/19. Una muy mala experiencia, la comunicación con la atención del cliente buena, pero la gestión del problema muy mal

Mi experiencia con esta empresa es negativa.Decidi hacer la compra de un TV samsung pagandolo contra reembolso ,ya he tenido experiencia desagladables en compras online y prefiero pagar cuando reciba el producto aunque eso me suponga pagar una comision..Recibo una fecha de entrega de la empresa de transporte,al cabo de 2 días la empresa me informa que no se podrá entregar el pedido,según ellos, fue que el proveedor había mandado la caja vacía y tenía que esperar una semana más,cuando le dige que esperaba me dijeron que estaba des catalogada.lógicamente no hice ningún pedido.preferi buscar otra opcion.

ho aperto il mio conto di prestatore alla nascita di ZOPA, e vedo ora (dopo le varie comunicazioni) l'ammontare del saldo che mi verrà rimborsato senza che questo sia accompagnato da un minimo di prospetto di riepilogo dei conteggi per il quali si arriva alla somma che mi viene rimborsata. Avete dato nelle comunicazioni precedenti una spiegazione di come sarebbe avvenuto il rimborso; va bene, ma io come faccio a controllare i conti che voi avete fatto se non ho nulla su cui basarmi? Devo fidarmi ciecamente della cifra che mi viene proposta senza poter avere in mano nulla che mi illustri con un minimo di dettaglio come questa è calcolata? Quando Zopa era un'idea innovativa
Quando era Zopa un'idea innovativa in Italia c'era davvero l'idea di Social Lending e sentivo di "fare del bene" a molta gente aiutandole nelle difficoltà quotidiane anche con i miei soldi come socio prestatore. Idea innovativa per il paese dei balocchi, ma i soldi erano davvero al sicuro. Poi è arrivata Smartika, nuova interfaccia, con buone informazioni, ma già si capiva che non sarebbe stata la stessa buona idea di prima. Banca Sella come istituto di Vigilanza e poi acquisizione. Vedendo i nuovi movimenti ho capito che da un'idea seria come il Social Lending si stava passando ad altro ed ho cominciato a non rinnovare i miei prestiti fino a bloccarli del tutto l'anno scorso ed ho fatto bene. Il 5 Giugno mi è arrivata una mail da info@smartika dove chiedevano conferma dell'iban dove liquidarmi i restanti soldi lasciato inerti. Ho effettuato la procedura e Posso dire con molto rammarico per tutto quello detto sopra che l'avventura è finita e non come avrei voluto. Non solo per una questione di soldi, che non dispiacevano, ma per l'idea di sostegno sociale che in questo piccolo paese non esiste ma deve essere tutto veicolato dalle società dove si comprano i soldi.

As soon as I called, they came to take a look and gave me a quote which I accepted but they never came to do the work. I called and texted many times, they rarely replied and explained they were too busy but would offer a date soon. They never did. This was stressful, unnecessary and rude.

Finally got my money back for Postage
Finally got back my full refund including the postage I paid to have the item delivered. It’s taken nearly 1 month for this to happen. Milano refused to take responsibility from breeching the Customer Contract Regulations. At the time of writing I have received NO APOLOGY. Remember even if you send an item back that you don’t want they have to refund you at least the basic postage you paid to have it delivered. They don’t have to refund you the postage you pay to return the item.

Pricey postage and inefficient refunds
Nice gymnastic clothing for my son, but comes up very small. Also, there are two postages you can select - FedEx, which is over £6, and Royal Mail, which is half that, but is mainly used for Scottish customers and the rest of the UK can’t select the cheaper mail option. Not impressed. I was going to exchange my son’s leotard for a bigger size, but they wanted to charge £6.60 postage again (would have meant spending over £13 on postage for order and exchange for just a leotard!), so I asked for a refund. Apparently it takes 10-14 working days to get a refund from this company. How inefficient is that? Update 4 March 2024: Milano’s reply to my review says they don’t control shipping rates - er, I know that (not sure if they’re being sarcastic or think I’m stupid!). But what THEY can control is allowing customers to choose Royal Mail as a postage option, which is half the price of the FedEx courier option that they only allow most UK customers to select.

Terrible experience - stay away
1st of all it took several weeks to move forward on this which caused everything to be done in a rushed manner. I sent 5 emails and we didn't move forward. In the end I had to involve Travis (the CEO) before something happened. 2nd they sent out emails that were not approved by me - which was the directly opposite of what we agreed on the call. Furthermore, the unapproved email was not what we agreed on either which caused me to spend an enormous amount of time explaining and salvaging the situation with our sponsors. 3rd and most importantly - They sent a lead retrieval email to ALL our attendees, our entire database! This is completely unacceptable and breaks all GDPR compliance as they were not allowed to contact our attendees directly. 4th They sent us additional invoices which was not agreed on. To be honest I am shaken by the way they do business. I've never tried anything like this in the past, and I am certainly never going to go through it again. I had no imagination to see that a simple lead retrieval software could cause this much confusion, distress and headache for me as a host of a conference. It is almost impressive. I am left with a feeling of a company that 1) doesn't take me or themselves seriously, 2) try to cheat and break their agreements and 3) are unable to follow simple instructions. The professional standard has never been lower.

A Training Nightmare
A Training Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs! Rating: ZERO if it was possible Where do I even begin with this so-called "training" company? My/ Our experience was an absolute disaster. Me and my colleagues booked a Level 3 Health and Safety in the Workplace course in August 2023 (it’s now Dec 2023) with high hopes, and it ends with nothing but regret. When attempting to raise a formal complaint using their process detailed on their website, it proved impossible to get the details of their Director to follow their protocols. Therefore, I’ll also be raising a formal complaint with their Awarding Bodies. Firstly, the communication was abysmal. Emails were ignored (screenshots below), and phone calls were met with unhelpful responses and empty promises. It felt like they had no interest in actually helping their customer who paid in full beforehand and now I know why. The 2 admin officers were as helpful as they could be which was basically nothing apart from “have to speak to the manager” and “I don’t know why they haven’t called you”. In all honesty, I felt sorry that they had to put up with the large number of calls from me and had zero ability to help. The instructor was not good enough. They were just reading off the presentation like a newsreader without any real understanding of the subject matter unless it was food safety related. It was clear that they were not experts in the field and were just there because they were the only free-lancer that had the qualification. It was boring. I’ve learned more from a quick Google search and personal experience. The Training materials were apparently not even provided, the Trainer said they were their personal ones to give to us?? Weird. Even more unbelievably, day 2, I got a TEXT in morning from the Trainer, not London Training Centre, saying they were sick “due to hay fever” and needed to reschedule and the exam papers hadn’t arrived (screenshot). I had no contact from the Centre even after making 4 phone calls and a text to their office AND their ‘Operations’ Manager as soon as I found out that morning. Finally got a call from them at 1053 to reorganise but we had been waiting to start since 0900. They had no 2nd trainer protocols for something like this happening. To add insult to injury, certificates took forever (2 months!). I checked with the London training centre, and they were “not sure what had happened” and would check. I took it upon myself to check with their awarding body and found they obviously hadn’t been organised enough to process them. When the physical copies arrived, they were crumpled because they had not been sent in a proper certificate envelope. All dealt with by their Operations Manager. While attempting to make a complaint throughout this ordeal, I was not responded to whatsoever, and I couldn’t raise it higher at all. Eventually after me harassing their phone lines for months, I was offered a 10% refund, I declined, we had lost more money than that from them not turning up and us having to reschedule to THEIR needs. 20% offered, I disagreed but any further suggestions from me were met with “that’s not gonna happen”. I have no choice but take 20% to get something back to recoup losses. Funnily enough – I’m still waiting for it “will be processed tomorrow” that was 7 days ago! (screenshots) There is so much more to say about this and what happened but I’m too fuming to bother, I’ll do it with their Awarding bodies, people just need to know to avoid this company. In conclusion, save yourself the time, money, and sanity. 'London Training Centre' is a complete and utter waste. There are far better options out there. If you want ‘Frontline Training’ for your staff, 'Google it' first and I strongly advise considering any other company. A money-churner with no consideration for their quality or customers. You've been warned.

Needed a hydraulic Quick connection sorting out for a metal ram metal punch.Was told by an employee of Eurocarparts Abergele to try hydraquip of Llandudno junction.Had phoned numerous hydraulic fittings stockist with pictures of adapters and measurements of threads but no one was sure of what was needed.I was passing threw so stopped at Hydraquip the person behind the desk who,s name i found out later was Elfyn asked me to bring the whole unit in.It was a saturday he said i am here so for another few hours so i returned back home and brought the whole hydaulic punch with me.Straight away he knew it was a mix of chinese + american fittings and german hydraulic hose.He sorted it out in no time at all this guy knows his stuff.I don,t usually write a review but i thought this deserved it.Many thanks Elfyn Hydraquip of Llandudno Junction.

Poor service today
Poor service today! Called them at 8:50am to report a hose needed to be replaced on a truck roadside. Over 3 hours later and the driver still hasn't seen an engineer! If we had known, we could have arranged for another company to have sorted it out. Not impressed and will use Pirtek in future.

Called them up at 3.15pm and they advised 'it would be an after hours call out' That's £150.00 extra, plus double time. This isn't the first time we have experienced this type of response from Hydraquip. Pirtek on the other hand were happy to send one of their technicians out at normal rates.

It's just another poor trading business not a professional
I bought an e-bike totalling about 700euros there. Seller would choose the color for you: As others said, the descriptions are not accurate and your wishes are never heard. Keep in mind that if your insist getting a precise color/model, the seller won't answer your anymore. Shipping costs are pricey, near 90euros. I finally received my order 2 months later after payment. (There is NO stock, his business is only dropshipping with a partner "ABC Trading" located in Herne. Got my e-bike with a broken part : No warranty at all, the seller will just ignore you. If you were interested in buying an e-bike there, please consider another shop, Ebay or aliexpress for example.

Après avoir consulté divers sites sur internet, nous sommes tombés sur cross quad center qui avait des prix très intéressants. Etant frontaliers, nous nous sommes rendus à Sarrebruck pour chercher le mini quad directement à la boutique.... et là, grosse surprise, aucune boutique à l'adresse indiquée, et rien ne pouvant laisser paraitre qu'il y ait eu un jour une telle activité à cette adresse... rien qu'une grosse porte métallique, et derrière un club de patins à roulette.... Est ce une arnaque?? J'en ai bien peur!! Toujours est il que je ne commanderai pas sur ce site, surtout quand on lit les avis précédents!! N'y a t'il pas de contrôle sur le web pour éviter ce genre de fraude??

j ai commandé un quad électrique que j ai recu debut avril en vue de le donner à mon fils lors de sa communion le 12 avril. 3 jours aprés lui avoir donné, celui ci tombe en panne ;aprés avoir prevenu le vendeur celui ci m envoi deux fois des pieces qui ne correspondent pas aux quad. Nous sommes le 11 juin 2015 et mon fils ne peut toujours pas jouer avec son bien. de plus , si vous desirez renvoyez le quad ,cross quad center vous répond qu il faut le faire via l emballage d origine trés imposant mais de plus sans l avoir monté ou encore essayé; drôle conception du commerce!!!! En définitive cela fait un peut plus de deux mois que j ai un quad sur le dos en PANNE!!!!!!! Neu gekauftes Pocketbike nach 5 Min. Probefahrt (trotz richtiger Treibstoffmischung !!!) defekt, Motorschaden !!!! 3 Wochen nach schriftlicher Reklamation und Schilderung des Problems, eine eMail mit Verweis auf den hauseigenen Techniker einschl. seiner Telefonnummer, nach nochmals 3 Wochen vergebenen Anrufens, erneute eMail an Herrn Özdemir Fehmi, mit der Bitte sich doch zu melden, keine Reaktion. Dann endlich, nach 14 Tagen eine eMail mit der Frage ob sich sein Techniker bei mir gemeldet hat, (natürlich hat er nicht) das war`s, weitere eMails von mir, wurden nicht mehr beantwortet, seitdem stellt sich der Verkäufer tot. Super super Firma, so behandelt man dort Kunden, die nicht in der Nähe wohnen. Habe mir mittlerweile bei einem Regionalen Händler meines Vertrauens einen neuen Motor gekauft, jetzt läufts, aber diese Firma Özdemir Cross & Quad "nie nie wieder" !!!

Kan ikke anbefales! Man får et inkassobrev, når man ikke engang er blevet tilsluttet fiberen endnu. Hvorfor skal jeg betale for en forbindelse, jeg ikke har? Og som jeg er blevet lovet for længst! Jeg er ikke den eneste, der har fået et inkassobrev. Klager til teleankenævnet, som flere anbefaler at gøre. Fup og svindel at have betalt en masse forud og intet fået. Hvor er de penge gået hen? Og hvorfor er der ingen support? Det skulle ikke undre mig, om virksomheden drejer nøglen om om lidt, og vores penge er gået lige i privatforet! For hvad skal man ellers tro, når ingen svarer, og deres kundeservice er ikke-eksisterende.

kunde i en fiber cirkus fra Wizer. PAS PÅ - PAS PÅ! Det har været et mareridt fra starten, jeg vil advare om at holde jer langt væk fra dem! Det hele startede med, at vi købte fibernet hos Gigabit, som lovede os lynhurtigt og stabilt internet. Men efter flere års ventetid, er vi blev flyttet fra selskab til selskab med elendig forsyning af bredbånd. Vi startede med Gigabit, flyttede til Wizer, så videre til Onfiber, hvorefter overflyttede til GlobalConnect, og nu hedder leverandøren pludselig Bolignet. Det er som om, de bare skifter navn for at slippe for at tage ansvar for deres dårlige service! Vi har oplevet: - Manglende oppetider på bredbånd - Uvarslet udfald i flere dage - Ingen support om aftenen og i weekenderne - Ingen oplysninger om hvor længe udfaldet varer - Vi kan ikke se streaming Tv på grund af vi er flyttet til et firma med for lille hoved kabel, som ikke kan udskiftes, fordi firmaet ikke har gravetilladelse fra kommunen!!! Det er helt uacceptabelt, at vi skal betale for noget, vi ikke får. Personalet er flinke og imødekommende, men de kan ikke hjælpe os. Ingen kender tidshorisonten på, hvornår problemet er afhjulpet. Vi føler os snydt og svigtet af Wizer og deres partnere. Jeg vil derfor opfordre jer til at PAS PÅ - PAS PÅ! Hvis I overvejer at skifte til fibernet fra Wizer eller et af deres andre selskaber. Det er ikke pengene værd, og I vil kun få hovedpine af det. Find et andet firma, der kan levere det, de lover!

Jeg har aldrig oplevet magen til svindel og humbug!!! Nu har min far ventet i en evighed på at få sit fibernet, men man får bare en sang fra de varme lande hvis man endelig er så heldig at få fat i en af de stakkels medarbejdere, der åbenlyst bliver presset fra alle sider. Siger ikke at det er bevidst svindel når man afkræver ældre mennesker 12-15.000kr og til gengæld lover dem gratis internet i de næste mange år, så er det som minimum inkompetence på allerhøjeste niveau, når der her efter flere års venten stadig intet fibernet er kommet. Jeg har på anmodning fra min far nu bedt dem om at betale ham sine penge tilbage, og ellers så klager vi til teleankenævnet. Og det er kan uden tvivl kun gå for langsomt, for når de sender regninger ud til folk der stadig ikke har fået deres fibernet, samt fremlægger såkaldte "handlingsplaner" for deres fremdrift oppe i Kulhusene, som helt tydeligt er skrevet i lynets hast da de har lavet en så kæmpe fodfejl at skrive alle vejene på i alfabetisk orden, så kræver det ikke ligefrem den store matematiske uddannelse at regne ud at det er et firma på falittens rand. Desuden har jeg hørt at man højest sandsynligt får gratis fibernet hvis man bor i f.eks Kulhusene og det ikke bliver Wizer der laver det, da der skulle være andre udbydere der har vist interesse for området og er begyndt at søge om penge fra Fiberpuljen til at lave et ordentligt net deroppe. Så det kan kun gå for langsomt med at få sine penge retur før det er for sent...

For 10 dage siden gik vores internet ned - det gør det som regel på en fredag, hvor Wizer så ikke er kontaktbare til engang i løbet af mandag... Da jeg så får kontakt er de dels enormt svære at få til overhovedet at svare. Deres primære bekymring er herefter at forklare at det skam ikke er deres problem, det er nu Bolignet. Bolignet aner dog intet om at jeg skulle være kunde hos dem og deres primære bekymring er at forklare at det skam ikke er deres skyld. 10 dage senere er der endnu ingen der har bekymret sig om faktisk at genoprette forbindelsen. Heldigvis er der nu en anden leverandør der er trådt til, så kan de diskutere så meget de vil, hvem der har aben - det bliver uden mig.

They are not able to fix real admin issues
The good thing: they refunded me after four days of nightmare. They were never able to do more than basic tasks and failed most of the time. The worst thing: when I installed my new system, it was impossible to access it. So, I gave them access to the rescue, They were unable to fix it because it was a well-known and documented issue with a wrong setting on the netmask cPanel was aware of this bug, but they did not ask them. I hired someone on Upwork, five minutes later everything worked again. Using assistanz services would be a terrible choice, if you have a real issue, even a famous one, they are not competent enough to fix it.

I would not use the moneyHOP services after my first experience which was very bad. On Friday, the 20th October 2023, I signed up and completed all formalities required, including KYC. I followed the instructions and transferred the amount asked by moneyHOP the next day after the usual delay of getting bank's approval. I was asked by moneyHOP to sign the A2 form which I did. The next day I get a message that my transaction was put on hold because the payment for the transaction was not received! I sent them a message with the screenshot showing that the amount sent by me had been credited by YesBank the previous day. The same evening I got a message to say that the transaction had been cancelled because the payment was not received on time! And if I had indeed made the transaction, it would be refunded to my account in 5-7 days time. The next morning I sent them a message, expressing my disappointment with the manner they were treating the case. A little later, I got a message telling me that the transaction had been put on hold due to a missing/invalid document (self-attested Aadhar Card not uploaded). I was then asked to create a new transaction. How did they ask me to go ahead with the transaction in the first place if they found an issue with the Aadhar card that I had uploaded? After I shot back another e-mail, I got a reply to let me know that the transaction had been successfully received and the payment verification was under process (I have no clue what this could mean!). After an hour, I got another message to let me know that the transaction was under process and had been assigned to the respective processing team. Immediately after that, I got an automated message along with the transaction advice. I waited for 2 more days and noted that no further action had been taken as it still showed that the transaction had been assigned to the respective processing team. I sent a fresh message to ask what was happening. I then got a call from moneyHOP to say that it was delayed due to holidays and festivities and I could expect the transaction to be completed by late evening. I got another message in the evening along with the SWIFT copy to confirm that the transaction had been completed. I can very well understand that they took over 5 days to complete the transaction because of holidays and festivals. But why not clearly state that instead of trying to mislead by mentioning all sorts of lies (transaction not received, missing/invalid document, cancellation of transaction, payment verification in process, etc.), wasting my time and creating unnecessary anxieties. From my first experience, I would not recommend anyone to use moneyHOP for sending money abroad.

Worst Service and response from the Money hop Foreign exchange
I have an approved loan from Auxilo bank for my Master's program studies in the United States, which is approved for Summer 2022 Intake. 20L has been disbursed when I reached the USA. Now Again I have requested the rest of the 10L as a top-up. It was also disbursed on Jan 6th, 2023. As per your conditions, I have to go for the money conversion part from your end and I agreed the very next day I transferred the amount to the Forex exchange team on Jan 7th, 2023 his name is Sai Charan as per Auxilo bank team instructions. Initially, he told me it will take 2-3 hours to transfer to my USA bank account and also, I provided the required details to the foreign exchange team but Mr. Charan he keeps on stating to me that it will take the next day but it's been 3 days but still funds did not credit to my account. Also, Mr. Charan is not going to answer my calls or text messages. Very careless team I have never ever seen his bul****itstories. He did not even tell me how much the conversion charges and all directly he started the process on his own. That is ridiculous. And In-future does not believe in this kind of sh***ty company (Money HOP) and do not play with the students. Charan and his team are not capable of doing this kind of work. Reasons could be anything but they have to respond first. But this careless team not even going to pick up the calls and not responding to the emails. These guys are using this money for their personal use I guess that is the reason they are not ready to pick up the calls. Still, they are stating like it will take another 1 day to credit into my account. Please be careful with these Money hop foreign exchange teams whoever trying to get help from this worst company. If cannot respond to the calls or messages please do not accept the work and do not struggle with students.

I have an item that costed me 69 usd coded LLMOELC and is a Nissan GTR emblem. Paid them 30 usd to ship it. They never ship it and they never respond to the email and they never answer the phone. Do not use this service
Please do not use this service, there are tons of other mail forwarding services out there. They have the worst customer services, shipping is extremely expensive and despite this, they do not properly and safely repackage the items, not even bubble wrap or anything to ensure the packages are protected. For the price we pay for shipping, this is a ripoff. Also be warned that there is no guarantee that your packages will be received at their mailbox. I ordered an item, USPS marked it as delivered and Boxinus told me that they had never received my item. Oh and must I talk about their customer service? Reply times are the longest and they never once provided me with the answers I needed. Please please beware.

I've been trying to get in touch with them for 5 days! No one answers the phone or emails the whole "live chat" thing is a lie there is no place to live chat and my item haven't been put into my box since Saturday (it's Tuesday) no explanation no emails back, I've tried Facebook, emails, calls NOTHING. Suspicious Website
I received a notification from my bank saying that BOXINUS charged my credit card with USD 0.04, although I don't know this site and didn't purchase anything. For me, this is very suspicious! Just be careful when you use them!! --------- Ok, I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars after BOXINUS has contacted me. They said that someone has registered with my credit card and email address. When I said that I didn't receive any registration email, they said that the registered email was miss-spelled. So, I didn't receive the email and of course the account was not verified, however they still charged my credit card! Finally, they have cancelled my account, and I requested them to review their registration process. They shouldn't register an account and charge its credit card until the email is verified.

Scam! They are nor selling the gaming version of the embody chair
I received a standard embody chair which was labelled as a gaming embody chair on the website - which is still labelled this way. They are scammers. Also, they make you pay 200e in delivery fees. You would hope that for that price and considering how heavy the chair is in its box (the chair comes already assembled), you'd get some help from the delivery man. Well, not at all. They tell you that they deliver only. Good luck getting that 40kg massive parcel if you have no elevator.

Von mal zu mal schlechter
Ich habe bei diesem Shop insgesamt 4x bestellt. Die ersten zwei mal 2022 waren vorbildlich. Angebot angefordert, Angebot erhalten, Bestellt und voller Zufriedenheit die Stühle erhalten. Das Dritte mal Anfang 2023 war schon problematischer, sehr lange Lieferzeit aber Kontakt lief einwandfrei. Das vierte mal jetzt 2025 absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Lange Lieferzeit eines Stuhls der Auf Lager bezeichnet wird und absolut keine Reaktionen auf Emails und Anrufe. Dies scheint wohl ein Muster zu sein, siehe andere Bewertungen. ABSTAND!!! Andere Herman Miller Reseller aufsuchen.

Also their product catalogue is confusing, it's not clear if some chairs comes fully featured. This is the worse website ever. I ordered a chair for 1274€ at the beginning of december, we're january 20th and I still not have any update from them. I emailed twice to request a tracking of my order, no one has replied so far. There is no customer service there. It's frustrating and terrible. I don't understand how it's possible to order a chair for more than 1.200€ and the service doesn't matter about clients complaints. I had to buy on the official website directly. Please don't use this website unless you want to be frustrated. I hope It's not a fake website. I'll change my comment if I receive my chair. Otherwise, it's a fake website.

DesignCabinet don't reply to emails or phone calls
DesignCabinet are impossible to contact. If you have any question or issue with about an order or potential order: no one replies to emails sent to the address on their website. The phone number for DesignCabinet is a call center and the agents don't have access to emails you send either, they are absolutely clueless there. I phoned 4 times a week about my order and the agents did not know how to answer my query - they basically took all my details and said "we will check, thanks for your call" - and I heard nothing back. I sent emails asking for acknowledgement or any reply and am still waiting, 2 weeks later.

Turning a Poor Experience into a Positive One
I ordered a Herman Miller chair end of October expecting delivery in November. Like a number of other customers I have faced huge disappointment with the responses from DesignCabinet who do not respond with any meaningful information. Looking at the reviews it looks like service has dropped off the last years and the company is no longer responding to the reviews. Bad sign. Hope to hear from DesignCabinet ASAP with an update to this and my order. UPDATE: DesignCabinet contacted me and offered an alternative Herman Miller chair from stock which was shipped immediately. They responded quickly to questions and made an offer which they delivered on quickly. Turning a bad experience into a good one. Thanks DesignCabinet.

Terrible customer support
I purchased the HM Aeron Remastered (size B) because, based on my measurements, that size seemed right. However, when I received the chair, I realized it was too small and tried to contact customer support to exchange it for size C. I sent emails every other day, but received no response – they simply ignored me. After calling them, I was told to fill out a form on their website, but still no response. I called again, and customer support asked me to provide my order details so they could forward the information to the sales department, who would then call me back. Again, no response. The third time I called, they did the same thing: asked for my order info and assured me they would get in touch. And guess what? No response again. I even told them I would cover any shipping costs or pay the price difference, since size C is more expensive. Avoid this company!

I've purchased a Herman Miller Lino chair on November 24th. On December 9th I've started contacting them through the available support options: - Email - Web site Contact Form - Phone I've contacted them multiple times since then, with the objective to know the status of my order. So far no feedback! During the 3 times that I've called their services, I was always informed that I would be contacted back in 2 days, but no return contact whatsoever... This is looking like a scam now, or at least that I'm dealing with an extremely disorganized company with no support. Which is really strange for an Accredited Herman Miller Partner... I have no idea if and when this situation will be resolved, but the fact that there a significant number of reviews with the same feedback indicates that this is not an exceptional case. Avoid this company! [update on 06/01/2025] I've called their customer services again and asked to speak with a supervisor or someone that can ensure that I will be contacted back as no feedback was ever returned. The agent informed me that there is no one else that I can contact and suggested that I get legal help! [update on 08/01/2025] yesterday, after sending an email to the CEO and CFO (which the contacts are available at the Wexim website), I've received an email from support informing me that the chair will arrive on the week 7. Let's wait! Seems more like poor support and poor communication.
