AVOID - NOT reliable (SEE UPDATE)
I placed an order and paid extra for a tracked, next day service. Five days later I was still waiting. when I phoned it turned out they had forgotten to send it tracked (perhaps they also forgot to send it when they should have) What they didn't forget was to charge me the full next day delivery price. To make matters worse, the screws were useless. Really 'soft' and the heads 'burred' and made them very hard to use. Next time I am going to a local, reputable supplier. ***UPDATE*** My review of Carbolts was done MONTHS ago and its only today they have bothered to reply. Rather sums them up and the service and products I received from them. In regard to my reviews, yes I do report BAD SERVICE and BAD PRODUCTS on Trustpilot. I buy a lot of items and the negative reviews account for a very small percentage of the products I buy. Clearly the truth hurts!

I wish I could have given them zero stars --- they don't deserve the lowest rating of one star. I booked a cruise with them online on Feb.4. I got an email from the cruise line (Seabourn) on the 14th of February about a sale they were having. I called cruise.com to ask about the sale and the discounts. I spoke with Victor. I was on hold with him for well over an hour. He did comeback after 30 minutes to inform me that the sale would save me around $1,400 and I would receive an additional $100 in shipboard credit. He said he just needed a couple of minutes to process those two items. After 30 more minutes, he came back on the line to inform me that this process required a supervisor's assistance. He needed a few more minutes to complete. He then came back on the line informed me that the cruise line was not cooperating and I had a fare that now doesn't allow for any price adjustments. He blamed the whole process on Seabourn and his supervisor. I ask that the supervisor call me back. Victor said that it would take a few minutes for them to call. NO returned call from them. This continues the poor service from cruise.com. I don't expect my price to be guaranteed forever, but I would think that two reputable companies (Seabourn and cruise.com) would understand that 10 days is a reasonable expectation. BEWARE of this company and stay clear of Victor.

Clearly, I was a complete and total idiot to trust cruise.com. For personal reasons I needed to cancel a cruise I booked through them. not only did I have to follow archaic system of emailing a written form, but after waiting several weeks and no word from them, I realized my refund had not been returned to me. The company claims it never received my cancellation form, which is total garbage because I have email proof. I’m still waiting for my $1600 refund they tell me now it will be 60 to 90 days. This is an unscrupulous company. Beware!

Do not use cruise.com. They will promise you things and not follow through. I called today about several offers they had for me, none of which I got. One of them was on board credit. I had called them because it wasn't on my invoice and was told that it would be there when I got on the ship. It was not. I called about it today and was told it was my fault because I didn't call them and remind them enough. There were many other problems (not ever calling back, not following through on things they were supposed to do like put in our loyalty numbers.

I spent almost 2 hours making travel plans only to find out the rep entered the wrong dates. I then had to spend another 2hrs to get re-booked for correct dates. We were promised additional drinks for aggravation to no avail. The customer service department is the absolute worst! Nobody follows through on calling you back, you can Never speak to a manager, my itinerary was cut short due to the weather and NOONE wants to compensate me for this. Nor have I received my 5% back and it’s been over 2mos!

Cabin Change
Had a confirmation number for our mid ship portside balcony room on Princess Cruise from Kim Badeker at Cruise.com. 6 weeks later I see out room had been changed by Kim to a different room starboard side and no longer mid ship. She apologized but that was it. Very short with answers and not helpful. Did bare minimum. Horrible agent.

If I looked into Trustpilot , I would not to book Cruise.com. On 23 Aug 2024 , I booked with Cruise.com and finally, my credit was charged deposit 200 Usd. I waited for booking confirmation and they said it will take 24-48 hrs. After 48 hrs , I contacted again they said no booking confirmation even I sent picture that my credit card was charged . They push me to contact Royal carribean but RCCL cannot find my name in that ship. Finally both denied my booking. It take 23Aug-15Sep so Bad experience for me. But 16 sep , I try on CruiseDirect.com to book the same ship . It is very pleasure and perfect. Please try CruiseDirect.com . And away from Cruise.com

I joined a dinner and show tour, expecting a memorable evening of food and entertainment. Unfortunately, the experience was dismal. The dinner was subpar, with bland and poorly prepared dishes that did not reflect the advertised "gourmet" quality. The show was lackluster and did not live up to the hype. The venue was cramped, and the service was inattentive. The combination of mediocre food and uninspired entertainment made this tour a disappointing and regrettable choice.

NCL Mediterranean Cruise sucked
NCL cruise sucked. Do not use them to do your airfare they suck at it and the BOGO free is not what they tell you. You don’t sit together and they find the worst flights. Paid additional 150 to get seats together. Food and service sucked. We were quarantined for 24 hours due to a case of diarrhea and was told to go to doctor to get some Imodium. We were fine got runs from there crappy food. What a fing joke this cruise was. They have employees sneezing and coughing and they are ok to spread germs. You get the runs due to their food and water change and they quarantine you. The excursion process was unacceptable and was a cluster and the debarkation was a mess and they dropped a pallet of luggage into the ocean. We lost our luggage somewhere in Madrid I doubt it will be found . Do yourself a favor don’t use NCL. The ports were nice. We did enjoy the ports the cruise sucked.

I would rate MyFlightSearch.com a zero if I could. I googled Silver Airways and this site came up. The initial appearance looked like Silver Airways. Once I entered the information and made the payment, I realized that it was not Silver. When I had not received my ticket within 24 hours, I called to cancel. I was told that my credit card would be reimbursed. It did not. I called my credit card company and disputed it twice but my credit card company said that I need to provide proof that I cancelled. I did it over the phone so I have no proof. I also stated that I NEVER received my tickets. I filed with the Clark County Nevada State Attorney's office, the FTC. If enough of us file, then they will not get away with their continuous scams. Google "attorney general nevada complaint" and you can file on that site.

Very Disappointed
I purchased Deep Sleep Overnight Cream after smelling a sample being sold by a major retailing group. It smelled divine, i tested it on back of my hand, it was very smooth and the wonderful smell of Lavender oil lingered for ages.. I checked out This Works website and there was an offer making the product less expensive than from the retailer. However, when it arrived there is hardly any smell of Lavender, infact it's a chemical like smell. The cream does not moisturise my skin at all, my skin is normal, my skin feels very dry in the mornings. I am Very Disappointed indeed. Is this cream old and out of date or just a con? I will certainly not buy anything else from This Works!

It really does work!
Decided to try the cleavage and neck serum after seeing it on Instagram. Up to now I've been using Clarins chest and neck serum and was OK with it, but the difference after just 2 months of using This Works is actually really noticeable! I took a 'before' pic after first use, and have religiously applied the produce twice a day for 2 months. Im still on the same bottle but have reordered already. The 'creases' that were visible are no longer so prominent, I still can't quite believe it!

This Works products are a green wash - they claim to use natural non-harmful ingredients but I have just had an allergic reaction to their "in-transit close up camera" primer and my friend scanned it using the Yuka app and it came back with the lowest possible score of 1/100! The list of harmful ingredients were shocking and included carcinogenic substances and releases formaldehyde!! This is the last thing I expected from this brand which claims to be free from nasties. Total waste of money, and shame on the company for allowing people to unknowingly use harmful products on their skin.

I placed an order and a week later you told me there had been an error with it because one of the items I ordered was out of stock. You said you would send it by next day and honour the free gift even though I had effectively not spent enough. You didn't send it until several days later and by way of an apology, you gave me a special 15% discount code against my next purchase. There was nothing special with this because a 15% discount card was in the box when it finally arrived and I have received numerous emails since, offering me 15% off my next order.

Nothing about 'This Works'...
Oh boy.. it's clear I'm not the only one facing the entirely inappropriate shenanigans of this company and its dreadful quality products. So quite simply.. the pillow spray does not work - the packaging is useless.. after a couple of uses (absolutely nothing special about the fragrance - in fact, it smells really cheap and ineffective to me), the atomiser head got stuck in the lid and having eventually managed to get it free it no longer dispenses the product. So I sent an entirely polite email to the company - wondering if this was a known product fault and the response was to tell them the product codes on the packaging and send them a video. No time to mess about like that so replied asking if they could just collect it (I mean that way they can take as many videos as they like). Response was 'I have discussed this request with my supervisor and unfortunately, without these details we will be unable to process your refund as this order has passed our 30-day moneyback guarantee.' It was like the 31st day since purchase. Quite clearly they are pleading ignorant to consumer laws/rights. Immediately clear what type of business this is - especially having now read the many other dreadful encounters with this company. Yet another unscrupulous outfit to give a wide berth in future.

Horrible customer service!! BEWARE before ordering. I ordered and have been trying to contact customer service all day. I tried the online chat, which stated for me to call. Then called, stated longer than normal volume of calls which will be a longer hold time, I opted for the call back. Three hours later still no call back, so called again and have been on hold for over 60 minutes, then line disconnected. Called back and on hold for another 30 min before then requested a call back. Which I never got. I want to cancel this subscription but they make it impossible!!

Terrible customer service and business practices. Signed up after something happened to their billing platform only for the "new" platform to go down also. Received an email from the company telling me they are giving me "free" service for a month all I have to do do is file a chargeback with my credit card company. Only they didn't give me access to HALF the streaming platforms. This company is a joke and only getting worse. ***the response below is an outright lie from Bundler. I don’t have access to Amazon prime, hbo or Netflix. I reached out to them via email, tried calling but as usual no answer. I never even mentioned YouTube premium as I don’t use that platform. Once I get my refund I’m done with them.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. For weeks multiple accounts were down and prior to that I would consistently have my profiles deleted or would have some issue that would prevent me from being able to login. I escalated to support multiple times and I would either not get a response or get a response weeks later. They sure took their payment on time every month though. Over the 5 months I was a customer I had less than 2 full months without a significant issue. I had to file a credit card chargeback eventually because they did not respond to my requests to close my account or provide a refund. Stay away. This is at best a poorly constructed service with bad support and at worst an outright scam.

Lacks SUPPORT!
Constant battle of keeping accounts active. Reaching out to support is a nightmare, I have a feeling it’s just one person. Sometimes is 2-5 days for a email repsonse and they never answer if you phone them. It’s great when it works but it’s not reliable if you are planing to watch any live sports (cough cough ESPN). I would avoid unless you are ok constantly waiting on a response from support anytime you want to watch something.

Terrible service. Doesn’t work most of the time and keeps requiring you to email customer service to reset and fix access. Phone support is never available. Customer support takes hours and sometimes days to respond. Also likely a scam as they use a Nigerian account and payment portal and are basically using multiple profiles rather than a proper family plan access. Most services after a few days get deactivated due to location services issues. Do not subscribe.

Pleasantly surprised
After reading the mixed reviews I found the pony o on a discount anddecided to give it a go to see if it could work for me. I have long, thin and very straight hair, everything falls out, so I expected this to do the same. But I got it this afternoon and put it in immediately. I've walked the dog twice, did some vacuuncleaning, laundry and hanging on the couch with my tail in the pillows and this thing stayed put for 7 hours already. This is the first thing that managed to stay in my hair for so long. I like how my ponytail looks, it's not the rat tail I have with elastic bands, it looks a lot fuller. The only thing i don't like is that with the pony o i can't keep it tight in one hand while putting it in like i do with an elastic band, so it looks a bit more messy and i have to fix it while its in a tail, which doesn't really work as you all know. But the pros outweigh the cons. If it manages to not break for a few months i will happily buy one again. I guess you should just try it, the reviews are all over the place, but I'm happy with this thingy.

I was also impressed with the fact that I was treated with such kindness and integrity, how she immediately sent out another shipment. I got that shipment and then decided to order the second Pony-o in the color black. Then once again, the product got lost in the mail. So I called Nicol and she immediately put that second item in the mail. Weeks later, I got both of the lost items in the mail, one was blue and the other black. I called Nicol to let her know that I received both of the lost packages, and that I wanted to pay her for both items. She would not take a cent. ( I also sent her a photo of what the packages look like, as if they had been kicked around in the dirt.) Somehow and for some reason, both packages were lost their ability to be tracked, somewhere in Georgia. I live in Florida. This happened twice! Clearly, this was none of Nicole‘s fault, so of course I wanted to pay her for the 2 recovered items. Nicol refused to take a payment and instead thanked me for my patience and understanding. She also suggested that I share them with a friend or family member It felt great to tell Nicol, “thank you so much,” because her pony-o was such a great invention, and it made my thin hair look thick☺️ I highly recommend this product and I also believe in supporting a product which happens to be invented by a wonderful woman of integrity.

No delivery, refusing to reship
I ordered Nov 22, my order never arrived in Mexico. 7 weeks later, I requested my order to be reshipped to a US address. They first agreed, but then cancelled the reshipment because the original order showed a failed delivery. My address was correct and they admitted they were having issues with their shipments to Mexico and no longer offer it. Nothing on the tracking indicates where the package is and they are expecting me to go on a wild goose chase 2 months after purchase? Absolutely horrendous. They could have easily fixed this situation. Now I have to dispute the charge and warn others that they do not care whether you get your order or not. I ordered over $100 worth as they were meant to be Christmas gifts. Overall an extremely disappointing experience and I would never order again. Edit in reply to Pony-o reply: The tracking I was given for the reshipment to the US address still says acceptance pending (as of this moment) and has not updated since jan 8. I have been not been given any new tracking number. I was however told that that reshipment was cancelled because of the delivery attempts in Mexico. The tracking for the Mexico address does NOT says anything about it being available for pickup. Also there is a lobby that receives all packages and always has someone there. Always. So unless you can provide me the address where this package apparently is waiting for pickup, I don't even know where to check.

I love ALL Pony- O products!
I love all Pony-O products! The bun bar, bling, pins and pony-I’d make it easy to style my long, thick, wavy hair without ruining my waves/curls. Everyone comments me on my hair when I wear the bun bar, bling and pins because they’re eye catching and decorative without hurting or scratching my scalp like most Bobby pins do. In the couple of years I’ve been wearing them, I’ve only had 1 of the inner rings inside the Pony-O break on me so that I couldn’t wear it anymore. I’ll definitely keep buying them!

DOES NOT WORK
I was excited to try this because I always get headaches from high pony tails. I have thick wavy hair. Well long story short it does NOT work. Like at all. It doesn't get tight and just falls right down. The company offers risk free 30 day trail, they don't tell you that you have to pay to ship it back. It would cost me $18.00 to ship it back which is more than double what I paid for the product itself. So I guess I got scammed into keeping this product that doesn't work. Don't waste your time!! EDIT to Respond: A shipping label cost $18.00 if I could add an image here I would to show you. If you think it is only $2 or $3 to ship it back for the sake of customer satisfaction you would send me that label. The product does not work. I have watched all videos and it does not make a sharp edge like you suggested. You put barley any pressure or slightly tilt your head, my hair falls right down.

Not for thin hair
I had bought these for my daughter a few years back. She has thick hair and said they work OK but don't really stay in place without readjusting them. I had kept one regular size in the leopard print. So recently I saw they had a smaller size now and thought they would work for my thin. They are Not smaller they are bigger than the old regular size. I want Pony O to make smaller ones for thin hair, kids, ponytails, ect... Look at the picture I took of them next to the old one. An unauthorized charge was made to my credit card
I registered for the free trial, but the company requires you to enter your credit card information to complete the registration. After entering your credit card, you can try it for 14 days. However, the software does not work at all. It can't even complete the simplest tasks properly. When you try to delete your credit card information from your account, you cannot do it because your card is marked as the default card. Also, it asks for a password, but I registered using Google authentication and did not set a password. Therefore, I do not know the password, and I cannot remove my credit card information. There is no contact page on the site, and there is no online support window. There isn’t even an email address for support listed on the site. There is no section within the software to create a support request either. This software is a money trap designed to deceive people. I do not recommend registering for it in any way.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I was asked to remove the last bad review as they had resolved my query, and I did as I thought things can only get better.... However, the service still hasn't improved. My solicitor has been waiting over 6 weeks for a document and even after numerous attempts and emails still nothing. We were reassured (25/02) that it would be sent as soon as possible. Again, nothing. This company is a joke. Danielle has been helpful in trying to resolve the matter but unfortunately for her, she isn't able to and has just apologised profusely for the service I have received. A director has been cc'd on all the mails and despite being a "director" of the business and the one that asked me to remove the review last time, still hasn't got a rocket up his bum to sort it. It is an absolute shambles of a business, do not even engage with them as you and your buyers/sellers will have major issues when trying to purchase/sell the property. Just avoid. I will be glad when my property is sold and I never have to deal with them again.

Last year (2024) due to many unremedied breaches of contract, we replaced Advance Block Management (ABM), with a new managing agency taking over from April. ABM committed to completing a full handover – records and funds - to the new agency by September. To date, February 2025, they have not handed over any accounting information or the leaseholder funds which they still hold. Consequently, we are not able to produce service charge accounts for their final year of management or carry out any audit of their financial integrity in handling our affairs. Our new agents discovered that many budgeted bills ABM were responsible for paying had not been paid, leaving them to deal with several supplier and utility company creditors. ABM have given several false assurances that handover will occur but each time nothing happens. As far as we are concerned ABM have ‘gone rogue’ and we are forced to conclude that they have misappropriated our client funds. Two formal complaints to the company last year (regarding contract breaches and failure to handover) received no response from ABM and are currently being dealt with by The Property Ombudsman.

Maintenance in general not carried out to a reasonable standard, or not at all in most cases. Still waiting for the lights in my block to be fixed. 11/02/25 How long does it take to phone a contractor to come and do the work? ABM entered a contract with a private parking company without the consent of leaseholders. They are now in the process of prosecuting residents for not displaying permits. I would advise anyone who is thinking about hiring a managing agent to avoid ABM like the plague. ABM needs to stop with the false reporting to Trustpilot. There is no harmful or illegal content in my review. I can provide documents and photographic evidence if necessary. Edit in reply to ABM. Quote/ The issue of the fine being raised was only mentioned to us after it has gone legal /unquote. There is nothing legal about trying to charge residents for parking at their own property. You have been aware of this issue from day 1. As you appointed NPC, it is your responsibility to instruct them to withdraw the illegal county court claims made against residents.

I hired this company to complete a driveway a utility room and back garden revamp. The driveway was completed in good time and looked amazing all for it 3 weeks later to start showing weeds through the gravel. After a call they returned to rectify but again full of weeds. Utility room started off good wall down lino layed plastered and painted then moved to the back garden to renovate and errect a large pond Area cleared and old pond filled to find they have buried rubbish and the ground is not level. The pond erected brought at £500.00 less than paid for. Xonstand messages to pay the balance before job finished. A skip was hired at the start and is now sat in my drive still 6 weeks later as they haven't paid for it. Work still not competed and back garden same as the drive full of weeds. Have made contact initially and they said that this would all be rectified and completed now no contact and a demand for balance even though items still missing or unfinished and a full skip sat on drive. Prices agreed by the company as quotes where high only to be told I owe more money Not recommended at all for anybody BEWARE

ARNAQUE À LA CAUTION – NE LOUEZ JAMAIS CHEZ AIRFLY CAR ! Cette société est une escroquerie organisée qui vole les cautions de ses clients en toute impunité. Mon expérience parle d’elle-même : Au lieu de bloquer la caution comme prévu dans leurs conditions, ils la débitent intégralement. Dans mon cas, 1 529,50 € envolés sans aucun espoir de remboursement. Lors de la restitution, le livreur a sciemment retardé son arrivée d’une heure, sachant que j’avais un vol à prendre. Une fois sur place, il a refusé toute discussion, prétendant que ce n’était pas lui qui gérait les cautions, refusant d’appeler un responsable ou de proposer une solution. J’ai contacté la police, qui m’a baladé de service en service sans jamais se déplacer. J’ai fini par rendre les clés sous la contrainte pour ne pas rater mon avion. Une fois en vol, la gendarmerie a enfin daigné me répondre, mais il était évidemment trop tard. Après coup, j’ai découvert des dizaines d’avis dénonçant exactement le même procédé frauduleux. Il suffit de regarder la façon dont ils répondent aux commentaires négatifs pour se faire une idée de leur mauvaise foi. Plutôt que d’assumer leurs pratiques douteuses, ils accusent systématiquement les clients, ce qui en dit long sur leur malhonnêteté. Dès la réception du véhicule, les problèmes ont commencé. Il n’y avait ni essence ni liquide lave-glace, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Après un long vol avec ma fille, j’ai dû chercher une station-service en pleine nuit pour pouvoir simplement rejoindre mon hôtel. Un service honteux du début à la fin. Cette entreprise escroque délibérément ses clients en profitant de leur situation d’urgence et de l’inaction des autorités locales. Je vais porter plainte auprès des autorités françaises et marocaines, ainsi que du ministère du Tourisme du Maroc, afin que ces pratiques cessent. Ne faites pas la même erreur, évitez Airfly Car à tout prix.

Depuis cet été, ils n'envoient plus les gains (Kenzo Flower (25/05) et David Beckam (18/06)) jamais envoyé, à la place ils m'ont envoyé un Cochon Chanceux après une seconde relance. Et le dernier en date l'apple tv 64 gb du 27 Juillet pas envoyé non plus. Et la plus aucune réponse de la part de Marcus Mathiesen ni de Peter Larsen. Donc conclusion, ils n'envoient plus rien et vont fermer le site en catimini comme ils ont fait pour les autres. ---------- Mise à jour, Ah bon, ils sont peut-être sur gagnerunprix, quiz24, quizine alors. Ils ont été noté Expédié mais ne sont jamais parti de l'entrepôt, le service client est au courant et ne m'a jamais répondu mais m'a envoyé un cochon. Si c'était vrai, on m'aurait répondu il y a déjà très longtemps. Il y a eu un vol dans votre entrepôt bien que votre attitude soit vraiment très étrange.

I am totally not pleased with this warranty and it's affiliates. 3/14/ 2025. AWRUSA has several times denied coverage and refuse to do work under my internal warranty sewer line warranty. From the 1st., claim I noticed how difficult it was, just to get someone to commit to coming out. I recommend reading reviews before taking out any warranties. There customer department are not aware of what's included in the warranties. They kept me holding on the phone for 20 minutes or more during several calls. They do not stand by there contracts. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Finally, I had to file several complaints with the BBB & the excallations department to get some of what my warranty covered. I believe they a truly ripping consumers off.

Signed up for Water line, Sewer line and in Home Plumbing after I was going to cancel due to a price increase in just my Sewer Line protection. The rep on the phone was very nice but! There is the catch... first month payment was as described but this month went up to the rate that it was going to jump for just the Sewer. Called them and they said no record of my new deal that was given to me on 3/22/25. They then started all kinds of deals which I said just canecl everything! No solo eso, sino que en el pedido se olvidaron de un Onak de viaje y me dieron varias opciones, opté por la de que mandarían dos llenos en mi próximo pedido, ya que el hecho de que me enviaran solo eso en ese momento me parecía un gasto innecesario para ellos y para el medioambiente, y ahora que no voy a comprar más, básicamente por su nula atención postventa, me he quedado sin el bote y sin el dinero (que era 1 euro, me da igual, pero que se lo han llevado gratis y la mitad del coste del tubo recarga que no puedo usar). Eso sí, cuando haces el pedido y contactas te responden, pero te empiezan a preguntar un montón de cosas en varios email, osea que hacen un estudio de marketing a tu costa en vez de enviar una encuesta por ejemplo y dejar que la rellene quien tiene tiempo (esto lo hacen en todas sus redes sociales, lo peor es que no te preguntan todo de golpe, es que siempre tienen algo para preguntar, además señores/as, si acabo de comprar el producto no puedo decirles qué me parece a corto plazo, no sirve de absolutamente nada solamente sirve para que creáis que tenéis un producto bueno, asi que allá va el de largo plazo: es una estafa) Pues eso, nunca más compraré aquí. Además desde que empecé a utilizar solo Onak, los dentífricos de tubo del super me dan reacción alérgica en la boca. Ha sido la peor decisión que he tomado en mi vida, comprar este producto que no sé ni como permiten comercializarlo.
