Just tried to call this company and the call got rejected. Emirati is the trading name for Rainman Collateral Ltd. According to companies house they had a winding order "This company has received a HM Courts Winding Up Petition" - Name of Practitioner "SEFE Energy Limited" this was formerly Gazprom. If you are unfortunate to have worked with this company you have likely been misold a contract.

Shambolic company
Avoid! After welcome letter and into 2nd month of contract, cancelled the contract as "we have been unable to takeover your gas meter successfully. Due to the change in the current climate, we are regretfully unable to honour the rates originally agreed which does mean that we are unable to act as your energy service provider." This is after agreeing rates months ago, signing contract. Diabolical, deceitful with no communication at all to at least warn us!! Stay away!! Looks like you only respond to positive feedback, so I don't expect a reply, seems you can't seem to handle negative feedback.

It was a beautiful crystal aura for my new apartment and still nothing as of today Trying to find any information or contact information none existed, sent message... return message was someone will be reaching out to me never happened. In order to get my money back from Klarna they requested that I become a PI. I was denied a refund and had to start the process all over again just to be denied again. I sent photo's, screen shot of message that they said someone will get back to me and any website that I could that was supposedly connected with this company. I had to pay Klarna $39.99 to keep from going to collections. :(

For meget snak, og for lidt service. Skulle bruge en grill til et bryllup, og bestilte i ugen op til. Deres bestillings formular, på deres hjemmeside virkede ikke ordentligt, og det træk virkelig ud, med at får en bekræftelse på bestillingen. Så i sidste øjeblik fik jeg en mail til bekræftelse. Havde ikke så meget tid til overs længere, og da jeg vilke være sikker på en grill, bekræftede jeg og så videre. Men skulle godt have set, at der stod i betingelserne, at man skulle melde tilbage med det sammen, hvis der var fejl og mangler, for det var der. Grillen på hjemmesiden en i snor lige stand, men den vi lejede til 500 kr ( fik så små 100 i refound) var godt nok sølle, ristende var fuldstændig klamme og og selve grillen kunne betegnes som en rustboks der skaldede af. Så vi var bla. Nødt til at gøre låget grundig rent inden, så vi ikke ville få diverse fnuller ned på det lækre lam og kyllinger. Grillen skulle også lige bankes til, så den sidste rist kunne være der 🙈. Kan ikke anbefale firmaet.

Katatrofal behandling....
Jeg bliver simpelhen nødtil at anmelde dette katastrofe firma så andre ikke falder i samme fælde.... Vi troede at vi havde booket flotte hvide festtelte med gulv, borde, stole, lysekroner, service, bar osv. Men sådan gik det ikke, vi fik kun det ene af de bestilte telte som var møg beskidt, køleskabe, bar og service var så beskidte at det skulle gøres rent før det kunne tages i brug. Da de kun leverede det ene telt som i øvrigt ikke var godkendt efter nye regler og ikke opsat korrekt, var vi nødsaget til at leje et nyt tele mindere end 24 timer før vores bryllup.. (Lej altid jeres telt hos Festgården, super telte og service) Det eneste som Solution groupe kunne levere var en sang fra de varme lande og en masse dårlige undskyldninger, så min anbefaling er, LEJ ALDRIG NOGET HOS SOLUTION GROUP.... Desværre må jeg give denne virksomhed den dårligste mulige anmeldelse, idet deres mangelfulde kommunikation bevirkede at jeg ikke anede om jeg havde lejet et mobiltoilet, borde og stole til min fest. Jeg måtte ringe og rykke flere gange for at få en ordrebekræftelse og da den endelig kom var det med den forkerte dato og dermed weekend. Da jeg prøvede at ringe tilbage blev telefonen ikke taget. Har ikke hørt mere fra virksomheden, de er åbenbart fuldstændig ligeglade med deres kunder. Fik heldigvis fat i en seriøs virksomhed i stedet for.

Rigtig god oplevelse
Vi vil her fra Odense give Solution-group den bedste anbefaling. Vi bestilte en cater til at komme og lave helstegt pattegris i vores have her første weekend i april 2016, og alt klappede. Fra starten og hele vejen igennem var der hurtig respons på både telefonisk og mailkorrespondence. Alle aftaler blev overholdt. Karsten oplyste os endda om, at leveringen var blevet billigere end der stod på hjemmesiden, fordi de nu havde en cater tilknyttet, som selv boede på Fyn, og at leveringen derfor kunne gøres billigere. Cateren Svend fra Odense gjorde sit arbejde virkelig fantastisk. Han kom i god tid, stillede fint op, forklarede, hvad han ville gøre og hvorfor, sørgede endda for pressening under sit bord, da det kunne sprøjte lidt på fliserne, som han sagde. Kødet blev tilberedt, skåret og serveret til et 12-tal. Det var lækkert at spise, ikke for tørt og ikke for fedt. Han holdt hele tiden kødet varmt, så gæsterne fik varmt kød, når de kom for at hente mere, han havde skåret det flot ud og lagt det rigtig pænt i foliebakker med hhv. kød og kød med sværd. Alt var nydeligt, og han ryddede pænt op efter sig. Jeg vil til enhver tid vælge Solution-group til lignende arrangement.

Fake recruiters, rude people, and zero commitment with lack of professionalism
their deal is to train you and market you tell you get a job and if they failed they will refund you all what you did pay! 1st of all their training is not that good and the instructor falls a sleep during the class! after that you supposed to take some mockup interviews with them to get you prepared to real interviews (which never happened!) . then they start your marketing processes which is nothing other than applying for you in one of the recruiting websites -which you can do by your self-. and everything will change when you start asking for your refund -after ending of the agreed period on the agreement-. at the beginning they promise you to refund and start not answering your calls, emails and texts and if you insist they start acting rude telling some false allegations and accuse you either you didn't work hard or disrespecting the staff and when you ask them to proof it they start cursing you!! I did not book with this ferry company but was bumped onto a boat with this company. I would not recommend this company. Go with a bigger boat! The passengers were packed like sardines with no a/c and the ride felt dangerous and reckless. People voiced concerns that the boat would flip. Transfer was booked while I was in Las Vegas they asked for a flight number which I gave them the flight was from Denver and landed at Heathrow at 12:20PM they booked the transfer for 6:20AM the local time the flight left Denver. They refused to accept responsibility for the mistake and refused to give a refund or help in any way leaving me to get home by public transport.

Do tre stelle in quanto il sito è molto utile e ben strutturato sotto l'aspetto intuitivo.... A mio parere però mancano degli aspetti credo molto fondamentali per una ricerca del prodotto mirata, ad esempio sarebbe molto più semplice se nei filtri si potesse impostare la taglia del capo di abbigliamento o delle calzature, si potrebbe impostare una ricerca personalizzata in modo che la notifica push di un Articolo di tuo interesse sia relativa realmente al prodotto che Puoi comprare o indossare... è inutile sapere che una scarpa che mi piace è in offerta o in ribasso e poi non c'è la tua taglia disponibile o diversamente c'è ma il prezzo è completamente diverso....

Sono iscritto da mesi alla funzione "prezzo ideale" di Idealo. A prima vista sembrerebbe una opzione fantastica, se non fosse che le aziende che offrono i loro prodotti lo fanno in modo ingannevole; mi spiego meglio, quando un prodotto raggiunge il prezzo ideale di acquisto e si procede all'acquisizione, dopo aver processato l'acquisto arriva una mail che dice che il prodotto è esaurito e non è più disponibile,e procedono al rimborso della somma versata; poco dopo il prodotto risale di prezzo e torna in un attimo magicamente disponibile. Oppure, le offerte vengono fatte in orari notturni improbabili, e la mattina presto, con offerta ancora in vigore, si viene avvisati che il prodotto è esaurito e l'offerta non è più disponibile. Altro caso, appare un prezzo conveniente, ma quando si processa l'acquisto il prezzo non corrisponde, è molto più alto. Mi domando dopo mesi di tentativi, quale presa in giro sia questa funzione di Idealo. Idealo dovrebbe garantire la correttezza dei venditori, ne va del sua buona credibilità e reputazione. E si sa che sulla rete avere la fiducia dell'Utenza è la miglior cosa.

We order solution in august last year, after five month they are not able to deliver us agreed solution. Very disappointed with after sales service. We ordered a product (a chiminea cover) which is not the size claimed on the web site. I would like to exchange for a larger one but impossible to get hold of anyone. No information about returns on the web site. Customer services phone never answered and cannot leave a message. Email directs you to send a contact form. Have sent this, have automated reply, but NO follow up. Extremely poor service and now left with an item I cannot use.

They did change the delivery date, but as it was suitable for us I had no need to make contact. The person who delivered our chimenea was very polite and helpful.

Beautiful chiminea worth every penny …
I purchased my Chiminea from garden chic they were not very forthcoming with updates. But after being told my order is coming directly from Gardeco I decided to communicate via them directly. I spoke to a young man from the dispatch team and he was ever so helpfull. He informed me of my delivery dates etc when garden chic were still non the wiser. (I informed garden chic of my dispatch and delivery dates) I received my Chiminea from the nicest delivery man. He carried it into my house and even took away packaging. The item is beautiful. Great quality. Worth the money for sure.

Terrible quality and customer support I wish I had read the TrustPilot reviews before buying a Gardeco product from Garden Street (gardenstreet. co. uk). I purchased an expensive cast-iron chiminea (£239). Upon delivery, it appeared shoddy with poorly fitting parts and especially extremely thin metal in parts - particularly in the bottom bowl to which the legs are attached. Sure enough - before ever having a chance to use the chiminea - in a strong wind the bottom bowl metal shattered making the chiminea useless. Contacts to Gardeco initially resulted in them sending a replacement leg - a part that clearly was not broken! In the 5 months since then, they have failed to respond to numerous attempts to reach them by email. Avoid.

Product good but customer service is shocking. Sent two complaints through their website due to a missing part on a chiminea. Had confirmation that the complaint had been received both times but absolutely no response to rectify the issue. Very disappointed.

Paul at Gardeco was a pleasure to deal with today and provided fantastic customer service. The house is not easy to find, I was at work when the delivery was scheduled and it was a large, bulky chimenea - so I was expecting problems. I needn't have worried as Paul communicated before and after delivery, worked out timings and delivery arrangements with me and was extremely helpful. The item looks lovely too although I only got a peak in my lunch hour. I'm looking forward to using it tonight. Thanks, Gardeco! Highly recommend.

Je passe de Proximus à Scarlet pour le bénéfice financier. Heureusement j’ai pu conserver le modem de Proximus pour l’internet, et le transfert s’est fait correctement après 30 minutes d’aide du service technique. Pour ce qui est de la télévision par contre, j’attends depuis une semaine la réception de la TV Box. J’ai bien reçu un sms m’annonçant le départ du colis de l’entrepôt avec une livraison prévue dans la journée du mardi 25/2 mais depuis, rien! Malgré plusieurs appels (ce sera là demain, madame ; c’est la faute de la grève chez Bpost, madame) et un mail au service client (sans retour depuis 3 jours), j’attends encore. J’ai demandé le numéro de suivi du colis, sans résultat. Aucune notification de Bpost, où est ce colis? Mystère… Cette semaine sans TV sera-t-elle déduite du prix de l’abonnement, je me demande… ?

Een ster uit het firmament
Ik heb daarstraks met een ontzettend behulpzame juffrouw met de naam Marianne ( hoop dat ik het juist schrijf, indien niet mijn oprechte excuses). Deze juffrouw had volgens mij een 'gave' die echt niet veel mensen hebben ( ja, dieren hebben dit ook vaak( zéker niet negatief bedoeld)). Ik bedoel hiermee, ik was heel zenuwachtig voordat we aan het gesprek begonnen en zij had 'iets' wat mij rust, echte rust bracht. En geloof me, ik ben 66+ invalide en ga u zeker niet bezighouden met welke lichamelijke én psychische klachten ik heb. Maar Marianne legde mij alles zó goed en verstaanbaar( in makkelijke bewoordingen bedoel ik dan, niet omdat ze 'brabbelde' of zo. En mijn moeder zaliger zei altijd:'Wie goed doet, goed ontmoet' en kijk.....wat blijkt.........Marianne, je spreekt in een taal die veel mensen nog niet meer eens kennen of van gehoord hebben, je hebt een prachtige'gave' want je spreekt in hartentaal, verlies dit nooit want je bent echt de geknipte persoon op de perfecte plaats. Moge al je dromen( die nog niet uitgekomen zijn) uitkomen, je verdient het zeer zeker. In alle eerlijkheid en met oprechte groeten, Rutten Eric.

Mes déboires avec la société scarlet n'en finissent plus !!! Je souhaite exprimer mon mécontentement quant aux récents changements opérés par Scarlet . En octobre 2024, cette entreprise a changé ses coordonnées bancaires, son mode de facturation et son numéro de téléphone pour l'envoi des factures par SMS, sans en avertir ses clients au préalable. Cette absence de communication a provoqué une confusion considérable et un stress inutile pour moi et, je suis certain, pour de nombreux autres clients. De plus, j'ai découvert que l'ensemble de leurs clients, y compris moi-même, avons dû payer pour la fusion de Scarlet avec l'opérateur Proximus. Ce coût supplémentaire, imposé sans consultation ni explication, est inacceptable. En outre, ma connexion Internet a été bridée le jour de mon anniversaire sans aucun préavis lorsque j'ai demandé des éclaircissements concernant la facture supplémentaire liée à cette fusion. Ce traitement punitif est non seulement inapproprié, mais il va à l'encontre des bonnes pratiques de service client. Et pour couronner le tout, à ce jour, l'entreprise me facture des frais de 30 euros supplémentaires pour le débridage de ma connexion, alors qu'il est clair que l'erreur venait de leur part. Cette attitude non professionnelle et injuste est inacceptable. Je recommande vivement aux clients actuels et potentiels de reconsidérer leur choix de fournisseur d'accès à Internet. La transparence, le respect des clients et une communication claire sont essentiels pour toute entreprise de services, et malheureusement, Scarlet ( Proximus) a échoué sur tous ces points.

Komen niet verder
We hebben 5 dagen geleden een nieuwe modem laten installeren. Na 5 dagen geen internet te hebben en vrijwel elke werkdag meerdere keren te hebben gebeld, zijn we nog altijd niet verder. Buiten het resetten van de modem is er niks voorgesteld, en na de 10e keer resetten geloof ik niet dat het daarna ineens wel gaat werken. Om maar niet te zeggen dat het na het resetten of uit en aan zetten het minstens een uur duurt voordat we zogezegd weer internet hebben (lampje blijft knipperen voor minstens een uur). Elke keer met het bellen gezegd wat we al hebben geprobeerd om vervolgens te horen dat we het nog eens moeten doen... Voor mij hoeft het op deze manier niet meer.

Dear Smarkets Support Team, I am writing to formally complain about the prolonged suspension of my Smarkets account, which has been inactive for over a year, despite my repeated attempts to comply with your verification requests. My account holds a significant balance of €4,665.30, and I have done everything requested to verify my identity and the source of my funds. Initially, I was asked to provide identification and a statement of my deposits via Skrill, which I promptly submitted. Following that, I was required to present a third-party statement to verify the origin of my transactions. While I found this request questionable in terms of legality, I managed to convince the third party to provide the requested document. However, after submitting the third-party statement, I was surprised to receive yet another request. This time, you asked for additional details about that person’s transactions, including movements involving yet another individual. You even requested an account statement from this other person. This level of inquiry is highly concerning, as it involves personal and private financial information that does not directly pertain to my account. I find these demands to be excessive, intrusive, and highly questionable from a legal and ethical standpoint. Due to personal circumstances, including the impact of a severe storm (DANA) affecting my family, I had to momentarily pause my efforts to resolve this issue. However, I later contacted your support team again, requesting access to my funds, but received no response. Instead, I recently received an email stating that my account has been inactive for 11 months and that, in accordance with your terms and conditions, my balance will begin to be deducted by €5 per month unless I log in. Given that I have already provided all requested documents and have not received a resolution, I find this unacceptable. I am now resuming my efforts to resolve this matter and expect Smarkets to review my case fairly. I kindly request immediate action to either reactivate my account or allow me to withdraw my funds without further delays. Terrible Customer Service - Avoid
I recently had a frustrating experience with SBK that highlighted just how poor their customer service is when it comes to handling bet void requests. I accidentally placed a duplicate bet and immediately reached out to their support team, expecting them to understand the situation and void the bet as a goodwill gesture something many other bookmakers would do without hesitation. Instead, I was met with unhelpful responses and was told my only option was to cash out. The problem? The cash-out value was less than my original stake, which is absolutely ridiculous. Why should I be penalised for an honest mistake, especially when the bet hadn’t even started? SBK’s refusal to void the duplicate bet and their unwillingness to offer any reasonable solution show a complete lack of customer care. Most reputable betting platforms recognise that errors happen and provide fair resolutions, but SBK clearly prioritises their profits over treating customers fairly. If you’re looking for a bookmaker with good customer service, avoid SBK at all costs. Their policies are rigid, their support is unhelpful, and their cash-out system is just another way to take more of your money. A truly disappointing experience.

Poor performance
US Tech Support continues to make promises that they can not keep. They say they will call you in 2-4 hours, and days go by with no call. Since they became US Tech Support from Advaced Tech Support their prices have gone up and their service has gone hill big time! They have too many customers and not enough staff to handle the workload. The big problem is getting to a technician to get your problems resolved. Once that happens, which has taken days recently, then the do a good job of resolving your issues.

BIG SCAM
I am a software engineer with a formal computer science education doing routine computer maintenance for my elderly parent. I came across some concerning artifacts of things having to do with remote desktop monitoring and other red flags in their file system. They had no recollection of how those artifacts got there, and after some more digging through the computer I determined these people managed to target my elderly parent and charged $300 to activate a msft office subscription they already owned and install unnecessary free antivirus software, plus secretly left themselves open to accessing the computer remotely. I am positively livid that they not only charged my parent hundreds of dollars for 10 minutes of work that a barely literate child could do, but left artifacts on the computer that at best rendered the computer open to malicious attack for the past 3 years and at worst has allowed them to steal my parent's identity. And right now, some of the things I've been coming across are looking like worst case scenario. DO NOT USE SERVICES LIKE THIS -- IT IS A SCAM. The reviews on their website are fake, and the user photos are scraped from stock images and random social media profiles. If you truly have nobody with the skills to help you, find a local computer store with good reviews via Google Maps... even something like Geek Squad would have done this kind of work for under $40. They are charging an outrageous fee and rendering your computer insecure. Even the name "vince goodman" sounds like something a Breaking Bad fan made up as a joke. The street address listed on this TrustPilot page BELONGS TO A TIRE STORE named "Radial Tire Service". These people are scammers, don't let them take advantage of you or your families.

This place is a total scam, the doctors and admin staff prey on foreign tourists. My son 7 was taken ill to the hospital; they refused to see him until we paid Euro 417 upfront. I had insurance and they still refused to communicate with my insurance provider to provide an initial diagnostic. They are a total scam and all the resorts in that area are participating in the same scam. Avoid getting sick in Antlyia if you can- do not go to this place.

эта клиника Анатолий - клиника чистого бизнеса, расценки у них крайне завышены, консультация 1200 евро. они сотрудничают с NoxinnDeluxe Hotel, требуют от туристов обращаться только к ним, и если вы не согласны платить, они не оказывают вам медицинскую помощь. мой ребенок, которому нет и 3-х лет, в данном отеле получил черепно-мозговую травму, пол был мокрый, я поскользнулась и из-за того, что он был у меня на руках, я упала, и ребенок ударился головой об мебель и разбил голову, Я попросила его позвонить в штат 112, но в отеле отказали, сказали, что только клиника Анатолий может нам помочь за определенную плату. эта клиника не заслуживает того, чтобы быть на виду у туристов, не предлагает прейскурант цен на медицинскую помощь, ведет переговоры точно так же, как на вещевом рынке.
