I recently needed an outfit for a family members wedding and found something online that I wanted to replicate. I emailed it to the associates at Kyra and Vir and they were more than happy to help me recreate the look. They were very attentive and heard from them many time throughout the weeks. They're responses were almost right away and were able to provide some great advice on colors/designs. I chose a Lehenga and when it was mailed to me, the skirt was not was I envisioned and I was very disappointed. I sent them a picture of it and elaborated on what I wanted/expected and they were able to remake it for me and shipped it to me in time for the wedding. I am very thankful for the professionalism as it was an expensive outfit and I would not have expected another company to do the same. I go so many compliments on my outfit and will definitely be recommending them to my family/friends! Thank you!!!

I have ordered twice from Indiaboulevard and was pleasantly surprised with the service and outfits. One thing I would say is they should provide a drawing of the outfit as communication can get mixed up (like the color I mentioned vs the color chosen). Especially since you are paying before the design process can start.

You charge customers for out-of-stock items
Your website lists out of stock items, allows customers to order them, charges their credit card, and only after calling customer service, you admit that the item is not available. This happened to me twice. You wasted a week of my time. I still have not received the refunds (order numbers 44270 and 100303462).

Refund request for cancelled order not put back on credit card yet
I put in an order to RPM Hardaware #43704 for a paper shredder. Christine Dy(the digital phone rep) told me it woul cost me $50.00 shipping charge fo the order and then I was not interested in the prder and cancelled and asked for the $3.50 charge for the product be refunded to my credit card. As of today, the refund has not showed being put back on my account. This request for a refund was on 1/30/2025 at 10:22A.M. PST. It is now 2/9/2025.

Oseriösa och oprofessionella
Vet inte hur deras produkt fungerar, men de två grundarna till företaget är väldigt oseriösa och oprofessionella, trots att de har ett så stort företag. De slösade på min tid och energi i seriöst flera månader gällande ett potentiellt samarbete som de drog ut på. Hela tiden bad de om mer info från mig och lovade att höra av sig. I slutändan valde de att ghosta mig totalt.

Jag är helt klart imponerad
Jag är helt klart imponerad! Kläderna blir kanske inte som när de var nya i affären, men minst lika bra som efter första tvätten! Känns väldigt bra att förlänga livslängden på plagg på detta sätt. (Kan tillägga att jag typ aldrig skriver recensioner förutom när jag är riktigt tagen av vad jag köpt. Det händer kanske en gång om året) Det enda jag saknar är lite mer info i broschyren som säger hur det faktiskt fungerar. Och om man kommer kunna investera i bolaget haha

Var väldigt nyfiken på att prova Biorestore och vägde upp kläderna noga. Följde deras anvisningar om hur man går tillväga men är tyvärr otroligt besviken. Ingen skillnad alls. Jag vet inte om det är känsligt för vilken typ av tvättmaskin/ andra faktorer men resultatet uteblev helt. Tvätten gjordes på barnkläder i 100% bomull.

Motsatt effekt
Bomullstråden tunnades ut och gick sönder efter behandlingen. Sweatshirtmuddar blev helt trasiga med massa små hål. Det känns också som att plaggen tappade formen och blev större. Lite slätare yta på tyget var det enda positiva. Besviken då jag hoppades fräscha upp mina favoritplagg som tyvärr blev förstörda.

supernöjd!
Tycker att det är en helt otrolig produkt, fick ett fantastiskt resultat på vissa plagg, framför allt de av 100% bomull med tryck! Perfekt för barnkläder som gått i arv eller som köpts second hand. Testade även på plagg med mindre än 70% (60%) bomull i och precis som det står funkade det mindre bra, men gav ändå lite resultat. Har lagt en andra beställning!

Fungerar bara på vissa material
När jag fick hem paketen så såg jag på förpackningen att Biorestore bara fungerar för naturmaterial som ull, bomull, linne etc. Jag är kvinna och mina kläder innehåller främst syntetiska material. Kunde därmed inte använda produkten. Pengar i sjön...

Frakten var försenad men när jag frågade om det på instagram de bad om ursäkt (ett fel med deras fraktpartner Amazon) och skickade en till paket till mig direkt. Och sen kom även original ordern från Amazon. Då fick jag 3 paket istället för 1, haha. Jättebra! Och produkten fungerar bra också ju.

Snyd og bedrag
Min mand og jeg opsagde sønnes abonnement med sidste dag d.31.12.24, her 2 måneder senere får vi stadig regninger og beskeder om at vi kan gå ind på 'min side' på xplora, men hverken mit eller mandens nr. Giver adgang længere. Så enten betaler vi ellers ryger vi i inkasso.... Vil aldrig anbefale Xplora.

Svindel og bondefangeri
Jeg vil fraråde alle at benytte Xplora. En pris på 139kr for et SIM kort som kan fåes for 39kr ved flere andre selskaber. Jeg har været i dialog om en opsigelse i 4-5 mdr hvilken afvises fra Xplora. Så skal man lige betale den næste og den næste. Nu efter at have nægtet at betale sender de blot videre til INKASSO. Bondefangeri ved højlys dag.

En god hjælp og sikkerhed
Vi har to X6 play til vores børn. Et godt ur som børnene har nemt ved at bruge. Dejligt man kan skrue op for lyden så børnene kan høre uret, også når der er larm omkring dem. Fin forælder app som er nem at bruge og rigtig godt man har gps så man kan se hvor barnet er henne. Eneste ulempe er at urets funktioner er lidt ustabile nogle gange, fx når GPS pludselig ikke vil opdatere lokation eller man må ringe op flere gange til uret før opkaldet går igennem. Jeg kunne godt ønske mig at man kunne tilkøbe abonnement således at uret virkede i udlandet, så man kunne få glæde af det på rejser.

Be very careful about the termination of your abonnement. They are ripping you off!
I have used Xplora for several years. It was fine, nothing fancy, but a good alternative to get in contact with your young kids without providing them with a telephone. I was paying a yearly abonnement. What I did not know is that their yearly abonnement turns automatically into a monthly subscription. In December I received an email with an invoice for 89,80DKK. As I was not aware of this change from yearly subscription to monthly subscription, I thought it was a scam. And the reason for me getting this email was that my Dankort had expired so they could not withdraw the monthly fee automatically. I contacted them (it is not easy, only on the website or through chatbot) and got the background explained and agreed per writing that they would cancel my abonnement without the extra month which was a lie as they continue today to charge me this extra month). We then agreed to cancel the subscription at the end of January. And I had then 2 invoices of 89,80DKK to pay (for December and January). I paid the 2 invoices the 10th of February. In the same time I have received a letter from a company Collectia.dk asking me to pay the same invoices. The letter was sent the 27th of January while I was away from Denmark, and I could only see it the 8th of February when I came back. I can show them my plane tickets to prove that. This letter is asking me to pay within 10 days the due invoices. Which I have done (10th of February and first banking day after the weekend). Now this same company Collectia is sending me an sms yesterday 12 02 2025 at 6:15pm and asking me to pay 700,66DKK of restgæld !!! I am going to the police today to put an official complain if they are not officially sending me a cancelation of this procedure. In a nutshell: 1) Be very much aware of the T&C of your contracts. 2) Be very much aware that Xplora is working very closely with Collectia.dk and they are the one telling Collection how much the inkassogebyr and inkassoomkostninger should be. A way for them to make extra profit. 3) Contact your bank immediately and block the transaction to their account. As a conclusion, stay very much away from that company.

Shady and deceitful company. A pre-paid plan automatically turns into a monthly subscription without notice. The watches they sell are of incredibly low quality, they can’t hold a charge and the glass breaks easily. I can’t recommend them to anyone.

Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte kundeservice flere gange for at få afklaret problemerne, men svarene har været langsomme, og der er ikke blevet fundet nogen konkret løsning på mine henvendelser. 3. Vær opmærksom på, at de fortsætter med at opkræve penge en eller to måneder flere(huske at tjekke), selvom du har annulleret dit abonnement. Jeg er meget utilfreds med denne oplevelse og vil ikke anbefale Xplora til andre.

Hvis du allerede er kunde hos Xplora, bør du straks tjekke din konto for at se, om du bliver opkrævet 69 kr. ekstra om måneden for en "serviceydelse", du aldrig har bedt om! 🔴 Ulovlige opkrævninger og manglende gennemsigtighed Jeg har betalt 69 kr. pr. måned for en service, som Xplora hævder er nødvendig, hvis man bruger en anden udbyder – men abonnementet og SIM-kortene er købt direkte hos Xplora! Det betyder, at de uberettiget har trukket penge uden mit samtykke. 🔴 Forbrugerbeskyttelse overtrådt De har pligt til at give kunderne korrekte oplysninger, hvilket de ikke har gjort. De har heller ikke dokumenteret, hvem den påståede "serviceudbyder" er – I må ikke opkræve penge for ydelser, folk ikke har accepteret! Derudover skriver de også i en tidligere e-mail: "Uden et aktivt Xplora mobilabonnement kræves der et servicegebyr...". Dette antyder, at I kan opkræve gebyrer fra enhver, uanset om de er kunder hos Xplora. Dette er potentielt ulovligt, da forbrugere ikke kan pålægges betaling for ydelser, de ikke har accepteret. 🔴 Manipulation og manglende hjælp Da mit abonnement blev spærret, gav de mig ingen oplysninger om, hvordan jeg kunne genåbne det eller om de havde genåbnet det (SMS, Opringning eller E-mail). Jeg havde heller ingen adgang til mit kundecenter, hvilket gjorde det umuligt for mig at få overblik over mit abonnement eller foretage nødvendige handlinger. De burde give klare oplysninger om, hvordan man genopretter en tjeneste – men Xplora valgte at tie stille. Resultatet? Jeg var nødt til at købe et helt nyt abonnement – i en anden persons navn! 🔴 Direkte løgne om deres produkt efter spærring Xplora hævder i en e-mail, at det er muligt at ringe til uret, men ikke fra det. Dette er en direkte løgn – for selv efter betaling virkede funktionen hverken den ene eller anden vej! Når man betaler for en ydelse, skal den leveres – det sker ikke hos Xplora! Jeg kan nu se at de har haft problemer med deres deres pågældende udbyder ved at læse her på trustpilot og tænker at det har været derfor det ikke virkede. Men så skal jeg da ikke betale for det. 🔴 Manglende svar på krav Jeg har nu ventet 5 dage uden en tilbagemelding på mine krav. Xplora ignorerer fuldstændigt deres ansvar og svarer ikke på min henvendelse. Dette viser en ekstrem mangel på kundeservice og respekt for deres kunder. Xplora forsøger at drive penge ind uden gennemsigtighed. Venter stadigvæk på svar fra jer! Konklusion: STYR LANGT VÆK FRA XPLORA!📢 Hvis du er kunde, bør du straks tjekke dine betalinger for at se, om de opkræver 69 kr. ekstra om måneden fordi de mener du har valgt at bruge en anden udbyder til trods for at det er et Xplora abonnement og SIM-kort er udstedt af Xplora! 📢 Hvis du overvejer Xplora – LAD VÆRE! Xplora er ikke en troværdig virksomhed, og de forsøger at trække penge fra kunder på et ulovligt grundlag. De skulle hede Fup og svinedel istedet for. I har spærret abonnementet den 02.10.2024 og genåbnet den 03.02.2025. og bliver opsagt pr. 28.02-2025 Vi skriver i dag den 07.02.2025, og jeg har på mystisk vis ikke fået nogen besked på dagen for genåbningen. Jeg ville elske en forklaring – helst en, der giver mening denne gang. uden meningsløse redundant svar. Absolut Værste service og support. Xplora lukker mobil abonnement hvis man skifter Simkortet til en anden enhed om det bare er for 5 min. De siger det er fordi de registrerer et højt forbrug og vil beskytte dig, tror lige de skal skrue ned. Det er sådan at abonnementer var taget til udlandet eller noget. De vil bare ikke have at abonnementet skulle bruges mere end nødvendigt. De gør det så om eftermiddagen så man ikke kan kontakte dem, når man så sender en mail igennem deres system svarer de ikke heller ikke dagen efter eller på yderligere henvendelser. Den er stadig lukket og får kun automatiske mails fra dem om at der bliver registreret et højt forbrug. Hvilket selvfølgelig er Løgn, da abonnementet er lukket. Derudover efter gentagende forsøg tidligere på at komme i kontakt med dem tidligere fordi jeg ikke kunne logge ind på Xplora.dk kom jeg ind. Nu er jeg så lukket ude igen og kan ikke komme ind og se information. De er så dovne at de ikke en gang orker at se deres mails igennem efter fejl. Der er så mange fejl at jeg faktisk ikke forstår hvad deres automatiske mails betyder. Jeg flytter begge mine abonomenter idag, det er håbløst. HOLD JER ALLE LANGT VÆK. Det er ren svindel, desuden for blot en smule mere kan du få et helt nyt Apple watch SE til dit barn og et abonnement der er meget billigere.

Refusal to response
We went and view the property at Westgate Place. We are satisfied with one of the Terrace and pay a reservation fees of 500 pounds. We chased them for documents to sign, but no one replied. We chased for several times but still in vain. Therefore, we decided to cancel the deal. Then we chased them for the refund of the reservation fees but again, no one replied to that up til now. Very very bad experience.We hope we will not be forced to sue them.

Very reliable team
I have been working with Harry for 2 years now after I passed them over my property. It has been very hands off and I have more time for my partner and I, as we receive steady rental income (which has never been a late payment) whilst they take care of the management, bills and tenants. My reservation was made through Expedia for a small car rental with BUDGET at Manila airport. I received text messages with contact number to phone when i passed through customs etc and collected my luggage. I was informed a shuttle vehicle would collect me and take me to the office. I assumed this would be the office of BUDGET but NO. My booking had been sub contracted to another company. The "office" was a little room in some back street compound. There was nothing wrong with the staff and they were helpful. HOWEVER my car was not a small car but a large 4 door car but what was most annoying was that ALL the windows were BLACKED OUT. For day time driving maybe acceptable but driving at night was horrendous!!!!!! The reason i wanted a small car was because of the traffic and parking. Never again with BUDGET

No Budget rental car after a online reservation
I had made an online reservation with Budget car rental. The reservation was made for a SUV - Toyota Fortuner; two weeks rental and pick up and return in Manila. Pick-up and return would be at Roxas Boulevard, Vm Tower, unit 105, Paranaque City. I got a nice confirmation email with all the reservation details. So everything seems ok. But when I went to the address to pick-up my car, there was no Budget office, no car, nobody... When I called the phone number provided in the confirmation-email there was nobody answering the phone. I searched online for other phone numbers from Budget in Manila, called them, but again nobody answered the phone...nobody was to be reached from any Budget office in Manila. Desperate, I went to a concurrent car rental company Hertz. They helped me very quickly and arranged a SUV for me within the hour. This was great service. But the service of Budget was the worst you could wish for. Budget car rental Manila / Philippines is not functional. But the worst thing is that you can make an online reservation, thinking you have the service Budget provides worldwide...but that is not the thing. So don't make any reservation with Budget rent a car in Manila, the Philippines is my advice.

We have had exactly the same experience regarding the tax clearance and only after paying the 5,000 did they say we had to pay the tax liability, which was considerable. They also would not provide documents to support they had made the tax clearance application.........something is definitely not right ???

We are a hotel investment fund for developing new brand-name hotels and buying existing hotels and resorts and then adding value by renovations. I booked a two hour cleaning session through groupon and had nothing but problems. As soon as my money left my account they didn't want to know! I was told I had to book online but couldn't as they kept saying my email address was wrong. There was no contact number and when I emailed them I was told they didn't clean in my area and there wasn't anything they could do. I pointed out their website said it covered my area and they said it didn't and were very rude!

Cleaner from Handy UK
I booked a cleaner for 2 hours to do general housework. A woman came half hour late who could hardly speak English. Had no idea of cleaning and not speaking or understanding English didn't help. She chewed my lovely rug up with the Hoover when I to,d her to brush it not Hoover, she used a Brillo,pad on my white draining board and it's now gone black and patchy and she chewed the wire up on Hoover as the more I said hold the wire when you Hoover, she didn't understand. Handy offer money back guarantee if not satisfied but they give a false phone number and ignore emails. I cancelled future bookings and advise not to use them. I would of expected someone to come back to me.

Really poor and unreliable service
I tried Handy 4 times, and each time was bad for various reasons so just won't ever use again Booking: the app is easy to book with, but it is nearly impossible to cancel a booking without ringing them up - I waited on hold for 45mins and still no response. Customer service is exceptionally poor Arrival: Of the 4bookings, two were over 45mins late, and another one I had to go and find her as she was lost a 10min walk down the road Quality of cleaning: between average and poor. Floors were hoovered fine, but anything vaguely challenging (such as shelves/shower etc) they just run a damp sponge over. Just can't be bothered Damage: On two occasions (50%) we've had stuff damaged. One chipped sink and one bathroom mat that they spilt cleaner all over bleaching it (and turned the mat over to hope we wouldn't notice). Tried calling the head office....nothing! Generally not worth the aggro of dealing with these guys. Cleaners from other firms (where they are properly affiliated) tend to be a lot better and cost no more

Bait and switch contract terms IMO
Expensive Contract” with extended coverages used to cover repair or replace . However “ without notification” to existing contract holders renewals dropped or severely minimized these services and coverages . Now Told too bad should have read very very very impossible to read fine print on reverse . In my opinion it is now clearly a bait and switch operation . They will repair an appliance for $500 that cost $500 to buy brand new. Do not trust that what you are promised when you buy their contact will be provided .

Good attitude but horrible experience. sales person say they can insure many things eventually. They cannot honor what they say and the contract is super tricky. I fell into their trap. I claimed three times and they only paid once, but they promised they would insure the appliances for the other two cases. They never told me that the first month I bought the insurance, i could not reimburse any claims. I bought the home warranty for a duplex with two units. One unit was claimed and the other unit could not be claimed, even though their salesperson told me I could before i bought. I paid the extra cost for the septic insurance, but they immediately denied my claim for a septic problem without take any investigation. It is ridiculous. I am very disappointed. I regret buying this home warranty.

liar liar pants on fire
I purchased the 1 year warranty and called pride to set up the visit for AC repair. 1st call to pride no call was initiated 2nd call no call initiated. So i called pride again said i would set up a call with an ac group here i use. Was approved by the Pride dude i spoke with on the phone. Meanwhile sweating it out in TEXAS heat. AC was fixed and bill submitted to Pride with receipts. Pride did not pay it. Called pride and spoke to manager who said i did not follow protocol. I asked why the first calls to them did not get service calls generated and he said they did not have records of those calls. Would not buy anything from this company.

Not happy with this company. Paid for the year upfront because they offered great military discounts. When I was in need of help I submitted a claim online but, never been called back for my leaking water heater. Called Pride’s claim department dozens of times and left several detailed voicemails, never got a call back. I have not been able to reach anyone since we paid for the service. I even called other departments and left messages. Now when I call I get an automated message saying the number is temporarily unavailable. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND ONLY TAKES PRIDE IN STEALING YOUR MONEY, NOT HELPING ITS CUSTOMERS.

Absoluut NOOIT meer met EffeWeg ! Als je een slechte recensie schrijft dan plaatsen ze je op de rode lijst en kan je de eerst volgende reis met EffeWeg niet boeken. Schoften ( vergeef mijn taal gebruik) zijn het. Ik raad ook niemand aan om te boeken bij Effeweg. Er zijn zeer betere alternatieven zoals KRAS, MAASKANT, OAD en de JONG Intratours ! Dit was de reis die wij hadden willen boeken bij EffeWeg voor 2025 en die NIET geaccepteerd werd via internet. Reis Excursiereis 12 dagen Barcelona en Andorra All Inclusive. Na telefonisch contact was de reden dat wij op de rode lijst waren geplaatst !

Nooit meer Effeweg
Wij hadden met een gezelschap van 6 personen een busreis door schotland geboekt van 15 t/m 22 sept 2024. Bij de boeking hebben we meteen een excursie naar het eiland Mull geboekt van €49 pp. Op de dag dat we dat gingen doen zijn we rond een uur of 8 vertrokken vanuit ons hotel naar het veerpont dat ons naar het eiland zou brengen. Daar aangekomen rond 11 uur vertrok de boot net voor ons neus, Niet erg 45 minuten later konden wij vertrekken. Door de haakse hoek van de oprijplaat met de vaste wal lukte dat echter niet. De bus hing met zijn neus op de oprijplaat. Terug met die bus dus. 45 minuten later nog eens geprobeerd. Echter met hetzelfde resultaat. Daar hebben we dus zo'n 2 uren gestaan om met wat aanpassingen in het reisschema terug te keren naar ons hotel. Die dag minstens 10 uren in de bus gezeten. Er waren reizigers bij die er dikke onderbenen van hadden. Dan mag je verwachten dat je het betaalde excursiegeld terug krijgt van Effeweg. Nee, je wordt afgewimpeld met €20 pp. Je mag van een schotse buschauffeur, een reisleider die daar het hele seizoen is en de kapitein meer bekendheid verwachten met de plaatselijke situatie. De reisleider heeft ons gemeld die dag dat hij van dit voorval Effeweg al op de hoogte had gesteld. Na de reis hebben we hierover dus gereclameerd en om teruggave van ons geld gevraagd. Nogmaals we werden afgewimpeld met €20 pp. Als we de ferry vanaf Oban hadden genomen zoals in het reisschema stond, was er geen vuiltje aan de lucht geweest. NOOIT MEER EFFEWEG.

Tijdens de terugreis naar huis conflict met de chauffeur
Tijdens de terugreis naar huis, hebben we korte pauze van 15 min gekregen. Nadat wij terug kwamen van de toilet was de bus al vertrokken. Buschauffeur gaf aan dat hij op ons 10 min heeft zitten wachten, en volgens meerdere passagiers heeft buschauffeur niet gewacht. Chauffeur wist niet eens dat we er niet in zaten. Dankzij meerdere passagiers is hij eindelijk gaan wachten. Als het aan de chauffeur lag zou hij gewoon door rijden. Chauffeur schreeuwde tegen me 13 jarige kind, hij sprak haar aan en dreigde haar om haar mond te houden anders mochten we niet instappen in de bus. Chauffeur dreigement zat me dochter de hele weg dwars. Ze is erg van geschrokken. Dat jullie zulke chauffeurs in dienst nemen is belachelijk. Gelukkig waren meerdere passagiers met me eens, en hebben ze gezien hoe de chauffeur tegen me een kind schreeuwde en zijn vinger na me dochter wees. Inplaats dat hij met mij sprak ging de chauffeur in discussie met me kind. Hij was in een aanval mode. En mooiste van allemaal is de chauffeur is gestopt langs de snelweg. Wat een gevaar punt om daar te wachten op passagiers. Hij was geen reisleider, hij sprak niet eens. Hij was zo chagrijnig. En vervolgens na al deze drama is chauffeur half 4 gestopt bij een pompstation en moeten we een uurtje op hem wachten omdat hij niet door mag rijden. Half 5 zijn we weer vertrokken richting breda. Ik vind het een verschrikkelijk ervaring.

We hadden een prima ervaren chauffeur en onze reisleider Martin heeft met zijn verhalen over de geschiedenis van Z Italië en zijn goede draaiboek deze reis voor ons onvergetelijk gemaakt. 👍

Wat ging er mis. De chauffeur/reisleider wist helemaal niets te vertellen over de reis. Hij had geen draaiboek, zei hij. Reed regelmatig verkeerd. We zaten dan vaak ook eindeloos in de verouderde bus. Bloedheet omdat de verwarming vol aan stond, anders ging de voorruit beslaan. Het hotel in Meissen was gedateerd en badkamer was niet schoon. Ontbijt was goed, maar het diner elke avond echt vies. Ik ga nooit meer met Effeweg, betaal liever iets meer voor kwaliteit.

In hotel bestolen van 160 euro tijdens ontbijt! Tas met beurs erin stond gewoon in onze kamer. Kan alleen door personeel zijn gedaan,maar kan niks bewijzen.moest aangifte doen maar begin maar eens in franrijk!! Verder werdt er niet zuiver gemaakt en was hotel aan de vieze kant. Onder het bed bah!!!! Verder was de reis mooi en de chauffeur prima. Was in hotel panoramic in Chatel frankrijk/ meer van Geneve Groetjes

Eine Katastrophenerfahrung! Ware online bestellt, per PayPal bezahlt (ca. 270€), Bestätigung von Auftrag und Zahlung erhalten und dann Ende. Keine Versandmitteilung, nach 6 Wochen keine Ware erhalten, keinerlei Nachrichten, telefonisch nicht erreichbar, reagiert nicht auf E-Mails, auch nicht nach Einschaltung des PayPal-Käuferschutzes. Letztlich volle Erstattung vom PayPal-Käuferschutz erhalten und damit schadlos geblieben. Aus meiner Sicht ist die Firma entweder am Ende oder gar in betrügerischer Absicht unterwegs. Ich werde die Fa. Funsport jedenfalls künftig meiden und kann niemandem empfehlen, dort Geld zu lassen.

Der Laden scheint seit einigen Wochen nicht mehr zu existieren. Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Meine Retoureanfrage wurde noch beantwortet, als das Paket dann bei Funsport ankam, wurde es nicht angenommen bzw DHL traf niemanden an. Aus dem DHL Shop wurde es vom Händler nie abgeholt, sodass es letztendlich wieder bei mir landete. Bestellt dort bloß nichts mehr!!!!!

Oh, and also they don t even ask for medical prescription to sell you creams (tretinoin) on which it even says on the packaging to be sold ONLY under a medical prescription. Don't buy from them. Never work here if you value mental welfare!
I worked with PMO (Project Management Office) and it was the worst place of work I have ever had the dissatisfaction of working at. I started my time here loving the work I was doing, being passionate about the cause, the vision and wanting to make a real difference to the lives of the end users. However, that soon changed when I realised my job description had changed from what was originally agreed upon and sold at my interview. Infact, Blatchford has demonstrated that they are unable to define roles of employees (with job descriptors all missing) yet expected employees (as part of their annual appraisals) to discharge their duties perfectly. You cannot feel passionate about something if employer continually changes the goalpost and doesn't hold up their end of the bargain. Old school ways of working are commonplace and the norm. A large majority of the workforce is elderly and that naturally means a lack of vision/insight/foresigh as well as resistant to change (which R&D hoped). Blatchford has an excessively politically-charged and highly bureaucratic environment which makes discharging your role that much more difficult. You may almost need to be in a clique to ensure you get an easier ride. Promotions occur as a result of time-served rather than the employees own value contribution to the organisation. I may have heard from ex-employees who were Design Engineers that a new layer of middle management within engineering was formed but none of these individuals had any experience of managing budget AND people in the past. Middle management need re-training. In my experience and opinion, certain managers will command you to do things even when those same things are out of your control. During my time those same individuals failed to demonstrate any real competency, courage, conviction and charisma. As a result of middle management being placed in such positions, they lack all the necessary skills and competencies to be classed as a real manager of people. If you enjoy doing EXACTLY what you're told and when to do it, this is definitely the place for you. God forbid you ever care for the products or the end users because then you'd be tarnished as a troublemaker and squeezed out via the numerous and highly beauracratic 'processes'. My fellow PMO's just enjoyed hounding teams for times/dates and when things will be finished and do not possess any real technical (and frankly, necessary) knowledge of the products. If I was an end user I would not be comfortable wearing a blatchford prosthetic or orthotic device; just my personal preference. If you are a yes-man, then you may fit in well otherwise you will be forgotten. Also, the organisation operates a very dated 'flexible' working arrangement which is anything but. Being told to come to site at least 3 days per week showed how employees are deemed as numbers and not trusted to perform their work. Every other business I've worked at has always value integrity. Unfortunately it seems to be lost here. Also if the CTO can leave abruptly leaving everyone absent of his vision, only to return a few months later, that is telling you how great retention rates are. There is a very steady number of people leaving blatchford not because the work is not stimulating or challenging, but because management and HR are out to get you if you do not fit the mould. Be careful of working here because eventually it affect your mental welfare and by that time you'd have been squeezed out. Don't say I didn't warn you.
