Belle qualité des vêtements. Envoi très rapide. Si tout va bien. Plusieurs commandes passées sans problème. Par contre à la dernière commande j'ai reçu 2 robes de mauvaise taille. Service client ne répond pas aux mails. J'ai réussi les joindre au téléphone. La dame me propose renvoyer le colis à mes frais ! J'ai dit que je ne suis pas d'accord. "On voir rappellera" Voilà. Ça fait une semaine j'attends leur coup de fil !

Très déçue
Très déçue ! J'ai commandé des masques en tissu taille 6-11 ans pour mes enfants de 6 et 10 ans. Les masques qui me sont parvenus sont 2 fois moins haut qu'un masque chirurgical pour le même âge, il ne couvre donc que le nez ou le menton, au choix mais pas les 2. J'ai demandé au service client comment procéder pour un retour et remboursement. J'ai eu un mail de 2 lignes 4 jours après m'expliquant qu'il fallait déplier les masques (des fois que je ne sache pas comment utiliser un masque) et c'est tout. J'envoie des photos d'1 masque plié et déplié à côté d'un masque chirurgical de la même tranche d'âge et réitère ma demande. Les 9 autres étant restés sous blister individuel scellé. Et là... silence radio, malgré relance. Contrairement à ce que le site indique "Jus d’Orange s’est mobilisé et a confectionné des masques barrières en tissu destinés aux professions non médicales et au grand public (adultes et enfants)." les masques en question sont fabriqués en Chine. Moi qui souhaitais des masques de fabrication française, je me suis faite avoir par la description. De quoi mettre en doute le reste du descriptif !

LIERS!!!
Ordered a desk from one of their "ready to ship" items on their website on March 27th. Received an email with an apology that the desk is not ready and will be manufactured and shipped in 10-14 days. Waited over a month only to find out that the desk is being made in India & not their "California" office as they claim. Called multiple times with no replies. Send multiple emails and finally got a reply on May 19th, almost 2 months after the order was placed mentioning that "due to the flooding at the Dubai airport (that happened a month earlier), they were not able to ship it and will refund me. Of course they didn't issue any refund. Thank GOD i paid with paypal. Had to open a claim to get my money back. Stay away from those scammers c****!!

After multiple failed delivery attempts ( didn't leave the warehouse or mysteriously ends up back at warehouse instead of being delivered multiple times.) Arranged with seller to get refund and seller contacts dhl to return non delivered items. but expects me to wait for dhl to return products ive never seen or received before i get my refund. days later still waiting for refund and items still not returned ( brilliant choice using dhl ) Dont bother giving them your custom , you can get cheaper better offers and guaranteed next day delivery elsewhere.

We purchased a new Vaillant ecoFIT pure 625 boiler ten months ago (17.04.24) and had it installed by a Vaillant certified 'Master Level' Advance engineer (Contractor: Heat Quick Direct 'HQD': Gas Safe No. 557517). The Vaillant Boiler condensation water pump was not installed properly by the certified Contractor and hence started to leak, damaging our Ground floor neighbor's ceiling. Not only did Heat Quick Direct not compensate for damage caused by their work. They also made us pay for another (£320) condensation pump (+labor) to replace the faulty original pump they installed; as well as pay for the downstairs ceiling damage (£320) caused by their leak. Buyer Beware!

See if I could give no stars I would.I received a sofa well it looked second hand too be honest.Honestly you have no idea how bad this was,it was wrong colour well it was a few colours and all different colours off zips on cushions absolutely disgusting.It was also damaged in few places just the worst and also treated the worst..I contacted them straight away even when the delivery driver was there but refused too take it away after giving them the money,honestly I feel stupid too be honest.you can’t even speak with anyone it’s all on WhatsApp but he refused too do anything and all I got was rudeness he even says they were laughing at the messages I was sending but that’s not all the stupid delivery driver caused severe damage too my property one off my pillers outside and nothing and he admitted it too me in a message saying how sorry they were,sorry isn’t good enough.I am now dealing with trading standards but they can’t locate them so please if anyone knows we’re they are can they please let me know 🙏 I don’t know how they can treat people like this. It’s causing lots off problems between me and my partner about being stupid buying something on instagram but I buy a lot on line but this is something else..I’m £1300 for corner sofa and it’s going too cost me another £2000 for damage too my property it’s just not fair..So PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..I’m sorry that other people have gone through the same thing, but again if anyone knows we’re they are can you please do the right thing and name address off we’re there trading..Thank you

Urban Couch is a complete fraud company. Aman and his brother are frauds of the first order. I had ordered a couch from them which they had promised to be delivered by the 25th of October 2022, after I made the payment, the phones were switched off and not reachable. I subsequently emailed them to which I received a reply that your couch is on route and will be delivered by the 6th of November. Suspecting that something was not correct, I sent someone to the address mentioned on the wesite(which now is not reachable too) to only to find that there is no one and nothing by the name of Urban Couch there. I immediately sent another email to Aman to which he replied that the couch is no route.... I had asked for the transport challah etc but have not received any reply as yet. I have finally sent a email threatening to take him and his brother to court. If anyone knows of their whereabouts please let me know. These two need to be taught a lesson. Pathetic customer service and fradulent behaviour
I ordered a Sofa at the end of November 2021. After a lot of back and forth, the sofa was finally delivered in January. The product I received was of different dimensions, had missing parts and was shoddily finished. They said they'll return the product and assured that someone will pick it up. No one picked it and they stopped responding to my calls and messages. I had to approach the legal route and am in the process of filing a complaint against them and am sending a legal notice. In general, they keep lying and making false promises. The quality of their customer service, as well as the actual product I received was extremely shoddy. They are completely unresponsive and don't listen to problems, at all. Please beware.

This is fraud company, never buy from urbancouch. The will never receive the call and the number provided at their website is not legit.. and their chatbot works only for new customers as in once u make booking then nobody will reply back to your chat unless you try to chat with a new device (phone or laptop). The promised delivery date was September 16, till now I haven't received it Never buy from this fraudulent company . It has been a nightmare dealing with them. I added an edit at the end. .. I Ordered these glasses for My son for Christmas. He is one of my four colorblind children. One daughter received these glasses years ago for Christmas and loved them. It was a very moving tear filled day as Siblings and cousins tried these on and saw a whole new world. -sadly those glasses walked away , someone else liked them too. It’s a whole new world With texture and dimension and color. So exciting and Fun as they pointed out the fact that the trunk of the Christmas tree was different than the branches and needles. Or the first time They saw bugkill trees( spruce beetle infestation ) or the texture in the lawn. We watched as one knelt on the floor stroking a petal of a poinsettia and asking why doesn’t everyone talk about the color red all The time? It’s amazing!” Or the boy that looked At his mom and stroked her hair exclaiming “mom!! Your hair is red! You are so beautiful! Yup . He was 19 and we were all Crying. Finally ordered another pair, My son is excited for the great frames and excited that he sees the color red and was excited to point out the other colors he saw ! Great day! Great glasses!! *I wanted to add a little edit after I saw a review that said these glasses are a fraud. They aren’t. This is a really exciting experience. . In our family we have 8 kids. 4 are colorblind - so is my dad and numerous nephews. Almost everyone tried on the glasses. Sadly, There was one person that still didn’t see color. I do not know if they are just a different type of color blind than the glasses we had purchased or what but he didn’t see color. So I would Suggest that you be sure to take the colorblind test to find out which pair is best for you. It was sad they didn’t work for him. But they worked for the rest of the ones who tried them with amazing results. Their biggest fear was that they might start to depend on the glasses and not remember things like the position of the red and green lights at a traffic stop. Yes, they are expensive and it is so hard to justify spending so much, but when you personally see the excitement and amazement of someone seeing color for the first time. (those of us that can see color, Often take for granted such a gift..) You want to be able to buy everyone you know a pair. ! You want to color their world too. Yup that good!

Lens Changed
I purchased my first pair of EnChromas in February of 2020. They were the largest lens (wraparound style) available. I love them but they fog up in the winter. Last month I purchased a new pair, different style, but the lens itself has changed dramatically. I cannot figure out why - their original lens are fantastic! Even with the slight yellowish tint, the first generation lens are far superior to the current lens. The colors do not pop at all with these new lens.

I ordered on 11/3/23 and paid for it through Amazon Pay as they said they were having a problem with PayPal. I finally received the applicator on 12/5/23 but without the cartridges is it totally unusable. The cartridges have not arrived. Many emails, chats and phone calls go unanswered. There isn’t anyone there to answer the phone and they do not call back when you leave a message. It seems that a person named John is the only person running the entire show. It really is a scam and should be reported to the Attorney General for California.

I ordered my device and cartridge’s in May 22. I received the cartridge’s 4 weeks later but no device although was promised it was in the mail. The excuse, a logistics issue. When my device came the 3rd week of July it was missing the o ring. It also seemed as if it didn’t function the same as the ones I was watching on YouTube. I was promised a new device and a box of cartridges for my inconvenience. The cartridges came but the device didn’t. After calling numerous times and many weeks later the second device came but it was obviously a return. The box had been opened and there was moisture in the the water cartridge. After calling and calling and emailing I never did receive a proper device. I purchased an o ring for my original device and used it 2x a day consistently for months. I still use it periodically but I don’t know if it really does anything. I have a few small veins in my legs and ankles but they have actually gotten worse not better over the last year. I bought the device because of the promise of rebuilding my circulatory system. Getting rid of the veins in my legs was just a hopeful bonus. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. When I initially spoke with John he was very informative and convincing of the great benefits of the product. One of his selling points was that the product is so great that they virtually never get returned. I even convinced my friend to buy one as well, as she has bad veins in her legs. She got her device before me even after ordering it 2 weeks after me. Then when it came to receiving the second device, somehow it was sent it to her! Now, she lives in an entirely different city an hour away from me. Tell me how does that happen??? Needless to say I’m not real impressed with the company nor the product. Oh and my friend didn’t get any results either with her veins. I ended up spending $1500 because I wanted my husband to do it too so I ordered enough co2 cartridges for both of us to do 3 months of treatments. I came here today because I wanted to see what people were saying since my veins are seemingly getting worse. I was hoping for some encouragement from others to continue use but I don’t know if I should even use it anymore. I don’t know if my device works properly as I explained before.

Your most recent review suggests it's sad that my negative approach prevents my husband from getting the help he needs. This is incorrect. My husband was actually the one who insisted on stopping doxyva because the results simply weren't there. Your statements are simply never correct and I always unfortunately need to correct them pretty much every time. My husband started using doxyva on May 7th 2022 and continued into mid-December 2022 after spending over $3,500. After 7 months and over 3,500 it should be more than sufficient for the great results the company boasts. It was so disturbing that you announced to the world on Trust pilot my husband's health condition even to the point of saying you were surprised he was alive. You had specifically told my husband in an email that the records he sent you that you requested would go no further than your doctors. How can I trust your company??? You then posted your company sent us dozens of emails that you do not guarantee results which was a complete 100% untruth. So when I asked you to post only the dates of those emails you replied that 'communication with your customers is private and confidential'. I do not know how your company can get away with such. We both know not one of those dozens of emails ever existed. It has been evident all along that you never address many of the issues in my review and the few that are always need to be corrected. I generally don't write a bad review. However, I am left with no other choice but to write one. I ordered Doxyva on 11/22 and even after 4 months I have ZERO updates. I have no idea when this product would be shipped or if it would be shipped at all. Is this a SCAM?? I have texted the listed number so many times and every time I get an excuse, "sorry we are overwhelmed, we'll get back to you today". I almost send the exact same message asking for status and I get similar response. Funny/Sad thing is that no one gets back with any updates. I keep asking but it's like they don't care. I asked for the contact info of the CEO, a Manger or somebody but no response. I think I should post all the chat messages so people know how mediocre all of this is. No concern for my time and not shame :(. Don't care about the frustration this is causing. I am beginning to think this may be all fake. They scammed me for $70. Once I paid, an "expert" called saying theres an issue, the assessment is being tracked and would need $250 deposit (company policy, their favorite word) in order to move forward. I obviously said no and asked for a refund. After several tries, a person contacted me and said in order to move forward with the refund, I would need to pay them $80 extra (company policy - although the website says money back guarantee) in order to recieve the full $150 refund back. Made no sense and the guy had a strong middle eastern accent so they are most likely over seas.

They take your money and if you request a refund they ask for more money. If you don't pay they threaten to report you to your university. It's a blackmail scheme. The only positive comments came on consecutive days. They're probably from friends or family. Stay away from them.

I have worked in IT for the past 40+ years, and I have worked with hundreds of IT related companies. As the current owner of an IT managed services company, we began evaluating Verpex Hosting in April 2023. We had a few hiccups early on, but those were quickly resolved. Today, more than a year and a half later, we are in a 3 day old unresolved issue that is crippling our ability to use the services we paid for. What you need to know about ColoCrossing, is that they are one of the hosting/co-location partners for Verpex Hosting, and thanks to ColoCrossing’s abhorrent behavior, they have all but doomed Verpex Hosting from achieving the dependable services they might get from any other datacenter. There is a lesson and a warning here. If you want your hosting business or project to really suck or fail, then by all means do host with ColoCrossing. Moving my Dedicated & VPS needs to ColoCrossing
Besides having my own "Homelab", I have been using Dedicated Servers / VPS / VDS etc from providers for the past 15+ years. I have probably went thru 50+ such providers over the years. I tend to give 1 or 2 months to test out their service before fully committing & actually using it fully for my actual needs. I have to test out speeds, resources, control panels & support staff, which is extremely important. Few months ago I gave a chance Colo Crossing (colocrossing.com), I bought few VPS & a Dedicated Server. I'm excited to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by their services considering the prices, the speed & uptime was great. The dedicated server control panel OS install section didn't have Proxmox option, but had CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian & Win R2's (no self ISO upload), so I opened the ticket for Proxmox expecting to hear that "choose what's available", but was very surprised by support staff replying immediately & offering to install Proxmox ISO themselves! It was done way faster than expecting! Thru few months I had opened few other support tickets (nothing to do with issues) & was contacted back so fast, that I had to check if I'm on a "Paid Support Package", since other such Service Providers would charge separately for this kind of support response time. The internet speeds stay good at all times, the peak doesn't effect it at all. I'm glad to find this provider & now moving my other VPS & dedicated server needs from other providers to Colo Crossing. I hope Ernie, Chris, Tyler, Josh, Frank, Craig & others continue providing great service for their customers! Dany G.

Parce que je n'ai pas envoyé par email l'audit énergétique qui aurait pu déclencher l'audit cofrac avant travaux. Oui, bien sûr, c'est ma faute. Mais pourquoi cette information n'est pas présente sur le site web qui recense toutes les démarches, plutôt clairement (malgré la redondance très forte des demandes d'informations), avec des petites croix rouges et des virgules vertes ? Et pourquoi faut-il envoyer l'audit énergétique par email, puisqu'il est déposé en temps et en heure sur le site web ? Parce que c'est l'administration, et il y a des règles à respecter. Formulaire très compliqué à compléter comparer à MaPrimRenov. On sent qu’ils font tout pour ne pas payer. Malgré tout j’ai réussi à compléter mon dossier parfaitement, il est pré-validé mais cela fait des mois. Quand on contacte le support ils nous indiquent qu’ils font des vérifications. Lesquels puisqu’ils ont tous les documents (qu’ils ont déjà validé) et qu’ils n’envoient aucun agent sur le terrain. Ça fait 5 mois qu’ils font des vérifications fictives. Très déçue para rapport à la démarche sachant que j'ai pu bénéficier de ce dispositif il y a environ 6 ans. A l'époque, le montant annoncé lors de la simulation était identique au montant versé et le chèque nous est parvenu rapidement. L'expérience passée m'a poussée pour revenir vers cet organisme une deuxième fois, sauf que la démarche a beaucoup évolué. Déjà l'intitulé de la nature des travaux "fenêtre ou porte-fenêtre" est trompant. Pour le ridicule du contexte juste les fenêtres sont éligible, les portes-fenêtres sont exclues, vous comprendrez bien que les deux n'ont pas la même fonction et la matière n'est donc pas la même. Vous apprenez cela au moment où votre dossier est en cours de traitement, le montant de votre prime est corrigé à la baisse et vous êtes coincé sans possibilité d'aller demander la prime ailleurs. Enfin, c'est très bien, ils ont réussi à faire une économie d'environ 140€ sur mon dossier me laissant donc avec une prime de 217€ pour une facture de presque 10 000€, versement que j'attends depuis bientôt 3 mois. A l'époque, il y a 6 ans le montant du certificat CEE représentait 24% de la facture. Il n'y a pas de mots pour exprimer la grosse déception de ce dispositif. Je ne recommande plus cet organisme

They cancelled my order after a few days as a reason giving my request for cancellation which I did not ask for. They are unable to fulfil their sales contract. The delay on their part has meant that the product I bought is no longer available for normal money so that I am forced to pay several times over for the same item from other sellers.

Totally useless, the gold is so thin that the eyelets are crused and unusable, the face of the panther pendant are also crushed as they looked having been punched by a prize fighter. My experience with Jewelry Room has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I ordered items in November as Christmas gifts, but the package I received contained the wrong items entirely. The package was addressed to me, and the tracking number matched the one on my account. However, the items inside were for a charity event in Washington, for someone with the same first name as me. Hi Hannah, apparently we sent a wrong package to you. The items were for a charity event next week in Washington. If you can help us send it to them immediately, it will be appreciated. Be happy to give you a $150 coupon to spend on our site and of course the postage price. Please kindy help us as the charity event is really meaningful! Best Regards Sophia… Adding to the frustration, I paid $60.33 in duties and taxes upon delivery, only to find out the package wasn’t even mine. It was also almost a $200 order. I was then asked to remail the package to the correct recipient, with the promise of reimbursement for postage and a $150 PayPal refund as compensation. While I mailed the package back, it became clear that the company used me to avoid import fees, as the return label created in fedex showed it the label was first made to their address in Hong Kong then deleted and replaced with the Washington address which upon googling was another branch of their website. After returning their items, the communication stopped entirely. I reached out multiple times to inquire about my actual order, the reimbursement of my $60.33, and the promised $150 coupon, but received no response. It’s been over a month since this ordeal began. I had to escalate the issue through PayPal just to try and recover my money, which I did end up getting the duties and fees back and a bit of the $150 promised. I inquired again two days ago about my actual order and still have not received a response. This whole situation has left me feeling scammed and incredibly disappointed, especially during a financially challenging holiday season. I was relying on my order for Christmas gifts, but instead, I’ve been left out of pocket and without the items I purchased. As well, on the site when I set my max bid I never exceeded $16. However some of the items I won says I bid $26. I wrote this off as a mistake on my end and paid for the items. However after all of this I don’t think it was a mistake on my end. I wouldn’t recommend shopping with JewelryRoom unless you’re prepared for potential mishandling, lack of communication, (unless they want something) and additional financial stress. This was a terrible experience, and I’ll never shop with them again.

The website was very clear and easy to navigate. Out of all cast iron pipe and gutter websites Cast iron superstore website was the easiest to use and I could find everything I needed with ease. Disgusting lies, obscenity and abuse
Disgusting attitude - lying website. I made the mistake of phoning Cast Iron Superstore after viewing its website, which widely advertises a 'price promise' with 'lowest price guaranteed'. The website says it 'will not be beaten on price' and to speak to its 'friendly sales team'. I phoned, and the person at Cast Iron Superstore said he couldn't beat a genuine price difference of around £40. When I asked why, he said his website's guarantee is that he will beat prices 'if he chooses to'. Cleary, the man on the phone seemed a little short of comprehension skills, so I explained what a guarantee means. Sadly, he was still unable to understand the concept, and seemed to think he can lie online. In order to take this complaint to the ASA, I began recording the conversation. I asked his name, and he said he was the managing director. I told him I would report his website to the ASA, and he told me to f*** off, and cut off the call. I have a recording of his abuse. I had the competitor's quote in writing, but the obnoxious managing director at Cast Iron Superstore refused to view it - instead telling me to f*** off. The ASA has since instructed this company to remove the price promise from its website, but Cast Iron Superstore continues to break the law.

The item I ordered unfortunately went missing in transit. To be fair this was not the fault of Cast iron superstore but appears to have been an issue with the delivery company. Cast Iron superstore got in touch, were helpful in resolving the problem and organizing the delivery of a replacement item without too much delay. I would recommend and use this company again.

I did a once-only purchase of shoes. There was no indication of which country the shoe sizes referred to; I presumed USA (as is normal), so ordered accordingly but the sizes were actually UK, so the shoes were too big. The site does not mention returns and/or postage costs, so I am stuck with wrong size shoes. The shoes themselves are quite acceptable. But i will never again buy from this firm. There is also no way to contact them that I can see unless you open an account. So, writing a review is my only recourse. Forget this company.

The sim card has never arrived, contacted customer support who told me to wait longer and didn't respond to follow up email. I opened an item not received case with PayPal which catch never bothered to respond to until the final hours before the automatic refund would be issued by PayPal. The Paypal case update states Catch has shared tracking details which goes against what I was told in the first email to catch customer service stating they couldn't provide me a tracking number for my order as it was a special delivery

Very quick and responsive to meet with a sales consultant in January. Ordered 800+ for the aligners. Returned the impression kit. No notification of receipt after 10 days. I reached out to get confirmation. I received it via my inquiry. Another 15 days onward and no communication from them. I've reached out again and reading the reviews here I see that this is not an isolated or rare problem. I'm likely to dispute the charge and get a refund rather than chance they will follow through with the product and adequate service.

Highly DO NOT recommend
Run! Here we are over a month later with no treatment plan. No phone calls or anything. They’re quick to take your money but you’re left to deal with emails, and chat bots as customer service and no live person. That’s extremely unsettling when you are dealing with supposed medical professionals. The consultants are merely sales people and will sell you a dream. The extra money for a REAL orthodontist and convenience of being able to reach someone at an office would be worth the actual assurance that you will be treated by an actual dentist and other dental professionals. The only time I’ve spoken with a person was the initial consultation and they weren’t even dental assistants. Just sales people. Everyone else has been over chat or email and they don’t provide definitive answers. I would highly advise against this.

HFD provided SmileSet my contact information after Smile Direct Club went bankrupt to spruce up some profits of customers affected by the loss - they did so without permission of the consumer which is a violation of FTC laws. I wish to warn everyone about these businesses that work with predatory financial institutions. When I tried these retainers (they are all the same) I was mislead from the beginning and nothing seemed to work for me.

I purchased an impression kit and retainer package, followed all the instructions, and the first set of retainers I received didn't fit and had sharp shards of plastic sticking up. After going through the "fit questionnaire" and submitting photos, they that they weren't manufactured correctly, and sent me a new set. Those fit even worse. I've asked them to make me a set based on my Smile Direct Club files instead of their impression kit. I paid for these retainers months ago and still haven't received a set that fit.

Disastrous
The only good thing happened in this journey is, the innova we travelled was a brand new one. I had a truly disappointing experience with Delhi Rent Car Service (India) Pvt Ltd, specifically with the Innova car we booked for our 8-day golden triangle trip. Despite the initial promises and sugar-coated words from Hemant Kumar, the service quickly turned sour. Whether in New Delhi, Vrindavan, Mathura, or Jaipur, the service consistently fell short of our expectations. The driver's (Sandeep Kumar) lack of professionalism, disregard for our agreed-upon destinations, and overall poor attitude persisted throughout our journey, making it a regrettable experience in multiple locations. This level of inconsistency in service quality is simply unacceptable. From the very first day, the driver's attitude left much to be desired. He blatantly disregarded the destinations we had discussed and seemed reluctant to take us there. This was especially troubling as we had three kids in our group who were left feeling neglected and upset. When we asked the driver to take us to the nearest hotel as the kids were hungry, he shockingly diverted us to a tourist spot instead of a restaurant, claiming it would save him a few kilometers (2 to 3 kms) of petrol. How callous can one be? Moreover, the driver refused to take us to specific points, citing potential traffic and the risk of scratches to his new car. He even suggested we take an auto-rickshaw or tuk-tuk instead, despite us paying a substantial amount for the service. The driver's actions in Mathura were nothing short of frustrating and unreasonable. Despite the absence of crowds, he insisted that we disembark 2 kilometers away from the temple, forcing us to take a tuk-tuk. Furthermore, when we wished to visit the birthplace across the Yamuna River, he tried to leave us more than 10 kilometers away from our desired destination. Fortunately we took an advise of the local guide who took to both the spots and told the driver there is no crowd due to which we were able to travel via car itself. These actions exhibited a clear lack of consideration for our comfort and convenience, making our experience in Mathura far less enjoyable than it should have been. It is clear that neither the driver Sandeep Kumar nor Hemant Kumar cared about our comfort or the quality of service we expected, despite the significant amount we had paid for this trip. This experience left a bitter taste in our mouths, and I would strongly caution anyone considering their services. I would recommend AVOID for this travel agency.

Worst taxi service
Worst taxi service, driver Shyam is most arrogant. He insulted us many times. Driver sees only his convenience. They are not concerned about guest’s comfort. We took a package of 6 days for 61K with full time cab for us. Driver refuses to drive vehicle after 7 pm. Daily travel decided with company as 300 km per day, but they hardly drive 60 km per day, and still charges full amount of 300 km. Driver immediately turn off AC after stopping, our members wanted to sit in vehicle till others went to buy tickets, Driver turned off AC immediately, when remaining members were still in the bus. Driver charges parking charges, inspite it was included in package. In such a hot weather, he dropped us far away from site seeing spot and we had to take auto , when other buses were going right upto the destination, one of our member developed Sun stroke and we had to abandon the remaining day’s tour. We are most unhappy about this company, we do not recommend them for your needs. Driver at one point in mid-afternoon, told us to get out of the vehicle and hire another vehicle, as we requested starting of AC only for few minutes, when one of us was buying tickets for the sightseeing. We requested for change of driver on last day, as it was beyond out tolerance limit. Worst experience with this company.
