Unos estafadores. Por covid suspendida boda en hotel en septiembre 2020. Comunicación co ellos y me dicen que aceptan trasladar a septiembre de 2021, y me dicen que tendría que abonar un complemento, al que accedo. Después de esto comunico con el hotel y me dicen que no Consta reserva. He tenido que hacer reserva directamente en el hotel. No hay forma de comunicar con ellos. No utilizar Nustay

Aldrig har jeg oplevet et så useriøst firma, vi bestilte 2 stk externe HDDS som skulle komme på lager indenfor 1-2 uger fra vi bestilte dem. Efter 2 dage modtager vi mail om at de først kom på lager 1. februar 2011, dette på trods af at der stod samme dato på deres side, den er så rykket 1 uger yderligere. MEN hvordan de så får det til værende en dato langt ude i fremtiden, ja det kan man undres over. Hvordan de overhovedet kan drive forretning, ja det må guderne vide??? Når man henvender sig til dem, får man bare en fortælling fra de varme lande. Ja heldigvis er dette eneste gang vi har ville købe noget hos dem. Det er samtidig også den sidste gang. ALDRIG om vi skal handle med så useriøse firmaer. Der er heldigvis mange andre seriøse og gode spillere på IT markedet.

Bestilte en softwarepakke (lagervare) fredag og penge blev hævet fra min konto mandag. Herefter forventede jeg også at status for ordren blev ændret til "ordre sendt", men den forblev "Afventer afsendelse".. Ringede til EDBStore tirsdag uden held. Ringede til EDBStore Onsdag og der blev lovet at det ville blive checket. Ringede til EDBStore Torsdag og denne gang blev det checket.. Pakken ankom Torsdag... :-) Ordre status er idag Fredag stadig "Afventer afsendelse"...... STRAM OP EDBStore!!... Der er kun en ting der er værre end manglende information, det er forkert information!!

Jeg bestilte en laptop og fik en forkert leveret dagen efter. Jeg aftaler med dem at returnere den og bestille en anden mod at få lidt rabat, og de garanterede at den ville blive sendt samme dag. Jeg lagde straks en ny ordre. Jeg rykkede for den, og fik at vide at dels var rabatten var annulleret, og at den ikke kunne blive sendt før jeg havde sendt den første laptop tilbage. Nogle dage senere fik jeg så en mail med en pakkelabel så jeg jeg kunne returnere den. Og to dage senere fik jeg så den rigtige PC. Dag-til-dag leveringen tog så 10 dage og en brudt tillid.

Bestilte et kamera hos edbstore.dk den 4. november. I bestillingsbekræftelsen skrev de, at varen kameraet var forventet på lager den 5. november, men så har jeg ikke høre mere fra dem. Heller ikke som svar på mail. To stjerner, da der trods alt ikke er tale om snyd - de har ikke sendt endelig ordrebekræftelse eller trukket pengene - men det er stadig en meget dårlig oplevelse at blive ignoreret fuldstændigt.

Unable to get anywhere with these guys

Have been trying to get in contact with these guys for a few days but no luck... I'm trying to purchase a EBIKE through my company's cycle2work scheme. There is no response ever from the live chat feature and their also not answering my emails. I also tried calling the company with the phone number I have from my certificate (from the Cycle2Work scheme) and their not answering here either! It's ringing but no one is picking up! I will give it 1 or 2x more days, as the longer I wait the longer the delivery will be. If I don't hear back, I will be contacting Cycle2Work and issue a complaint and have the certificate revoked (and will of course purchase the ebike elsewhere). Imagine having a dispute about a order (e.g. damage or if a items not delivered), only to not hear back. I will modify this review if they bother to respond to me (hopefully so), otherwise I'll get my certificate cancelled and purchase elswhere. EDIT: To advise, I've cancelled the Cycle2Work certificate and have purchased a better version of the product for a CHEAPER cost elswhere, though would have kept with this if they bothered to atleast reply to me! I'd say save yourselves the burden of buying from here. If you have a problem later on, these guys are clearly not going to assist.

After I picked my flight, read my contract, and made the deposit, four hours later, they called telling me that I should ZELLE the payment and they would cancel the original because QATAR did not accept debit🤣😂. I called QATAR, and that was untrue. This is a MAJOR SCAM COMPANY, and everyone has a Middle Eastern accent with only 4 employees. I can’t believe they wanted me to ZELLE the payment and void their contract. FYI... Zelle is not responsible for fraudulent transactions, so they would have gotten away with it if I had done it. Noleggiare a Felirent: È stata un'esperienza molto spiacevole; già fin dall'arrivo e attesa al gate 6 di Malpensa aspettando la navetta che è venuta a prenderci dopo più di 40 minuti di attesa sotto la pioggia e dopo aver chiamato l'ufficio due volte, un autista si è presentato di cattivo umore, guidando come un matto. La consegna è stata accettabile, però l'auto era sporca e aveva ammaccature e graffi ovunque; dovevo controllare sotto la pioggia; cosa si poteva vedere di un'auto sporca sotto l’acqua? Il check-out è stato orribile, il trattamento è stato molto spiacevole, mi trattavano come se fossi un deliquente. Cercando graffi o danni che potrebbero essere stati causati all'auto o che non sarebbero stati rilevati al momento della rimozione. In fine, mi vengono contestati i due copri-ruote anteriori graffiati !!!??? (che non si vede nelle foto) e un graffio sullo sportello posteriore sinistro, che l'impiegata che ha effettuato il controllo ha ripetutamente graffiato e insistito con l'unghia per ingrandirlo per renderlo visibile per che a occhio nudo neppure nella foto si vedeva; quindi, ha dovuto ripetere le foto e ha dovuto ripetere e graffiare di più con l'unghia. Una vergogna e uno scandalo, un FURTO! Non affitterò mai più a questi ladri e mascalzoni!

Ho noleggiato un'autovettura presso la sede di Milano Malpensa nel periodo 01/03/2025 - 04/03/2025. Nell'effettuare il checkOut l'operatore mi ha chiesto se volessi usufruire del servizio di lavaggio alla riconsegna dell'auto (euro 10) e alla mia richiesta di maggiori spiegazioni in merito - per farla breve - mi ha riferito che "...l'importante era non riconsegnarla con fango...". Ho deciso di non optare tale servizio sapendo che non era mia intenzione fare un “SAFARI” nel tragitto Milano – Tasch (Svizzera). Avendo percorso il Passo del Sempione sulla carrozzeria dell’auto (sottolineo di colore “NERO”) si è naturalmente posata acqua che a loro dire ha reso la macchina “sporca”. Al mio rientro, in sede di riconsegna l’operatrice mi ha “contestato” lo stato in cui ha ritrovato l’auto e pertanto avrebbe dovuto addebitarmi il costo di 25 euro per il lavaggio necessario alla ricognizione degli eventuali danni. Ci aggiungo anche che mi hanno consegnato un seggiolino per bambini "apparentemente pulito". Dico apparentemente perché successivamente mi sono reso conto delle briciole presenti sotto il riduttore! Grazie FELIRENT! Spero che qualcuno abbia pazientemente letto la mia recensione, scritta al solo scopo di allertare i prossimi ignari clienti!

Ich habe für meine Sizilienreise ein Fahrzeug bei Felirent gemietet. Bei der Abholung lief soweit alles gut, aber das Fahrzeug hatte so viele Schäden/Macken, die gar nicht alle auf das Formular passten. Ich sollte Fotos und ein Video machen, was ich auch gemacht habe. Happy, dass ich unfallfrei und sicher wieder bei der Station angekommen bin, wurde mir von der Dame (den Namen habe ich notiert), die das Auto in Empfang nahm, sofort gesagt, dass es ein Schaden gibt. Ohne Begrüßung, direkt auf eine Stelle gezeigt, die man so schnell gar nicht sehen konnte. Sofort lief sie ums Auto und zeigte mir weitere Macken (Gott sei Dank hatte ich die alle auf Videos und Fotos). Leider nicht so weit unten für den angeblich neuen Schaden... Für mich ist das gezielter Betrug. Ich hatte eine Vollkassoversicherung abgeschlossen, so dass ich hoffe, das Geld von der Versicherung zurückzubekommen. Des Weiteren musste ich nach Abholung erstmal die Reifen aufpumpen. Es war kein Wischwasser eingefüllt und die Motorhaube ging nicht zu öffnen. Und seit wann zahlt man für die Reinigung??? Da habe ich mich leider überrumpeln lassen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Jag förutsätter att bilar jag hyr uppfyller lagkrav. Jag fick betala extra för snökedjor som enligt Felirent krävdes enligt lag. Jag menar att en bil som hyrs ut vintertid i alptrakter bör vara utrustad med vinterdäck, som är lagens krav. Vid avhämtning tillfrågades jag om bilen skulle vara ren vid återlämnandet, annars skulle en avgift på EUR 10 tas ut. Jag svarade att det är beror på väder- och väg-förhållanden hur bilen kommer se ut. Vid återlämnandet tog de ut en avgift på EUR 25 med hänvisning till att jag skulle beställt tvätt redan vid avhämtandet. Jag har aldrig någonsin betalt något utöver hyran för att rengöra bilen efter normalt bruk i trafik. Vid avhämtning visades varning för däckens lufttryck. Tanken var ej full vid avhämtades som avtalat. Bilen återlämnades med full tank, vilket dock ej på något sätt beaktades.

Ho noleggiato da Felirent appositamente perché era l’unica che aveva opzione di pneumatici da neve. Ho selezionato anche le catene da neve, pagando un extra. Al momento della consegna le catene non c’erano e la ragazza mi ha detto che non erano disponibili (le avevo selezionate in fase di noleggio). Però mi ha dato le calze in sostituzione. Appena sono arrivato a destinazione, mi sono accorto che la macchina era completamente incontrollabile sulla neve, slittava di continuo e la situazione della neve non era così pesante. Al rientro ho chiesto al ragazzo se fossero da neve veramente e lui mi ha detto che erano assolutamente non da neve. Poi mi ha rimandato in ufficio e li c’era il responsabile del punto noleggio, in quale mi ha detto che avrebbero aperto un ticket con la casa automobilista e mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Non mi hanno più richiamato. Mi hanno semplicemente scontato il costo delle calze, ma me la sono veramente vista brutta quando la macchina slittava di continuo

Not what they advertise.

Firstly I asked for a software DEMO, I got a phone call and loosely explained the software. Then I purchased it to get started and set everything up, as it supposedly had a seemingness integration with Square (Thats the first lie on their website) After not being able to get it setup with saving credit card information directly with square (as advertised and promised) I contacted the support team. after a lot of emails both ways trying to solve my problem, they suddenly realized that that feature was not available. This took almost 2 months, therefore 2 subscriptions. Its one of the most expensive options, and probably one of the worst customer service experiences. After time and money was spent, I had to cancel and find something else. Luckily there are so many other softwares out there, which has better price points and better customer service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Cheers, Nick

Flexibel en meedenken aan oplossing

Ik had een ster gegeven een week geleden, maaaar, ik zit niet langer in de kou. De shop wist snel te handelen en kon een alternatief onderdeel vinden (in zwart ipv rvs) en de volgende dag had ik het binnen. nog even in de kou

Ook bij mij de ervaring dat een gedeelte van mijn bestelling begin januari snel werd geleverd, maar het is nu 28.01.25 en ik zit nog in de kou en de monteur heb ik al moeten afzeggen. Gelukkig heeft hij verder echt helemaal niets te doen, dus die heeft in de lente vast weer tijd. Als kachel shop weet je toch dat het druk is in de winter. Maar goed, als een ieder die dit leest even niet bestelt, dan kunnen ze inhalen en is er kans dat ze mijn bestelling binnenkort gaan leveren. Denk ik dan maar. Alvast bedankt!

Ze hebben niks op voorraad en houden je zolang mogelijk aan het lijntje. "Meestal binnen 1 a 2 werkdagen verzonden". 3 week later nog niks gekregen. Hier enop google reviews is het me duidelijk geworden dat dit hun manier van zaken doen is. Of ik een mail wilt versturen? Tot nu toe heeft mailverkeer 0% geholpen, waarom zou het nu wel gaan werken? Jullie gebruiken het alleen om mensen langer aan het lijntje te houden. Bij de artikelen: levertijd meestal 1 tot 2 werkdagen. Na 8 dagen een belletje: verwachte leverdatum week 3. Vervolgens mail verkeer: verwachte leverdatum 10 januari. Ondertussen alleen maar 4 waardeloze onderdelen ontvangen en weer een mail, verwachte leverdatum weer met 2 week uitgesteld. Als jullie vanaf begin af aan eerlijk en duidelijk waren geweest dat het niet op voorraad was, had ik absoluut niet bij jullie besteld. En bovendien volgens het telefoongesprek miste alleen 1 rozet, waarom krijg ik de rest van de onderdelen dan niet binnen? Nu lopen mijn kosten alleen maar verder op omdat het klusbedrijf niet alle geplande werkzaamheden kan uitvoeren en ik weer een nieuwe afspraak moet maken op een nu nog onbekend tijdstip. Bedankt!

Once I had chosen my picture it was easy to proceed through checkout and make payment. The picture I choose was of high quality (metal picture) and very well finished, it came with hanging instructions, if needed. It looks absolutely fantastic on my lounge wall. It was easy to track the delivery by DPD and it arrived well within the estimated, it was delivered within a 1 hour time band as notified. I would definitely buy from them again.

Teleurgesteld voor een gesloten hek.

Vanuit Brabant 1,5 uur in de auto en eindstand twee teleurgestelde kinderen want een gesloten hek. Dagkaart voor parkeren gekocht, het lange pad naar de ingang gelopen en dan een dicht hek aantreffen. Nergens vermeld. Op internet staat ook gewoon geopend terwijl dit dus niet zo was. Met ons allerlei andere mensen die voor deze verrassing kwamen te staan. Slechte zaak, dit had gemakkelijk vermeld kunnen worden.

Super leuk park, netjes en schoon. Zoals het hoort de toiletten overal gratis te gebruiken. Dan loop je naar de uitgang en wil je daar je kinderen nog 1x laten plassen voor ze 1,5-2 uur terug de auto in gaan. Wat denk je. Moet je 1 euro per persoon betalen. Dit is echt rond uit schandalig. Vind dit gewoon misbruik!!! Smet op een mooi park 😞

Een prachtige dag in een super mooi park. De herfst liet zich van haar mooiste kant zien. Super dag met apen kijken, klimmen en klauteren en super klantenservice

We hebben een geweldige dag gehad in de Apenheul! Het park is ontzettend schoon en goed onderhouden. Voor kinderen is er heel veel te beleven, met verschillende klim- en klautermogelijkheden en speeltuinen. Onze zoon van 5 heeft zich enorm vermaakt! De hoeveelheid apen die je van dichtbij kunt zien is leuk en ook het voeren van de gorilla’s was interessant. Wat ook erg leuk is voor de kinderen, is de plattegrond waarop je per apensoort vakjes kunt openkrassen. Dit maakte het voor onze zoon extra leuk om rond te lopen en de verschillende soorten te ontdekken. We hadden ook een speurtas met bidon gekocht, maar deze helaas per ongeluk achtergelaten in een groene Apenheul tas. Na een berichtje aan de Apenheul werd deze supervriendelijk naar ons opgestuurd. Topservice! Kortom, echt een aanrader voor gezinnen!

Leuke looproutes. Mooie omgeving. Prima service naar ons toe! Had stiekem op iets meer interactie met de apen gehoopt. Voor de kleintjes was er meer dan voldoende speelruimte en genoeg plaats om zelf even te kunnen zitten. Horeca redelijk geregeld maar €3.25 voor een eenvoudige wafel is wat ruig geprijsd....haal zoiets voor 2 Euries uit een machine en dan vind ik 'm nog duur..... daardoor 4 sterren i.p.v. de 5 die ik anders gegeven zou hebben. Advies van mij: neem zelf wat versnaperingen voor de kids mee. Dat scheelt fors....

j'ai acheté un four micro onde en date du 06/11 celui ci ne fonctionnait pas ! il a été retournée et réceptionné par leur service le 12/11 et depuis j'attend mon remboursement( ça fait plus d'1 mois!!!!) je vais maintenant faire des courriers aux organismes compétents pour faire bouger les choses. De plus il me confirme depuis 15 jours avoir fait le nécessaire auprès de Sofinco pour le remboursement cet achat , mais j'ai contacté ce jour cet organisme qui déclare n'avoir jamais été informé par super10scout pour procéder au remboursement de mes 2 premières mensualités. secrétaire commerciale exécrable !!

J’ai commandé et payé le 30 mars 2024 des pastilles de nettoyage pour machine à café que je n’ai jamais reçues. Soi disant livraison le 8 avril avec une fausse signature qui n’est pas la mienne ; ensuite le livreur aurait mis le colis dans ma boîte aux lettres (pas vrai non plus) ; 3e version, la livraison aurait été faite dans une autre maison ayant une adresse ressemblante (encore mensonger). J’ai déposé plainte au commissariat pour «colis volé» et n’ai obtenu le remboursement que le 22 mai. Très déçue par le manque de professionnalisme de cette société.

De vrais voleurs !!! J’ai commandé un lot de 6 tétines Tommee Tippee arrivées dans les temps. Malheureusement, l’emballage du produit était déjà ouvert et rescothé et le papier de soie qui protège les tétines bien ouvert et froissé tel un produit ayant deja fait l’objet d’un retour client; or j’ai acheté un produit neuf et non d’occasion. Je demande un retour contre remboursement ou échange car le produit est impropre à l’utilisation pour un bébé. Ce à quoi me répond Super10count : « ils auraient effectué un contrôle qualité, sans en faire mention de quelque manière que ce soit » et le demande de faire un retour à mes frais.

J'aurais préféré ne mettre aucune étoile... Lave linge à près de 500€ livré complètement défoncé mais cela ne se voyait pas du tout sur l'emballage. Le colis n'a pas été ouvert devant le livreur mais quelques minutes après livraison et donc aucun recours possible... bien que ce procédé soit jugé comme une procédure abusive, le vendeur ne veut rien entendre et propose juste des magouilles vraiment pas claires pour que ce soit la marque elle même qui paye les frais.. "faites croire à la marque que la machine fait sauter le compteur et une fois qu'ils se déplaceront vous verrez bien ce qu'ils diront, ils vous remplacerons peut-être la machine, et sinon et bien vous en avez pour une machine... " (sachant que je n'ai aucune garantie que les frais de déplacement de la marque ne me seront pas facturés). Une honte !!! Et à lire les différents avis, cela est monnaie courante chez SUPER10COUNT

J’ai passé commande d’un micro-onde via Amazon à Super10count. A la réception du produit, je m’aperçois que l’encadrement est un peu tordu (mais redressable). Je tente donc de le monter, et impossible car les trous de fixation ne tombent pas en face de l’encadrement. Ne voulant pas percer la ferraille je décide de le renvoyer. Il m’est envoyé un bon de retour précisant que je dois payer le transport… J’appelle le SAV de Supers10count pour demander confirmation. Ce dernier essaye de me convaincre de garder le micro-onde en mettant des tasseaux de bois pour le fixer… Un micro-onde fabriqué en France à plus de 400€ fixé avec des bouts de bois dans une cuisine neuve !!! j’hallucine. Il m’est conseillé d’utiliser UPS ou la poste et d’assurer le colis. Malgré tout j’expédie donc via UPS, le colis et j’attends (56,03€ +4,50€) . J’attends, j’attends et au bout d’un moment je regarde le suivi du colis et je vois indiqué « colis refusé par le destinataire » !!!??!! Incompréhension totale !! en plus on me rajoute des frais de retour de 36,69€). J’appelle le SAV pour avoir des explications et là, tenez-vous bien… on me dit « vous n’auriez pas dû payer l’expédition, il était défectueux. Attendez le retour du micro-onde et on vous fait un bon pour la récupération du produit chez vous » !!!! On marche sur la tête. Pourquoi avoir refusé le colis ???!!! Donc j’attends le colis, qui ne vient pas. Je contacte UPS qui fait des recherches et déclare le produit perdu. J’étais assuré, ils remboursent le produit + les frais de transport uniquement sur le retour (normal c’est le retour qui a été en défaut). Il me reste donc à me faire rembourser 60,53€ du transport aller vers Super10count car ce transport n’aurait pas dû être à ma charge dès le départ. Super10count refuse de me rembourser.

Stay away from this company at all costs!!! Promised a £99.00+VAT website plus a few add on finding names at the start. 6 Months later £1600.00+ and just had another call asking for another £400.00 when the website is not even up and running properly as of yet. Don't get me wrong, its a nice website but why promise customers a small fee and then charge stupid costs. And as i can see on other reviews not the first person to say about the £99.00 scam.

Every time these guys call me i pray and hope it's a nice courtesy called just to see how the new website is doing instead no it's asking for more money the website in the great scheme of things is relatively cheap but their sales Tactics are trying to make you pay for rubbish that does not cost what they say it costs and they told me on numerous occasions this is the last thing. Well I've certainly more then what I think the website is worth now and they won't be getting a penny out of me anymore.

Don't use them This is the email I have sent them asking for refund. Luckily paid by credit card I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding charges made to my credit card by your company. I was charged £358.80 for Google Business verification, a service that I have since learned is free directly from Google. Given this misleading information, my trust in your services has been compromised. In addition to this charge, I have also been billed £838.80 for search engine optimisation services and £118.80 for a domain name. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for the total amount of £1,316.40 (£358.80 for Google verification, £838.80 for SEO, and £118.80 for the domain name). If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will involve my credit card company to dispute these charges and terminate our contract. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a timeline for the refund process. I look forward to your immediate response and resolution of this matter.

Brilliant from start to finish

Brilliant from start to finish. I am a decorator, needed a little website for an already busy business. It's a thing a business needs these days, although I'm old school and a bit of a dinosaur. I was contacted on the offer, was sceptical and read some reviews about more money, not true, unless I needed extra services etc. I took the plunge on the really good reviews, I have not been disappointed Tracy initially signed me up and said if I needed anything, gave me her number, true to her word I can message her and she always get back to me. Rob designer was fantastic and so helpful. If you need a website, do it you won't be disappointed. I didn't need SEO so didn't purchase it, so cost me £99. I'm happy.

Avoid this company!!! Poor quality technology which failed regularly, customer service is a joke- there isn’t any, staff are rude and support is non existent. Be very careful. I signed up for 12 months had 6 months of tech problems which meant I couldn’t manage my business effectively. I called to explain that I couldn’t manage and didn’t want to renew unless a resolution was found but was told it was tough. I communicated in excess of 20 times but received nothing absolutely not a peep in return apart from regular invoices and then finally 18 months later a Mickey Mouse legal letter. Isalon do not have a formal complaints procedure and simply cut you off. Not sure why they are still allowed to trade.

Highly recommend.

I would recommend ISalon for any hair and beauty business. I’ve used it before over the years but only the past 18 months as a business owner. It’s so much more than a diary, it’s got so much packed into it that just makes life so much easier. The team are great, from James who I started the initial process of setting up with to Chris who does all of the training. Still keep in touch with now if I have any questions or need any help, they’re always happy to.

Continued to be charged absorbent rates throughout lockdown while nothing coming in. Before reopening I needed support. Took three weeks, by which time we were open and inundated. Gave notice that I was renewing my contract, received no response to emails so had to put in writing in the post. Was told that I had missed the cut off date so was tied in for a further 12 months. I have no use for this system as I now have no staff. Would not touch with a barge pole. Vastly overpriced, poor support - sharks. I am totally sickened that I ever got involved with this company. Do not sign up.

Amazing software, amazing staff. Command Centre and ibookings have been the best decision I have made whilst in lockdown. Every time I have called support (which has been a lot since March 2020) everyone I have spoken with has been calm and patient and assisted me each and every time. The Ruby 'chatbot' on the website has been great in assisting me logging a call when I haven't been able to call in. 5* would definitely recommend.

A customer for 18 years!

A customer for 18 years! Where shall I start with I-salon, or integrity software! We took them on in 2002 when they were a small caring company, and over the years they have grown and become bigger, great. However, they don’t tend to grow with their customers. They are designed for a large salon or group. Functionality and cost wise! In 2015/16 I realised I needed to change provider, and started to discuss this with I-salon. They wanted to keep me as a customer and helped by reducing the ever increasing year on year monthly costs. In the end, I just needed away from such an expensive monthly amount. My businesses was changing and needed to make things smaller. They were helpful and allowed me to stop paying and re start later on, which was fair, but all a long I wanted away from them which I have email trails to say so. Their service is sloppy, machine like, impersonal, unlike how they sued to be before being taken over! Long story short, lockdown came and during that period I continued to have talks with them , explaining I didn’t want a new contract and I wasn’t prepared to continue, but they said I had to pay full price during that time, despite no income! So with all this, my apparent contract just rolls on unless stated, but when the due date came along, It slipped their mind and just rolled over, getting me so they thought for another year, I have the email threads. Took my eye of the ball, as my mum died! And with the start up of covid lockdown and everything I was distracted. 18 years Ive been a customer. I spoke to the MD Micheal, and explained I had to stop, and I couldn’t go on, things were changing and under the present circumstances, I needed to change. He was not sympathetic, just said ‘well finance will come after you’. That after 18 years! Longer than he had been with them! After our verbal chat, I paid for 3 more months and them stopped DD. Now they are coming after me with threatening emails from finance, debt recovery potential threats and cheeky emails from account manager. I feel sick, disappointed, run over by the terms with no sympathy or care for you, Be careful with them. NB

Working with Fonality is a nightmare

Working with Fonality is a nightmare. I'll admit, there are very few outages with the system, but trying to handle any issues with them is almost impossible. When you call in to get assistance, the agents sound as if you just woke them up from a nap, literally yawning into the phone, slow speech, lots of "ums" and "I thinks". I feel like the agents don't understand urgency or concerns in general. Their responses to your questions makes it sound like they're guessing the entire time. Customer service aside, their system is outdated. The HUD needs Java 6 to run... and if you have any newer version it wont download. The admin dashboard looks and runs as if it hasn't been updated since 2005. Getting any kind of real, useful reporting is a pain and requires you to do a lot of the leg work through spreadsheets. Overall, I would not recommend this company. They may have been a legitimate contender in the early days of the internet, but they need to update their system and educate their staff so they can actually answer customer questions.

Fonality Review Up until recently the Becker Law firm (BLF) had been a loyal customer of Fonality – Netfortis. We were leasing our phones through Fonality, paying $22.00 a month per phone since 2016. Over the course of four years, we paid $5,280 for these phones. However, when something happened to the phone or the phone quality was reduced, it was BLF’s problem and Fonality would not pay to them fixed. This is one of the reasons we ultimately chose to cancel our service with this company. After cancelation of the service we are required to return the phones which was not unusual. During the four years that these phones were in use one of the phone’s was damaged, but it was still in working condition. Fonality/Netfortis wanted us to pay $375.00 for that phone. Not only was it four years old but, also that we had paid $1,056 for that phone over the course of its lifespan. After some research, the value of the telephone was less than $100.00. I called and spoke with a manager at Fonality/Netfortis. While she was pleasant to talk too it still took her days to try to get the matter resolved. When I told them that since I was going to have to buy the telephone, I wanted it returned they charged me to ship it back after I had to pay to ship the telephones to them. During one of my phone calls with Fonality/Netfortis they left me on hold for over an hour, which is unacceptable by any standard. After being left on hold for that amount of time they denied my request to have the phone shipped back to me at cost to them. The primary reason I cancelled my service with Fonality/Netfortis was cost. Our firm was their customer for over four (4) years and when I compared costs, I discovered that not only had the cost of this service declined over that period, but their new customers were paying significantly less than we were. When I inquired of my account representative if they could do something to bring my firm in line with what others in the industry were charging or what they charged new customers, I was told that if I were to go out and get a quote for a comparable service and submit it to them and they agreed that it was comparable, they would match that price. If I did not want to do that work, then they would give me a minimal price reduction but lock me into a long-term contract. I found both of these options unsatisfactory. I did the research they suggested, found a different service provider with more features than Fonality/Netfortis and at a significantly lower cost. I then switched my service to this provider and have been happy. Overall, I am not happy with my service with Fonality/Netfortis and I will not recommend them to anyone.

They have horrible customer service. They absolutely could not get us up and running. They even acknowledged they were providing horrible care to us. Yet they are coming after our Agency for liquidated damages because our Agency owner was forced to cancel the service. He lost pay with employees. Missed business opportunities because they could not do there job. Also 99% of customer service agents can't speak English. Made it very challenging to communicate

To whom it many concern; I had a fonality phone system for over 5 years. During that time, the phone system would fail on an average of 5 times/week. It was often blamed on the "HUD". The customer service was inadequate. We would have to manually reboot the system sometimes as many as 3 times a day. After five years, I notified Fonality that I was switching to a new company. I notified them over 2 months in advance. They claimed that the notification occurred within 30 days of the contract renewal date. They insisted I pay another year of service. My service was switched 2 months earlier. They did not recognize the service change as notification of service termination. They repeatedly tried to bill my credit card. After several failed attempts (I had to change the number to stop them), they relented. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Do not use fonality. The product is poor. The service is poor. The corporate behavior is terrible. One of the worse companies I have worked with.

Fonality, Inc. - Best in Class

Fonality phone systems has totally changed the way we do business in my insurance agency. Being able to tie all 12 locations together by utilizing HUD was a true game changer for us. Before we switched we had to have more staff in each office to handle the call volume. Now all 12 offices can help answer our incoming calls. The cost savings were also incredible....we were able to cut staffing due to the usage of the IVR. The IVR redirects over 2,000 calls per month to our 24/7 service center. We also saved over $250 per month off our phone bill by switching to VOIP. Fonality has been a fantastic partner and easy to do business with as well. I highly recommend taking a look into Fonality as you look to improve your phone technology.

Works for our needs.

We didn't have a phone system before so I don't have much to compare it to. We did our research and this seemed like the fit. It works great and we haven't had any problems. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because their website is not very user friendly. Update: Beware with trying to leave them because they have your soul. You have a 30-day window to cancel your contract every year with Fonality so we have to pay a ton to cancel and pay some stupid cancellation fee. Since I left the review above the market has changed. There is by far better software out there. We switched to Toky.co over a year ago and it is so much better. I would also looking into Zoom's new phone system that can link up with physical phones.
