We ordered a fridge freezer from here. Paid for the item then had a phone call saying it was damaged and they had no more in stock so we cancelled the order & ordered from another company. They then attempted to deliver another fridge a month later while we were on holiday. The driver rang us and we refused the fridge. We have emailed & rang several times for our refund but heard nothing back. It’s been 3 months of being completely ignored and we are still waiting for a refund. Absolutely awful customer service.

AVOID this company!

Ordered cooker hood on 2/12 and still not received item. No response to emails all extension on their tel no’s go to voicemail but the voicemail boxes are full. I needed this urgently for my kitchen to be finished before Xmas! Don’t even know where to go to get a refund. Awful company with NO customer service at all!!!

In just a few months of using Shipsurance, we've saved thousands of dollars that would have been lost due to damaged or lost packages. Knowing that we can recover the amount if a customer confirms a loss or damage gives us confidence to send replacements quickly, greatly enhancing the customer experience. Having Shipsurance integrated into our Shopify plan has proven to be extremely valuable – the claims we receive basically cover the cost of our Shopify plan and more. The only downside is that verifying claims with customers can be a bit manual and time-intensive. If there were an option to automate this process, Shipsurance would be even more effective.

Taking Advantage of Small Businesses

Shipsurance denied my small business a claim (the first claim in nearly 4 years of business). I am diligent about insuring boxes that are over a certain amount because as a soap manufacturer, it's not a product that is easily replaceable, due to a long curing process. We landed a custom manufacturing account with a small business in California, and to my shock, one of the two shipments was damaged entirely. The soaps were unsellable, the box was even wet on the inside. I've shipped to all 50 states and I've never seen a box arrive with contents so badly handled. I remembered that thankfully the box was insured and thanked the small business partner for taking so many pictures. I, as the shipper, filed the claim. Then, Shipsurance started asking for MORE pictures. We submitted over 10 pictures of the damage. The process dragged on, when they asked, again, for even more pictures. I've never felt more disrespected and taken advantage of as a small business owner until I came across Shipsurance. Stay far away from insuring anything of worth with this company, they won't believe you even with ample proof, and will deny your claim entirely. I am convinced this company is a scam, and why PirateShip has now gone a different direction with shipment insurance. I wonder how many small businesses suffered because of Shipsurance, I know for sure, my small business is now out $500.

Typical Insurance Scam!

Own a furniture company and we ship a decent amount of items. First time I've actually had a damaged item and had to file a claim, only for it to be declined. These guys are just like any other insurance company!! They will decline you unless you go above and beyond to document every single little thing with picture proof, which let's face it is impossible, especially for the recieving end to do. My claim was denied because the buyer could not take pictures of the packaging. Buyer did not notice the damage until later in the day once the packaging has been discarded. I really don't understand what these guys expect? They seriously expect buyers to take images of the packaging material? Before removing the item!! So they can see how it's packed. We happened to actually take an image of the actual item in the packaging before shipping it. We dont normally do it but sometimes we will for training purposes. Anyway, we provided these images but got denied because they didn't come from the buyer, funny right? Anyways these guys are a joke and we will not be wasting our money on insurance anymore with them. I advise others to follow Suite.

Claims process is absolutely ridiculous

I shipped my package via UPS through Pirateship, with insurance provided by Shipsurance (purchased through Pirateship as well). I have tracking information where UPS has clearly stated that they damaged the box and lost all of the contents. With that said, I have spent the past month now trying to get reimbursed for my damaged package. Shipsurance is being a total hassle over this, wanting proof that my customer paid for the product, and even after providing this information, now wanting proof that I actually deposited my customer's check. This is absolute absurd. The facts are simple: 1) I paid to have the package insured 2) It does not matter whether I was shipping to a paying customer, or a non-paying person... I paid for this package to be insured. 3) It does not matter whether my customer paid, when my customer paid, when I deposited my customer's payment... I paid for this package to be insured. The resolution is simple: 1) I shipped a package, and paid to have it insured 2) UPS admitted they damaged the package 3) I expect to be reimbursed for the cost of the package without being harassed about it Simply put, Shipsurance wants to collect money for supposedly insurance shipments but does not want to pay out when there is a claim. EDIT: In response to their reply... looking for my customer's payment, or bank records showing that I deposited it, does not verify the value of the shipment. What DOES show the value of the shipment, however, is 1) the amount of money I insured the package for 2) the invoice that I sent my customer (which I sent to you a month ago). Additionally, I sent a copy of the check my customer wrote, but obviously, all of this isn't good enough. EDIT (11/11/24): Claim was paid, although every time I have had to go through this process, it is quite a hassle.

I hunted high a low for a particular style of Levi’s that are very difficult to find in the UK and found them on Jeans24h website. They were a bit slow to deliver and there wasn’t much email communication from them which made me think they were going to be difficult and never deliver but it’s worth persevering as out of the blue the jeans arrived in perfect condition and the genuine article. I’d buy from them again, especially as these jeans were half the price of any uk outlet. T

Ich frage mich, wer die Mitarbeiter eigentlich schult. Die Artikel wurden vor dem Versand gewaschen oder waren sogar neu. Trotzdem wurde ein Stück wegen eines angeblichen Flecks im Innenfutter abgelehnt und ein anderes, weil das Markenetikett fehlte. Die Prüfung zog sich unnötig in die Länge – obwohl ein Artikel schnell geprüft wurde, ließ man sich für den Rest mehrere Tage Zeit. Natürlich gab es weder Flecken noch fehlte das Etikett. Die Modelle waren keineswegs altmodisch, sondern von Luxusmarken. Wirklich enttäuschend.

Ich versandte ein Paket mit hochwertiger Markenkleidung zum Verkauf. Ein Großteil davon wurde im Anschluss abgelehnt. Angeblich wegen fehlender Markenkennzeichnung oder angeblicher Flecken. Zu viele schlechte Erfahrungen

Bietet zwar eine große Auswahl an gebrauchten Kleidungsstücken, allerdings entspricht die Ware nicht immer der Beschreibung. Oft zu groß, zu klein oder ausgewaschen, der Zusrand jedoch im Shop als "sehr gut" bewertet. Oder in einem Fall wurde ein komplett anderer Artikel geliefert. Für mich ist der Shop dadurch nicht empfehlenswert. Frustration und Rücksendequote sind da einfach zu groß. Verkauf gebrauchter Ware habe ich ebenso keine gute Erfahrungen. Ankaufpreise sind verschwindend gering. Bsp.: Ralph Lauren Hemd. Wird bei Momox für 40-60€ verkauft. Ankaufsangebot knapp unter 5€ - soviel zur Marge der Seite. Begründungen warum Artikel nicht angekauft werden, sind auch nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich hab beispielsweise einen Artikel, der mir von Momox bei einer Bestellung fälschlicherweise zugesandt wurde und den ich nicht zurücksenden musste, zum Verkauf an Momox gesendet und habe die Info bekommen, dass sie den Artikel nicht annehmen. Als Grund wurde angegeben, entspricht nicht den Qualitätsstandards. Der Artikel wurde von mir jedoch nicht mal getragen oder gewaschen, ich habe lediglich das Etikett von Momox entfernt. Für mich in keinster Weise nachvollziehbar. In Summe ist der Kleidungsshop bzw. der Kleidungsverkauf an Momox für mich nicht empfehlenswert.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem heutigen Anruf bei MOMOX Fashion. Die Mitarbeiterin war äußerst unfreundlich. Solch ein Umgang mit Kunden ist inakzeptabel. Ihre Mitarbeiterin am Telefon (am 21.02.2025 um 9:00 Uhr) war äußerst unfreundlich und gereizt. So spricht man nicht mit Kunden – das ist einfach unverschämt! Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern geben.

Invasion of privacy, almost needed the police

Extremely poor service from Haymarket recently. I have reported issues within communal areas of the building on the portal that Haymarket uses and had no response to these. These maintenance issues have not been fixed after weeks. Also my letting agency (X1 Lettings) completed an investigation into a leak within my apartment and found no leak. A month later I was contacted by Morgan from Haymarket saying they would be attending my flat within an hour to investigate a leak. I informed him that my letting agency had already investigated the leak and got a chain of extremely rude emails from Morgan when I said they could not attend the same day since my contract clearly states they need to give 24 hours notice before accessing my apartment. I explained that a leak had already been ruled out by my letting agency and they could complete further investigations if they gave me adequate notice. Haymarket only backed down once I said I would be contacted the police if they try to access my apartment and only then they agreed to arrange an appointment after the new year. I'm extremely concerned about the lack of privacy for tenants and my letting agency agreed with me when I spoke to them. They advised they would be contacting Haymarket to ask them to arrange an appointment with me and to communicate with them in future. I would avoid using this company. The tone of emails from Haymarket were shocking and demonstrates the unprofessionalism of their work.

Similar to other reviews really poor at fixing issues. Live in The Reach, lift has been out for four months, at first it was missing a part now they say it’s structural. Ceiling to apartment creaks loud when windy. Haven’t responded to ceiling issue which I opened over 6 months ago and contacted them several times both email, call, and through the portal but still not sorted. How long does it take to fix a lift?

Terrible management of The Reach. Lift's been broken for weeks and they won’t fix it. Stairwell leaks constantly, making it a hazard. Vehicle gate constantly broken and takes weeks to fix. Worst company ever.

The views and location are fantastic, but the management company X1 are a nightmare. One lift has been broken for months with only one of the two currently working, and none when this breaks down down as well, which is totally unacceptable in a high floor building. The equipment in the gym is often not working, and window glass is shattered in various places, The entire building is fenced in with scaffolding and now netting so you can't access your balcony or terrace or even see out of your windows. They won't even say how long the netting will be up, but conservatively we're been told years, as there is a court case over who is responsible for the faulty cladding that keeps falling off the building. Overall, please save yourselves and avoid this building and X1! All of these things have been flagged to the management company X1, multiple times, and nothing has been done to resolve these issues.

Not even deserving of 1*. Flooding occurring external to apartment and Haymarket done absolutely nothing to resolve. Have been blatantly fed false information and now discover the whole team disappear for long holiday. Must be nice for the staff but not for tenants with flooded floors. Been going on for over a month now - don’t know how they can sleep at night taking service charges under false pretences and having tenants ensuring health and safety issues.

Haymarket's Cladding campaign

Of course I don't know the precise details of the work that Haymarket has done. But, over the last few months, they have kept me aware and updated, regarding obtaining the attention of the Government for funds to address the matter of Cladding for our building at Endeavour House, Salford. The tragedy of Grenville left a 'bitter taste in the mouth' for all, and the injustices of the entire situation, especially the bureaucratic & legal minefield they would've had to negotiate needed skilful & 'steady' hands. The Good News of a positive outcome to this journey is indeed most welcome. Hence, my wholehearted appreciation for their endeavour for Endeavour House etc al.

I used to trust BioMD Plus and loved the pain cream, it was the best and I sent MANY people to their site. Recently, though, I ordered $72 worth of product and did not get a confirmation or shipping or product! I emailed twice, no reply. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, cancel my debit card and wait for a new card for a week. Seriously annoying, would give zero stars if I could! Do NOT order from these jerks!

Poor bottle design

I purchased a bottle of the CBD oil. To open it, you have to push down while turning. It requires more force than a prescription bottle. It is inevitable that the bottle will slip and spill expensive oil all over the place. Idk if the product works well. It's all over and down my sink after 2 weeks of use.

BioMD is a scam! I am a physician myself and thought to order from a site with MD on it, thinking it would likely be more legitimate/better quality. Well, I ordered and I only received one product in my package out of everything I ordered. But they pocketed my entire order's money anyway. Found the company through a review sub on reddit. Ordered on 01/23, with it shipping out the next day. After a month, I had to reach out to them. "Oh that was lost" Couple issues. If I had not called would they have pocketed the money" No attempt at compensation or even friendly customer service. You don't have to do cartwheels, but a month and no contact? Terrible experience.

I’ve done a lot of research on CBD…

I’ve done a lot of research on CBD creams. I wouldn’t have believed how great this works before trying it. I’ve had epidurals with no success for herniated discs as well as suffering from fibromyalgia. This cream is better then any pain killers I’ve been put in all these years too. I plan to keep this stocked on hand as it is amazing.

Scam - what to do if you have fallen for it

I have written this review to hopefully help others out who have been scammed by showing the process of damage control post scam. There is a legit GovAssist LLC site (or seemingly legit if you trust the positive reviews for the trustpilot page of that site) that also charge $89 for a US ESTA. Whilst possibly not a scam, they do charge an unnecessarily high cost - you can get the same ESTA for $21 (my partner did this one via the official government site and got his visa back in an hour and a half, site is: esta.cbp.dhs.gov). HOWEVER, there is another 'GovAssist' or 'Visa GovAssist' site that does not have LLC in it's title, which is definitely a scam. I went into full on panic mode when I realised it was a scam as they have taken a whole bunch of personal details including my address, passport details (and my daughter's), bank card details on payment, work details, social media handles and so on. If you have fallen for this scam, don't feel stupid, scams are designed to trick people. I personally have never applied for a visa before so just took the first site as legit because it was sponsored by Google. I think it's disgraceful that Google are making money out of this and they should take the site down. ANYWAY, onto damage control, I did the following after realising I'd fallen for a scam: - reported to the fraud department, in the UK it's Action Fraud UK and you can find the site linked to by official UK sites so you know its legit if you're suddenly feeling nervous to input data online. You can also phone them to report it. - reported bank card as stolen so they can't take anymore payments - cancel passports - obviously this is very stressful potentially if you've left it late to apply for a visa. Most UK passports go through and get returned within a week, you can go the emergency passport route to apply for a new one if you've got days to go before your trip. You may decide not to cancel straight away - I'm just going off of what the HM Passport Service advised as bank accounts and other things can be set up with a valid passport. - unfortunately there is nothing I can do about them having my address, we're moving soon thankfully but still feels like such an invasion :( - change handles and passwords on social media pages you linked or provided - notify anyone whose email you provided for your emergency contact to ignore any emails or calls from visa services - report the website as fraudulent to Google This all created so much admin and stress and worry. I'm so sorry if you too have fallen for this scam. I hope this review helps prevent people falling for it/helps them do damage control if they have fallen for it.

The company operates many different websites with one goal: To trick people into thinking they're on a government website and then charge them large fees for documents that are free from the government. If you have any doubts, do this: 1. Google 'Renew Passport GovAssist.' 2. The first sponsored link to appear will be GovAssist. Click the three dots to the right of that result. 3. Look at who the advertiser is: Support King LLC in Puerto Rico. 4. Now click the link at the bottom that says, 'See more ads this advertiser has shown using Google.' You can see all the ads they've placed to trick people around the world into using their site. 5. Now, google 'Support King LLC.' You'll learn about the federal government's case against Support King LLC's CEO, Scott Zuckerman, for spyware. Zuckerman is also the CEO of GovAssist. In other words, stay far away from this company. They'll tell you they're "consultants" and they're "sorry" you missed the tiny disclaimer on their homepage, but they know exactly what kind of operation they're running. What should you do after they've scammed you? Do a chargeback on your credit card, then tell your bank the card was stolen and to send you a new one. That way GovAssist can't place any new charges. Meanwhile, go back to 'Step 2' in this review and make sure to click 'Report Ad' to let Google know what these people are up to. After all, it's partially Google's fault for enabling this kind of BS.

Quick and affordable!

MacKenzie and the rest of Govassist legal staff were on the ball for the petition on my behalf for adjustment of status. They were prompt, direct, upbeat, and very affordable. They were able to have our paperwork filled out just as fast as we got our information to them. They helped me with adjustment of status from student visa to permanent resident. I can’t stress how helpful they were with the entire process. I was a little apprehensive about their low price at first and I wrongly assumed that I would end up needing to fill out a greater portion of the application myself to accommodate, but I was shocked at how little I ended up having to do on my end. I am a tutor and Tutortap should be a great system to use. However, aside from one lesson from a school, I have not received another tutorial in months. There is no way for tutors to contact potential tutees or even any support from the site. I am a qualified and experienced teacher and independent tutor in the biological sciences and find it hard to believe that out of the "thousands" of possible tutees and connections with schools that the site claims, there are no tutees available and no-one able to help from the company. I'm left becoming convinced this company is nothing more than a scam: asking for payment for a new CRB/DBS check, giving you one £10 tutorial, then withdrawing all support and tutoring. I'd like to know if anyone has had a similar experience.

I bought a telephone from Insdec on ebay (the company also trades as Inkoo.co.uk). After lots of problems I contacted this seller. 3 messages were ignored. These were confirmed by eBay as having been delivered to the seller (no technical problems). I then approached the manufacturer. They confirmed their telephones are made for specific countries. The phone sold to me in Australia was not listed as being specifically for the European market. The serial number suggested Poland as the target market. Please check ebay. Insdec, at the time of writing, has a 98.9% positive feedback score. Yet they sell a lot of products. The problem comes when there's a complaint. 3 buyers in the last month alone report messages being ignored.

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had with a car rental company named Go Currently during my recent visit to Iceland. Name of company goiceland.com my booking number Order #106786 / EVP2A7 I arrived at kevlak and waited for the car company for more than one hour to pick me up . They have been informed through mail exact time of arrival I rented a car for 8 days and was unexpectedly charged an exorbitant amount of €516 for insurance coverage only . The total cost of online booking was half of the value . They informed me that it is their policy to charge the maximum premium to the customer who does not have a credit card to block the money. This charge was presented as mandatory and left me with no option but to agree, which I believe constitutes malpractice. Such practices can tarnish the reputation of Iceland as a travel destination and lead to negative experiences for visitors. I believe it is important for tourists to be informed about such practices, and I kindly urge Iceland Tourism to investigate this matter further. Ensuring that rental companies uphold transparency in their pricing and provide fair treatment to tourists is vital for maintaining the integrity of Iceland’s tourism sector.

They put us at serious risk with their work out rental van.

They rented us a van with the check engine and low tire pressure light on, and told us to not worry about it ("it is just faulty sensors"). 10 days later the transmission malfunctioned on the highway in rush hour, and we lost gears 1, 3, and 5. It was SCARY driving getting off the highway to a place to park, especially when can't let the vehicle stop moving (no first gear = no starting after stopping). The van with 230,000 km on it and it showed. The air system didn't work properly, and we couldn't defog the windshield or warm the back passengers. The side door rail was rusted to the point where three of four adults couldn't get enough force to close the door. Many bangs and dents; you could tell large objects had hit it in two spots. When we raised our concerns, none of the three go Iceland members showed any concern for the shoddy condition of the van, or the risk they put us in when the transmission broke or when we couldn't defrost the windows in a snowstorm. I would not be surprised if van is back out for rent again tomorrow with the same issues.

We booked our car rental via Chase Travel, thinking we had booked Avis (per our reservation confirmation). Fun surprise when we landed and waited for an hour at Avis only to be told that our booking didn't exist and that this was common with Chase. We were told to go to ACE instead -- which in Iceland is Go Iceland. Had I known we were actually booking with Go Iceland, I would not have made the reservation. It's a small, although professional-looking office, and getting there requires you to call them at the arrivals door so that they will send a shuttle. Our shuttle arrived in about 15 minutes. Once we got to the office, we paid the additional $250 for the premium, top insurance. We had read all the previous reviews and didn't want to mess around. The customer service rep working with us was out of it -- she didn't realize we had prepaid and tried to charge us again; she miscommunicated details of the insurance plan and I had to correct her; she forgot that our plan came with a mini wifi device and I had to ask her. Next, after she grabbed our car, we got in and noticed that there was both a tire pressure and check engine light on. We went back inside and asked, but the manager dismissed it and told us it's fine. At this point, we're tired and don't put up much of a fight. Mostly praying our car doesn't break down when we're hours away from the capital. For the most part, our car stayed in tact. At some point, we felt something fall off our car and pulled over. Turns out they had tied on these plastic protectors to the underside of the car and one of the strings broke. We had to crawl down and cut off the rest of the strings to remove the whole plastic piece, or else it would have dragged on the road. Thankfully, when we returned the car, they didn't nickel and dime us. They accepted it and told us to have a good day. So two stars because they didn't upcharge us (if you don't include the premium insurance). But no more than that because their cars are junk and customer service isn't good.

Also known as Green Motion bought via rentalcars.com website. We booked a 6 days trip with the intention of harsh winter conditions. The car itself Hyundai Tucson 4x4 was great and in perfect condition. The customer service was good but felt like an organized scam towards the end when returning the car. The lady asked very unrelated questions during the search ie whether we had full insurance and what level of cover we had. She skimmed around the body works and review the inside of the car very quickly which was also rather strange as you would be expected the body works to be the frontline of what they look into. Just for context, I've been renting cars during holidays for a decade now so I do have a good idea as to what the employees normally look for when checking damages for returning cars. As we progress to the quite dirty windshield she somehow found 2no 1mm scratch on the windshield next to each other. ( I would happily upload the photos but can't) I check the videos/ photos of when I picked up the car and was unable to clarify whether it was my mistake but had no conclusive evidence as the car came in a frozen state since we picked it up in the evening and the windshield was covered in ice. Thankfully I bought separate insurance which covers this but 500 euros for 2no 1mm scratch that can be recovered once spotted early is awfully harsh and I'm going to review this with my legal team at the office. After reading other comments I wouldn't recommend this company due to its sales tactic of last min additional comprehensive insurance to cover its cost of early upfront renting cost and in the case you have got cover elsewhere, they will try and get enough reasons to gain additional fees.

I have rented vehicles around the world for decades. I can truthfully say that my experience with GO CAR rentals at the airport in Rekyavik was by far my most pleasurable experience! The rates were great! The staff were so friendly, and personable that I almost want to stay in touch with them. Our vehicle was in great condition, and a pleasure to drive. From start to finish, the experience was most pleasurable! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Out of 5 stars, I give them a 10!

Please don’t fall for the website and eBay accounts. High end bags at a price tempting enough take a punt. 100% fake, ask for proof of purchase which can never be provided. I have a friend who works at Gucci Sloan Street, London who assures me these are fake. The person has various eBay accounts, pestering for you to buy through their website of which you have no protection. Please don’t fall for the scam. How can you have several high end bags in the same condition? These bags have a high resale value, example. Gucci Diana (bamboo handle) rrp is £2400, even second hand in perfect condition the resale is £2000 yet these fraudsters are selling for £900. Would you sell your house, car or watch for 60% less of the real value?? Of course not.

Been on the cycle mechanics course August 2020 at the time was competent at bike repairs just not very good at putting stuff down on paper but did all that was requested and was advised all was ok.I was promised just pays your money almost 2k including expenses etc .. your certificate for the Parts 2 and 3 will be delivered soon ....at the time and probably still guys are reasonable however 2 years down the line I was not remembered by former tutor and my mentor says he forgot I've been trying to contact over the years continually being advised all was okay but eventually gave up... something tells me something is not right be wary I hope not still hopeful this will be sorted. 2 years down the line I don't like giving negative reviews but hopefully someone will listen I have given up on my cycling mechanic idea and moved on . Got a very pleasant email from Bikeinn.co.uk pointing this out and that if they could, they would help me out in the future. So they getting 5 stars for being so friendly as can’t delete the review.

I ordered a pair of 70+ reading/distance glasses. I received my glasses reading in a reasonable time but unfortunately I find they blur my vision on the reading and the distance is very blurred, and are not suitable for me to wear.

I ordered two pairs of glasses with different numbers. Unfortunately, neither of the pair was suitable for me due to prescription reasons. I emailed the customer support guys and they responded immediately and sent me a return label without any fuss or questions and refunded my money as promised. Excellent customer service and support. No questions, no chasing, no waiting, no excuses! Thank you.

Julefrokost buffet 25/12/2024 Aldrig har jeg oplevet en så ringe Julefrokost buffet. Meget tør and. Meget tør flæskesteg med bløde svær. Medister uden farve. Blødt skind. Tartteletfyld uden kød. Brunede kartofler uden brun farve. Lignede mere gamle kartofler. Fiskefilet uden farve. Smagte nogenlunde. Ostebord med kun 2 forskellige slags ost. Ingen pynt.

Utrolig dårlig kommumentation mellem de ansatte...........den Norske tjener have så absolut ingen kontakt til virkeligheden. De unge mennesker der var der havde ingen skyld.......de rystede på hovedet. Havde ondt af dem........extrem dårlig oplevelse. Har selv arbejdet der for mange år siden, der lærte vi da trods alt at kunderne kom først. Morgenmaden var ok........men aftensmaden var skrot............Jeg må desværre andbefale Hotel Kirstine i Næstved........det bedste alternativ.

Super fint ophold.

Pu-ha vi var da noget skeptiske efter at ha’ læst alle de anmeldelser, så vi havde ikke de store forventninger da vi tog afsted. Vi blev modtaget af en sød, venlig og hjælpsom receptionist. Aftensmaden skulle indtages i kælderen og en enorm sød, og serviceminded tjener tog imod os og hun kom mellem hver ret og spurgte om alt var som det skulle være og om maden smagte godt. Efter tre retter og kaffe med sødt var vi prop mætte. Morgenmaden var også fin og der var det, der skulle være. Vi er normalt meget kritiske, men syntes ikke vi havde det mindste at klage over, så derfor fuldt hus med stjernerne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Skuffet over hotel værelset

Skuffet over hotel værelset. Slidt, misvedligeholdt og ikke gjort godt nok rent. (Efterladenskaber på sengekant, hår i sengen fra andre besøgende)! På badeværelset var der skimmelsvamp i bruseren, vasken var stoppet, vinylen på gulvet var fyldt med kalk, samt huller. Det er bare ikke godt nok! Morgenmaden var tam, de glemte at fylde op. Obs kolde værelser, og de er meget lytte. Selvom bygningen er fredet, så er reglerne man blot skal holde den i oprindelig stand. Så et papir på værelset hvor der står de arbejder på at skifte vinduer. Men bygningen er fredet. En fredet bygning må gerne få nye vinduer i, så længe det er samme variant som de tilsvarende vinduer! Det mest positive var deres hyggelige restaurant neden under. Maden smagte godt og var venlige og serviceminded.

FØRSTE OG SIDSTE GANG KAN BESTEMT IKKE ANBEFALES 🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧 Billeder på nettet er taknemmelige, men AK hverken disse, pris eller kvalitet harmonere med virkeligheden. Utroligt at Hotel Vinhuset fortsat har kunder.🤔 Hvis vi kunne give O ⭐️ så havde vi gjort dette. HVAD VAR SÅ GALT ? HVOR SKAL VI STARTE???? AFTENSMAD -Elendig mad - Hår i brød/smør. Forret: Rimet torsk, kæmpe klumper ikke skåret korrekt, nogle var ovenikøbet frosne. Hovedret: Brasiseret svinekæber kedelige, havde ikke fået nok tilberedning, ihvertfald ikke møre. Mht. Til maden virker det som om, at kokken har mistet kærligheden til maden eller havde mere fokus på gæster, der holdt julefrokost. Endnu en gang manglende overblik. Den kvindelige tjener blev orienteret om problemet. Virkede som var hun ligeglad. KOMMUNIKATION- PERSONALE eller mangel på samme - manglende overblik - uprofessionelt personale. Dårlig akustik. Hotellet kan ikke magter flere ting på én gang. I håbet om blot, at få lidt fx. Kaffe forespurgte vi herom både i kælderen og efterfølgende i orangeriet, hvor der også blev afholdt julefrokost. i sidstnævnte fik vi at vide, at man var igang med julefrokost arrangement. Men hvis vi satte os ud i receptionen ville de forsøge, at servere kaffe indenfor de næste 15 - 30 minutter. Herefter blev døren lukket og vi så aldrig kaffen!!! Havde vi blot haft en el-koger på værelset, så havde vi da om ikke andet fået en kop kaffe den dag! Trods vi havde betalt 500 kroner ekstra for opgradering, havde vi håbet, at man på denne årstid i det mindste kunne holde sig varme indendørs. Men Ak, radiator var tændt, vinduer var lukket, gardiner rullet for og nej hvor vi frøs. Så måtte gå i seng med tøj på , dyner og tæpper over os og alligevel frøs vi. Som sagt var der julefrokost arrangementer på hotellet og de festede selvfølgelig. Men sikken noget ulideligt musik. Gudskelov stoppede de klokken 01.15. Det blev til max et par timers søvn. Så vi så frem til morgenmaden i håbet om endelig, at få noget, at spise. Kedelig, billige råvarer. En morgensur stresset tjener, ikke serviceminded og utrolig langsom med at fylde tomme fade op. De brugte tallerknen og kopper blev ikke fjernet 🤧 Alt i alt et ophold, der ikke er pengene værd. Ved ankomst til hotellet fik vi i receptionen oplyst, at der var bemanding i receptionen til kl. 21.00, da vi gik forbi kl. 17.45 ingen personale. Herudover fik vi, at vide, at vi skulle spise i Bytinget kl. 18.00. Lidt før klokkeslæt var vi i lokale, der var tomt, ingen opdækning eller personale. Efter at have stået og ventet et stykke tid, uden respons. Måtte vi banke på en dør i håbet om, at få opmærksomhed- Desværre måtte vi vente længe, da ALT FOKUS var på julefrokostkunder. Endelig fik vi fat i en person, som mente, at alle andre kunder skulle spise i kælderen. Men havde julefrokost gæster igen første prioritet, da de larmede og kælder i forvejen havde dårlig akustik, så umuligt, at føre en samtale. Ser man på hvorledes ⭐️ fordeler sig, så giver hele 36% - 1 ⭐️ bl.a. kommentar om, " AT DE ALDRIG MERE VIL KOMME PÅ HOTELLET. 16 % giver ⭐️⭐️. Så har man allerede paseret mere end 52 % UTILFREDSE KUNDER. Ser man på de 55 anmeldelser, hvor de fik 3,6 ud af 5 indtil vores kommende anmeldelse, her viser det sig at deres anmeldelser er fra periode 2015 - 2024 altså 9 årige periode, hvoraf kun 6 er for 2024 og de fleste er bestemt ikke opmuntrende. Gudskelov findes der andre hoteller i Næstved, som fuldt ud lever op til deres ⭐️er. En ting er ihvertfald helt sikkert VI SKAL ALDRIG MERE PÅ HOTEL VINHUSET

Dårlig oplevelse!

Ved vores ankomst til Hotel Vinhuset ventede vi på receptionisten. Efter at have trykket på ringeklokken tre gange, blev vi endelig mødt. Vi fik reserveret bord til aftensmad kl. 18:30 og fik at vide, at vi skulle spise i kælderen, hvilket lød hyggeligt. Da vi ankom til kælderen, blev vi mødt af en stresset tjener, der straks fortalte, at hun havde travlt, og at vi måtte bære over med servicen. I kælderen, hvor akustikken var MEGET dårlig, blev vi mødt af en virksomhed på 15 personer, der larmede voldsomt under en mulig julefrokost. Vi spurgte tjeneren, om vi kunne sidde et andet sted, men det var ikke muligt. To andre par kom også ned og følte det samme som os. Min kone og jeg havde glædet os til en hyggelig aften med drinks og vin, men vi indtog vores mad på 30 minutter og måtte så hurtigt væk for at kunne føre en normal samtale. En virkelig skuffende oplevelse. Om morgenen siger den nye receptionist, så at Smartbox gæster normalt sidder ovenpå under rolige omgivelser og uden selskaber. Værelset og sengene var i rimelig stand. Morgenmadsbuffeten var god og I rolige omgivelser. Så samlet set ikke pengene værd på nogen måde. Ærgerligt når man gerne vil støtte lokalt.

Helt fantastisk og lækker mad i Vinhusets kælderrestaurant. Meget hyggeligt hotel, central beliggenhed midt på Torvet og super service. Lækker morgenmad og hyggeligt værelse med helt nye senge, sengetøj - meget rent og i orden. Havde bestilt glutenfri brød og mad, og det var klar til alle måltider.

Dejligt hotelophold

Primo september var vi 15 pensionister på en sen sommerferie, hvor vi overnattede i hotel Vinhuset. Det blev en rigtig god oplevelse, hvor flere gode ting skal fremhæves. En rigtig god kontakt og service forud for og under opholdet. Personalet var meget servicemindede og forstod at betjene os i vores tempo og efter vore ønsker. Værelserne var rene og pæne, maden var i topklasse, såvel morgenmadsbuffet og ikke mindst middagen med 2 retter. Dygtig kok. Hotellet ligger centralt tæt ved torv, gågader med mange butikker. Hyggeligt og personligt hotel, der varmt kan anbefales.

They got a payment from my credit card company. and then tells me I've got to pay extra money to them of £500 and they made the claim. on the amount I was given as that was paid off my credit card. and the Mount was left. to go to them. Major scam

Please do not do business with this company. They employ South Africans to work for them and scam them by not paying them a salary. They instead remove all workers out their slack group allowing no communication. They have been doing this since 2023. If they are doing this to their workers it make sense why I am reading so many 1 star reviews about customers being scammed out of their refunds. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.. I am talking from experience. They are using international workers to who are desperate for money to rip people in the UK off and they still avoid paying for the labour.

Great to deal with

Got me compensation against a Credit Card company who kept increasing credit limit without my consent. Dealt with a solicitor called Fabian Neal who was most helpful and kept me informed. He dealt with Ombudsman when ridiculous bank statements were requested. Successful payment received on 14.11.24 after a long drawn out claim, due to the tactics of the credit card company.

Refunded for my Vanquis Claim which paid off my card balance, was £332 left over which Pearson Locke Law automatically claimed with vat on top ! So I now have to PAY THEM ! £61 seriously, they can jog on, not paying a penny further.

Avoid this company at all cost. Despicable robbing low life’s They lied about how much they take (over 50%). I got a refund of £472 and a bill from them for £551 which has to be paid in seven days. They also lodged a complaint with a credit card I had no problem with and used all the time. They then cancelled my credit card which has left me with a outstanding balance I have to pay and no credit card to use

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. I instructed them to look into and investigate a finance claim and all they have done is lie to me from the start. When I emailed them they would tell me the same thing time and time again, yet when I called them out they admitted to me that they had lied. I have now instigated a complaint against them as they have gone against their own terms of business and have failed me as a client. I would recommend avoiding this company from the start as you will not be happy with their services.

Il s'agit d'une plateforme de vente. Les articles sont ceux de petites boutiques. Il se peut que l'article que vous payez ne soit plus en stock dans la boutique. J'ai passé commande le 08/01/2025. N'ayant aucune nouvelle, je contacte le service client. Il s'avère que c'était un fournisseur dormant (plus de ventes depuis un moment). Malheureusement, l'inactivité d'un fournisseur ne le met pas en sommeil sur la plateforme. Si je n'avais pas contacté le site, je serais encore à attendre mon colis...
