Discovered this site had created a detail biographical profile of me, including information I have never shared online such as details from past resumes (from many years ago) I have sent to potential employers. Have no idea where they got this or why they are publishing it. I have written to them and tried to log in to change or delete my profile. No success or response so far. Found other reviews online stating the same over many years.

Identity theft and stalker promotion site

They provide details to others causing identity theft and stalking issues. The details they provided they stole from somewhere as they did not have my permission to disclose any private details, old resume data, etc. This is a huge identity theft promotion site. They don't remove information when asked and they don't contact people back. There needs to be a class action against this company.

Avoid Code Signing Store

Tried to get a code-signing certificate. Price seemed good initially and the validation process was completed within 24 hours of my uploading required documents. And then - silence. Four more days passed, not a word. I submitted multiple tickets - no response. The link to check on my order status stopped working. I eventually had to cancel the order and start over with a different provider.

Warning: This is sectigo/comodo. It is just a new name/site they use, to hide the poor reputation of the Sectigo and Comodo brands. Be on the lookout for them soon/already appearing under other new names too. I have for a month now unsuccessfully tried to renew our EV certificate, spending countless hours fruitlessly with their support and process, to try to get them to issue a certificate. They don't communicate back/give feedback, they don't tell you what the progress/problem is and what to do. It's a scam.

I have had so many issues with this company, there is too many to list. Extremely bad customer service and they don't know how to organise or do anything within the timescale they say they do. Also I don't know if their staff even know much about their own company, when I was told they were open at the weekend and they were not, that someone would get back to me in 24 hours and I had to call back after 72... They don't take care of their clients at all. When you say you are moving to another umbrella company they will beg for you back, well the damage is already done.

Superb service

Yet again Harry has helped me out. One of my clocks threw a wobbly and I rang Harry to arrange to deliver to him to repair. He explained exactly what to do as the clock was really out of sync and talked me through the process, saving me a 4 hour round trip for repair. I am so grateful to this guy. Cannot fault him at all.

Berechtigte Reklamationen werden mit falschen Unterstellungen abgelehnt.

Ich bin seit Jahren Stammkunde in den Läden in Berlin und Hamburg sowie bestelle immer mal online. Bislang hat immer alles geklappt, manchmal sogar in Hamburg angerufen ob ein bestimmtes Teil da ist, Kreditkarte angegeben und Sachen schnell bekommen. Jetzt hatte ich jedoch zum ersten mal eine Reklamation. Ich kaufe regelmässig die Tom Ford-Unterhosen und habe auch welche die schon mehrere Jahre alt sind, Qualität war bislang immer top. Bei der neuesten Bestellung über 8 Stück aus Cotton-Modal sind diese nach kurzer Zeit allesamt an der jeweils gleichen Stelle gerissen. Ich habe die Reklamation eingeschickt und nun wird von Mientus behauptet, ich hätte diese falsch gewaschen (nein!), angeblich mit Weichspüler (den wir noch nie verwendet haben), und auch noch angeblich im Wäschetrockner getrocknet (nein!). Die Unterhosen werden mit anderen hochwertigen Textilien im Miele Top-Modell mit automatischer Dosierung gewaschen, keinerlei Kleidungsstück hat jemals irgendeinen Schaden genommen. Mientus lehnt die Reklamation innerhalb der 1-jährigen Gewährleistungspflicht (gesetzwidrig!) ab. Nun wollte ich mich zumindest an den Hersteller bzw. den Vertrieb wenden und habe Mientus nach den Kontaktdaten gefragt, die Daten geben sie nicht raus mit der Angabe, der Hersteller gewähre keine Garantie bzw. Gewährleistung. Ich warte jetzt die letzte gesetzte Frist ab und werde mich dann an die Verbraucherschutzzentrale wenden und erwäge eine Anzeige. Wie man liest, scheint das unberechtigte Ablehnen von berechtigten Reklamationen bei Mientus System zu haben. Dieser Laden ist wirklich das Allerletzte.

Sehr Schlechter Service !!! Der Service ist unter aller S*au & vor allem für so eine Angebliche Noble Boutique. Habe mir eine Neue Woolrich Jacke gekauft, wo mir nach wenigen tagen ein Mangel aufgefallen ist. Es traten an mehreren stellen Daunenfedern aus, sodass jedes Oberteil ständig mit Daunen voll war. Laut Aussage von Mienuts ist das normal und nimmt mit der Zeit ab. Da ich noch innerhalb der 2 Wochen war, wollte ich die Jacke gerne Reklamieren. Da es aber die letzte in der Größe war, schrieb ich per mail dazu, dass ich mich in deren Stores mal nach einer Alternative umschauen werde, um Sie mir zu kaufen. Sie teilten mir mit, dass die Bearbeitung bis zu 4 Wochen dauern kann, um es beim Hersteller zu Reklamieren. Ich erwähnte in der Mail ausserdem, dass ich zwar damit einverstanden bin, es aber schade finde das mein Geld bis zu 4 Wochen geblockt wird, da ich für die neue Jacke nochmals zahlen müsse und dann doppelt belastet bin. Mir wurde lediglich das Retourenlabel bestätigt und die Bearbeitung des Falls. Nach mehreren tagen erhielt ich die Bestätigung, dass die Jacke geprüft und Instand gesetzt wurde und wieder an mich versendet wird. Daraufhin rief ich dort an, um zu erfragen was sie damit genau meinen, weil Sie eigentlich reklamiert werden sollte wie in der Mail beschrieben und auch das ich eine Neue bei denen im Store gekauft hatte. Statt auf meine Aussage in der Mail zu reagieren, haben Sie es einfach ignoriert und bestehen auf das recht der Nachbesserung, was auch ok ist, aber leider habe ich nun eine weitere Jacke für über 650 € bei denen gekauft, die ich auch behalten muss, da dass Etikett entfernt und die Jacke getragen wurde. Hätten Sie es zu Anfang so Kommuniziert, dass sie die Jacke nicht nur Eingeschickt & geprüft wird, sondern auch versucht wird zu Reparieren, dann hätte ich mich nicht alternativ um eine neue Jacke gekümmert. Nun bin ich gezwungen beide Jacken von Mientus im wert von über 1500 € zu behalten. Meine Empfehlung kauft immer beim Hersteller, die haben es nicht nötig den Kunden auszunehmen, um ihre Ware loszuwerden. Die Kommunikation läuft dort auch wesentlich transparenter ab, ohne den Anschein zu erwecken, dass im Kundeninteresse gehandelt wird. Das war mein erster und letzter ( Doppel) Kauf.

One star is too high. Appalling. I thought the person speaking was a learner. When l discovered he was an 'industry specialist' l couldn't believe it. If this person was studying a GCSE course he'd fail. I have never in my lifetime listened to such misinformation and outdated terminology. To say that "...nowadays all the designers are coders who use HTML????" well, what rubbish - firstly HTML isn't code and no one has hand written HTML for over a decade. Seriously poor. I was fuming. He gave examples of software that he admitted he had 'stumble across' and didn't know how to use but he had a go and got there in the end. What the heck? I've worked in a school and my year 8 group would produce better work. Utter waste of time.

I was scammed by these guys too. Viewable and then Rhino. Although I was told that Roger Van Deelin was trying to fix the problem but couldn't? Then I'm reading on here that he was a con artist. I really don't know- except that I paid thousands to settle the finance agreement and almost went out of business. A guy called Andy sold me my screen. If there's anyone who knows anything else or if there's a joint law suit... Or a lynch mob I could join I'd happily do it. Hopefully Corona has caught these guys- although I don't believe in Karma. These lowlifes always seem to get away with it.

i was mislead into having a scree by rhino media, i also had credit agreements illegally and fraudulently signed on my behalf by rhino and ucfs. i was lucky to maintain copys of blank credit agreements and UCFS sent me the very same documents with a fake signature. I have not paid anything extra to them and last week they cancelled "the contract". I still have no answers to who signed these forms illegally and pretending to be me and struggled to get any replies at all. this company along with UCFS are absolute crooks and scammers. avoid at all costs and hopefully all the poor victims will soon get the justice they deserve.

Facts 1st It was viewable that caused the problem in the first place they went under and the business did try to be saved by Roger Who had taken on the business so the people in the first place didnt go under. If you can prove that It’s wrong instead of just saying it do it please. 2nd the sales people had no idea what was going on infact all of them where left out of pocket, abused by customers and worried sick as none of us wanted anyone to lose money. we had no clue what was really happening, we where all sold to as was everyone else. We where told that no one could lose out on the product, we where told that it’s completely cost neutral and there would be now worries or problems with any of it, we where just doing our job completely oblivious of what was happening behind closed doors. It’s none of the sales people’s faults and hearing about some of the abuse the old sales guys where getting was heart breaking. We also did try and find out how to get people out off it who where in it, spending days weeks and months looking for ways we could help. Before blaming the sales guys we all lost our jobs, money and our good reputations because of these. Please please dont blame the sales lads for something they had no clue about what was going on.

He cashed up then took Viewble over and did the same s**t to business with Rhino He promised Viewble he was taking care of everything and had millions apparently and big advertisers lined up It was all lies he took it took the money and set up again I am 100% that this digging I did and found all this out from a first hand witness to the whole debacle I’m not paying anyone for this screen and whether you are Viewble or Rhino it was Dodgy Roger that sold it

Anyway for those people that are paying grenke, make sure nothing falls on your screen, if it does then put in a claim for a smashed screen with grenke, they will have no choice but to cancel your contract, as viewable/rhino are not available to tell grenke that the screen are damaged.

Have used this app for a long time now. Would highly recommend. It is a symptom checker and also a symptom tracker. You are able to have multiple people (others in your household) on there also so you can also recheck & add to the symptoms. Alot of symptom checkers always send you into a panic and just come with A - go to a&e or B - see a doctor asap. This checker is the polar opposite. You can add as many symptoms as you like & it asks alot of in-depth questions. It's all recorded and the number of times I have used it, it always comes out spot on & informative. Would strongly recommend it over any other symptom checker website/app!!

Would definitely not use the online store - purchased a set of cordless hair straighteners for a Christmas present. Luckily I checked the box to make sure they were charged to find that the straighteners and charging cable missing - contacted Customer service who just refunded me - but I’m guessing for those who don’t check the box until Christmas morning are in for a shock because they have a thieving rat in their warehouse!!

I ordered two items which were dispatched the next day, but Royal Mail lost the parcel. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately, and they sent me replacement items. PS: The only reason I gave four stars is because they didn’t send me the RM tracking number the second time. This created a confusion, I was not aware that the order had been posted, and my parcel was left at the back porch for two days. Fortunately it was not stolen.

They cut off my hair with no desire to rectify the problem. I had to fight them and threaten to post on social media before they accepted that they are wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will not cover the cost to fix my hair in the form of hair extensions. This is the first review I have posted and I will continue until they cover the actual cost to fix my hair. Not 300 pounds only. This is unacceptable. I had an appointment for a balyage for two weeks after the cut - how was he going to balyage this? Its a disgrace I am a mixed race woman our hair takes years to grow, I had the longest hair of all my friends who are mixed - this will take 9-10 years to rectify, and I've got health problems enough that affect my hair growth you can't just cut peoples hair off like this. And then take no responsibility for 6 weeks. You've offered 300 pounds, and said you cannot negotiate so I was forced and bullied to take compensation that you devised the amount yourselves - when the quotes I obtained at the cheapest were 650 pounds and the highest came in at 950. So at this point I am at a minimal monetary loss of 350 pounds at least. Not to mention the mental impact of having my hair theived from me in that manner. My boyfriend just left me and that hair cut was suppossed to be a new start for me. I had an interview the very next day and they were just looking at me on Teams like I am a mad woman, BECAUSE OF TONI&GUY! I bet the boy who cut it still skips about the salon no bother not a care in the world, when he's just chopped off an ill womans hair that's going to take years to grow back and mentally you've added stress to my plate a hair appoinment should never end like this. Especially being bullied to take 300 pounds compensation that does absolutely nothing to fix the hair.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, I ordered two items of Keratase hair products, received a confirmation on the 31st January, it’s now the 7th of February and have had absolutely no delivery information. I looked on there site and the advice is to go onto the couriers and put in tracking info, neither of which I have. Absolutely shocking service, they weren’t slow at whipping out the payment, but can’t follow through with delivering the items ordered. Following on I’ve just managed to contact them by telephone, apparently the order has not been dispatched due to them doing a stock take. Unsure why this would prevent them from sending out my order, it’s two items, just ridiculous. I think watchdog should have a look into this, reading these reviews they are not fulfilling there obligation to those customers who have paid to receive products. It’s a real pity that Tony and guy are letting customers down who are placing orders in good faith.

Ghosted by customer services when trying to return incorrect items, and no return slip provided in parcel

Initially got a quick reply when reaching out to customer services to request a returns slip, as no returns info was included in the parcel (it just says to reach out to customer services for returns) I was then asked to send lots of pictures of the items and the reason for return. When I let them know it was because I had received the wrong items I was sent a rude email back telling me I had received the correct items and I needed to send another picture to prove they were incorrect. Once I pointed out the original pictures I sent already showed the wrong item had been sent and it did not match the website description I didn’t receive any further emails. I have been chasing for a couple of days and no reply. I have no way to return the incorrect items and get my money back (£43).

Don’t use online shop

As others have said, the delivery time is terrible (or non-existent in my case!) 11 days since I placed the order and it hasn’t even been despatched yet. No response to my email. Have now requested a refund, but not hopeful I’ll hear anything so will likely have to call my bank and reverse the charges. Awful experience. Spend your money elsewhere.

Absolute diamond of a place!

Wow, what a fantastic experience we enjoyed today at SEC in Lutterworth. My daughter is in the process of opening her first hair salon (MUSE in Harrogate). We found SEC on the web and called to arrange a visit. The young lady on the phone was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. It was really refreshing to receive such great customer service. We arrived at their fantastic and state of the art showroom where we were met with a very warm welcome and a lovely “brew” after travelling down from Yorkshire. Julie, Megan and the whole team were absolutely superb in their help and advice regarding what was needed to furnish Millie’s salon. The range of products and various colours were extensive, and we were honestly spoilt for choice. After a few hours mooching around the showroom we compiled a “wish list” of products for Megan to produce the quotation. We all sat down, discussed the various options, and agreed on a price which was very fair and competitive bearing in mind the quality of the products. Honestly we couldn’t speak highly enough about the experience, so we would thoroughly recommend SEC without hesitation. Megan, Julie and the team, thank you for all your help and giving us such a lovely experience when we visited today. We look forward to furnishing the salon with your products when they arrive. THIEVES! Avoid at all costs. I placed an order in January for 2 trolleys, and prior to placing, phoned up to explain the access to the property and check there would be no delays or problems. The lady checked with the delivery company and assured me there would not be. However, there was considerable delay and no communication of this. I have been requesting my money back (£800!) for nearly 4 months and the company are refusing to give it to me unless they deduct 25% for cancellation, despite the fact they did not deliver within given timeframe. Furious, appalled and currently £800 poorer!!!!!!

Bad customer service

We have ordered backwash unit and it was marked the item is in stock and will be delivered in 5-7 days. In 4 days I've contacted customer service and asked about date of delivery and they have asked me - but when do you want it? So looks like deliveries are being planned only after client calls and asks. We were also told that backwash unit will be left by our door outside and it will be delivered on a pallet. The company deals with beauty salon equipment. Majority of beauty salon workers are ladies and they leave heavy stuff just outside without offering some extra service. So I need to find somebody to come and take it inside and also to pay for pallet disposal too after. By the way, we've paid GBP 95+VAT for transport and looks like we'll need to pay GBP100-150 extra for taking goods in and disposal of the pallet. Hopefully the backwash unit itself will be ok...

I am very sorry to write this, but I have never encountered such bad customer service in the UK. I bought a mirror, every day I had to ask for information when it would be shipped - no answer. After informing that I wanted to cancel - I immediately received information about the next day delivery. I was planning to buy the rest of the equipment for the new salon there, but I give up. I do not recommend.

A disaster, it all broke and we were left with nothing

I bought 3 top of the range REM styling units, which arrived damaged, and were the wrong specification. I was offered £800 to keep the damaged and wrong spec REM styling units. This was never paid. I also bought 5 new electric backwashes. The enamel wore off the basin, the footrest arrived damaged, the motor gave out. Then one by one the remote controls stopped working, making them unusable. Salon Equipment Centre had to constantly repair the back washes and the electric chairs. Now they have run out of parts, we're stuck with 5 useless unusable backwashes and still damaged REM units. AVOID AVOID AVOID

So happy …

I called very last minute looking for a basin and chair for my home studio and Jade in the office was so helpful. I was after the copper Canterbury but was advised it wasn’t in stock so she done lots of digging for me and called me back with different options that would suit my colour scheme and be available to collect or deliver in my time frame. I couldn’t be more thankful to have the pieces in time! Jade was so kind and patient and the pieces that she found for me are absolutely y stunning!

Worst experience for any online service in my life

I signed up for an account paid $25 requested information about a certain deed. Waited send messages, I logged back in several hours later in my account was closed. I tried to call them only to hear a voicemail message that said go back to the contact page on the website, which has done absolutely nothing. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had on any online service in my life

Avoid if at all possible. The representative did not seem to be very knowledgeable and/or did not care. attempted to charge me a $250 late fee as "insurance" in case I was late. I was unable to speak with anyone else because the website is message based only. I felt a like a bit of a money grab because it was one of the only sites that didn't charge a membership fee. Think Spirit Airlines if you will.

Simple request asked three times

Simple request asked three times, and not full filled by the company. Purchased deed templates in late June 2023. Downloaded my order. No receipt for my purchase was provided in the download or emailed to me. I needed the receipt to get reimbursed for the expense. I inquired again three weeks later. Still no response from the company. Called the telephone number on the website (buried deep in the site). Went straight to a recording. No opportunity to leave a voicemail; no opportunity to speak with a representative. Earlier this week, I sent another email (in their portal) requesting the receipt. Made mention of potentially writing a “review” if it isn’t resolved. Then I receive a response: “Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.” The overreaction to the simple request for a receipt leads me to conclude this company isn’t reputable. They likely violated their TOS taking action they did. Use caution when using this company.

I pointed out they incorrectly spelled Massachusetts as Massaschusetts on the deed template. Instead of correcting their misspelling, they snarkly cancelled my account. Seriously I'm supposed to submit a form to the State of Massachusetts with the State name spelled incorrectly????

Shady Business Practices

County said that my deed did not meet the state transfer requirements for a true quitclaim deed. When I then checked the state code section reference, the section wasn't even valid. When I asked them to please provide a correct deed or refund, they cancelled my account (presumably so that I couldn't write a negative review?). At least they did provide a refund. Definitely will not use again, not because they had an error, but due to cancelling the account. Shady.

I wish I didn’t even have to rate it one star! The forms I purchased were sent as a read only and the password given by deeds.com was invalid so I was unable to fill it out, then the account I used to set it up was deleted. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a new password to unlock the document and they gave me a link to log into my (deleted by them) account. I contacted them again to fix the problem and was told my order had been canceled and refunded and my accounts have been deleted along with a passive aggressive message. I sent a picture of the form to a lawyer to get his thoughts and he said the wording was very off. Couldn’t use the form anyways! Beware of this site.

I contacted Deeds.com by phone and just got a generic recording that hangs up on you as well as sent two emails with no response, finally I got the following response from them... The PDF files you purchase are worthless…

I purchased their deed PDF's which were advertised to be editable for $27. Once downloaded, they were NOT editable, instead their is a security block on it. I emailed the company and requested that the provide me with a solution and they refunded me the money, stating I can no longer use their forms. Duh!

I was excited to find CourtRoom 5 about a month ago, very helpful in understanding key legal elements. Now that I am ready to sign up for the monthly plan, "The Lights are ON, but NOBODY IS HOME!" The A.I. is unhelpful and the "Get Started" link leads to a blank dashboard page, even after signing in. Yes, it is a weekend, but the Online Payment System still works, except for courtroom5, sadly.

Trial is too short!

While this maybe a very decent and valuable service it's too short of a trial of the product to determine if the product is worth the price! Court cases takes WEEKS or MONTHS to accomplish and 5 or 7 days just isn't adequate. Also, there should be tiers of price level, not just one. Find ways to provide MORE VALUE before asking someone to pay! Could also benefit by having flat fee options.

I did nothing but draft a document, I never printed anything and to lure people on the premise that just because you type a document doesn't mean you've provided a service. To make the website virtually impossible to make contact and/or change/delete information that you have used to create a billing cycle is not legal. You have been blocked from any future transactions on my account.

A great service, the app code needs work in places

The web technology has some bugs and they’re pretty significant. I had a lot of difficulty using the laws section and working with the cases. The forum seemed to have quite a few bugs too. I used Safari. In the beginning I found the tutorials very useful, but there hasn’t been any new content there in a while it seems. Narrower focused topics and in greater depth would be very helpful. There are so many, but one that discusses Findings of Fact or the parts of a court order in detail might be something that would help litigants. I’m actually going to be canceling my subscription. I think my skill has moved beyond the need for CR5. Im proud of that, but I also wish that it weren’t true because then I wouldn’t have spent so much of my life dealing with this unending mess. Thank you for helping me to get here!!!

Specialist care at its best

Have been to these Specialists over the course of many years with our beloved pets, they have always been so good, Vets always shown genuine care and concern for them. Our Cocker had a couple of big operations, performed by Henry who literally saved his life after a spontaneous pneumothorax, he was cared for so well and went on to live another 4 years. Medicine looked after our Field Spaniels Marshall and Holly over a course of several years, always listened to our concerns and again treated both with care and compassion. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

If there was a zero star I would give it. Only concerned about money. Left me waiting for 3 hours, failed to provide report into my cat to allow cancer treatment, oncologist failed to call to offer treatment plan after I had just been told cat was dying of cancer. Please please take your pet to the RVC if they get seriously unwell. I did so with my last pet and they were amazing.

We were sent here from our local vet due to the "specialist" label in their description for our beloved Spaniel Ollie.He had a lypoma on his hind leg. I could write forever on this review giving all the details and the massive bills we had to pay but the bottom line is they screwed up the op on the leg severed the sciatic nerve which ultimately lead to him having his leg amputated and guess who had to pay for that despite their error. Once you've signed that piece of paper prior to any surgery they are not liable for anything despite our complaints. Our darling Ollie has been laid to rest after enduring his final year of hell because of this money grabbing, unfeeling, corporate machine. Go anywhere but here it cost our precious boy his life. If only we had known.

Got referred here for cancer treatment. I had been quoted £2000-3000 for the SAME surgery at another hospital locally to me, but was referred here to discuss radiotherapy instead of potentially invasive surgery. radiotherapy was not even discussed as an option and just that surgery is the way to go. I agreed to book it in after a £350 phone call, they did not even discuss the price until the day before the surgery when the surgeon rang me. nearly £10,000 for the same procedure! I of course then cancelled the appointment and booked my dog in locally. OK, these guys are supposed to be specialists - so i decided to do some more digging. I enquired with another specialist referral clinic as to how much this surgery would cost, and I was quoted £5000-6000. so even comparing specialist to specialist, Southfields are still exorbitantly expensive. After reading other google reviews and trustpilot reviews for this place, I can say I agree with the theme of most of them - MONEY MONEY MONEY whats funny is that the surgeon who did the surgery my dog needed used to work here, and now no longer doesn't....didn't need to say much more than that! and still nearly half the cost!

Excellent service for my boy

Fantastic service from start to end. I was sceptical due to all of the negative reviews on here but my vet referred us for my boy to have TPLO surgery on his knee and having looked around most places had good and bad reviews. We booked a consultation and from the minute we arrived up to the 8 week repeat x-ray today I cannot fault them. Estaban was the surgeon who gave us so much information at the initial consultation and really put my mind at rest. No hidden fees and a package price for the surgery which included an initial x-ray and the repeat x-ray at 8 weeks. I could not have asked for more and he was amazing with my dog and really kind. You could see his love for animals shine through and I would not hesitate to use them again. Fantastic service - thank you Southfields

I asked the prices of their services which I was given when I returned the call several days later the price jumped a £1000 before I’d even got in the door.i said it was £2500 last week now it is £3500 I canceled the appointment has a pet owner for 40years I will now not own a dog again because I am sick to death of all veterinary practices just ripping people off I it needs to be looked into fast because many animals are not being given a chance in life because vets think they can and will exploit your love of your pet for money

DO NOT TRUST SOUTHFIELDS! Look at the feedback. Real people telling the real truth about what Southfields is all about….one thing and one thing only - taking you for every penny they can rinse out of you. We all love our pets and we become susceptible and vulnerable to these utter fiends when our beloved family members become seriously ill. I too was someone who’s local Vet referred us to Southfields for specialist care. You arrive and the meet and greet is fine tuned to an art but only to the point of getting you to sign a contract of cost; in our case £2000 to £5000. Then you must pay in Advance at least 50% - £2500 cold. Then the misrepresentation begins and the costs start rising at an extortionate rate. Our beloved Ava, a 12 year-old Miniature Dashaud, was seriously ill. Our little girl was referred on the basis that she may require an operation to her spine or the removal of blood clots however, at the point of admission Southfield’s failed to mention to us that since Covid began they do not hold ANY blood products. Therefore no surgical operation to correct our little girl’s condition was Ever possible and they knew it from the start. Ava was only with Southfields for less than 68-hours and on Christmas Eve 2023 I had to argue that we could No Longer continue to pay these exorbitant fees for inpatient care and we could do what Southfields were undertaking with our little girl at home. My final invoice at checkout had risen to just under £5000. Given the chance Southfields would have kept our darling alive in a sedated state for an indefinite period of time charging us around £1000 per day - just to keep the costs rising. I have absolutely NO doubt the immoral values held by this so called Specialist. What they are completely specialist in, is rinsing you out for cash when they know a member of your family is seriously ill and Southfields take absolute advantage of this. Our little girl came home and we had Christmas Day with her but she was in terrible pain. The blood thinning medication prescribed failed and she started to bleed internally. I contacted Southfields by phone and they stated that I should withdraw her medication and to send the medication back for a refund. And I will come to this situation shortly. On the 27th of December 2023 our darling was in uncontrollable pain as the blood clots had progressed and was shutting down her body. We took the only course of action left and proceeded to our local Vet to see if anything else could be done. We were in utter distress and I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life and put our little girl to sleep. We are completely heartbroken as our little girl died in my arms. The condition that she had came on fast and progressed from start to finish in around eight days. Could she have been saved I am really not sure. But this is not what this is about - it is about a ruthless and unscrupulous so called specialist Vet. On sending back the unused medication, as instructed to do, (all in sealed blister packs, uncontaminated) I receive an email informing me that Southfields will not be refunding me the £300 for these drugs even though I was told to do so by a Senior Clinician. This time, unfortunately for Southfields, they preyed on the wrong person. And I am only just started. I have had a 40-year career in Civil and Criminal Law Enforcement. I gave Southfields the opportunity to offer me a refund of a minimum of £2500. It will come as no surprise they stated they were not willing to do so. When making any payment to Southfields do so by Credit Card or Debit Card this will offer you some protection by way of “Misrepresentation by the Merchant”. You can file a Section 75 Claim Back with the financial institution used in the transaction. The Credit card company will immediately suspend the transaction giving you the opportunity to put your claim forward which is then independently investigated. In my case the Credit Card company has initially refunded me £1751.00 out of £2500, when Southfields were offering nothing and I have not finished yet. A precedent has now been set by this refund and I am now writing to the Veterinary Governing body reporting Southfields for severe misconduct in practice and misrepresentation under a number of Acts of Law. PET LOVERS - DO NOT ACCEPT THIS BEHAVIOR, PROTECT YOURSELVES AND FIGHT FOR HONESTY AND JUSTICE. DO NOT ALLOW SOUTHFIELDS TO CONTINUE THIS DISHONESTY.

My experience working at Fortel…

My experience working at Fortel Services over the last two years has been very positive. I’ve gained valuable experience and new qualifications while working on different sites in the Midlands. The nature of the security industry often means jobs can come in at the last minute, but Fortel handles it with professionalism and efficiency. What stood out to me was their support when I had to take a break from work due to family reasons. Fortel was very understanding and accommodating, and they even offered me the opportunity to return after a three-month gap, which is rare in the industry. I would highly recommend Fortel to anyone looking to work in security, it's a great company that genuinely supports its employees.

The company need a sweep and new management... the only one that was a decent boss was Charlotte I had no problem with her she helped me out when needed. Lamba is the worse... the company itself are dodgy as anything they owe both me and my father they never gave us a weeks notice when a new security company took over we had no notice just winvic telling me my last day was 13th October. I'm owed a week in hand and I am taking this further. They only got rid of us because the guards at night was stealing diesel and sleeping on the job but still fortel kept them on and didn't get rid of them. JUST DODGY!!

Just got home from supper on a Saturday night and our alarm was chirping there was a bad sensor ( battery was going dead) Made a call to Fluent and thinking that since it was 7 o’clock at night, I wasn’t gonna get anybody so I left my phone number for them to call back with. Took them 2 minutes to call back Jonathon was a fantastic service tech. Help solve our problem in an excellent timely manner as we had no idea that it was just the battery going dead in one of our sensors I always have such a great experience with Fluent. They are always willing to help and figure out the problem immediately

This company has poor communication and acts in bad faith in its billing practices.

This company has poor communication. They have no problems billing you for services, in fact despite a change in business ownership, they continued to charge the old tenant and new tenant for the same service location, despite being provided the cancellation notice directly to their account executive. Now they will not return phone calls and are hiding behind a separate billing company (API) to avoid providing a refund. API refuses to return phone calls and Fluent says our hands are tied. Stay away from this company.

Jonathan to the Rescue

Jonathan worked with me on the phone to get rid of a sensor that was malfunctioning on our living room window. He profit from his end and when I logged in to the app after the panel reset the alert was gone! I was also calling Fluent to inquire about a man that showed up at our door wanting to come into the house and check our panel. He never told us who he worked for and I was checking with Fluent to see if they had sent a tech out to our home, which they did not. They took down our info on the guy, and that he had a phone and a file folder and Fluent said if it happened again to call the police. The guy wanted to come back and we said NO. Thank you Jo Pathan for your expert customer service.

Never deal with this company!

This was a door-to-door sales contact. The representative saw our ADT sign and said he could get us a better rate, and would pay off our ADT contract. My wife and I said fine but only if we did not have to purchase additional equipment. The rep said he would take care of all of it. Short story, we never got any paperwork. The rep forged my wife's signature on an electronic document, and we were on the hook for $3001.22 with Safe Home Pay. We finally got ADT to cancel their service, and I sent the final billing to Fluent Home in Orem, Utah, and the Rep assured me it would be paid. This was early January 2025. It is now February 6, 2025 and ADT keeps sending me bills. I just paid with my credit card, and also paid off Safe Home Pay so as not to accumulate any interest. I have reported the Rep and company to the Utah Department of Consumer Protection and they have given me a case number. However, I will need to hire and attorney and file suit against the rep and Fluent Home Security for fraudulent activity if I want to get my money back. I contacted Fluent support number several times and spent more time on hold that getting any help. I have also contacted the rep by text and just kept getting promises, and then told we signed a contract, which we never did. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...and if you do make sure you get copies of all contracts, because their sales department will screw you! Of note, we still get the monthly service and it have been adequate. Not outstanding, but okay. I still have all the equipment ADT and will be able to switch back if Fluent decides to jack our price for any reasons.

Kudos to Jonathan for outstanding job

Called for technical support three times today before talking with Jonathan about a problem with “unsecured control panel”. He gave me step by step instructions on removing the swollen battery so that my security system could be functional until a new battery arrives. He was preside, patient and extremely courteous. This is the first positive experience in dealing with technical support I’ve had in the 4+ years of being a customer.

Horrible customer service. Trying to cancel our service and first they tell us we signed for 5 years, which we've never signed a 5 year anything with any service. And after being on hold for almost 30 mins so they can "download" our contract, they tell us it's 2-3 days before they can email it. They do not want anybody to cancel so are trying to make this as miserable as possible. absolutely horrible.

I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before booking!!! They cancalled my booking(chef and butler) 2 weeks out from the hen party! Arranging a hen do is already a stressful process and you want to use realibale services that don't let you down last minute- please save your money and time! When I went to re book a butler I was told they had received numerous calls from people who had booked services via hunks in Trunks and were cancalled on last minute! Absolute shambles! I'll give them a little credit and say they communicated it to me via email 2 weeks before, however it still left us in a situation of securing something last minute which inevitably meant we all had to fork out more money for a last min service

I really wish I had read these reviews and hadn’t trusted those shady 5 star reviews on their own website!!! Couldn’t be more disappointed with the service! A couple of days before the hen party, one of the butlers got canceled due to Covid! Whilst very disappointing, we accepted that this is an unusual circumstance and just wanted to confirm that the second butler would definitely turn up. We were assured that we will definitely have our second butler attending on the day until one hour or so before the event that I received a phone call informing me that the other butler had injured his hamstring and could no longer attend! What an excuse!! You can imagine how disappointing this was, specially that I ended up having to spend most of my time in the kitchen making drinks for other hens, which was supposed to be handled by the butlers! Save yourself the hassle and use a different company!!

Ruined Hen Party. DO NOT USE

Please if you are considering using this company DON'T. I had booked Hunks In Trunks for a hen party months in advanced and was let down 2 days before our event. It's only because I had messaged them to change the time that I found out they would not be attending, otherwise we would have still expected them to show up on the day! They gave the reason of a 'Covid outbreak in your area' as an excuse not to honor the booking. However its July 2021 and most restrictions are lifted. I am extremely disappointed as we couldn't find a replacement with the 2 days notice we had. There are other companies that do this sort of thing, all with glowing reviews I suggest you choose one of them if you don't want your event ruined. Shame on this company, we had looked forward to this rearranged hen do for over a year only for Hunks In Trunks to ruin it. They are also Impossible to get hold of with no one answering the phone or replying to emails I waited on hold for over 2 hours before I gave up to try and speak to someone when they had sent a cancellation email with no real reason. I have also not had responses to emails asking for refunds and information. Just please avoid this sham of a company. The original booking confirmation and cancellation email were both sent from 'Libby' which also happens to be the name of the only posative review for Hunks In Trunks on trustpilot. Coincidence? This company is dishonest and a complete shambles.

We booked hunks in trunks last minute after butlers with bums never showed up to the event. Hunks in trunks took payment we were told they would arrive at 10.30 after numerous calls over 3 hours later butler turned up at which point the party was over. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Hen Party Fun!

Thank you so much Chef Jon for an amazing BBQ at the weekend. The food was delicious (especially the home made coleslaw!) and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Our butler Kieran was lovely and joined in with all of the party games, as well as suggesting some of his own. He ensured that everyone always had a full glass and made up shots for the losers of the games! We recommend both Chef Jon and Kieran to anyone wishing to book a hunks in trunks experience. Essilor chez votre opticien : ATTENTION MEFIANCE

Mes lunettes, achetées en 2020 furent remplacées en 2021 sous couverture de l’assurance (bris). Début 2024 : obligé de les déposer, la vision devenant très pénible à cause des revêtements de surfaces qui de décollaient (en dépit de bons soins) et les verres devenant une surfaces marbrée. La paire de lunettes à plus de 600 euro( !). Muni d’une nouvelle ordonnance je retourne chez l’opticien en demandant au préalable des explications sur le vieillissement prématuré des verres, les rendant impropres à la vision. Là, j’apprends que le problème est connu, qu’il y a eu beaucoup de service après vente à tels points qu’Essilor a changé de traitement de surface, en catimini, sans faire de bruit. Mais Essilor s’est bien gardé de rappeler ses clients pour changement de verres défaillants. Incidents qui peuvent arriver, notamment avec les voitures ; et dans ce cas les industriels rappellent les véhicules pour corrections gratuites (on respecte ou pas ses clients). Là Chez Essilor motus et bouche cousue en courbant le dos et on espère probablement, chez Essilor, que la dégradation des verres arrivera au moment où les clients auront besoin de changer de lunettes (ni vu ni connu). Voyons ! la sécu est à pour payer , pour ces industriels à la limite de la malhonnêteté intellectuelle et sociale. Essilor a refusé de remplacer mes verres au prétexte que la garantie était forclose, voulant ignorer ( par intérêt), le fait que les lunettes avaient été remplacées (pour casse) en cours de période de garantie. Présentement Essilor ne peut pas argumenter sur des délais de garantie puisque au départ le produit est défectueux. Il a fallu bagarrer et finalement Essillor a accepté changer les verres identiques aux anciens en ignorant la nouvelle ordonnance qui modifiait légèrement la correction. Essilor a, pour le coup loupé l’occasion de faire amende honorable en remplaçant les verres selon la nouvelle ordonnance (qui n’aurait rien couté de plus à Essilor) et qui aurait été une juste réparation des dommages subis (fatigue oculaire et maux de tête), et de redorer le blason Essilor. J'ai refusé de rendre les verres défaillants et j’en ai gardé un de deux. Maintenant on sait par les enquêtes en tout genres que ce sont les professionnels de la sante, en grande partie, qui vampirisent la sécu. Alors méfiance si votre opticien travaille avec Essilor

Auto-destruction de verres Essilor après les 2 ans de garantie

Après les 2 ans de garantie légale, mes lunettes équipées de verre Essilor photochromiques ont gardé une teinte jaunâtre et ont vu un vernis qui les recouvre se disloquer. Je rapporte mes lunettes chez mon opticien pour demander l'expertise de mes verres ; 3 jours plus tard, on m'informe qu'Essilor refuse l'expertise ! Je suis scotchée : des lunettes à plus de 600 euros qui s'auto-détruisent après la garantie de 2 ans !!!!! Je prends contact avec le service consommateur d’Essilor qui m’invite à envoyer la facture et le certificat d’authenticité. Je change de crèmerie pour mes nouveaux verres : je fais confiance à Hoya dont le service client a bien meilleure réputation ! Voici la réponse qui montre le manque de sérieux de cette entreprise : Essilor® ne peut garantir une durée de vie homogène à ses verres, celle-ci variant selon l'utilisation qu’en font les porteurs. A titre indicatif, les rayures fines sont généralement causées par le frottement de petites particules (poussière, sable) sur les faces du verre, par exemple lors de l'essuyage ou du rangement des lunettes. Les grosses rayures apparaissent généralement à la suite d’un choc ou d’une chute de vos lunettes. L'altération du traitement peut être causée par une variation brusque de température (au-delà de 80°C) ou par une action mécanique sur le verre (forces exercées sur les lunettes qui génèrent une déformation). Les situations les plus fréquentes d'exposition des lunettes à des températures extrêmes sont les suivantes : proximité des verres avec un four chaud et ouvert, un barbecue, une cheminée, un sèche-cheveux, dans un lave-vaisselle ou dans un sauna, dans une voiture stationnant sous un fort ensoleillement. En conséquence et sans remettre en cause le soin que vous apportez à vos verres, Essilor ne peut être tenu responsable des défauts résultant d'une dégradation accidentelle et une expertise précise de vos verres ne sera pas

Mes verres ont présenté un défaut de fabrication reconnu par Essilor. Le délai de garantie étant dépassé le remplacement des verres m’a été refusé. Au deuxième mail de réclamation de ma part le service clientèle n’a pas daigné me répondre. L’opticien, commerçant, lui, s’est substitué à au manque de professionnalisme d’Essilor. Le budget publicitaire est trop élevé au détriment du service clientèle. Plus jamais.

Communication avec Essilor Relation Consommateurs

Je viens d'être confrontée à un problème de compréhension de la carte d'authentification de mes verres VARILUX XR series. Je remercie l'équipe ESSILOR très chaleureusement pour sa réponse ! J'avais déjà "compris" pour les mesures de l'axe en ajoutant 90°, grâce à la réponse d'une opticienne à un autre problème... j'avais bien observé que j'obtenais le bon résultat en faisant ça : -1.25 (-1.00) 75° > -1.25 + (-1.00) = -2.25 ... mais j'étais loin d'imaginer que l'on pouvait "ajouter" (en quelque sorte) les mesures de la sphère et du cylindre !!! Les explications m'ont vraiment rassurée ! (De toute façon, ce que j'observais en tant "qu'ignorante en optique" me semblait tellement énorme que je pensais bien qu'il y avait un "truc" comme diraient les enfants !!!) Je remercie vraiment l'équipe pour leur prompte réponse ! Pour l'efficacité, la qualité de ces verres, je m'exprimerai dans quelques mois.

Client plusieurs fois avec des verres optiques Essilor, le traitement anti-reflet des mes verres c'est altéré et les opacifies. Comme ces derniers ont plus de trois ans (3,5), Essilor ne veut prendre aucune part de responsabilité et m'adresse une fin de non-recevoir. Qualité excellente des verres Varilux XR

Souffrant depuis plus de 2 ans, d'une sécheresse oculaire avec un traitement quotidien, très grande sensibilité aux éclairages (led écran...), le soleil... Je me rendu chez plusieurs opticiens afin de comparer et choisir la paire de lunettes de vue progressive la mieux adaptée à mes besoins. Je me suis décidé à choisir de la marque ESSILOR VARILUX, modèle transition XR séries, XTRACTIVES New génération verre gris. Je n'ai eu souci d'adaptation, la vue avec ces verres sont incroyablement d'une efficacité, on peut regarder à gauche et à droite sans ce trouble de vue le temps d'adaptation comme sur des verres progressifs courant. De plus en intérieur comme extérieur les verres s'obcursissent sans aucune gêne pour voir comme ci je ne portait pas de lunettes. Depuis je les portent tout le temps et je m'aperçois que ces verres me protègent les yeux . Ils protègent parfaitement et des lumières dites bleues ainsi que le soleil. Encore bravo à ces lunettes, je précise que je n'ai aucun lien avec la. Ste ESSILOR mais quant un bon produit améliore le quotidien il faut le faire savoir et surtout le dire, encore bravo merci.

Til alle jer, der også har haft en dårlig oplevelse omkring Magicworld, kan jeg oplyse, at butikken ikke findes længere. Jeg tog til Flensburg i lørdags for at opsøge sælger, som jeg også gjorde i maj måned. Dengang lød beskeden at min vare vil blive sendt snarest (ordre afgivet 28. april 2013). Sælger har ikke på noget tidspunkt svaret på de mails jeg har sendt og jeg kan kun konkludere at forretningen må være gået konkurs. Lokalerne står ihvertfald tomme og der er ikke opgivet ny adresse.

SCAMMERS! They scammed me out of thousands and have cut off their phone number, there’s no one you can talk to. They all had Indian accents and continuously lied and told me what I wanted to hear hoping that I would leave to them alone until finally they cut off all communication. This company scammed me and my girlfriend out of over 15k they did not full their end of the bargin. They lied to us and when we asked for a refund they refused. I will take them to court soon as i have some money this has been the worst decision of my life and has financial ruined me. These guys wont even tell your their real names. A Costly Mistake - Stay Away from DropInvesting

My experience with DropInvesting has been nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to warn others before they make the same mistake. I initially engaged in their YouTube Done For You service with the promise of a monetized channel and financial returns. Not only did they fail to deliver a single cent in profit, but the pre-monetized channel I entrusted to them was mishandled and demonetized under their management. This wasn’t just a failure to deliver — it was a complete loss of an asset I already had. The new channel they created was delayed beyond the agreed five-day timeframe, not being activated until August 2023. To this day, it has brought in zero return. In addition to this, I also invested in their eBay Done For You store, hoping to diversify my results. After 18 months, the outcome has been a shocking -146% ROI. Yes, you read that correctly — they didn’t just fail to return my investment; they lost even more money on top of it. To put it bluntly, my money would have done far better just sitting in a basic checking account earning no interest. Engaging with DropInvesting has not only drained my finances but also wasted significant time, effort, and trust. If you are considering working with this company, I strongly advise you to reconsider. My experience has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and results. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss — look elsewhere. Final Note: I have requested reimbursement under their supposed “buyback guarantee,” but their communication has been nonexistent. Proceed with caution.

Avoid This Company at All Costs – A Total Scam

I hope this review serves as a warning to anyone considering working with this company. I have been involved with them for about a year and a half, and during that time, I have seen nothing but losses—no profits whatsoever. I initially signed up for their "done for you" service, where they claimed to handle an eBay account on my behalf. I paid them a hefty $4,950 upfront to set up the account, only to face additional hidden charges for various suppliers, with no clear explanation of what I was actually paying for. The business model they promote is shady at best. They require you to open an Amazon Prime account and give them access to place orders, which is a clear violation of Amazon's terms of service. When I refused to comply with this illegal practice, they redirected me to another supplier offering extremely low-profit margins, which made the whole endeavor even more unprofitable. Just a few days ago, everything took a turn for the worse. The company abruptly shut down all communication channels—phone lines, email, and even text messages—leaving me completely in the dark. My supplier accounts were canceled, my money was stolen, and now there's no way to contact them. It's clear to me that this was a deliberate and intentional scam. I want to make it clear that this company has disappeared, and there's no recourse for me or anyone else who may have been affected. Please take my advice and stay far away from these scammers. At the very least, I hope this review helps alert others to avoid making the same mistake. BEWARE!

Stay clear there are a bunch of thieves from the Middle East. Don’t even reside in the United States. Use it address somewhere in Texas. Non existent I currently have a lawsuit against them trying to return the money for my two eBay stores and one Shopify store. Lies lies they tell you’re gonna make a lot of money which was incorrect. I filed bankruptcy for the amount of money to give me an example profit from a Shopify store sale $.10 profit from an eBay store sale five cents and let me rephrase that that’s what an item profit is maybe 10 or 12 sales a month then you have the eBay cost and all the other costs. Lies and more lies

I was talked into giving this company my money in September of 2023. The slick salesman on the phone promised my initial investment back within 90 days and within a couple months after that I would be making 10K per month. It's been nearly a year, I've lost my initial investment and thousands of dollars in advertising. We started with Shopify, that project failed miserably. They didn't give me a reason as to why it failed miserably and wanted to move on to a TikTok shop around March 2024. So far the only thing they've done is got my TikTok shop shut down because of numerous violations on TikTok and then they tried to blame it on me, when in reality it had absolutely nothing to do with me whatsoever. I have voiced my displeasure with them on at least 10 separate occasions over the past year. Every time I'm promised the moon but nothing ever changes. It's always lies and excuses. At the end of nearly one year now, on thousands of dollars in the hole. They are a bunch of rookies that clearly have no clue what they're doing whatsoever.

I ordered headers for my 1984 ElCamino

I ordered headers for my 1984 ElCamino. The description indicated that they would be compatible. I received them in a reasonable timeframe but they are not compatible m. The 1984 requires smog ports. These do not have them. Like California, Utah is cracking down on emissions. Anything newer than a 1983 model year needs to pass emissions. Suncentauto offered me $50 to make the issue go away. I want a full refund and now they are not responding. Turn and run from these scammers. Oh BTW, they are made in China. Go figure!!

Suncentauto sent me my Cadillac…

Suncentauto sent me my Cadillac converter on December 12 didn’t receive it until December 24. The part that I received the Cadillac converter looks like it’s trashed. It looks like they got it from a junkyard and sprayed it off. It smelled like they cleaned it. I got pictures of it so the product was not what I expected look like somebody just welded it so I asked to send it back within the time that I was allowed which was 45 days I received it on December 24 and I called her for a refund or a replacement which they didn’t do which they offer. I called them on February 3 which is 43 days after I received it so they’re not honoring their 45 day return policy so please people out there do not order from this company. This company is a scam.

Dodge Charger Headlights

I ordered headlights for my dodge charger from SuncentAuto based on my owners manual recommendations only to find out my headlights had an upgraded part. I contacted customer service and provided them with the requested photos and information. Upon receipt of my information, customer service promptly provided replacement headlights that were an exact fit for my car. Their customer service hands down made all the difference for me! I'll definitely purchase parts from SuncentAuto in the future.

WTF?!?...If your gonna offer products to those on the west coast with a west coast address and area code. You should be open on west coast hours! I'd like to know why I havent received my order and cant even talk to someone at least from India to tell me over the phone they dont know where it is! The tracking shows my order on the way for the past week and its coming from a warehouse 15 miles away from me. Thats crazy!

They have a terrible refund support. I have emailed them about sending back wheel spacers with the wrong thread type and haven’t gotten a response. Even the tracking on this package never worked it just showed up about a week after they originally said it would be here. I would advise not using this company for anything you need.

Le test de vitesse proposé par Test Achats affiche des données débiles comme par exemple 0,8 Mbs en téléchargement alors que, comme mentionné dans le test, j'ai la fibre optique et que les autres tests donnent > 400 Mbs !!! En outre le Maxi Fiber de Proximus permet plus de 350 Mbps contrairement à ce qu'affiche l'article. Y en a marre de trouver des infos erronnées dans les articles de Test Achats

Grace à l'intervention de Testachats (par mail, avec plusieurs rappels) Bulex m'a donne enfin un rendez-vous pour l'entretien de notre chaudière (sous contrat), qu'ils avait annulé en mois de novembre (3 jours avant la date planifiée) et à partir de ce moment ils n'ont pas réagi du tout aux tous mes mails, plaintes et dizaines des appels téléphoniques pour résoudre le problème. Sans Testachats peut-être je n'aurais jamais des nouvelles du Bulex...

En guise de complément permettant d' étayer mes propos (27/01/2025) relatifs à la procédure d' indemnisation de propriétaires victimes de défaillances liés au système AdBlue équipant leur véhicule (sans évoquer tous les autres soucis similaires . . .) , ne serait-il dès lors pas judicieux d' éradiquer les CAUSES de ces défaillances et ce , tout en incitant les constructeurs automobiles à réviser leur copie permettant (enfin !) de revenir aux . . . "fondamentaux" de l' Automobile et , par conséquent , de la Mobilité ? Dans l' affirmative , il s' avère intéressant de prendre le temps de consulter le raisonnement suivant : À force d' alourdir leurs véhicules pour de prétendues raisons de confort et de sécurité , les constructeurs automobiles ont dû surenchérir sur le plan technologique afin de limiter la consommation et de ce fait , les émissions polluantes . Malgré cette armada d' équipements aussi fragiles qu' inutiles (AdBlue , FAP, Vanne EGR, . . .) , on ne s' étonnera pas du fait que les véhicules actuels (véritables "tanks" !) ne parviennent plus à réitérer des records en matière d' économie de carburant comme pouvaient le faire leurs illustres ancêtres produits il y a plus de . . . 40 ans ! ! ! La recette était pourtant simple : Véhicule léger et aérodynamique = Consommation moindre = Pollution moindre = Efficience ! Deux exemples parmi ces vénérables "ancêtres" : Sans fioritures , Ford Fiesta 1.6 D et Mercedes 200 D étaient respectivement capables de ne consommer que 3 et 5 litres/100 (réels ! ! !) avec en prime , une fiabilité à toute épreuve ; fiabilité dont ne peuvent se targuer les "ordinateurs à roulettes" actuels . . .
