Fox Easy Brolly - A lightweight keenly priced shelter however it has a significant problem in that the Click-lock storm poles have to be forced into the locking mechanism which is made of plastic, IT WILL BREAK IN TIME, From scanning other forum comments this a problem experienced by other owners, one to avoid with Fox not acknowledging this issue on approach!

Bought a 2 man Carp Zone hurricane …

Bought a 2 man Carp Zone hurricane bivvy from their website, it didn't arrive so I e-mailed them to enquire, I received no reply. I then called them the next day and they said it would be delivered the following day, the next day came and nothing arrived, again. I e-mailed once more and also called their customer service line, no reply to e-mail (what a surprise!) and the rep on the phone then said it would be delivered the next day.. Finally when it arrived the following day i could not test it as it was raining so i waited till the next day. When i finally got it in my garden to test i saw the seams were ripped / come apart so i had to call them again! The rep said that i can only return it if i write to them, my god the cheek!! What a joke, so now i've emailed again to return it for a refund and yes you've guessed it, no response! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY

Carp Zone Airwave Brolly

I have been using the Carp Zone Airwave brolly system for the last six months and absolutely love it. Large internal space for the footprint and plenty of features not found on much more expensive systems. So i was devastated when i some how lost the stud fixing for one of the storm poles. I contacted their Customer Services by email and had a very fast reply from Sadie who was very helpful and managed to get me a replacement part (in fact they sent two) and sent them out to me free of charge! Great product with customer service to match. What more could you want. Many thanks Carp Zone.

Replaced after 7 years

After 7 years, the door on my Torsion shower dropped and in order to use the shower I needed to lift it up before closing or opening the door. Contacted Kohler and discovered the fault was to do with the glass panel which is normally glued to top having lost its adhesion. After several emails to ensure the correct replacement , one was sent free of charge. Arrived safely and now fitted. Brilliant service and most helpful staff. Only problem was finding a plumber available to fit the replacement!!

Appalling customer service from Kohler UK

Surprisingly bad customer service. I have a lovely Kohler kitchen tap, a Kohler Karbon, which is now discontinued. The tap is very striking and is a design statement at the centre of our kitchen. It is 10 years old now though and obviously out of warranty. This is fine; nothing lasts forever. A few weeks ago the tap valve failed and I contacted Kohler UK to try to buy a replacement valve. They told me that it’s not possible to buy a valve and I should buy a new tap instead, although obviously not this model, because it’s no longer made. This was a tap that cost way over £1000 and the advice from Kohler was to throw it away and start again. This tap also needed two holes through the Corian worktop, so replacing it would also entail trying to invisibly fill a large hole in my worktop. I subsequently discovered that these valves are sold in the US, by Kohler themselves, but either Kohler UK cannot buy parts for their own products or they can’t be bothered to try. Given how much I spent to buy this tap, this really is miserable customer support and I really feel let down. I did eventually get the tap repaired. This entailed me establishing a US postal address (Kohler US do not ship internationally), buying from Kohler US and sending to my US postbox address, paying somebody to check the consignment and shipping to the UK. I was also without water in the kitchen for two weeks. Even though I really love this tap, I would not recommend this company, because they will not make any effort to help a customer in the U.K.

Great products and service - with a pleasant surprise from their team

Spoke with Kohler about spare parts for my bathroom that was installed over 4 years ago (as part of a new build) and rather then have to fix the item, they offered to send a new one, under warranty. I only contacted them to ask where to get the parts, so was very surprised and delighted that they proactively checked the warranty. Great that they stand by their products and I have to say that all of the sinks, showers, toilets and taps we installed still look like new, so very happy with the products and the service.

ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS!!! Avoid at all costs!! I want to give negative stars it was that poor!!!! My sister lives alone in Edinburgh and was looking to move after a relationship turned bad! She booked with this joke of a company, costing £170. They turned up, claimed they couldn’t park (despite there being plenty of parking) and drove off. After having dismantled all the furniture in her flat for days, she was obviously very upset! When calling the company to get answers they have been nothing but rude and unkind and have flat out refused to refund her the money, despite not providing a service!!! To top it off, they then told her that for an additional £89, they would book her in again for the next day!!!! The absolute cheek of it!! Avoid at all costs - the WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH!!!!

Do not use long distance

Do not use long distance I booked Anyvan to move furniture from Wales to Scotland. I literally spent days preparing and measuring everything for their estimate. What a waste of time that was. People were prepared at both ends. They did not say when the van was coming at 48h so I phoned at 24 h. I was about to set off up to Scotland to meet the van at the other end only to be told there was none booked. They could not be sure they would find one and there was no penalty against them or concern to them if they failed. I made one phone call and booked a local company in 10 mins who got the furniture there with 24hs. It cost me significantly more than the quote more the van was not able to accomodate everything. Anyvans failed me badly, cost me money and a ton of stress. This is the only time I have tried to use them, so maybe unlucky. Very swish operation, but you carry all the risk. Do not trust them for anything critical

Connect boradband - Cheating and pathetic service

The connect broadband connection is unstable and their service is most the pathetic one. Everyday it got disconnected frequently and the speed fluctuates in low range . And they charge you more when you try to disconnect their service. I asked them to disconnect my connection on 16th Aug and they acted on it on 21st August . I have email conversations where i ask them to update bill till 16th and i will pay and now they sent me message of legal action for not paying excessive amount and also 2500rs extra for legal charges for settlement. I repeat never have this broadband as their service and behaviour is pathetic and they cheat people.

I will review this experience pending Lionetix performing in line with the expectation their "Professional Broker" set. I deposited funds with Best Pro FX to start with and then they changed platforms to use MetaTrader 4. The funds moved without problems to the new platform and trades were open and closed and profit was made in theses trades. with much back and forth with my broker who I will name later he had got me to be classed as a VIP customer with them. Promised that as we had spoken most days for the last 3 months that there would not be a anti laundering tax as I was a VIP customer and that as I had provided all the information they needed that the funds would be sent across within a few days. The broker then got back to me and said the finance department were not sending unless I paid the "tax" on what looks to be all my funds profit and deposit. Upon talking to CMC Markets and other major brokers they say they don't apply this tax to customers that they know as the verification process at the start lets them establish who they are dealing with. My accountant has also said that if that was needed to be applied any genuine brokerage could talk it out of the funds that they are holding and not require it to be paid up front before the funds are released. At the moment I am undecided about this company. Should they return my funds I will post an update to this review as they seem to have been on the whole quiet informed on the market and trading profitably but what point is there in doing that if they won't return your funds. I write this review for others to be cautious about sending them money. There were no reviews at the time I started with them. I also have documented everything I have done with them. Screen shots and recording of our conversations as they had stated that out conversations were recorded I agreed that it was only fair that I record them as well. So everything I have said can be substantiated and should they delay paying my funds to me it will be documented to videos that can be reviewed for others to take note of. Be careful with them...

I can't withdrawal

I can't withdrawal because I changed my information. The adviser was informed on the modifications and was agree. After launch the withdraw, I miss his call and after that the adviser told me he reported suspicious activity, this is for security and make sure it's me who did that. He sent ticket to the support and don't wanna talk to me because I was angry. I finaly find that the withdrawal address was incorrect because of a clipper malware. After I fixed with the correct address, the services doesn't answer, the adviser doesn't want to help me. I transfer all my economy and it's pending for unknow time . Nobody answer me. I tried to call and the line is allways off like my number is blacklisted. Do you have a solution ?

I bin contact last week for opening up a account by Lionetix but I must say the are very good in manipulate people and pussing you to invest more to start trading only as soon as you start asking questions about the way of if you in control yourself it becomes nasty. Lionetix Keep Calling Me

For the last couple of weeks I've been receiving calls almost nightly from "Lionetix" attempting to scam me out of money via crypto with their amazing opportunity of 20-30% profits every month. They advise they can provide me with a vastly experienced "analyst" who will be my personal advisor but attempt to get me to log onto Anydesk (Remote control software), fund an account using MoonPay (Crypto on-ramp with expensive fees) or directly via my credit card details. They get one star for persistence after I call them out from scamming and they are experienced at trying to change the subject. One of the calls I was abused with specific threats to my mother and sister and they also admitted they were scamming. The guy who called tonight said they'd been in business for 8 years. Their website has only been registered since April last year "supposedly" based in Warsaw with offices all around the world including NZ (blatant lie) and their "support" number is a UK based number. The website is based on a word press template - I would say they've spent at least a few hours setting it up. Thick Indian or Nigerian accents with western names such as "Jack Daniels" (I kid you not), "Aaron Nelson", "Emmet Mills" - the list goes on ... My suggestion is to either blow a whistle in their ear or keep them talking for as long as possible to waste their time. Also listed as a "warning" in the last few days on the FMA (Financial Markets Authority) here in NZ. Received 10 abusive calls within 30 minutes last night because I called them out and they were not happy. Also checked out their "reviewers" on Trust Pilot - all the average to positive reviewers are fake profiles with fake purchases, bad spelling and have been posting or have new Facebook accounts since October 2021. So easy to spot. Avoid and report them to stop innocent people getting ripped off by these scam artists.

I want to share my recent experience… I want to share my recent experience with Lionetix. My husband responded to a FB ad and we were contacted by someone from Lionetix. What they had to say was really eye-opening. We were really impressed and amazed by how it could be possible to earn a lot of money in just a year through bitcoin trading. We were pretty keen and my husband sent through a small amount to get started. He was a little worried that it might be a scam and so our agent showed us how we could withdraw easily. We were able to withdraw $50 back into our account. As a result, we felt safe and we couldn’t wait to start trading. At first, things went along really well. We made some great profits and we decided to deposit more money. They asked us to deposit using cryptocurrency. This should have been a red flag for us but we were really innocent at the time. They gave us a bitcoin address and told us that it was our own address. It was emphasised that we were only sending money to our own wallet and that the company was not ever touching our money (absolutely not true!). I used my cryptocurrency account to deposit $3000 NZ and then they opened up many new trades on our account. I felt a bit nervous because he didn’t set any take profit or stop loss for any of them. I also noticed that he was running our margin level dangerously low. He reassured us that everything was fine and told us we would be able to withdraw some large profits in a few months. Not long after, he started to ask us to deposit more money again. We didn’t have it and so he kept talking to us about getting a personal loan. He even said he would help us through one of his personal lenders. I really wasn’t comfortable with that however he wouldn’t listen. We had an awful conversation one night where I felt like he wasn’t respecting anything we were saying and the conversation was just going around in circles. I said that I wanted to see the proof that he was licensed/regulated before sending any more money. He remotely accessed our computer and showed us a page. The company name didn’t match and it wasn't actually regulated. At that point, I decided that I didn’t want to work with this broker anymore. Even though Lionetix said they were regulated, they couldn’t prove it. It is illegal for anyone to provide financial services/advice without being licensed. We felt like our money wasn’t safe anymore so we asked him if we could please close all the open positions, close our account and withdraw our money - whatever was left. He said something abusive and hung up on us. Later, he offered to help us withdraw our money however his proposed method was to use a ‘mirror transaction’. I researched this and it is essentially a new kind of scam where people are told that in order to unlock/validate their account, they need to send the same amount of money as the amount they are due to receive. We decided not to do it because we would lose even more money. After that, we checked our account and one of our positions that had been doing badly had been closed by the company without our knowledge or consent, losing almost half our balance. It's been almost 3 weeks now since we first requested to withdraw our money. I don’t have any hope left that we will ever get any of our money back. I am just writing this review to warn others. If you are reading this, please please be careful with this company and don’t give them any money. Thanks 😊.

Gluten Free sliced bread no longer any good…

The once excellent Gluten Free sliced bread now falls apart in 8 or 9 loaves I buy out of 10. It's got worse over the last year, and I have bought it since they started making it. No more. Either the top half breaks off, due to a large air bubble under it,losing 15 to 25 % of each slice, or in extreme cases the whole loaf self destructs into crumbs with little use than to give the birds. An expensive waste. I emailed Hobbs about it several weeks ago and got no reply. I also asked them about it on Twitter and also got no reply. Not impressed at all. The impression given is they don't care or check on their product.

Ordered for a present for housemate, a pastry bundle and baking stone. On the first delivery baking stone came broken. The second delivery with the pasties then took a while to come and when it arrived box was squashed and it was left on the doorstep for hours. The packets had expanded a bit but put them in the freezer on defrosting they all had a sour smell to them so had to be thrown away. When I contacted them about the stone they sent out a replacement which did arrive. However, the contacting about the pastries a couple times I’ve had no reply back at all. Which was ultimately disappointing as it’s been a waste of money and waste of a gift. I do put some of the blame on the delivery company they used as they showed no care for the products at all.

As a Bakery we used Hobbs House Bakery for our supply of flour and these would constantly arrive split or broken. Très vite le bracelet c'est déformé. j'ai donc amené mon bracelet à réparer. j'ai appris que le jonc était creux d'où la déformation. merci de ne pas me l'avoir dit à l'achat. j'ai payé 120 € pour le recupérer. Bien sûr cela recommence car trop fragile. je suis allée chez mon bijoutier pour trouver une solution. Il m'a confirmé qu'il avait beaucoup de bijoux de chez Mauboussin à réparer et qu'en effet la qualité n'était plus au rendez vous. La solution est de faire un jonc plein afin qu'il ne se déforme plus. Plus jamais je n'achèterais un bijoux Mauboussin et je ne les recommanderais pas.

Un accident se produit avec de la colle ( totalement de ma faute la dessus aucun soucis ) Nous allons dans la boutique mauboussin champs Élysée pour trouver une solution ( encore une fois vu que le problème est de mon fait nous ne sommes pas du tout contre le fait de payer pour éventuellement solutionner le problème) Et là on nous fait un lavage à l’ultra son( appareil que j ai chez moi également et que j’ai bien entendu fait directement). Et on nous rend la bague avec comme conseil mettez la dans de l’eau chaude avec du produit vaisselle et frottez avec une brosse à dent . Comme si on ne l’avait pas déjà fait . On parle juste d’une alliance et je trouve ça totalement incroyable de renvoyer le client en mode débrouillez vous . C’est un zéro pointé pour cette marque qui se dit Luxe mais c’est plus bas de gamme ! Un service client inexistant malgré mes mails envoyés depuis plusieurs semaines. Un avoir m’a été attribué sans mon consentement alors que j’ai renvoyé l’article comme demandé et en plus payant à mes frais de plus de 30€, je l’ai renvoyé 4 jours après l’avoir reçu, pour un remboursement. Cette ignorance du client me semble être une grosse erreur mais confirme l’arnaque et le non respect du client. This org is a total scam! Signed up for the PMI-ACP exam prep, I chose PMTC because they offered in person classes which was unique in my area for the PMI-ACP. The instructions to the training center were garbage so I spent 20 mins running around in circles to get to the class on time. Class was supposed to start at 10, it didn't start till 11:30 because the professor was never told that she was going to have to set up for in-person and online students. Day 1:Once we got set up the training materials were printed power point decks that literally went over the bare minimum basics. The whole time I felt like the information that was being reviewed was not the caliber of knowledge I know the PMI tests for. I constantly asked about how the concepts we were learning would be captured situationally on the test and the teacher just said don't worry the ACP isn't like this its way easier than the PMP. Day 2: Drove for an hour into class, only to turn around and go home because the "training facility" didn't have internet so we couldn't include the online folks. So had to drive back home and do the remainder of the class online...which was precisely what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Finished up 3 days worth of "training" in 1.5 days, because there was nothing to learn other than reading powerpoint slides. Day 3: All online again, no training but the teacher said if we had questions that she would be available to answer. Day 4: I took the PMI-ACP...AND FAILED IT. When the results came back PMI broke down how I was graded and the core competencies that they were looking for WERE NOT EVEN COVERED IN THE CLASS THAT I PAYED $1699 FOR, I CANNOT EVEN USE THEIR MATERIALS TO RESTUDY FOR THE TEST BECAUSE LITERALLY THEY DO NOT HAVE THE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO PASS THE TEST. I have subsequently called them 6 times and never had a return call back. I have called my credit card company and put a hold on the charge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON PMTC.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COURSE CANCELED TWICE AT LAST MINUTE. I signed up for the PMP/CAPM course in Dallas for April 2-5, 2018. Just like many other reviews - PMTC canceled the class at the last minute (March 29). They offered to reschedule and I chose the July 23-26, 2018 course. As the dates approached I received no updates on location, start time etc. so I contacted PMTC with no reply. Then at midnight on July 22 PMTC sent an email cancelling the course. Thankfully I live in the Dallas area so was not out any travel expenses but am sure there were others not as fortunate. I responded to their email regarding the next course date in Dallas but have received no reply as of August 6, 2018. I have since sent multiple emails and left multiple messages. I just want a refund at this point b/c I have ZERO confidence any "rescheduling" will actually take place. I have contacted my company's legal department for further action (I work for a very large IT firm so resources are not a problem to fight PMTC to get my money back). I will also file a complaint with the BBB today. Very disappointed that a company like this has no problem scamming student after student. I wish I had read all of these reviews before committing and buying a class from PMTC.

SCAM - DO NOT GO THROUGH PMTC! Wow. Wish I came here first. I signed up for a PMP class in Waltham, MA for the June 4-7 dates. Their initial email asked if I already had the 5th version of the book. I followed up asking if the course was for the 5th edition or the 6th. No response. In that note they mentioned they would send out logistic information prior to the session. The week leading up to the class I called and emailed daily asking for information about the class and if it was still on track as I needed to travel to the location. The day before the event, while I was making the commute, I got the cancellation email. They claim to have done everything in their power to make this session work. They offered the same class at the end of July or to assist in shipping me to another class. I have requested a full refund within 2 business days. That time has passed and I am actively reporting this to my credit card company as fraud. AVOID PMTC. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR CLASSES.

Be Very Afraid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company really bad at communication and following through with what they say. I paid upfront for a live class then settled for a webinar after I was in fear that i would receive no training at all. Post training, I have been calling non stop for several months trying to obtain my six sigma cert that "I thought" was included in the $5000 I paid for the coarse. Finally, after several months they sent me a test, which I studied for myself without any help as a refresher. Once I took the test, they held my score saying i should remove my poor review I submitted to ensure it gets processed quickly (which I did) . I was informed that i passed the test but still have not received my certification. after several attempts at a resolution I am currently in process of seeking legal action and will be posting my experience as much as possible to warn others before they subject themselves to the same treatment. If they had just sent me my cert, I would have walked away..... I think it really shows how poor the management is. Hands down the worst training experience I have had to date

Scheduled my PMP boot camp in Houston with these guys but they keep contacting me 2 days before the course is supposed to begin only to cancel and reschedule it for 2 months later, this has happened twice and when I tried to cancel and get a refund there is no response. I cannot get hold of their billing department or any supervisor. Every time I call a new receptionist says the same thing that she will email billing which has been happening for past one month with no action whatsoever. Never experienced such a scam company that too in the industry of learning and training. Please save your money and time and do not schedule with PMTC

I just completed my six sigma green belt certification with PMT and Tom Lawless. I didn’t want to take a class that lasted 6 months, and this condensed boot camp was perfect. The statistical analysis was a bit much to tackle during the week, but Tom gave us lots of supplemental material to review and it eventually sunk in. Our classroom was very nice and we had catered lunch from Panera. I strongly recommend this class for anyone who needs and prefers a strong focused approach to learning. I'll be looking to come back for my black belt in a few years.

My experience with Amelie Baku was a total letdown. I was so hyped for my dress, but it was a mess when I finally got it for an event. Seriously, the price was way too high for the low-quality tailoring and cheap fabric they used. They couldn't even get the details right. The whole process was a mess. The seamstresses didn't seem to care about what I wanted, and they couldn't communicate well. I was on pins and needles until the last minute, waiting for that dress. And get this—when I noticed all the flaws and sent it back for fixes, they gave it back to me unchanged in more than one month! They swore up and down they fixed it, but it was just the same old mess. If you're thinking about using Amelie Baku, I'd seriously reconsider.

Manglende/dårlig kundeservice

Vi købte en tørretumbler og vaskemaskine hos Power i Odense i december 24 til levering i januar 25. Det, der skulle have været nemt ,blev til en særdeles problemfyldt og langsommelig affære. Alle de fine ord om ,at man bare kunne kontakte Power er INTET værd! Selv pr mail fra det er svært at komme i kontakt med Power. Der var absolut ingen hjælp at hente!!! Selve installeringen var også problemfyldt, men det lykkedes omsider(Detaljerne undlader vi.) På tørretumbleren ville vi få 5 års garanti hos Grundig ,hvis vi lod den registreret inden 21 dage. De skulle vise sig at være meget vanskeligt at finde det nummer ,som vi skulle registrere. Hverken Grundig eller Power kunne/ville hjælpe os. Så kan man jo sagtens love 5 års garanti !!! Vi har handlet hos Power for sidste gang. De er for store og har en elendig kundeservice.

Yritin palauttaa Helsingin Stockmannin liikkeeseen tietokonetta, jonka tehot eivät riittäneet minun käyttööni. Mielestäni toimin palautuksessa täysin ohjeiden mukaisesti, mutta myyjä oli asiasta eri mieltä. Myyjä oli todella tyly ja suuttui, kun en heti ymmärtänyt miksi palauttaminen ei onnistunut. Toinen myyjä onneksi palveli minua asiallisesti. Harmillisesti Powerin omilla sivuilla on vaikea antaa palautetta asiasta.

Surkeaa asiakaspalvelua - kiertäkää Power kaukaa!!!

Apple Airpods Pro -kuulokkeet olivat vialliset suoraan paketista. Kuulokkeet kävivät kahdesti huollossa, ilman että mitään korjaantui ja Power oli veloittamassa vianetsintäkuluja ostajalta, vaikka kyseessä oli uusi tuote, jossa takuu voimassa. Tämän jälkeen ostajana sain ihan itse hoitaa asian tuotteen valmistajan kanssa, josta kuulokkeet vaihdettiin uusiin. Ei näin Power, ei näin!!

Point-pakastin hajosi kaksi viikkoa sitten, takuu voimassa. Kaapissa olisi vielä runsaasti pakasteita. Olemme kaksi kertaa olleet yhteydessä huoltoliikkeeseen, joka sanooi että varaosa on tilattava ulkomailta. This company is 100% a SCAM. Long story short, I began my process with them in May of 2023, and until this day I still have No Wikipedia page, including my account being $1600 less. I was dealing with a guy that went by Duane James (Which I assume is a fake name). This guy sure talked a good game, and had me fooled. I reported their website to the BBB & FTC. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Strung out and ripped off

I paid my money and went through several iterations, mostly of which they ask me to write, then made their edits. It was looking like a pretty good page. Then came the publishing and the promise that it would be up. It never went up. I called, emailed the rep, emailed the company email. NOTHING. Don't waiste your time. The good reviews here look pretty suspect, too.

I was VERY communicative and upfront with them re: the content and list of reference articles we could use for our wiki page. AFTER taking my $400 they told me the articles weren't from good enough "Top Tier" sources. Keep in mind, they could have disclosed this to me BEFORE taking my $400. Then they proposed having their staff of editors pitch to "Top Tier" sources for "$5,000" but then arbitrarily discounted that to "$2,200". In a nutshell, BE FULLY TRANSPARENT regarding ALL the possible steps and potential costs in the process. That process only fully came out after I pried for answers and even did several phone calls...and an email with something like 100 threads. At the end of the day, I really only have myself to blame here, though. As a seasoned digital professional of 25+ years (but obviously very green on the wikipedia process), I'm mad at myself I didn't do deeper research and force this company to more formally commit in writing that should we fail to publish, I would receive a refund.

I ordered a birthday box for my mother in laws birthday 48 hr in advance. The box was due to arrive the day before her birthday, she works shifts so a box that would fit through her letter box would be idea. It was a surprise so I didn't tell her it was coming. So by the end of her day shift on her birthday she hadn't texted me to say thank you so I message her. It turned out the box hadn't come the day before or on her birthday and she thought we had forgotten her birthday. She then spent all day today (2 days after it should of arrived) waiting for the post man. Still no box and its not at the sorting office either. Very disappointed. Don't bother trying to contact them via their website contactvis button send you to a blank page. Glad I paid via PayPal so can get my money back. Avoid

I booked and paid for a SAME DAY 'Purity' bouquet of flowers online to be delivered to my daughter who was working from home on that day, but had a phone call at 16:30 to say they could not now be delivered till the following day!!! My daughter will be at work the following day so wouldn't be there to receive them! Why wait till 16:30 to phone me, if it had been earlier I could have arranged for something locally to be sent! Never use them again I think this was disgraceful service!

Not so much Amazebox.....as Pretty-Disappointing box

Ordered one on the spur of the moment as a lighthearted Valentines gift for my Wife. The ordering process, uploading photos for customising the box and choosing the options in the box was a bit slow, but relatively straight forward. Box was delivered as requested on the 14th, however when my wife opened the wrapping the box was uncustomised, no personal pictures (which I have since found out are stickers) were attached to the box. Upon opening also found that the Charm Bracelet that I had added as an option was broken. The chocolates were fine, and the Rose / Rose holder were also fine. Contact with customer services was only via email as far as I could work out, and although polite and apologetic it has taken a week for them to explain what happened and refund my money (I did ask for another box to be sent out.........but not happening apparently) All in all.....a very disappointing and underwhelming experience !!

First time I have used Amazebox.co.uk, its costed just about right, and it can all be done online, I opted for a Happy Birthday Box, and my wife was overwhelmed, along with her other more expensive gifts, she thought the amaze box was cute. With 2 bars of gourmet chocolates, a single yellow rose in water, with a little stand, and a personalised card, pearl fashion earrings, is just enough to make someone smile, and posted out to the recipient by Royal Mail First Class, what more can you ask for, in the future they will do a deluxe box, wonder what will be in that, so in short - it does what says on the box

Disappointing Valentine Day Box

My Amazebox was delivered on Valentines Day which was good but that was where it stopped! The Amazebox was squashed, the red rose wilted and damaged and the box was supposed to contain red heart chocolates but didn't. They were poor quality blue discs and tasted like cooking chocolate - awful. Never but from these again is my advice. I was very disappointed, as was the recipient.

Set up a new business and used branded logos as they seemed very professional, logo design and website set up was fairy quick and finished to a good standard with no complaints. That is when the problems started… Contacted after initial payment with changes to our original contract and charged again for the domain and we hosting to continue after 1 year. Paid £400 for 5 years hosting only to have the website and emails etc etc to suddenly disappear. Now left with no domain and no website and ultimately an unprofessional looking business damaging my brand. I guess there is some irony there called branded logos, we ruin your brand. Be warned! Hard to get hold of and no customer service skills, #m?????mirrors.co.uk

I am joining the fight to stop these guys. They scammed me out of money and refuse to give it back. It’s a constant back and forth with them. Please do your due diligence. This is not it. Idk about all these positive reviews. I spent about 1300$ with them and have been trying to get my money back. They threatened legal action I ignored it completely and called and explained that they need to return my money. They explained that they will return my money. It’s been 2 years now & they still call me telling me I owe them money. I am reporting them to the bbb. I called them about returning my money nothing came of it. Please look somewhere else if you need a website. They won’t return your money at all no matter what they say.

Be very careful this is a scam, never finished my website and kept ask more money spoke to about 20 different people , their licence number is nonexistent, the worst nightmare I have been through in my life. They stole about £800 from me and I never got a working website ! Went to someone else and it took them 1 week. I battled with this company 3 years and got nothing out of it. Beware they are scammers. Also beware of giving your bank details to them. I was dissuaded about a year ago and was told that if I took off my bad review they would finish my website and stupid me I did but they never finished and that would be extortion. They are being investigated.

Logo design - MORE AND MORE MONEY

Paid for logo design (which included "100% Ownership" per their website) and I bought the most premium package. All went well - the logo design was fun... but then the phone calls. First that I owed them another $220 for the copyright. Reluctantly (and stupidly) I paid, but no copyright - just another phone call saying that the $220 was for legal paperwork and now they needed $398 for the copyright. This was a horrible experience. I still can't use my design, and they are basically holding my logo hostage until I give them more money. Ridiculous and HORRIBLE false advertisement regarding pricing.

The other one star reviews sound exactly like what happened to me...over charging, paying for copy write papers that were never received, still waiting two years later. They keep calling and demanding more money for the papers, even though I have already paid for the filing and the papers. They had the audacity to email me fake papers..... did not even have my company name or the proper logo attached. They had someone text pretending to be from the US Patent office threatening to arrest me if I did not send more money for the papers. I called them on that,and told them that i had filed a complaint and he got all sarcastic and told me I was being stupid. I got a phone call from their COMPLIANCE OFFICER telling that he was sending over legal papers and to please acknowledge that I was in breach of contract. I just ignored him... of course no papers ever arrived. They did, however tell me if I continued to use my logo I would be arrested and fined. They charged me a year up front for SEO services that promised my site would show up in first place on google search.... you can't find my site anywhere.... I was also supposed to receive monthly reports. The only report I ever received was after I called complaining about receiving and they actually sent me ANOTHER company's monthly report. The SEO efforts were ridiculous in terms of what they were writing... English is clearly not their first language, and they knew nothing about my business. Thew blogs looked like they were written by a five year old. I had to call them and tell them to not write anything on my website or facebook anymore. I run a dog walking business. here are a couple of things they actually wrote: " Dog do not like to be inside and like to go on walk" "Dog is member of family but if don't get walks might bite the kids" Seriously.... they actually wrote that. They tried to charge me for a security certificate that my host supplies for free. They call me constantly to harrass me looking for more money or to offer more services. I tell them DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN, and i block their number. They change the number and keep calling me. I think I have blocked at least 6 numbers by now. The last straw was the phone call got about the security of my website and I was going to be "really sorry" if I didn't pay them $800 to fix it. I hung up on them and they continued to call and text, threatening me. Low and behold, I went to my website and they had delated all the pages and content. I wrote the entire content and supplied all the photos, BTW. I called and told them to put it back up and they said, oh sorry, the wordpress licence expired. (wordpress does not expire). Now I have another guy, Danny Fisher, texting me saying he is Sr. Compliance Manager, wanting to "discuss about the security of your website". I told him I have no more use for his company and told him why. All of a sudden he is now Senior SEO expert and he needs 1% of my trust to get the other 99% back. Then he tells me he is not in sales but for $1200( for three months) he will do a better job on my SEO and guarantees google rankings...right. I asked if he was Compliance, SEO expert or sales? He promised to get my website content back up and would touch base in the morning to see if I was happy. that was two weeks ago and my website content is still missing. There are so many more things that went on over the course of the past two years but it would take a month of Sundays to address them all. Bottom line is, this company is fraudulent, incompetent, deceitful and criminal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. You will be lied to, harassed, threatened and scammed.

Branded Logo Designs-Paid over $5,000 for a deficiently designed website and bogus copyrights

My employer paid them over $5,000 for a website redesign and multiple copyright fees for applications that were never filed and we did not receive paperwork on, even after asking for it. They gave us a website that was clearly written by someone who didn't know the English language very well so our site had to be completely rewritten. They did not follow instructions well, and when we gave them updates for wording, the changes weren't made. It took over a year to get our website which was very disappointing, so we obtained login info. which we told them we wanted from the start so we could manage the site on our own. They somehow ended up hosting the site which we then migrated to GoDaddy.com as they kept calling and wanted more money for WordPress updates, more copyright fees and some other bogus fees related to google, etc. Even after we migrated the site they made another call, to my boss’s cell phone, claiming to be with the US patent office and charged another $500 to credit card for a state copyright fee that is nonexistent and sent an invoice first from BLD and then a bogus invoice they made using government seal from US Patent and Trademark Office. I tried to find our copyrights for logo and video on uspto.gov and copyright.gov and had no luck using our Company name or registration number given on the bogus invoice. I can only assume that any good reviews are not viable for this company on this site, and I recommend that you meet face to face with anyone you want to do business with, especially when it comes to your website and other important business matters. They also go by other names per credit card statement: DESIGN RATIONALE, LOGO COMPANY, DESIGN COMPANY and may have renamed the company DESIGNING AVENUE or they are working together to defraud unsuspecting small business owners. 11/01/2019 Update: Now Branded Logo Designs is resorting to extortion and withholding copyright info. which we paid $1,600 to receive. They (John Baker) has texted my boss with the same threats to withhold information until this negative review is removed. I don't know how they would provide documentation when copyrights are not filed with uspto.gov which is where they claim filing was done per bogus invoice received. Please note that company name has changed as well. See emails below. I was not allowed to include email addresses so had to edit with a *. Vi har hverken snakket tidshorisont eller pris, så lidt mærkeligt at man bliver sorteret fra. Dårlig oplevelse. Ved ikke om det var deres mangende kundskaber eller vilje der gjorde udslaget. God Services - samt godt håndværk.

I forbindelse med vedligehold af min garage fik jeg kontakt til AB TAGDÆKNING, da vores nuværende tagpap stod til vedligehold. Da jeg aldrig før har skulle bruge tagdækker valgte jeg et lokalt firma tæt på hvor vi bor. Arbejder var fint udført - og de overholdte deres aftaler med os vedrørende pris og levering. Det der gjorde vores oplevelse god, med håndværkeren/tagdækkeren og grunde til at jeg anmelder dem her på trustpilot er følgende. Der blev ryddet op hver aften, materialer og værktøj blev dækket af - der var en ordentlig afslutting på arbejde hver aften, så der komme ikke vand ind i garagen. Ligeledes var den afslutten oprydning ordentlig. Der blev ordnet hvor container have stået, der var ingen spor efter container var væk - samt der blev fejt og ordnet hvor materiel var opbevaret. Alt det var normal og forventilig før i tiden, men har desværre de senest år oplevet hvor meget det ikke mere er standarden. Så blev bare så overrasket over solidt håndværk samt ordentlighed. (Er selv håndværker af uddandelse - svendebrev årgang 1986)

Absolutely shocking company! The third party paid out at the begining of Dec 24 . Yet this company have still not paid the balance to our finance company. I am phoning every week and getting nowhere! They paid us the excess on the claim on 23rd of Dec after an email of complaint but for some reason are not paying the balance they have of over £3000 to our finance company. I have emails that they have the funds but no reason as to why they won’t pay it 😡

Responsive customer service

I can't really judge them on how helpful they are with breakdown as I had policy with them ages ago, but today wanted to close my account to delete my data and they were fairly quick with responding to my emails. Despite not being paying customer anymore customer service was attentive and my request has been processed within a day.

QDOS IS A SCAM COMPANY WHO DO NOT RESCUE YOU FROM A VEHICLE BREAKDOWN

I urgently advise anyone NOT to take out breakdown cover with this company! Despite being very happy to take your money they look for any excuse NOT to actually assist you when you break down. If it appears your car is in "Limp Mode" even though it isn't, they will suggest it is and then not recover your vehicle or rescue you. They are obviously looking to leave you on the roadside and NOT rescue you. My vehicle was not in "Limp Mode" but they suggested it was, so they could wriggle out of the rescue. This company is crooked and their sales technique is a complete sham. They take your money year on year but then will NOT assist you at the very time you need their assistance. I have been paying money to them for a number of years and the first time I asked for help, they wriggled out of it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Truly disgraceful "service"

Truly disgraceful "service". My exhaust became detached while driving on a narrow country road - it was hanging down but still attached at the back, so driving forward was impossible as the exhaust box dug into the tarmac and was EXTREMELY dangerous. After about 25 mins on the phone the very cold telephone operator told me the claim had failed as the car could move forwards and backwards!!! No acknowledgement that driving forward would be possible for maybe 5 feet before I destroyed the underside of my car, or harmed other road users. PLEASE do not go near this company. They left a lone female stranded on a dark country road and were plainly just geared to refuse all car concerns.

This breakdown company breaks down customers

I have been with this company for years because I was happy with them but that seems to be all in the past - not only did my car break down but I almost broke down too. When I first made contact I was on hold for 30 minutes - then was made to answer a long list of questions - like an exam. Finally, I was told that I had failed. Apparently, they now view punctures as accidents. They used any excuse not to honour the policy. My car has a puncture kit but no spare tyre and I was miles from home and there was continuous thunderstorms. Using the puncture kit I got enough air in the tyre to drive it to the nearest Halfords but it still took me 7 hours to get home. Had I been in a more desolate place I would not have been able to do this and I might have been in a vulnerable situation. I was trying to avoid this by buying breakdown insurance. I was disabled, elderly, and on my own. They knew this because these questions were in their exam.

This Company will leave you stranded - dont use

I had a puncture in my car’s rear tyre abroad and then called QDOS for help. I was told I didn’t qualify for pick up as I had a spare tyre in the back of the car but informed them that I was on the motorway and the spare tyre was only good for 50km and the nearest turn off was over a 100km. They said my claim was rejected and left me there. I had to travel over 400km on the spare tyre to get to a garage that had a tyre for my car. AVOID THIS COMPANY - you will regret using this company - DO NOT USE !!!!! I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the chance !!!

Unless you carry a spare wheel in your boot AVOID THIS COMPANY

I had a puncture in my car’s back tyre yesterday and immediately called QDOS expecting help. After an excruciating set of questions I was told I didn’t qualify for pick up as I didn’t have a spare tyre in the back of the car. I have never had a breakdown company say this and with the size of my car it is not practical to have one in the boot. I had my kids at nursery waiting to be picked up and needed help. They were clearly looking to find a reason not to help. Unless you carry a spare wheel in your boot AVOID THIS COMPANY

Foreign travel cover

The second most common reason for breakdown is flat tyre. Qdos will not cover that if you do not have a spare tyre and jack.Most new cars and certainly Volvos do not carry spare tyres.
