They don't meet deadlines they set, and talk to black customers like they are garbage. There is no doubt in my mind that Dhee, who presented himself as a manager, is incredibly racist towards black people.

Maximale Unprofessionalität!
Also ich habe die Seite gefunden und war von den Preisen überzeugt. Da dachte ich mir ich bestelle mal eine kleine Summe da ich die Seite nicht kenne. Nachdem ich bestellt habe hat sich meine Befürchtung bestätigt, 5 Werktage sind vergangen und die Bestellung steht noch immer auf „In Bearbeitung“. Auf Emails gibt es keine Rückmeldung, die Telefonnummer die man bei Google findet existiert nicht. Ich gehe davon aus das die Bestellung nie ankommen wird!

Bestellung ok, kritische Kommentare nicht möglich
Bestellung sehr rasch bearbeitet und auch alles erhalten. Kritische Kommentare zur Ware werden offenbar nicht freigeschalten. Gerade das wäre hilfreich. Habe zB ein Gildan GN180 kritisch kommentiert, weil es bereits nach 1. Waschen einen ausgeleierten Kragen hat und mehr einem Putzfetzen als einem T-Shirt entspricht. Schade, gerade das wäre für mich hilfreich gewesen. So muss ich mich durch diverse T-Shirts bestellen, um endlich eines von halbwegs guter Qualität zu finden.

Angstauslösend von Anfang bis Ende
Gaslighting und ausbeuterische Kundenbetreuung. Wurde nach persönlichen Bankdaten gefragt, um die Bestellung zu überprüfen, "weil mein Kauf als potenziell betrügerisch eingestuft wurde". Äußerst langsame Bearbeitung. Die Bearbeitung der Rücksendung dauerte fast einen Monat und wurde als nicht erstattungsfähig eingestuft, da die Hemden nicht "neu" waren, sondern zerknittert, nachdem sie fast einen Monat lang in einer Kiste gelegen hatten. Ich musste mein Kreditinstitut einschalten, um eine Rückerstattung zu erwirken, da der Kundenservice so nachlässig war. Bleiben Sie weg von dieser Firma, wenn Sie können.

Excellent, welll organised tour of Vietnam
When I was researching online to organise a tour of Vietnam for June, 2015, I discovered Vietnam Online. I contacted them by email and they quickly returned my enquiry. Ms. Hien Chu was responsible for organising our tour from Hanoi to Saigon. She was very helpful and fitted in our request to visit Sapa by road and also flights to Danang and Saigon. Everything ran smoothly, with punctual pick-ups from airport and Hotels, some tours which were private and others combined. We especially loved Sapa, Hoi An and Can Tho on the Mekong. We thoroughly enjoyed our Holiday in Vietnam, thanks to Vietnam Online,(Ms Hien Chu) and Blue Dragon Tours. All of our guides were especially friendly and informative and the weather was perfect. I would recommend Them to anyone looking for a well-organised tour of Vietnam.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT 'RENT' FROM BLENKIN!!!
We have rented from this company and It was an absolute disaster and we would never rent from this company again. Needless to say our bond was never given back as they created problems in order to justify keeping our bond. Their payment platform does not work and the staff are untrained and totally ignorant about what is lawful when renting out a house. DO NOT USE them.

Spa (pequeño)+masaje (el mio bien,el de mi mujer malo)+noche(bonita habitación)+ almuerzo( muy rico) El gran problema es la atención (nula) cuando tienes un problema y no te han tratado bien. Los que tenemos hijos no tenemos mucho tiempo para hacer escapadas a este tipo de sitios y cuando se hace una no esperas que te la chafen ellos mismos.

Aniversario estropeado
Mi hermano me compro un vale para utilizarlo en San Valentín que es nuestro aniversario. Cuando fui a utilizarlo resulta que no dejaban siendo el mismo precio ese dia que el valor del vale. Llame y no me lo solucionaron, diciendome que me llamaria algún superior para hablar conmigo y ver si se podia solucionar (cosa que no ha acurrido). Conclusión, el dinero del vale ya lo tienen asegurado y en fechas concretas que saben que va a ver alta demanda no les interesa que vaya. Plan de aniversario estropeado. No vale la pena regalar vales pues puedes tener el mismo problema que me ha pasado a mi. He ido varias veces, incluso me he alojado allí y he cenado en el restaurante degustación saliendo muy contento. Esta vez me han decepcionado por la poca sensibilidad y pasotismo de estropearnos el plan de este dia tan especial para nosotros

AIRE Spa i Carlsberg Byen er en fantastisk oplevelse, hvor smukke, historiske rammer skaber den perfekte atmosfære for afslapning. Fra det øjeblik man træder ind, sænker roen sig, og de varme bade, dampbadet og de kølige bassiner giver en helt særlig sanselig oplevelse. Massagen var utrolig behagelig og professionelt udført, hvilket gjorde, at jeg følte mig helt genopladet. Kombinationen af stemning, velvære og luksus gør dette spa til en perfekt pause fra hverdagen. En oplevelse, der helt klart kan anbefales. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brækket fod- ingen reaktion
Pas på helbredet - jeg forlod stedet med en brækket fod for 10 dage siden. Det var mit andet besøg i Aire. Var der for 3 år siden og det var skønt. Denne gang med min datter, og vi fik en fin massage. Desværre betyder den dunkle belysning at det kan være svært at orientere sig, og jeg overså et niveauspring. Det betød at jeg hørte et knæk i foden og fik senere på dagen konstateret at foden var brækket. Nu 5 uger på krykker, uoverskueligt for en selvstændig, der taber penge hver dag. Efter kontakt til spaen fik jeg oplyst at deres forsikringsselskab er på sagen. Men jeg har endnu ikke hørt noget. Og efter snart to uger, tvivler jeg på at det sker. Så det blev nok sidste besøg.

Et besøg værd
Jeg har besøgt stedet tre gange. Hver gang har generelt været en god oplevelse. Ved det tredje besøg bemærkede jeg - ligesom nogle af de andre anmeldere - løse fliser og manglende fuger. Det håber jeg, at de får styr på. Vi havde bestilt massage og cava. Vi ventede et godt stykke tid på, at det blev vores tur til at få massage, og vi rykkede endda en enkelt gang. For at bruge ventetiden bad vi om vores ‘bobler’. Desværre nåede jeg ikke at drikke cavaen, før det pludselig var vores tur. Og personalet havde ikke pli nok til at give mig plads og ro til at nyde de sidste dråber. De må vide, hvor mange gæster, der har bestilt massage og hvor længe. Derfor undrer det mig, at de ved vores ankomst ikke kunne oplyse, hvornår vi ville få massage. Måske havde de glemt os. Det påvirker desværre oplevelsen i negativ retning, og jeg lander på fire stjerner. Men alt i alt kan jeg anbefale stedet - især på en råkold januardag.

Pervert male masseur, felt VERY unsafe as two women
My first ever experience doing a spa session (only ever done a massage before) and came here because a friend had heard good things and had made a booking later this month. Sadly, the experience was awful and one I wish I could forget: a male member of staff ogled over my girlfriend's body and breasts when she was wearing a robe, when we were getting into the lifts, moving from the thermal baths to the massage room as part of a couple's massage. I glared directly at him angrily, as women often do, so he knew I had seen what he had done, though my girlfriend had not noticed. We then showered and entered the room for our couple's massage and to my HORROR, there he was - turns out he was one of our masseurs - he looked absolutely sheepishly at me, he KNEW I didn't want him anywhere near my body or my girlfriend's body!!! Guilty pervert. (Side note - he was one of two men masseurs in room- odd that we were not asked if we wanted females upon booking, as two women, but that's a side note). I did not want him anywhere near us so I asked for there to be a change as politely as I could - I explained the incident to the member of staff outside of the room but she didn't understand and thought I wanted two women masseurs (I just didn't want the pervert) and then agreed to get me a woman masseur and the other (non pervert) man masseur could massage my girlfriend (we had to wait for this). They then arrange for new masseuses - we enter the room, and there the pervert was again! The woman trying to solve this did not understand the incident, so this was escalated to a manager, who was very rude - she didn't believe me and said dismissed my experience, saying her staff were respectful. We were given two female masseurs (had to wait again!!) and eventually had our couple's massages but I spent the entire time thinking about him and what had happened, and how awful this was. I did not relax, I just wanted the experience to end. This was meant to be a lovely, refreshing, start to the year with my girlfriend, but I don't feel this way at all. The experience felt unsafe, and to add to this horrible situation, the pervert kept lurking about the hallways while we had to wait for new masseurs and my girlfriend has to pass him to get to the toilets. So unsafe, a horrible experience for women. Have told my female friend who had the booking later this month to avoid the male masseurs in case she gets him and she has requested a female masseur since. She is very worried as she has booked solo.

Top lækre faciliteter, mindre god service
AIRE Spa var overordnet en god oplevelse. Jeg synes, at det var lækre faciliteter både i selve spaen og i omklædningsrummet. Det er fedt, at der er mange forskellige former for spa oplevelser i AIRE og man kan prøve lidt af det hele, For mig fungerede det som små oaser, hvor man kunne gå hen og slappe af. Dog må jeg fremhæve den mindre gode service og mødet med personalet. Da vi ankommer til stedet, 15 min før vores tid, som der står i bekræftelsesmailen, får vi at vide, at vi skal vente med at gå ned, fordi der er fyldt i omklædningen. Den tid vi ventede, blev ikke lagt til vores samlede tid i spaen. Jeg havde igennem hele oplevelsen en fornemmelse af at være overvåget af personalet. Som om, at de gik rundt og tjekkede op på folk. Blandt andet blev vi tysset på flere gange af personalet, selvom vi talte meget stille og lavt. Som voksent menneske er det en smule ydmygende og det var med til, at jeg ikke rigtig kunne slappe af igennem oplevelsen. Der udover virkede personalet mest fokuseret på, at vi overholdt deres regler og ikke på at skabe en god og imødekommende oplevelse for os, Det ville gøre oplevelsen langt bedre, hvis der var sammenhæng mellem deres luksuøse faciliteter og servicen fra personalet - for rammerne er der.

Man skal ikke tage i Aire som trans- eller queerperson. Selvom jeg havde ringet på forhånd, forklaret min situation og aftalt at få en privat omklædningsmulighed, blev denne bekræftede aftale ikke imødekommet da jeg ankom til stedet. Jeg blev gennet ind i herreomklædningen hvor vi blev ubehageligt overvåget af en kommanderende medarbejder og flere gange fejlkønnet. Stedet er på ingen måde parat til at imødekomme særlige behov. Faciliteterne var lækre, og vi fik en massage, som var okay .. men de ansatte var forvirrede, klodsede, uklare og ikke særligt venlige. Selvom der var uproportionalt mange, som holdte øje med os, virkede systemet rodet og uorganiseret. Hele rytmen med elastikarmbånd resulterede i at de ansatte mange gange ville checke os. De kom også flere gange for at tysse på os selvom vi ikke snakkede. Det var ikke en elegant service og deres håndtering virkede meget forstyrrende på ambitionen om at slappe af.

I visited pets at home earlier today and I was gobsmacked at the service and how unhappy some of the staff looked, one man who I believe it’s a manager/ assistant manger (short light hair) was awfully rude to myself when I asked a question, he answered it half heartedly like he couldn’t be bothered. Another member of staff later spoke to him when I was due to pay (he’s lucky I continued to purchase from that store) he spoke to that member of staff ever so rudely and didn’t at all seem interested in helping them.

Amazing doggy sitter & wedding chaperones!
Hinckley Pets in Homes were exactly what I was hoping to find for my pomeranian on our wedding day. When they came to meet her we felt completely at ease and just knew we could trust them when we met them, and that we’d feel safe leaving our fur baby in their care. It was the first time our dog has been looked after by someone we don’t know, and I couldn’t recommend Hinckley Pets in Home more! If we ever need a dog sitter or chaperone again, we won’t hesitate to return. They were amazing and I know our dog had a lovely time with them, and having her chaperoned and brought to our wedding was a highlight of the day! Highly recommended! Thank you all so much!

Sehr sehr coole Bikes
Sehr sehr coole Bikes, optische Leckerbissen mit geilem Design. Fahre seit zwei Jahren den Lil'Buddy von Ruff Cycles und finde ihn das perfekte urbane Bike, macht super viel Spaß, hält solide jede Prüfung durch, kann Unmengen an Gepäck transportieren, fährt und bremst total sicher, aber sieht dabei total rock'n'roll aus und erregt Aufmerksamkeit in den Straßen.

Wirklich ein super Unternehmen mit, wie wir finden, erstklassigen Service. Wir haben wirklich nur gute Erfahrungen mit Ruff gemacht. Selbst wenn mal etwas mit einem Teil nicht in Ordnung war (Teile werden nun mal auch nur maschinell erstellt) wo es leider mal passieren kann das etwas damit nicht stimmt. Ruff war, bei uns, sofort zur Stelle und hat Abhilfe geschaffen. Selbst wenn es nur um ein Kleinteil für ein paar Euros ging. Wir sind mega zufrieden und feiern den Kundenservice, deren Freundlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sehr. 💯

Eine gute Erfahrung gemacht
Bis jetzt eine gute Erfahrung mit Ruff gemacht. Ich habe mich dieses Jahr für einen Rahmen inkl Parts von Ruff entschieden. Leider gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Steuerrohr welches zu stark ausgefrässt wurde. Ruff hat auf meine Email umgehend geantwortet und mir angeboten, eine Reklamation anzumelden um den Rahmen zu tauschen. Der Kundenservice war, zumindest bei mir,telefonisch sowie auch per Mail, sofort zur Stelle. Klar wäre ein kleines Present nett gewesen(Getränke Halter, ect) , da ich nicht reklamiert habe, sondern mich selbst um den Fehler gekümmert habe. Aber egal, Hauptsache ist, daß sie sofort den Rahmen getauscht hätten. Ich kann aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrung mit Ruff nur gutes berichten.

Seit 12 Monaten bin ich im Besitz des Biggie. Von diesen 12 Monaten war das Bike mehr als 3 Monate durchgehend in Reparatur. Es war von Tag 1 immer irgendetwas defekt. Die verwendeten Anbauteile (Bremsanlage und Schaltung) sind von minderwertiger Qualität. Der Service von Ruff Cycles ist leider eine herbe Enttäuschung. Der Händler muss allem hinterherlaufen und jede Reklamation hat enorm viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Ich würde jedem vom Kauf dieser Bikes abraten. Sehr schade, denn wenn das Bike einmal einigermaßen funktionstüchtig ist, macht es sehr viel Freude :( Von der ursprünglichen Vorfreude auf das Bike ist mittlerweile nichts mehr übrig. Da müsst ihr definitiv nachlegen Ruff Cycles! Update: Ruff Cycles hat das Bike persönlich abgeholt und instandgesetzt. Lieferung steht noch aus. Update 2: Das Bike wurde fachmännisch instandgesetzt und persönlich ausgeliefert. Seit der Reparatur durch den Hersteller selbst, gibt es keine Probleme mehr! Mein Fazit zum Schluss: Es ist scheinbar nicht jeder Fahrradhändler in der Lage einen qualitativ hochwertigen Service für alle Bikes anzubieten. Ruff Cycles hat sich aller größte Mühe gegeben das Problem zu lösen und stand heute einen Kunden wieder glücklich gemacht!

The Ruffian
Fahre seit August The Ruffian, ansich geiles bike. Allerdings hatte ich das Pjd Bike bestellt, das komischerweise nach nem Monat nicht mehr lieferbar war. Also musste ich mich um entscheiden. Jetzt ist es so, daß der Motor quietscht, sowie das Licht vorne ausgefallen ist, das hintere Rad am Keilriemen schleift. Das Fahrrad ist fucking teuer und euer Service ist erbärmlich. Man ruft euch an weil man Hilfe braucht und bekommt keine atiquate Hilfe. Sehr sehr Traurig, also ich bin Mega enttäuscht, die Freude auf das bike ist auch geschwunden. Bei den Preisen müsst Ihr unbedingt was ändern. Es tut mir sehr leid, aber mich habt Ihr als Kunde verloren.

Cool bikes, crap customer care
Bikes look cool AF, but their after sales is terrible. If a part has broken 30 minutes into its use it’s not fit for purpose. After a whole week of silence they came back to say that the part has a weight limit which is not mentioned on the website at all - thus mis-selling the item. I also commented on their Instagram and they deleted my comment. So thought I’d leave a note somewhere they couldn’t manipulate.

Rahmen brechen innerhalb kurzer Zeit
Wednesday, 25. May 2022 Qualität der Rahmen ist Mangelhaft innerhalb von 27 Monaten jetzt den zweiten Rahmenbruch. Beim ersten hat es 3 Monate gedauert bis dieser getauscht wurde dabei wurde der hintere Bremssattel nicht richtig Befestigt so das dieser nach einem Monat gebrochen ist. Bis ein neuer Verschickt wurde hat es über 1 Monat gedauert, reagiert wurde auch erst nachdem ich eine Frist gesetzt hatte, Angeblich konnten Sie diesen aufgrund einer Inventur erst so spät Versenden. Naja hätte man mich vorher darüber Informiert wäre das ja halbwegs in Ordnung aber einfach den Kunden gar nicht zu Informieren geht gar nicht kann von diesem Hersteller nur Abraten.

Hochwertige Ware / Mieser Kundenservice
Coole und hochwertige Bikes ( Lil´Buddy gekauft). Leider habe ich mit dem aftersale "Kundenservice" unterirdisch schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, schwere Enttäuschung. Anscheinend ist man sobald das Geld über den Tisch gegangen ist nicht mehr interessant. 2,5 Jahre später hier eine Reaktion von ruff cycles. Genau so geht Kundenservice, bestens bewiesen. 2,5 Jahre !!

Terrible company ! Scam!
I found this company on Bark to do my logo for me. They were so pushy from the start bombarding me with calls and WhatsApp messages. They forced me into buying a promotional package for logo & website. I told them I am a new business and my website won’t be ready for a while they said that’s fine but then they kept pushing for website content and at end forced me to pay for an incomplete job! I asked them for my logo file they refused to give it to me even though I had paid for it and half of the deposit for website! They just gave me a JPEG at start, when I went back to them again asking for my logo file that I had paid they still refused and said it’s our property till you pay for website in full even-though website has never been done just the domain was created. Untrustworthy company, poor customer service, they argue with you and they are a scam. Worst experience I have ever had. Even their boss was rude and threatening me like I don’t know my rights so I would be forced paying for a job that was never done!

The cafe/restaurant is crazy bad. We had some food after the three girls we took to trampoline wanted to have a bite to eat. Cups and cutleries were so dirty and when I went to ask for some clean spoons the staff said that they didn’t have any more asides from what’s out there on the service counter. Instead of feeling embarrassed and offering to clean them. The plastic water cups were minging and stunk of bleach. Than came the food. Vegetarian panini with raw mushroom slices. And not much else. I genuinely can’t say anything good about this cafe. If I owned it and saw it being run like this I’d be mortified.

Lain charged my elderly mother £700 to…
Lain charged my elderly mother £700 to attach a new pan connector to the back of the toilet which involved unscrewing the toilet, moving it, replacing the attachment, and screwing the toilet back on again. The invoice is not detailed to see where the cost of almost £600 for the toilet repair came from on top of the assessment cost. Spoke to my plumber friend after I was told how much she had paid, for them to say it should have cost no more than £180 plus VAT. Sickening doing this to an elderly woman who was in desperate need of help and does not have spare cash to hand out to cowboy plumbers. Now she's worried about struggling to pay for her bills. I'm disgusted Update: Had a new plumber in as the toilet was still leaking, the part Lain had fitted was wrong, they've had to replace it. So £700 for Lain down the drain and more costs to get someone else in to fix what should have been fixed by Lain.

Worst service I have ever received
This Website is a total scam. They will provide a service which is NOT GUARANTEED, I was charged £122.20 for applying silicone to reseal a gap, this was not done properly and mu leak continued causing a lot of damage to my ceiling. When I approached the local plumber direct service for assistance, I was explained that all they do is book a plumber and they are not responsible for any further problems and they will certainly not guarantee any service. Worst service I have ever received, be careful and avoid them at all costs.

A pleasant plumbing experience.
Lain the plumber arrived slightly later than the agreed time but it was well worth the wait. 2 outdoor hot and cold shower units for the horses which required the insertion of drainage valves as a precaution against winter freezing temperatures. Work completed in under 1 hour and site left clean and tidy. Lain was very polite and friendly and had several suggestions on how to complete the task, which proved to be very helpful. I will certainly have no hesitation in using him again.

Overcharge on an elderly person
A Mr Fogarty replaced my mothers internal toilet cistern as it would not flush. He was there for an hour. On the phone my mum was told cost would be around £120. Mr Fogarty completed the job and then made my Mum pay £488. She is elderly, lives alone and felt too scared to query this clear abuse and rip off fee. I have called and asked for a call back to no avail.

A Cautionary Tale
I contacted The Local Plumbers.co.uk who advertised on Yell. They told me that I would be charged £62.50 exc. VAT per half hour and that the minimum charge would be one hour (£150 inc. VAT), and that the job would be done that day even though I said it was not urgent. Thought this was expensive but agreed. Lain, the plumber, from Local Plumber Direct.co.uk (curiously similar name) came the same day. He agreed that the two small jobs would not take more than 45 minutes but then told me the minimum charge for the work was £250. Of course, with the benefit of 20/20 hindsight, I should have sent him packing but foolishly I agreed. The job took 40 minutes and I paid him £250 plus parts. I then rang The Local Plumbers who resolutely refused any accountability or responsibility and insisted that I contact Lain for a breakdown of costs. Perhaps unsurprisingly when I left a message on his mobile I had no response. I cannot but help feel that I was taken for a ride by both outfits. What a pity. Beware, particularly if like me you are gullible!

Another UNRELIABLE Tradesman. AVOID this company if you have a small job because they can't be bothered and will drop you if they get a better offer. I had agreed with Rocco to start a small 2 day job on a Monday and he price matched another bid and assured me I would be happy with his work. It was a tad high compared to other bids but I thought I was dealing with a professional company - their website and reviews gave me the impression that I was dealing with a bigger company. I confirmed the booking and cancelled appointments with other tilers, only to receive a last minute text on a Sunday night that he got a better offer and had to cancel - see screenshot. Just another unreliable one-man tradesman. With so many skilled tilers out there - hire a nice person!

DO NOT BUY from this awful company, once they take your money, and you have a problem, they run a mile or two. They never call back, or even email back, they only interested in your money and sell CRAP products. This company should be reported to Trading Standards, as they have NON. Garden Section lady called Belinda is horrid person, she will say write in an email, its been 4 weeks no reply, no nothing from them. I am now selling a product I purchased for a massive loss, after rejecting the 1st one( which broke down straight away, i asked for a full refund they rejected that), now i have more problems with 2nd product, they do not to resolve my issues but taken my money. STAY AWAY from this company and their products.

Incredibly unhelpful
Ordered two products which I then cancelled immediately due to their delivery dates. Was advised I couldn't cancel the order. Order arrived and had to return the items at my cost only to be told they refund within 28 days of receiving the item. The communication has been blunt and very unhelpful. I definitely wouldn't buy from this site again.

I emailed Barrus Tools Division, and received a reply to say they didn't have any spare right-handed gloves, but would send me a new pair. I would not use Poplar to support…
I would not use Poplar to support property management. Sure, you will talk to some local people that are very knowledgeable, but their just the broker/realtor sales team. You will then be put into a shared service support model (Philippines) and never talk to them again. The contractors they have are not qualified, know that all work under $500 is auto approved and take advantage of it. You will have to do things yourself, or find contractors and essentially overpay for a payment and maintenance ticket tool.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the management of my property. After notifying the company of my contractor's scheduled visit, I arrived to find the lockbox empty with no key provided. Most alarming, the back door had been left unlocked for 15 DAYS following their walk-through inspection, raising serious security concerns. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, I received no response from the management regarding these issues. Their negligence and lack of communication have destroyed my confidence in their services. I have terminated my contract and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE- ….If I could award negative stars, I would. ATTN: OWNERSHIP GROUP — Your manager “Athena” is RUDE, and MOST DISRESPECTFUL. Period. Someone called and said they were calling about a condo I had for rent. Mentioned the correct address; asked if I was the owner, to which I hesitantly (and now regrettably) replied, “yes.” I asked how they got my number and they said it was listed (which it wasn’t — it’s obscured). THEY THEN HUNG UP ON ME. Caller ID allowed me to call them back and learned it was POPLAR Homes. I asked to speak to a Manager but there was so much noise in the background and impossible to hold a discussion. I raised annoyance about being hung up on and Manager “ATHENA” told me to deal with it —that it was a Friday and they were having an event. Athena did eventually identify the person who hung up on me only as someone from their “marketing” department. WHAAAT? This is Poplar’s marketing tool — to call and hang up on people???? I asked to speak to upper management and eventually, the OWNERSHIP GROUP and Athena replied, “you can’t speak with them because we’re not managing your unit.” Athena repeated that statement several more times. When I said I would leave negative feedback, Athena’s response was, “you can do whatever you want”. Athena’s attitude was pathetic, pour, and downright rude. I would NEVER ever hire a company that permits, promotes, and applauds such RUDE behavior. Ownership Group- WAKE UP. Your company harasses innocent people and then has the audacity to speak to its potential customer base with such disrespect and disdain. Bad Customer Service
The customer service is dreadful. I had to chase constantly for information. Unlike other agents, I went weeks/months without a curtesy call to reassure me they were still actively trying to sell my property. I've used three estate agents in Edenbridge in the past and The Bridge is firmly at the bottom. I also had issues with market and property knowledge. When I walked into their office, the words I heard were "I can have tenants in there tomorrow". Two months later after chasing, it turns out we couldn't rent as it's Grade 2 listed. So we decided to sell then came a long period of silence. We had to leave because we're just getting nowhere with them.

ADVARSEL undgå at handle med Dansmoke
Jeg har modtaget to pakker fra Dansmoke. Begge pakker er blevet sendt retur med modtagelse nægtet af Post Danmark. Alligevel bliver de ved med at opkræve mig for de to faktura. Efter flere måneders søgen fandt de endelig den ene af pakkerne på deres lager. Den blev så krediteret. De skulle så vende tilbage, når de fandt den anden pakke. Det næste jeg hørte fra dem var et brev fra Intrum Justitia, som er et inkassofirma. Nu var det oprindelige beløb på 598 kr. steget til 967,61 kr. fordi jeg skal betale for inkassoomkostninger. Dette er ikke rimeligt, da jeg aldrig har modtaget noget fra dem. Hvem vil betale for ingenting. Så undgå dette firma.

I took my wife to Vine Medical centre this morning She had an appointment today at 9.00 am Booked in and sat in the waiting area Receptionist came over and said my appointment is now cancelled due to Nurse being sick. I was asked if I would like Another appointment (I asked if someone else would see me and they said no we’re to busy but I could change doctors practice if I wanted to) I was not happy as this was the practice that misdiagnosed me for an ear infection and the next day I was rushed to hospital with a stroke and spent 3 months there and still not recovered. They don’t care at all

Ways in which they have failed me
1) when booking an early morning appointment due to my work schedule, while waiting I directly witnessed the nurse I was waiting for arrive to the surgery 30 minutes after my appointment time. I was the first patient. Reception was deceptive about nurse's lateness. 2) when booking an appointment over the phone (because the online service does not specify the nature of my request,) I am told I must use the extremely flawed online service only after waiting for 1.5hrs for a call back. Despite the lengthy automated message and need for further information that the online service didn't allow for. 3)Lack of transparency about my own diagnoses, and also recording inaccurate information within my records. ie it was recorded that I have substance abuse issues when that has never been the case. 4)Refusal to examine me when I was experiencing severe back pain. Made me walk across the entire medical centre when experiencing severe back pain, and then informed me that this choice was deliberate. 5)Revoking my prescriptions without warning or reason. One medication is for asthma that I have been on my whole life and has never been revoked. the other is a medication that is very dangerous to stop suddenly and requires supervision to phase out. I have more examples of ways in which this surgery has let me down; too many to list

One of the worst surgeries in the area!
I am so frustrated and disgusted with this surgery. I don't think they could make it any harder to get an appointment or order medication. I am on HRT and every time I want a repeat prescription, it is a battle. The toll its taking on my mental health is ridiculous! The staff don't seem to know their own processes as I get passed from pillar to post and go round in circles. I am fortunate that I have been able to go to private health care to get properly tested and it seems I may have to use this route again as the NHS is letting me down. The prescription and medication lines and links on the website close after a few hours as they have reached capacity. That should tell you that your system of making people talk to 3 or 4 people and still get nowhere is not working. It has not improved your service and I feel extremely sorry for those patients who don't know or are unable to use a computer, and those who cannot afford private care when they so desperately need treatment.

What a Faff
Task: Get a Doctor's appointment at Vine Medical Group. Equipment Required: Very Accurate Clock Some Guesswork Laptop or Smartphone Pre Prepared Synopsis of your Symptoms. Some Luck Patience of a Saint Method: 1: Take your Pre-prepared synopsis of your symptoms and save it to the VMG website - noting that access is limited by time and availability. 2: Save your Synopsis to the website as a draft or similar - failure to do so will mean that you will likely be too far down in the queue to be seen by the time you fill in all the info answer all the questions - you may use some patience if required at this time. 3: Taking your highly accurate clock wait until the lines are supposed to open and then guess and keep trying to gain access to the portal or an open telephone line. Again feel free to use some patience. 4:If you have gained access submit your synopsis or wait on hold in the queue. More Patience may be needed 5: Make a cup of tea or coffee, unless of course you think you might have to be fasting and wait to see if you get an appointment. At which point if you have any left do feel free to use the rest of your patience. Good Luck! Observations and Summary: I recall a time when you could phone up a doctor's surgery and actually talk to a human receptionist get an appointment, often on the same day and certainly within a week. All this technology seems to be doing is slowing down / preventing communication and stopping appointments from being made. As for the ANIMA app (not to be taken orally) well, I think we all know where that should go... Put patients in touch with your excellent reception staff, if need be get some more. And Please Stop treating us like ROBOTS.

after seeing Cardiology Dept QA Hubby was sent to make Dr appointment as got fluid on lungs. was told by the receptionist I can’t make appointment you have phone in! we are there, why can’t she make an appointment??? when we rang in from the Drs Car park my hubby is no 13in queue! bloody ridiculous that receptionist can’t make appointments when you’re actually in the surgery ! and no he’s still not got an appointment! hot to wait 48hrs to read notes !

Attended the Milton Road Health Centre…
Attended the Milton Road Health Centre for a fasting blood test. I had booked the follow up appointment face to face just over a week ago and turned up as per my booking. Unfortunately no record could be found of my booking, perhaps I should have suspected something when I received a text Monday reminding me to book the blood test. However the receptionist said she would see what could be done. I was asked to wait, a few minutes and I was called by the HCA (Tania) in room 6 and the blood sample was taken painlessly and quickly and I could get back to work. I know the appointment went wrong but I really cannot fault the service I received.

They have not listed their exact physical address on a number of their websites. A lot of their reviews online are fake as well. A lot of their other web sites do not have any Yelp reviews or reviews on other big websites. An internet search for 1-877-287-1365 will prove my point. They are also operating multiple toll free numbers as well. They are as follows: 1-888-266-1699 1-888-868-0095 1-877-294-2894 1-888-202-5328 1-888-286-3422 Their may be a lot more number. I have just listed a few which will all get you to the same agency. I think it is important that I let everyone know about my experience so that none else will have to go through the same experience.

At first sight the website seems great and the price is the best, but in reality "if it's too good to be true, then it probably is". After you have "booked" your flight with them, which means you already gave them your payment information, they will want you to email them some documents. How often do you have to scan your ID and credit card and send the photocopies to an email to finish payment, especially for booking a flight? Exactly! After you get an "agency confirmation" code you can check on the airline's website that flight was booked, but is put on hold as it will never be paid for. They will keep calling you, showing how desperate they want to get your information. Therefore, they will take anything and everything from you while giving you nothing. Also, they are quite clever in posting a lot of false reviews. They additionally go by the name Travomint. Best to book with a well known travel agent or directly with the airline, even if you have to pay more.

I purchased a product that had 10-14 business days lead time that has come and gone and I sent multiple emails to inquire about the shipping information, but no response, except for one by Erez Cohen sent to me saying: can I check the status of this order. They don’t offer any kind of return policy, which means if a product doesn’t meet your expectations, there’s no option to return or exchange it. they It feels risky to make a purchase knowing there’s no flexibility if something goes wrong. The customer service has been disappointing as well. It’s difficult to reach a representative, and when I finally do, I rarely feel supported or listened to. My concerns often seem to go unresolved, leaving me hesitant to reach out when issues arise. Another major issue is their inventory management. Many items are consistently out of stock, even when they appear available on the website. This has led to multiple delays and even canceled orders. I currently have $430 in credit with the company#you can only get credit towards your next purchase but finding something in stock to actually use it has been nearly impossible. Glenn, You are not a good car sales at all you making this all up when I read your review… I messages you and said when can I bring my car in to have a look you never reply you knew there was a problem with it was having a problem with the noises. When you told me this Land Rover was service and had a new front tyres the day I pick it up and no you didn’t get my car service last service was 2023 and tyres in 2023 as well. Land Rover company check it for me. You should get this car service before they purchase their car you knew this car had a lot of issues with it was not wheel bearing. If you knew there was a noises why didn’t you repair it??? And my car did not go anywhere near potholes get your fact right probably you did it before i purchase my car. There was a joints problem at the front was making this knocking noise I got it repair and rear disc and pads was in a right state. I’m glad I did notice Sun blind wasn’t working why didn’t you replace it before I purchase this car and I waited 6 weeks for you to put new sun blind in, but you had family issues was excuses you have people working there for you could have done it while you was away shouldn’t have to wait 6 weeks for it when someone paid a lot of money for this car. Now it’s fitted! You obviously didn’t look after your customer. I will not recommend you. Good luck in your business.

AUDI RS4. Front tyre poorly patched. Front alloy bent.
Bought Audi RS4 from Emily @ Baytree April 2024. After a few months the Tyre Pressure warning light lit up every few days so had tyres checked by Tanvic Tyres. Nearside front alloy wheel bent. Front offside tyre holed & cheaply patched. Tyre patches do not last so our car lost pressure after 6 months of ownership. The car had obviously had an incident prior to purchase. Spoke to General Manager Dean who said their cars are checked, implied we'd damaged the car & laughed! Had either/both tyres deflated we could have had a serious accident. We dont think that is a laughing matter. They may have prestige cars in stock but the after-sales is anything but prestige.

Read before buying!!!
I bought a 2019 C63s from them thinking it would be fully checked and in great condition! Oh how I was wrong!! Iv had to go through a years worth of legal battle to try and get my money back on a car that had many issues and they wouldn’t take it back after 2/3 weeks of having it. Terrible company!! Stay away at all costs

Bentley GTC
I recently purchased a slightly elderly (2008) but well cared for Bentley GTC from Baytree. I had been searching for one, on and off, for a while and spotted the car on their site. I contacted Emily who assured me the car was "as nice as it looked" but she was totally upfront admitting there ere some minor chips to the front as you'd expect for a 16 year old car. I agreed to drive from Lancashire and loved the car as it ticked every box I had set my heart on. After a generous test drive Emily then left me to inspect the car close up ay my leisure and un-hindered by interruption, something I really appreciated. After a series of conversations a deal was struck, Emily made me a fair offer for my trade in which reflected and offset the slightly high asking price for the Bentley. I have now had the Bentley a couple of weeks, I have 1 minor issue which I hope to sort locally but as i said, it's a sixteen yar old car. As a fully qualified motor engineer of some 30+ years I have rarely felt more impressed by a garage/dealer and can highly recommend. Every vehicle was presented to the highest standard with plenty of room to inspect and I found their/Emily's no nonsense approach very refreshing, if and when I change again Baytree will be my first port of call. Disappointment
Recently purchased a Mclaren from Baytree Cars in Derby. First encounter was when i enquired about the car, being upfront with the sales person i said i was fussy and wanted to know if there was Any stonechips / damage /or problems with the car before i made the 6 hour round trip to view on a Sunday. On arrival the cars in the showroom are of very good quality and appeal. On inspection of the Mclaren i immediately spotted a rust spot on the drivers front wing in clear view! "Oh sorry i didnt see that" was the response. There was a further scratch under the passenger front door (doors opening upwards) so was very visible with the door open. However i agreed to purchase the vehicle subject to the defects being rectified. The car also needed a service and Mot so left a sizable deposit to collect the vehicle when all was complete. This was on the 02nd June. I was updated weekly along the preparation process which i was pleased with. One part of the paint defect (Under warranty was completed by Mclaren and the other scratch was done by their "Local" Paint shop. Obviously i would have prefered Mclaren to have done both jobs due to the caliber of vehicle i was purchasing. Collection was finally arranged on Friday 12th July well over a month later. The evening before i was due to collect i had a call saying the ppf that was replaced when the wing was painted had a mark in it so would have to reschedule the collection. Another phone call the same evening was to say i still collect the car the next day as the ppf guy was going to come in early in the morning to "re-do" the paint protection film. On the much anticipated collection of the Mclaren i could see two marks in the ppf and a very visable rubber seal all deformed due to the fact the guy who installed the ppf couldnt be bothered to remove the original adhesive holding it on so it therefore stuck out because two layers of torn adhesive were visible and was mis-shappen. I said i would sort this issue out as didn't want another 6 hour round trip. Luckily i also noticed the battery charger adapter was missing so wouldn't have been able to charge the battery with the factory charger when i got the car home? The salesman offered me a reduction of £250 due to the inconvenience of me having to sort the seal out which took me 3 hours to remove all the adhesive when i arrived home with my new car! The car was sold with Mclaren warranty which has still not been transferred to my name despite numerous communications. So i am also sorting this out despite the fact over 2 months has now passed since they knew i was having the car. I have purchased quite a few high end vehicles over the years and have received much better standards from all. Not exactly the professional flagship experience that is portrayed i am afraid. Car is lovely but unfortunately due to the customer service and especially the lack of attention to detail the shine has been taken off my experience.

Shocking paint work done by their bodyshop
After booking to go and see a Mercedes C43 and being convinced the car was in immaculate condition, we drove the 3 hour round trip. I had told both the sales manager and Arran that I was fussy and that I too was in the trade to and didn't want to drive all that way if the car wasn't perfect. They both assured me it was. Wow what a massive let down the car had had some of the poorest paintwork I have ever seen which I was told was done at a local body shop. The front bumper had been painted and all the stone chips had been painted over and the bumper hadn't even been removed from the car to paint it. There was masking lines on both front wings caused by again very poor paint work. The o/s QTR panel was also shockingly painted with bits of dirt in the paint and hard masking lines on the rear quarter window trim. I told Arran about this and we left. Once I arrived home I messaged the sales manager about the condition of the car and that they shouldn't be paying for work to be done so badly. His reply was just a thumbs up. Shocking customer service. If your buying a car from these guys please take someone with you that knows about cars.
