Horrible experience ending my tenancy
Horrible experience ending my tenancy. They are scammers as are the landlords in my case. Looking to keep as much of my deposit as possible. The house I rented is old and in need of renovations. It seems they are trying to advantage themselves by getting me to cover repairs to the house that were there when I rented it. Unprofessional, horrible language used, aggressive behaviour and would not fix anything. Fridge is old and kaput, asked them to repair or replace. My issue. Everything at the end has been a horrible exchange. Do not rent from them. I feel sorry for the new tenant that they are asking €750 more to rent and in the end it will end in tears. Several energy inspectors have been brought in to get a better energy rating. It’s a F rating that they are trying to falsely put as a better rating. Location of Interhouse is Rotterdam. Never again.

We had an exceptional experience with Interhouse, especially with Sarinah, who was incredibly helpful and dedicated throughout every step of the process. Despite some bureaucratic challenges along the way, the Interhouse team demonstrated proactivity and flexibility, finding alternatives that allowed us to rent the apartment of our dreams. Echt een supervriendelijk en serieus bedrijf! Na reactie op een aangeboden woning werd ik meteen vriendelijk geholpen en snel gebeld door Sarinah. Bezichtiging kon al snel plaatsvinden en ze denkt echt goed mee met een goede oplossing. Vergeleken andere particuliere verhuurders is dit echt een topbedrijf en ze gaan echt professioneel en serieus te werk. Als je snel een woonruimte zoekt is dit echt de ideale oplossing en je wordt gehoord en goed geholpen! Zeker een aanrader!

(Now Agilico) Absurd Exit Clause - Avoid
As another reviewer has mentioned, be aware of exit clauses that exist in the contract. Even if you've completed your 5 year term, you are charged for an average years cost and then charged extortionately for removal of the copiers (and you're not allowed to get them removed by another company). I could understand if we were leaving early, but we weren't! Avoid signing up with them, unless you get it specifically in your contract that you don't need to pay it if you decide to go elsewhere Edit: As you can see below, they're very happy to say they are fair by giving you 75% discount. The amount they charge per click should cover the cost of toner and parts, especially if the 5 year contract is adhered to. It's a sneaky clause to put into a contract and I know of a few companies facing the same battle trying to leave. The "Covid" excuse for the collection is a joke, we offered to disinfect and leave for 72 hours which is more than enough. £250 per copier on one van is absolutely absurd, no discount offered for collecting 5 copiers from one site - plus they sent one guy who couldn't manage so I ended up having to help. I formally complained and heard nothing.

Beware of exit clauses/termination…
Beware of exit clauses/termination clauses! Even if your contract ends, there are clauses in the contract to charge you for not continuing with the contract. These are not early termination clauses, but ones design to fleece you at the end of contract and stop you moving suppliers. These should be illegal! You should avoid dealing with this company. There are far better ones available.

Shabby. I tried to order a set of toners for my printer and after a 15 minute Spanish Inquisition I was told that the machine will order them for me. Apparently it's more aware than I as to the toner situation!!! Anyway, I am sat here with no toner waiting for a delivery. Go to a company that will let YOU, not the machine, order consumables.

Never received my order
Never received my order. Several emails, chat messages on website and social media comments and no resolution. The only response I did get was on the chat message, and that was to say it had been fulfilled at their end. As all items are supposedly tracked, this should have been easy to resolve. Thankfully, I paid by PayPal, and received a refund from them, after Crushyballs obviously didn't respond to them either. Glad to finally get my refund, but just wrong that it had to be from PayPal. This company used to be first rate, but I will never shop with them again. I have found there are better value sellers out there.

Run late on international fulfilment of order, then tell you they can't supply and offer a cancellation where they keep your money and you can buy something else off them in the future. So a credit amd not a refund. Please don't buy from them. Nothing but trouble. You most likely won't get your money back.

After 3 weeks of negotiating a deal to finally finalize a buy of a bundle of 8 coins and silver, and some golden bullion coins, and making a digital booking for 3.15 pm (9 days prior to yesterday), things went haywire. Around 5 foreigner customers and myself and 1 local Hong Konger were made to wait 1.5 hours with no explanation given. SIMPLY needed to drop off a cheque and some cash to pick up my order. Untrained staff and horrendously bad service. Best to buy on discount and ship locally in Hong Kong as service is the worst I have every experienced in Hong Kong.Common sense isn't common here what's so ever at all, and no follow through.

I asked them two simple questions, if they buy Gold from customers who had not yet bought from you in the past and if they can transfer the money to my Hang Seng bank account via FPS. They give me an answer for a question which I didn't asked. By the way, they also charge UDS 50 for a simple transfer within HK! USD not HKD!!!

Worst company ever! I have bought over 40k in metals from them in less than a year. I always wire the money but now because of some 3D-1 secure requirement for a credit card they won’t even allow me to place an order. I requested that they just allow my card to be officially declined but they won’t even do that. It is unbelievable how horrible this company is!! They can care less about your business and they will do nothing to resolve a simple issue like making sure your credit card company sees that you are making an attempt to make a purchase so they can correct the issue. I have delt with many bullion site and most don’t even require a credit card when paying by wire. I have made 21 purchases since September of 2021 and all by wire transfer and they still won’t work with me. The only thing Conclusion I can come too is that they are racist and don’t want the business from a biracial American

Had a very bad experienced with LPM which forfeit 15% deposit for my first purchase. Have no idea why 1st transaction just deduct 15% deposit which is not full amount and all remind email was go to junk mail. When I noticed the issue already immediate pay for the amount and proceed for the order but they informed cant reimburse the deposit. Be careful as LPM just work like a scam website. I won’t be dealing through them again.

Good customer service but…
Good customer service and good selection of gold bullion coins but (1) premiums are a bit high compared to what one can get in the US and UK so therefore might be cheaper to buy abroad and ship to HK and (2) LPM is a bit cheeky with the gold "spot" price they show on their website as they do not state a source and it is consistently about $10/ounce higher than the futures contract or London gold price which I think they do to make their premiums look smaller than they are.

I took a rodenticide level 2 course
I took a rodenticide level 2 course. I passed having read all the course material and checked to ensure I conformed to the strict regulations. I adhered to all points even phoned to clarify access to course materials was allowed. Particularly as this was an open book test and was allowed to use Lantra course material I accessed this as 3 of the questions had not been covered in the training. They told me my exam was voided I asked to see screenshots of where I did wrong and they could not offer them. It’s a total scam walk away. I was told I could go again for 3/4 of the original price however as I didn’t know what they didn’t like I didn’t throw good money after bad. I would not recommend them find somewhere more trustworthy I’ve yet to get my qualification.

Ok with an undertone of money grabbing
I attended Writtle agricultural college some years ago and the course and teacher were very good. Last year I did a bioside pesticides online course to enable us to carry on buying rat poison which we have been doing prior to this for fifty years. I logged on to their website and found little to no information on the courses I paid for or attended. Pointless really. The truth is that 99.9% of the farmers in this country have been farming quite well for the past thousand years without certificates. A quote from the classic film ,Blazing saddles. "We don't need no stinking badges!"

LANTRA - BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! Lantra hold themselves out as being a 'fit and proper' company but BEWARE as they acted DISHONESTLY!!! We were a customer of theirs until we discovered that Lantra staff had written a FAKE review about our company on our Trustpilot page by IMPERSONATING a customer of ours AND also providing a fake name in the process!!! Lantra even went to the extent of changing the 'reviewer name' 3 times in order to cover their tracks! We were one of their highest paying customers - not anymore!!! Very weird, very strange, very dishonest!!! Avoid this company as they might leave you and/or your company a bad review behind your back too! We subsequently made a formal complaint through their so-called complaints procedure whereby they defended their fake review by saying it was factually correct!!! ...Even after they had gone to lengths to disguise its origin, which we caught them out on! Their CEO Marcus Potter and his underling Robert Tabor accused our company and members of staff as fraudulent, simply for not removing AFTER they left us a FAKE REVIEW!!! Their Quartz system is a joke, it routinely crashes, and looks like it has been coded by a 5-year old child. Lantra will demand payments upfront when you enter a learner onto their awful Quartz system and DO NOT REFUND regardless of whether a learner goes through with their assessment or not. This means YOUR company will have to bear the cost of customer refunds (in accordance with the relevant consumer legislation) and Lantra will keep your money as they are not required to refund your business with it being a business-to-business transaction - even though they bear ZERO costs. They are industry experts in red tape and bureaucracy and they have treated our company very badly indeed, and I have no doubt they have treated other companies with similar contempt. Please contact SmartBreeder.com if you have any complaints about Lantra as we are collecting all complaints about them so to pass onto the Charities Commission and publish in the public domain in order to warn others what they are up to. No longer FBM but…
No longer FBM but holidaycottages.co.uk! We have holidayed with FBM Tenby for the last 17 years, with reasonable price family accommodation. However since holiday cottages have taken over this firm, but still continue to call it FBM, the prices have increased dramatically. Plus they charge extras like booking fees & for dogs. It all adds up to a very expensive holiday,which we can no longer afford. Tenby is now an expensive place to holiday. So,so sad,as we love visiting here.

Shabby entrance, peeling paint. Had to make up own bed, fitted sheet was wrong size for the bed. Two showers room both had loose toilet seats, one shower had a filthy drain not cleaned in months, the other had a broken rim around the drain and was sharp. Three extractor fans in the property all were filthy blocked with dust and grime. Mould in shower cubicles and window frames. The apartment had a "tired" look all round. The property needs upgrading. Covd guidelines a joke. Very poor property, don't know how someone the week after we stayed rated good, must have been wearing rose tinted glasses.

Critical: Quality Do not be fooled by the so called "deep clean" this place was absolutely filthy , much of it a biohazard with the current covid situation, shower trap doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years as shown in the pictures , it absolutely stinks , how can that be missed , broken , glasses, electricals that don't work , an absolutely filthy toilet brush. This really isn't acceptable . The resolve? "We can send the cleaning company round" Why would I want a company coming into the holiday let to spend a day of my holiday cleaning and doing a job that should have been done before we arrived at 5pm . Disgusting , disgusting , disgusting £1200 not very well spent. FBM you should be thoroughly ashamed , this is not acceptable

Please be aware that FBM Holidays is no longer trading and taken over by another company. After many years of faultless holidays, our first experience with the new business (holidaycottages.co.uk) has had issues. On arrival the key for the apartment was not in the key safe. After 45mins of stressful waiting to see if we would get into the apartment the person that cleans the place turned up with the key. We was expecting a call from the manager to discuss the issue, but only received an email. To be fair to the company, they gave £50 compensation. On our second day the key for the front door snapped in the lock. We basically had 30mins to try and get a replacement key cut, before the shops closed. We emailed the NEW business explaining that we were expected a call, just to get a cold email refunding the £8 for the new key and lubricant to loosen the lock. Luckily the key didn't break late at night. You may have now lost a returning customer.

Nice Georgian house but in need of a good clean and update.
We have stayed in Tenby town on holiday for over 50 years - obviously we love it. We have booked with FBM twice now and have been disappointed with the upkeep and cleanliness of both properties in the same street. This is our final day today in Tenby 21/08/20 in 1 Frogmore Terrace. From the day we arrived we found the townhouse tired and not as clean as we anticipated, especially as there was to be a Covid19 deep clean - therefore not able to enter property until 5pm and vacate by 9am! On the first morning a bed collapsed after out slim daughter sat on the edge of it! We reported this ASAP that morning, along with the other list of unsatisfactory cleanliness. The bed was repaired later that day. The office said they would contact a cleaner to redo some cleaning, but they didn’t have an extra key so we would need to wait in for them -no specific time. I declined as we planned to go out and enjoy the holiday. The house is an old Georgian property, lovely but with many issues - damp smelling, old dishwasher which is poor, leaking pipe from toilet cistern, which was reported but not attended to. The biggest challenge was the number of stairs, 52 of them! I should have noted this when I booked but didn’t, which is my fault. By the end of the week I felt I’d climbed Everest! Even the younger ones were ‘pooped’. (I must say that the cutlery seemed new and sparkled, which was nice.) All in all a disappointing accommodation. It’s in need of a good overall clean and decorating. Sorry to have to say this.

FBM holiday poor customer service
Still waiting to hear whether my holiday tomorrow is cancelled due to Covid-19 government travel restrictions. I have phoned them 4 times in the last 2 weeks to get some clarification with a promise from them each time they will phone back in 24 hours. I now realise they were fobbing me off as the last call i made to them they said i need to e-mail them and could expect a response within 4 days (3 days passed my holiday start time). Shocking customer service and lack of communication even based on the current circumstances. This is the first and last time i will be using FBM holidays. The only reason they are not getting 1 star is because at least they picked up the phone to speak to me, even if it was only to Fob be off.I have asked for a refund and may do another review based on the response i get from them - If any. Tony.

De ha veldig dårlig faktura system vi får ikke se fakturaer og forbruk ovs. De stoppa laddingen min uten og si fra på grunn av manglende innbetaling, og jeg har betalt alle fakturaer som de har sendt til meg 1 uke siden så har de satt laderen i gang nå ser jeg at de stoppe det igjen og de sier jeg har manglende betaling og de vet ikke hvor det er og hvor mye. Dritt dårlig leverandør.

I took the IELTS Academic test on the 28th March. I received my results and started sending them to Universities. Only I have just realised that the nationality on my results is wrong. They wrote that I am from the UK. This is not only incompetent but also negligent. I have just contacted them today. I hope they will either refund me my money or at least let me do another test free of charge. I also had to travel to Manchester to take the test so that's just more money wasted. I don't know how this error could have happened when they ask you to submit a proof of ID before the test and the day of the test there are 3 people who checked the details. Annette

SCAM - buyers beware Booked Hifu, and isabella “forgot my appointment” she said it was because her mother had a headache, she did not contact me to inform me - i had to reach out to her… I subsequently tried to call her, she declined all my calls and said she would call me back. She never did. Ive been calling and texting in following weeks with no response. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

No response after taking a deposit
I booked an appointment in Jan and it has been cancelled by them 5 times for different reasons each time...short staffed, staff sickness, flooding to the clinic! They won't refund my deposit although they said they will. Now I can't get through to them and still waiting for a refund of £50. Don't know how often they do this. Response to your comment....No. It is the correct clinic. I double checked before writing the review...same address and phone number I've been trying for months.

The management here is a complete disaster. Fire alarms constantly go off, there was a full-day water outage with no proper communication, and now toilets aren’t even flushing properly. Basic necessities are being neglected, yet we’re still expected to pay full price for this terrible service. At this point, residents deserve compensation and a formal apology from the landlord himself. They’re lucky we don’t take legal action for the ongoing negligence. These people have no empathy, and will gladly take advantage of a naive 19 year old girl with mental health issues for money. My daughter has no experience with renting, and these people knew it! Don't go with this company, they cannot be trusted. The state of her flat was disgusting, and no matter how many times my daughter complained, the issues were never resolved and she was constantly ignored. They consistently refuse to refund deposits based on the number of one star reviews on this site. My sons girlfriend, who is from another country, foolishly paid a year’s rent upfront for her accommodation. When she decided that she didn’t want to live there anymore due to hostile reception staff, she moved to other accommodation. She has arranged another suitable person to take over her tenancy as stated in the rules, but all her emails and calls are being ignored. It’s virtually impossible to get your money back once they have it. Now three months later, We will help her make a legal claim against the company. I was scammed by these people. My daughter and I missed our flight to Valencia in Spain on March 16th, 2022. I called this phone number 1 855 209 2214 (phone # provided by "Michael" in a message left on my answering machine claiming my flight credit has been issued) to reschedule /cancel our flight. They told us they will cancel our flight and refund us either my airline money or travel credit. They charged me $300 to cancel both flights. I did receive a cancellation phone message and email. Yet, after calling them numerous times to reschedule our trip, I was never able to speak with an agent. A year later today, We have never received any money back or travel credit. They scammed my daughter and me for a total of $1800. None of the 2 numbers I was provided works. STAY away from THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS & THIEVES!

We accidently used Bansal Travels (same as many other users have experienced, their phone number showed up top at the Google search when I searched for UA). We needed to reschedule a super expensive International flight next morning due to unexpected Covid situation, and Bansal helped us to resolve it at a reasonable fee when UA told us there was nothing they can do. We were very worried when seeing the reviews online but already paid at that time so only can hope for the best. It turns out working pretty well.

I called a number on the Priceline…
I called a number on the Priceline website that said call this number to get the cheapest flight. They never said who they were. I got price information for my family ticket pricing. Long story short, they sent a confirmation for me to sign for a split payment. I signed it. Then I started researching when I found out that they were a travel agent, not American Airlines. I immediately called my credit card when I read about them being a scam on several sites and reported them a scam. I could barely understand their accent. This company realized I cancelled the payment and harassed me by calling continuously the next day every minute or so. I never answered. Finally, I blocked there number. I reported them to my bank and was reissued a new card. They are scammers. Big time. Stay away from Bansal Travels.

This company has terrible costumer service so far. I called delta for reservation need specific time and return. I asked several times if I was speaking to delta and response was yes.. I was paying with my delta points and questioned why price was so high as I had enough points to pay with points was told rising prices needed the flight so booked it.. took till next day to get conformation by txt so just signed and e mail back. I was charged for flight cost. 4 days later charged another charge another $100. Not authorized. Contacted credit to dispute. Called delta and found out my charge was $11.20 they charged 361.20. I canceled their flight and rebooted with delta pd. 11.20. Company has not responded to me. Hoping they do the right thing and refund the$ 361.20 it only right I was decived. New news after another week of trying to make 5his right got a call( they do have phones) I got the word from them that my money will be refunded. Hopefull that they will. Will update if I get it. Omg another call from bansel they now are saying no refund and hung up on me. Bansal travel is horrible for causing issues. They are out nothing. Me 361.20$ they should be fined and return my money

The marina in the meantime has been using the berth I have paid for to make even more money. I can’t cancel the contract and seem to have no option but to watch while the Marina enjoys selling my berth. I know the Terms protect them but is this morally right?

Eastbourne Marina (Sovereign Habour)
I have berthed at Eastbourne for a number of months, terrible quality of service, charges that should not even exist, staff where rude and unresponsive. After they moved my boat without my knowledge They ended up damage yacht and they didn’t want resolve any of it. The only good thing was the staff at the lifting area, they are friendly and helpful. But even then my departure was shameful, I was not informed of what time the lift was or even informed about it. After that they tried to double the lift price, by putting on things that were never happening. Relaunching you must be kidding, I would not go back there even if my life depended on it. I wouldn’t suggest anyone berth or even visit the place, overpriced with a lack of quality, care. Run by crooks, some of the staff are pleasant but that’s about the best of it.

Disappointing Brighton experience
I entered Brighton about 1.15 in the morning on Friday 18th August. I had not visited for over 10 years The entrance was not well marked and there was no bouyage in the entrance. I was given a mooring to go to, just a number. No directions. I was put behind a large barge that ran its generator all night. We were told we may need to move for the barge to manoeuvre later that morning. I question why we were put there in the first place The internet did not work. In fact when I asked, I was told yes it’s not got that much range. Getting a good nights rest was impossible with the noise from the barge. We stayed till Saturday morning 28.5 hours still in the same location still with the barge engine or generator running at night. We paid for two nights. I question this and asked why not just one with a short stay fee. When we left Saturday morning it was low water. One boat was aground in the unmarked exit and I also touched the bottom, I only draw 1.2m. No warning from the staff. No directions no bouyage. I went on to Eastbourne Premier Marina, it could not have been different, friendly helpful staff, clear directions, both in and out and well marked. I discussed the Brighton debacle with other boaters who said, in their experience it has gone downhill at Brighton and is no longer a pleasant experience. Despite Eastbourne’s welcome, the stay at Brighton marred my whole experience. I really felt that in that location using Premier in the name is wrong. I expected better. Having stayed for two nights at Premier Marinas Brighton and Eastbourne and paying for three, leaving Sunday early I did not get the experience or the value I expected. I sent this as an email to Premier to receive neither a reply nor an acknowledgment. Hence putting it in Trustpilot. Come in Premier, up your game. Amendment Though I did not receive the claimed response from Brighton they have since forwarded it to me. And it appears it was sent shortly after my complaint to them by their duty manager. Whilst the dredging operation was put in notice to Mariners and they would certainly need to remove the bouyage marks, it was not clear how to enter, and not put in visit our harbour website, a well used resource for small boaters. it was however in their own website and I accept this. However when touching bottom during the exit, it was within the channel marked on their website and a boat had foundered in a really difficult spot. I question that with the risk of grounding within an unmarked channel, a more proactive approach to unknown vessels entering or leaving, when marks have been removed would seem to be good common sense. This approach is taken at Eastbourne and it’s well marked. Despite this, I accept that a response was given in an time Y manner, even if it wasn’t received and I have thoroughly checked. So I have changed my review from one to three stars. In the end given the size of the Marina a better place could have been found for us that wasn’t in the path of the noise and fumes from the dredger generator and the facilities that include internet access, almost vital nowadays should be available throughout the marina. The Manager kindly offered a free nights stay as a gesture of goodwill, I doubt that I will take that up, but I non-the-less appreciate the offer.

Booking T&Cs not brilliant.
Booked a visitor berth in the morning, had some engine trouble so had to cancel. Called about 2 hours after booking and they wouldn’t refund the booking - only add credit to the account because it was within 24 hours. Seemed a bit unreasonable. Will use my credit in the future and then not return. Future business lost. Reply noted - however this is one of few marinas in the region which insist on payment at point of booking. Review stands.

Do not buy from these people, straight scam. I placed an order nearly 5 months ago and still haven't received any merchandise or shipping updates. $200 down the drain. I emailed their support and got the same auto response they send to everyone. They delete negative comments and I'm pretty sure most of their positive reviews are fake. I've been stalking their social media comments every day to DM and warn any new potential buyers, saving a few would-be victims. If I can't get my money back I can at least prevent other people from getting scammed by these scumbags. There definitely needs to be some legal action taken. I will now be much more careful where I shop online.

There were so many others in the area. My first trip with Gate1 was stellar. The recent trip was good but that old, smelly hotel has left me feeling uneasy.

Onze reis naar Zuid-Afrika met Swiss via Zwitserland werd geannuleerd. We stonden met onze 6 kinderen in Brussel en hoorden dat het vliegtuig niet zou vertrekken. We proberen nu al vanaf september een claim in te dienen bij Swiss, maar krijgen van Gate1 niet het originele boekingsbewijs van Swiss. Iets wat Swiss wel eist voor we kunnen claimen. We worden van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Ook is Gate1 al maanden telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Dus mijn advies: niet boeken via Gate1.

Zanzinar - HARD HARD PASS!!
The people of Zanzibar are wonderful!! so I hate to complain about the country. However . . . Unfortunately, Zanzibar island is extremely unsanitary and there currently is an outbreak of monkey pox in Stone Town. The President of Tanzania has a video in the airports warning about the outbreak with symptoms, etc. and telling people who have it to isolate - they don't. We saw people swimming, walking on the beach, working in stalls, and just walking around and they are covered in monkey pox. It is extreme frightening and disturbing to see. When I reported this to Gate 1 and said they should not send travelers there, this was their response . . . "We understand your concerns about cleanliness, and while our experience and feedback from many other passengers have been positive, we acknowledge that individual impressions can vary. Zanzibar's Old Town, for instance, is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and while its historic character may not appeal to everyone, it remains a point of pride for the region." So looks like they're blaming me. I then checked their Better Business Bureau report and they are rated F so I guess we shouldn't be surprised. See for yourself - ourbreak has now reached Zanzibar.

Gate 1 has higher prices and less value
I've traveled several tours with Gate 1 before Covid. All were excellent value which made me return to book a tour to Morocco in Sept '24. This was my last tour I will ever go on with thus company. The itinerary was awful! In Marrakesh we saw nothing more than snother old market, but the casbah was cancelled. Of course they took us to some old structure that no one really cared about, and didn't add anything to to experience the flavor of the city. Hotel Mamounian, which is world famous wasn't even mentioned, and definitely not offered as a private tour. Just freaking awful itinerary! Didn't visit Tangiers, Agadir, St Laurent museum, just a lot of uninteresting places in the Atlas mountains. Mostly just more old market places. Never again! Prices were higher and the value decreased. Mediocre hotels and any dinners/ lunches/were OK. Just another mass pack'em in travel tour company. Bye bye Gate 1

Central Europe with Gate1
Agnieszka Socha and Krzysztof were our tour manager and bus driver at Gate One’s trip from Mainz, Germany to Vienna, Austria in November 2024. They both were warm and accommodating, punctual and caring. Agnieszka was fantastic: all our group bonded with her and Krzysztov, like a big Family. And Agnieszka was very informative, helpful, and friendly. She possesses top-notch communication skills, a good sense of humor, skilled in calming stressed tourists with a beautiful smile. Genuinely kind, beautiful mind and character. Gate 1 is blessed to have Agnieszka. Everything was well organized. We are planning another trip with Gate1 with Agnieszka as our tour manager. We loved everything about this wonderful trip: our tour manager and bus driver, we enjoyed being in a clean comfortable, cozy hotels, liked very much our itinerary! Thank you for our wonderful time together!

Thailand Cambodia Vietnam toir 17 days Nov - Dec 2024
I just had 17 days tour of Thailand , Cambodia and Vietnam from San Francisco ,California. We were put in just average hotels, last one in Hanoi was the worse .. wifi of our phone problems and no one spoke English . However, I had friends from other hotels took tour from other tour companies , had a better .experience and staff spoke English .. food was in a worse restaurants and farewell restaurant was In a bad area while we were all dressed up thinking it will be sophisticated restaurant So over all they need lot of improvements . Yuk and Tran guides were the best. I will think twice before take this tour agency . Positive part was they are well organized on papers .

We took a Portland-San Francisco land…
We took a Portland-San Francisco land tour and were mostly disappointed. The guide was sarcastic and left way too much time traveling with NO commentary. Occasionally, when a question was asked, she ridiculed the questioner....so very rude, and many times had no idea of the answer. This is our 4th or 5th trip w G1...may not do another.

**Very Disappointing Experience with This Organization** My experience with this organization is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever had. After receiving an order confirmation, my flight was canceled without any explanation or valid reason. Since most of my trip was already booked, this resulted in me having to pay hundreds of euros extra to arrange an alternative flight. Despite repeated contact with customer service (Bianca and Pascal), I clearly explained my situation. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly dismissed with a brief, standard reference to the general terms and conditions, which state that the organization reserves the right to cancel flights at their discretion. When I pointed out that this might be legally questionable, I received the same response again, without further explanation or willingness to provide a solution. After that, they completely ignored me, and no appropriate resolution was offered. In my opinion, this organization demonstrates a lack of professionalism, customer-friendliness, and responsibility. The staff appears to lack the necessary knowledge and shows no understanding of the customer's situation. I strongly advise against doing business with this organization. They operate in an unprofessional, unreliable, and customer-unfriendly manner, leaving their customers stranded without any assistance.

New Heart of India tour disappointing.
I have traveled to India twice with Gate One/ northern India and southern spiritual India. Both were excellent. I just returned from their new heart of southern India tour starting from Bangalore, and must say I was quite disappointed. It was skimpy and needs much tweaking. Not recommended.
